The Dark Embassy had overthrown the royal family of Train City in 2024, sending the whole kingdom in turmoil. It was forced into a dictatorship, but Train City was seized back in 2025 after a short war. Everyone had feared that the end of the world was quickly approaching, but the kingdom's army retaliation saved the kingdom. The royal family gained its power, but lost something very important...one of the KEYS to its mass power.
The elemental jewels. In unison, they kept the kingdom balanced. There were ten:
-- The Clear Jewel (air)
-- The Green Jewel (earth)
-- The Blue Jewel (water)
-- The Red Jewel (fire)
-- The Yellow Jewel (electricity)
-- The Black Jewel (telepathy)
-- The Purple Jewel (time)
-- The Tan Jewel (light and dark)
-- The Gray Jewel (sound)
-- The Silver Jewel (spirit)
Each jewel has the appearance of a diamond but is tinted in the color specified. The jewels became lost and 'found' their captors in the form of jewelry, whether it be a ring or a necklace or etcetera. And after wearing it, the captors found that they could not remove it. Now unfortunately, the captors are all teens with no knowledge of the importance of the jewels (other than the weird power discoveries) and they don't know that The Dark Embassy is hunting them, so that they can get the teens to use their newly found powers to give the government back to the Embassy.
The royals have also sent knights to help find the teens to either get the jewels off some way or train them to ward off the Embassy.
---------- Post added 12-28-2012 at 11:08 PM ----------
So now it's 2026 and the teens have 'found' the jewels. They don't know what they mean...no one except the royals, the army and the Embassy know.

School had gotten out for the summer the previous week. It seemed like everyone in the kingdom was excited for the summer. Students were happy, parents were planning vacations... and the kingdom was out of war, which made everything better. However, the citizens were oblivious to what was really going on within the kingdom. The King and Queen made sure to keep the kingdom's jewels a secret from the public - they knew that if the power got into the wrong hands, it could cause extreme turmoil. The kingdom was lost once and the King and Queen did not want go through that, let alone let the people of the kingdom go through that again.
It was unfortunate that the Embassy knew about the missing jewels too. That meant that in this dilemma, it was anyone's game. The ten jewels were out there somewhere, being held by people who didn't know what to do with them. The King and Queen hoped that whoever had them would be smart enough to keep their powers a secret...
"Come on, Missy, if we start walking now, we can get to the mall sooner!" Lucy said to Missy. The two girls were two of the ten people who somehow got selected by the jewels. "I'm coming!" Missy said as she walked onto the sidewalk with Lucy. They still didn't know what they meant, besides the fact that sometimes, Missy felt like her ears were sore, and Lucy could shock people. She just thought it was simple static. The girls had not yet experienced the extreme sides of their powers, and probably wouldn't for a while. What they did know, however, is that their jewelry refused to come off. Lucy's ring was stuck and Missy's ring was stuck. Again, they didn't think much of it... they had other important things to think about, right? Not really, they were just two teenage girls walking on a seemingly normal day.
It wasn't this simple on the other side of town. In the royal courtyard stood Alex, who had just gotten done with his daily melee training. It was barely noon, and he was somewhat fatigued, but he had gotten used to the strenuous training over the years. He took a seat on a bench, running his fingers through his blonde hair. He was just as much stressed out about the jewels as the royal family was. He knew how he felt every day of that year the dictatorship was going on. It was a nightmare that he hoped he would never have to endure again.

