After a bit in working in silence and helping out with the cooking, Lilly finally drifted off in thought, her mind was taking her else wear, to harsh and cold environments, to a place where people drank to stay warm and took dips butt naked in freezing water. Her mind was on home, a place that she could never go to again, she had not even noticed that the rush was now just a trickle of a few people coming in late or that Tave had started talking to her again. She sighed slightly before she blinked her self back into reality and smiled at the male, having completely forgotten what they had been talking about. "So Tave, you never told me why you and Kale choose to come and work here." she said to him as she pulled her self back up onto the counter to sit as she picked at a small slice of bread.

Ears turning a bit in response to the sound of Kole at the bar, Yuuichi quickly raises and turns his head in Kole's direction. "I trust everything was in good hands while Psy and I were gone?" He faces Kole with his head turned to the side, curious as to what the answer would be, still a bit off-balance from the nightmares he was having when he left Psy's side. I couldn't possibly be getting affected by that woman could I? I wonder if it is because she reminds me of Lady Aryn. His brow knots a bit in frustration as he ponders on it, completely forgetting he had even asked Kole a question.

Aithne Namid walked quietly through the trees to a small formation of rock on the eastern most side of the forest. She smiled quietly to herself and thought, "just as Mother said it would be..." to the casual observer the group of stones would look almost natural, but as she moved them one by one, a narrow ditch was reaveled. she unstrung her longbow and hid it and her arrows in the thin opening, then covered it quickly, makeing sure that the stones were placed just right. She got up and dusted of her autum leaf colored dress and quickly made her way to the nearest leafstrewn path, takeing care to make a great deal of noise and shuffeling her feet to make it obvious where she had walked. She drew up her hood as she got closer to the Inn and laced her fingures together before her, hunching in a practiced way to hide her youthful age.

Listening closely to the door as it opens and closes, Yuuichi sniffs the air, turning to face in the direction of the door, trying to get an idea of the new comer. Dang these human senses, they are weak when it comes to a sense of smell. It seems the only strength I keep is my sense of hearing, and I gain the strength of mind that humans can carry. He shrugs his shoulders a bit, listening to the sound of the person walking, trying to gauge if it is a female or a male by the sound of the steps. The hunched way she walks throws him off a bit, making him think for a moment that she is a male, but quickly dissolves when he notices there is still a lightness to the tread of her walk. "Hello miss, and welcome to the Dragon's Embrace. Please make yourself comfortable."

She nods slightly and pulls her hood further down, "thank you, Sir" she replies, her voice sounding aged but is actually rough from dissuse. She thumps her redwood cane twice before looking for a quiet place to sit.

The boy cocks his head a little to the side, the voice coming from the new comer sounding off from what he expected. His brow furrows a bit in confusion at what he was expecting to be a younger girl, sounding like a raspy, reedy, old woman. Upon hearing the cane in her hands, he jumps a bit, completely caught off guard. A staff? Wow I misjudged this one heavily. But how can one requiring a walking stick be able to make such a light tread, even if they seem to be trying to hide it. Sighing, Yuuichi turns back around to face the bar, still curious where Kole is at. "Kole, you mind helping the kind woman that just came in, make her comfortable?" Biting his lip in frustration, the boy contemplates on how he could have misjudged so badly, or is he being deceived.

Aithne gives the cane another light tap, her emerald eyes sparking beneath her cowl. Her cape shifts slightly, revealing the briefest glimsp of a young girls figure before she hastens to correct the mishap, truely hopeing no one had noticed.
"thank you, Sir. that is mos kind"

Wandering the halls rather aimlessly, Suzie simply enjoyed the decorations and the idea of living in the inn for a few weeks. The thought was almost as warming as the bowl of stew that she had been given earlier. Along the way, a man with blue hair passed by her, smiling as his eyes alighted on her face. A look of puzzlement descended on her own face, for she had no idea who the man was. Still, she was glad that she could make someone happy, and so she smiled back brightly. Hopefully she would see more of the man later. It had been a long time since she had met people who smiled at her rather than scowled.

Her wanderings eventually ended taking her across a woman with blond hair who seemed a little off to Suzie, though that was just because Suzie was beginning to be able to tell that most of the people in the inn weren't exactly human even if not exactly consciously. As a wisp, she had a feel for the aura of things, which is what let her understand that the people in this inn weren't all human. "Is something wrong ma'am?" Suzie asked, coming to stand before the blond-haired woman with a look of concern.