It was another bright and sunny day outside, summer had finally arrived and all the students were out of school. Many of the kids had either went to the beach with their families if not they had gone to the mall with their friends. Others even went to the park to have a nice picnic to have just plain fun with others while the weather was still nice until the snow would finally come crashing down in the winter. The only real problem that was going on during this point in time was the ten jewels that were missing from the royal families hands. The missing jewels being placed into the hands of a bunch of teenagers who barely even realize the amount of power they held in their grasp.
In this case, one of the ten jewels was in the possession of a 19 year-old teenage called Yukito. His jewel was consisted of the endless power of light and darkness, unaware of the power that he held the jewel that Yukito had gotten was actually placed into the necklace that his father had given him before his death. While everyone during this summer was spending time with either their friends or family, he was all alone the entire time and had to remain that was for what felt like the rest of his life. However, even if he didn't have anyone else but himself anymore the young teenage boy didn't seem to mind it one bit. Usually others who were alone with friends or even family wouldn't bother to leave their own homes to make sure they wouldn't become even more depressed by seeing others with their friends and family. Although Yukito was a difference story, he had actually made his own way from his home and straight to the nearby park.
Taking a couple of steps into the park, the very first thing he had seen were many families spending time with their kids while they had picnics with one another. A light smile appeared on Yukito's lips as he made his way over toward the nearest tree that had no one around it. Taking a seat on the green fresh grassy floor, he had rested his back against the large tree as he pulled out a wooden flute from the inside pocket of his small outer coat. Even though it had been summer and the heat was slowly rising as the days went by, strangely enough Yukito would always seem cold even in the hottest of weathers. Slowly raising the flute up toward his lips he had began to blow into it softly until a soft melody finally came out from the instrument in his hands.
Around this sametime, Jack; the royal prince that lived in the palace which resided on the other side of the town had just finished his breakfast. Being part of the royal family gave him barely anything to do most of the day around the kingdom, other then simply listening to what his parents tell him to do since he was actually the heir to the throne. Honestly, Jack didn't mind the thought that he was going to be the new king of the throne one day but it was just that he had wished there would be a day or two that he could get to do what he wanted for once. Being a prince and not to mention having the problem with the missing elemental jewels going on around made things difficult to even relax for a moment. Making his way around the beautifully decorated hallways of the kingdom, many portraits of the royal family of both now and of the past lined the walls on the side of the hallway. Other portraits of the areas around if not much further away from the kingdom were always painted around as well. Soon as Jack continued to walk down the hallway, taking a look over to his left side the young prince had spotted Alex in the courtyard. The male had looked as though he had just finished his training for the day, so without much time wasted Jack quickly made his way down to the courtyard. It was something to do rather then heading to his father and mother right away, so once reaching the courtyard a warm smile had spread across the prince's lips. "Hi there Alex. How has your search gotten you? have you found any of the jewels?"

Leer put her cloak back on, after a long nights rest in one of the inns on the outskirts of, just as she pulled it on a letter was slid under her door along with a small gift box. She noted the sudden sound and caught the movement out of the corner of her left eye, even though her back was still partially turned. She replaced her scarf around her nose and mouth, then pulled her large hood back over her head making sure her hair stayed tucked away. She then stepped over to the dresser, grabbed up her weapons and small satchel, and replaced them back on her person.
She walked over to and picked up the small package and letter, then proceeded to open the letter first:
Hello My Deer Loff the Lieun,
My career has cum with my halve of the deel. Thank que for doeng as I axed. I noo u.v. dotten my pahmant, butt hers a geft.
She grinned, then tore up the letter an set it all in the blazing waves of the fire. It almost instantly turned to ash. After that she opened the package, which revealed a small box of red contacts, she then put them in the hidden interior pocket of her corset. After a few more moments, she finally reopened the door that had locked behind herself early that morning, and headed out with the small wad of paper in her left hand. After thanking the innkeeper for his kindness she left the facility and headed down the road.
Today Marco was rather annoyed with the fact that the Leader of his Kings army had not only made him train with a damaged sword, but that they had been inspected the day before by the man also. After training he leaned against one of the large oaks in the courtyard to nurse a large gash on his right palm. He knew the man had done it on purpose, but decided not to take further action knowing that karma would get him in the end.
He sighed and looked up at the sky, early afternoon was approaching as the sun had warmed up the land in his hours of long training along side the other members who trained that day.

Lucy and Missy locked arms as they were still on their way to the mall. Missy had gotten slightly shocked from Lucy's touch and jumped. "Ah, I'm sorry, did I shock you?" Lucy asked. "For some reason, that's been happening a lot lately. I don't get it." Missy chuckled and just ignored it. Static shocking happens all the time, it was nothing to worry about, really. The two continued on their way to the mall. They were downtown where the city park was, and they saw all of the families enjoying themselves. It was the perfect day for picnics and football. Lucy didn't care so much, but Missy was admiring all the people that seemed so happy. It was then when Lucy heard a sound and stopped. There was a beautiful noise coming from what seemed like the direction of the park.
"Do you hear that?" Lucy asked. She smiled. The music even impressed the snobbish Lucy. Missy, on the other hand, seemed to be really pained by it. There was nothing wrong with the music at all; it was beautiful. But Missy's ears were acting up from the sound power. "It sounds really loud to me..." Missy said, taking her arm from Lucy's and covering her ears. Lucy wanted to check it out. She followed the direction of the sound, and Missy reluctantly followed. They saw a guy under a tree playing a flute. Not only were Missy's ears hurting, but she was extra shy around people she didn't know. Luckily, Lucy stopped a few feet away from the tree and just listened. Missy took her hands off her ears, even though her magnified ears still made the sound painful.
Alex heard some footsteps and looked up. It was none other than the prince. The prince was a nice guy and Alex had known him for what felt like an eternity. The prince was so understanding and Alex knew he could talk to him about almost anything. He was like the brother Alex never had. Alex stood up quickly, because though they were friends, Jack was still the prince and had to be addressed as such. "Greetings, your highness," Alex said. "Unfortunately, I have not found anything! No leads, no nothing, sir. The gems could be anywhere. I just hope that whoever has them is staying on the down-low with their abilities." Alex sighed, shrugging.

Remaining sitting the floor with his wooden flute toward his own lips, Yukito had continued to play his music softly to himself. Honestly, he hadn't really expected to find anyone bothered or come over because of his music. It had been quite some time since he had the chance to actually relax his body and finally get to do something he wanted to. Most of the time Yukito would normally be found out by the graveyard near the outskirts of town to visit a small shrine that he deciated as his mother and father's grave. This was due to the fact that his parents were buried in Japan and since he didn't have the money to visit over to his home country, it was the best thing he could do at the moment.
Within a matter of minutes passing by, he had removed the flute from his own lips as he took in a deep breath before exhaling it back out. The song he had played was something his mother used to always play for him as a child to help him go to sleep at night. Many times in the urban parts of Japan there were dangerous noises that came from the nearby forest, so trying to remain asleep was really difficult especially for the children. Soon enough the sounds of what seemed like footsteps touching the grass making their way over toward him reached his ears as Yukito kept his head down. He had thought for sure that the people that were making their way were just going to walk right pass him and mind their own business, but the light presence of them standing before him had caught his attention quite easily. Slowly raising his head up to see that there were two girls standing in front of him. "Hello. Did my music bother you?...if so, I'm sorry." he said as he remained sitting on the floor with his flute in his own lap. Thankfully enough with his power between light and darkness effecting his ego, at the moment his kindness had overtaken his more negative side.
Watching as how Alex had quickly stood up when he was actually resting by the time Jack had come over. The young prince had tried to raise his hand up to stop him from getting up, it was more then obvious enough that he had just finished his training for the day. The physical traits of sweating, and slight heavy breathing was more then enough to say that he had just done his very best to train hard for any battles he would possbility have to go through. Listening to the updates on how Alex hadnt' found any trace of where or who might possess the elemental gems, Jack couldn't help but simply shake his head. "I'm not too surprised...they are the most powerful gems throughout the world. They can be taken into the form of any type of jewerly..Alex. Do not strain yourself too hard on this, when the time comes...even if we all pray for it not to happen. The gems will reveal their power, and at that point we can only hope that we aren't too late to protect the wielder." He had explained before taking a look around the courtyard for a moment to see all the other knights that were around that were either still training or resting as well. Soon enough, Jack's gaze landed upon another friend that he had known quite well. Markus, if not his name being Marco. He seemed to had been staring up into the sky for some reason, there was no doubt something on his mind and being friends with both Alex and Marco; Jack couldn't help but wonder. "Hey! Marco! Are you alright? C'mon over." He had called out, many of the other knights in the courtyard that hadn't known the prince too well stared at him with questionable looks. The boy was of royalty, so hearing him so hyped up and outgoing the way he was, threw off a couple of people on what they had expected.

Leer had made up her mind as she veered off the road onto a fairly worn path that lead into the hearth of the park. This was one of the few places she came to often on her way into town after long months of travel. This time she was going into the central part of town to get lost in the crowd, she'd promised to visit her cousin.
She paused briefly on the path, in which she pulled out her blue contacts to reveal her green eyes, a family trait. She then quickly placed them in her satchel and resumed her original pace towards the training grounds. It took her about ten minutes of non-stop fast paced walking to get the most distant oak trees from the ground, about half the length of a football field. She then proceeded to climb towards the top of the tree, once she reached the top she spotted her cousin's red hair. That was then where she positioned herself carefully out of sight, but still in a decent position to fire off an arrow at the the tree her was leaning on. Leer pulled her bow out, along with the arrow she had attached the note to, she then readied her bow, aimed, shot off the arrow, and ducked out of sight.
Marco grinned at Jack after he had been spotted, then turn quickly when he heard the whistling of an arrow, and watched it hit the tree. He feared it would alarm the Prince, so he proceeded to laugh as he pulled it out of the tree. Then, ever so fluidly stuffed the note in his pocket as he saw a bit of gray in a distant tree before it all but disappeared.
He heard this Prince call his name and headed over towards him with the arrow in his good hand, "Good afternoon, Jack." Markus flashed him a smile, "I'm fine, nothing a bit of alcohol and a bandage can't handle. How has your day been thus far?" He paused, "Anything new, that we in the army haven't heard already? ..Good or bad."

Lucy blinked as the teenage boy there then spoke to her and Missy. She put her hands on her hips. The boy's music was amazing, and he seemed so polite. Missy was still really shy - even if it was just one person, she wasn't good at talking to people she didn't know. She hid behind Lucy. She was also happy that the music was over... she couldn't understand why it sounded so loud to her. It didn't make sense, because Lucy would have REALLY been complaining if it was that bad. Missy tried to ignore it. Her hearing had been weird lately anyway. First things were too loud. Then they were too soft. And one time, she swore that she couldn't hear anything for a whole minute! She wanted to tell Lucy, but she knew that Lucy would just think she was crazy.
"No, dude. Your music actually sounded really good," Lucy said. "We heard it as we were walkin' here. You've got some talent there." Lucy nodded, crossing her arms. Missy was surprised that Lucy was impressed with the music from the flute. Everyone knew how hard it was to impress Lucy. Missy still stood behind Lucy, afraid to see or be seen by the unknown person. She leaned against Lucy and got shocked again, jumping back. Lucy didn't feel a thing.
Alex saw how beat up Marco was after training. Sometimes that happened. In order to work for the royals, you have to train to a certain standard - some days are better than others. Alex was lucky enough to escape covered in sweat and just fatigued that day, but there had been plenty of days where he left with scars and wounds. "His Majesty and I were just talking about the gems. I really hope that we can find them soon, but it will be difficult until we can find at least one person." He crossed his arms. He knew that somewhere, the Embassy was probably discussing the gems as well.

Yukito's gaze staying on both the girls that stood in front of him, he had noticed to see how the darker haired girl seemed to look like the more serious type between the two of them. Watching as how she had placed her hands onto her hips as though she were angered, the thought of his music bothering them went straight through his mind immediately. While on the other hand, the lighter haired female seemed extremely shy as it was too easily noticed to see how she was quick to go and hide behind the darker haired girl. The reason behind why she would be hiding behind her friend like that was quite confusing but Yukito hadn't bothered to really ask why. Rather when the other girl decided to speak up and actually say that his music was good and that she and her friend had actually heard it while on their way here, and finally that he had talent; the young teenage boy simply raised a brow as he tilted his head. This was the first time someone had actually come up to Yukito and compliment him on his music, most of the time people would normally just walk pass him while minding their own business. He had never really minded it before, so with someone complimenting him this time it was a confusing thing for him. "Well...uhm, thank you. However, I highly doubt that you both came here because of hearing me." He had spoken as he continued to watch how the dark haired female stand before him. It wasn't long before the lighter haired girl had jumped back and caused Yukito's gaze quickly dart over toward her for a moment. "Is she alright..?"
Within a matter of minutes after Jack had called out to Marco for him to come over and speak with him as well as Alex. The sound of something small yet very dangerously sharp sped in the direction to the courtyard at full speed. The smile that was upon the young prince's lips quickly vanished as he turned his attention toward the direction on where the sound was coming from. The reason behind why Jack had noticed the sound of the arrow making it's way over from a far away distance before it could hit it's target was only due to the fact that being a royal, he was a full elemental and was able to use most of the elements that the jewels all possessed as well. Watching as how Marco had taken the arrow out of the tree and pulled the note off of the arrow itself before making his way over toward both the prince and Alex, Jack couldn't help but tilt his head in curiosity of what the note had said. "Marco..whats with that note you got from the arrow?" he had asked, listening to as how Alex had also told Marco on what the two of them were just speaking about with each other.

Ah, I'm still surprised they didn't just take them and take something else along with it. I mean they were of great value and the reason is obvious, but now the problem is finding someone with one. Even if we find one, the person it's on my know next to nothing and detaining them won't do much either. It's a shame that we've still go nothing to go on," Marco grimaced as he walked over to Alex and Jack.
"The note is nothing to be alarmed by, Jack," he grinned as he held the arrow out in front of himself, so that bother men could view it better. "The family crest on it, is my cousin's, she's from another Kingdom. I am well aware how strange it seems to you. She's wants me to meet her here soon as she won't be in town all that long. The note is just giving me a time and place to meet her, with which I shall. I haven't seen or heard from her in a few months time; she's always rather busy." He paused, "Showing you the note would make her rather angry as we tend to discuss family matters and if you were to follow me then she would know."

Lucy was confused. The boy seemed rather pessimistic to her, as he didn't seem open to the fact that she complimented his music. Lucy herself even knew how almost un-impressible she was, and was surprised that one of the few times someone she complimented someone, they seemed indifferent about it. She shrugged, keeping her arms crossed, for no matter what, she was still Lucy, and since the music wasn't playing, she had no real reason to stand there anymore. But just then, he asked about Missy, which of course made Missy feel more shy. Lucy knew how her friend was and didn't want to scare her any longer, and she didn't even realize that Missy got shocked again. "She's just really shy," Lucy said. She was now starting to get bored, as the boy, without the sound of the music, didn't seem to interest her. She looked at her nails. "You should totally play some more." Missy sighed. She wanted to go to the mall with her best friend, not talk to some person she didn't know. But she was still too shy to say anything, so she continued to hide.
Alex looked at the arrow. He noticed the crest on it and smiled. It was a very unique thing. He was just glad it was Marco's family, and not anything from the Embassy... he did not want to deal with them at all. "Interesting," Alex said. "Well, seeing family is a good thing. And it is not like she is of the Embassy or anything, so we would not need to intrude." Alex was always suspicious of outside people getting close to the castle, because anyone could be working for the Embassy. But with Marco... he knew he could trust a fellow knight.

(Sorry it took so long to post. x.X how i hate working 3rd shift..)
Watching as how the darker haired female explained that the friend behind her was simply too shy to speak or let alone show herself. Yukito took a moment's glance over at her before directing his gaze away and back onto the darker haired girl. The feeling of being shy wasn't anything too new to this young teenage boy, especially since he had been that way when he was younger in his ages and obviously before the incident that had caused his family's death. Mentally letting out a soft sigh, he simply shook his head lightly to push any thoughts of the past behind him and try to keep his focus clear. So immediately when the darker haired female spoke up once more on telling Yukito to play his music, even though it may had sounded like a cold demand he hadn't really bothered to refuse as he lifted up the flute toward his lips once more and had began to play. Once more, it was another song that was played by his mother before her death to help the young Japanese boy fall asleep during the most dangerous of nights. Both of his eyes closed softly as he moved his fingers to each one of the notes that laid upon the wooden flute.
Being told that even if they had found one of the jeweled holders toward Alex from Marco. Jack couldn't help but scratch the back of his head, he had known all too well that he was right. Even if they were to find one of the holders, trying to figure out what to do then would make things rather difficult, if someone were to try and force the jewel off of them and they refused who knew what type of power they could accidentally release. The jewels were of sacred power of their element and were kept by the royals for good reasons, even the prince himself didn't have the ability to overcome even one of the powers of the jewels if they were fully activated. Whether or not the prince's father and mother were stronger was not really known to Jack, especially since he had never seen them fight before.
Right after, being told about the note that had came with the arrow which had another family crest on it. Jack didn't bother to hestiate much when he had nodded in understanding. "Alright, I will trust your judgement Marco. If this is something that you must do, then I will support you. Just I hope that this won't effect on your loyalty to our family..even if you may not be by blood, everyone in this kingdom considers you family as well."

"There's no shadow of a doubt that you need bother to question my loyalty. She's a lone wolf under the control of no one. You see our Mother's share a royal surname, I myself wasn't a pure-blooded royal. It's a dirty little secret I carry," He grinned after he lowered his voice, "That's why my mother isn't shown in my family tree, her first name sufficed."
He paused, "If you two care to know more, I will tell you more later. Though, I suggest not asking around, who she is now differs a great lot from who she was then. Until then I'll leave you with this."
He pulled a small sheet of paper from his pocket and handed it to the prince. It read:
Beware of the budding Rose by the Well, Her poisonous thorns might get you.
"If you can figure bits of that out between yourselves, I won't need to tell you all that much. Though, there really isn't that much to tell.."

Lucy smiled in approval as the boy began to play his music again. She loved the sound; the music was absolutely beautiful. It was then when Lucy was beginning to regret not playing an instrument. She could sing, but that was about it. The band at school was more respected than the choir, though. She sighed and just continued to listen.
Missy's ears decided to act up again. Now the music sounded really low. She could hear it, but it felt like her ears were trying to pop or like her head was full of air. She was confused, as since they were so close to the boy, she doubted he would suddenly play quieter... and if it was much quieter, Lucy would have definitely noticed too. She thought something was wrong with her ears. Maybe I'm going to go deaf or something... she thought. She would have to go see a doctor. But her priority right then was getting to the mall. She sighed, wishing that the boy would stop playing so that they could be on their way.
Unfortunately, Missy didn't know that she had powers over sound... in her mind, she wanted the music to stop, so her powers began to work for that without her knowing. A mystical force came over the flute and its sound became muted. The boy was still playing, but there was no audible sound. Lucy looked up, confused. "Is that all?" She asked. Missy didn't know she caused the flute to become muted. She just thought he happened to stop playing. She thought she lucked out.
Alex nodded in agreement with Jack. Marco was loyal, there really wasn't a reason to worry about what he was doing. Jack and Alex had both known Marco for quite a long time, so the trust among the three was automatic.

Syrine frowned and glanced at her pocket watch. She compaired it to her wrist watch, and the tiny clock on her ring. All her clocks were on time, but something felt wrong. Offhandedly she brushed her hand across the purple gem on her belly button. Time was usually on her side, but something about it felt...awkward this morning.
With a sigh, she brushed her purple bang out of her face, and tied her hair into a high ponytail. Syra slipped on her sandals and left her apartment, the wind playing softly with her simple dress. Her steps were light but firm, as she made her way around town. Keeping her eye on her pocket watch, she tried to compare it to any clocks she saw around in her surroundings.
It didn't take long for Syra to realize she was lost. Growling lightly at herself she looked around and saw nothing she recognized. The buildings around her looked older, less kept. "I'm so lost." she sighed and attempted to retrace her steps. Eventually she found herself by the Embassy. "Well theres a start." Syrine worried her lower lip and found herself wandering away from the building and towards the park.

Playing through his song that his mother had once played for him as a child, it hadn't taken him very long to get down to the near middle part of the music when every note he had seemed to begin playing finally came to a complete stop. There was not a single note of music escaping from the wooden flute any longer, however if the dark haired female hadn't told him about that he probably would've kept going for a bit more before realizing it. This was only due to his love of music, everytime Yukito would play a song he would make sure not to listen to the physical instrument he was playing but rather listen to the song in his mind and soul. To Yukito, music meant much more then simply calming sounds to make others happy or himself happy. It was one of the only things that helped him keep his sorrow down and a way to express his emotions without showing too many of them. When none of the notes would escape from the flute, he immediately stopped playing and stared at his instrument in utter confusion. "What the--...?" Shaking the wooden flute a couple of times and taking a look into the small holes of where the notes would normally come from to check if they were clogged at all. In the end, Yukito noticed that the flute was completely fine and nothing was wrong with it. "No, the song..wasn't finished..I..I'm not even sure what it is. I don't even know whats wrong with it." he explained before handing it up toward the dark haired girl. "You want to take a look at it?..do you think you know whats wrong with it?"
Being told that Marco's loyalty would remain with the prince's royal family, Jack simply nodded on understanding as he listened to the small story about his family tree about his mother and sister as well. Soon taking the sheet of paper given to him from Marco and reading through it lightly, Jack couldn't really understand what it was supposed to mean at first before he had handed it right over to Alex to see if he could make anything out of it. "Alright. If that is what you must do Marco. Then go do so. I'll make sure my mother and father know about it so that they won't go thinking anything bad."

Syra's ears perked as she heard the soft sound of a flute being played. "Oh, thats sounds lovely!" She murmured. Syra hurried towards it, not realizing that as she moved time slowed a little. But even so by the time the girl arrived the sound had stopped. A little uneasy about approaching strangers, Syra gently moved forward. "Umm excuse me, but that song, it was beautiful." Her voice was soft with nervousness. Syra pulled her ponytail off her shoulder, the purple/pink strands clinging to her.

Marco paused before he turned to leave, "She's my cousin, my little cousin. She's four years younger than myself, keep that between the three of us. I really don't need the King and Queen knowing, it's really another Kingdom's business not ours. I'm only saying something because I trust that it will stay between the three of us. If it get's out it could endanger her and she's the last living connection to my Mother."
Plus, if she ever found out that he had told someone about her and it wasn't against his will she might never forgive him. He sighed, "Look, if I'm not back by about three tomorrow morning, then you may search for me. Until then, please act as though you don't know where I am--like I went for a long stroll or something. Someone tailing for is a hundred times worse that me not turning back up.."

Lucy watched as the boy began to analyze his flute. Why had it stopped working? None of the three knew. If Missy had known it was her fault, she probably would have felt very guilty about it.
"I ain't no repairman, dude," Lucy said, taking the flute. "I guess I'll look at it. But I know nothin' about musical instruments either." She looked through all of the keys and all over the instrument. Within a minute, she got bored because she didn't know what to look for, and she wouldn't know how to fix it anyway. "See if you can do something with it, Missy," Lucy said, handing the flute to Missy. Missy began to look at it, and then a new person came over, startling her more as she didn't like being around people she didn't know. She fiddled with the flute. "Uh, um, uh..." she said, not knowing what to do either. Now that she was touching a device that creates sound, her powers were acting up more. Now a force came over the flute that would make it sound incredibly loud. Missy had no idea about this either, and with shaky hands, she slowly walked over to the boy and extended the flute to him. She was increasingly nervous now that he could see her fully. Made no sense, though, because the boy wasn't any sort of threat. Missy's fear of people she didn't know was that bad.
Alex accepted the note from Jack and read over it. He read over it at least ten times but had no idea what it meant. "Sorry, Your Majesty, I have not the slightest idea." He knew it had to be some sort of code but he had never been very good at deciphering those.

Listening to as how the dark haired female told Yukito that she wasn't someone who repaired stuff, he could only return his own reply with a small smile. He had known all too well that probably herself nor the other girl behind her would know how to fix the instrument but simply staring at it with a blank face on himself wasn't going to get him anywhere. Watching as how she had taken her time to look at his flute only to give it to the girl who was hiding behind her to see if she could figure it out. As Yukito awaited to see if the other girl could see what was wrong with the flute itself, he sat quietly on the grassy floor awaiting to see if either one of these two girls could figure anything out about it. Within a matter of seconds, the flute had let out a loud annoyingly painful noise that nearly made Yukito want to scream his head off. Once the sound finally came to a stop, the next thing he had found was that the lighter haired girl was now standing in front of him to hand him back his instrument. This was the first time he had actually been able to see her fully in front of him, looking up at her as he reached out to take the flute back into his hands. The expression on her face gave it nearly all away that she was indeed shy. "There is no need to be shy..I'm not going to hurt you." Soon after he had spoken, yet another girl had made her way over to the three teenagers around the tree. This one seemed to had liked the sound of the music very much that Yukito was playing. His small smile remaining on his lips as he turned his gaze over toward her. "Thank you for your compliment..it seems many of you are fans of music, I presume?"
Listening to as how the prince had been told that the person he was going to meet was actually going to be Marco's younger cousin, Jack could only raise a brow in curiosity. Was the history behind his family really that serious that he even wished for the prince not to let anyone else know rather then keeping it between himself and Alex. Either way, he had nodded in agreement. "Alright Marco. You have my word as the prince and as your friend not to tell another soul about this. As well, as long as you are sure you will be safe..I will keep your leave without too much suspicion around the kingdom." Right after he had spoken, hearing from Alex that even he didn't have the slightest clue about what the message meant either. Jack could only shrug his shoulders to the thought. "Oh well, I pray that it isn't anything too serious."

Syra could see unease in one girls eyes. She was just as uncomfortable around strangers as herself, if not worse. Biting her lower lip she stepped to the side, not wanting to cause her more distress than needed. Syra didn't like being crowded by strangers but there had been something about the music from the flute, as well as a feeling in her soul that spoke to her that these people were important.
Syrine nodded lightly to the boys question. "I love music, of any kind. I fancy myself a bit of a dancer. But your music, it was almost magical...." She blushed slightly realizing to words that slipped from her lips. "I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself. My names Syra. " Once you introduce yourselves your no longer strangers, right? Her mind figured.

To Marco's relief, the prince listened and understood, "Thank you, my friend. I am in debt to you for this service you are doing for not only myself. I am sure I shall be more than safe, the person I will be with is more skilled in poisons than I myself am. Her blades and arrow tips are covered in them." He paused, "But the arrow I'm carrying, is the only one left. It's very special, you see it was one of her Father's."

Lucy placed a hand on her hips, looking at the fingers on her other hand boredly. "Yeah, I like music if it's good enough," she said, her eyes slowly looking up to meet the boy's. "Your music is pretty good. I never realized how much I liked the sound of a flute."
Missy was still shy. When the boy told her there wasn't a need for that, she felt slightly better but was still nervous, especially with the arrival of the new girl. But then the new girl introduced herself which also made Missy a little less nervous. Still, even if Missy wanted to talk, usually Lucy did the talking for the both of them. "I'm Lucy and this is Missy," Lucy said.
Alex nodded in agreement with Jack. He would also not tell anyone; Alex was a very faithful person, and Marco and Jack could know that because of how long they'd known Alex.

Watching as how the female named Syra introduced herself herself to Yukito as well as the other two females named Lucy and Missy. Shifting his gaze from between the three girls that stood before him, Yukito took one last look at his flute on wondering what could've effected it to make it stay silent at first and then suddenly scream out an extremely loud noise. Either way, the light crimson shade that had appeared of Syra's cheeks when she had told him about his music being 'magical' had gotten him confused. Since Yukito wasn't really born around others rather then his own family and a small village, he didn't really understand some things about others that lived in this country. "Er...Thank you for that compliment as well. I am glad that you all enjoyed the music." He had spoken before turning his attention back onto Lucy and Missy. It had seemed the girl named Missy looked a bit more calm then she had earlier as for Lucy, she seemed to actually like music only when it was good enough for her and when she had heard Yukito's it had sounded as though she liked it. Soon enough as the three had spoken with one another, the young teenage boy hadn't realized he let his focus go without notice. Due to this, Yukito's once dark ocean blue eyes slowly turned into a deep blood red crimson as his own smile slowly vanished into a more serious frown. Standing up to his own two feet and putting away his flute into his inner long sleeved pocket, he gave a glare toward all three of the females in front of him. "Who the hell are you three brats? and what in the hell are you looking at? Get out of my way!" He demanded, Yukito's alter ego; the darkness inside him had now taken over once more. Due to this, he was much more mean and hated everyone around him. He no longer recognized any of the three girls standing before him even when they had just introduced themselves not too long ago.
Listening to Marco explain that he would indeed be safe considering that his younger cousin's weaponary were all covered in poisons that even Marco himself was inferior in, he could only nod in understanding once more. As well as the last arrow that as just sent was actually a special one that seemed to used to belong to her father. "Alex. While Marco goes on this mission of his. I think I am going to go see if I can search for these jewels myself. If you wish, would you like to come along with me?" he had asked before returning his gaze back onto Marco in the end. "When you return Marco, you may come find me as well if you wish." Putting his palms together into the shape of a sphere, within seconds going by a strange purplish blue energy formed into the shape of a sphere came into view as the prince handed it over to Marco. "Here. When you are done, just call out my name into this sphere and it should lead you into my direction immediately." The sphere itself was made of pure spirit energy, it was an ability that Jack had to learn at an early age due to him being the prince of the royal family. It was just in case he would ever lose his way and wouldn't know how to get back to his mother and father if they were ever all separated.
