The Library


Long ago, a library was discovered. Within this library, knowledge from all cultures, races, and more were kept. It was believed that the knowledge inside was endless, and whoever held the power that such knowledge brought, could fufil their wildest dreams. The library was once home to a powerful sorcerer, and his apprintace. It was during a time of peace, and the knowledge was open to all who sought it out. One evening however, a master of darkness and demons broke into the library. He sought to take over the knowledge, secrets and power that was held inside for his own gain to take over the worlds and dimensions. The sorcerer fought the man, using all of his strength to confine him to a book. The sorcerer deemed the knowledge and secrets that the library held to be to dangerous, and that more people like the master of darkness would come looking for it for selfish reasons, and if the master of darkness ever got free, it would mean great danger. With the last of his power, he sealed the library, and hid it away. The apprintace was given the duty of the guardian of the library, and also sealed away inside of it. Both he and the master of darkness fell into a deep slumber as the library faded into legend and myth, undisturbed for hundreds of years. Now however, a group of travelers seeking the knowledge inside for their own reasons, weather they know it or not, have happened upon the library. They may not know it but they were all drawn there, even if they do not know they were searching for anything at all. They become locked inside its' walls. They awake the guardian, and unfortunately the master of darkness as well, who seeks to escape from his book and the prison of the library. They will have to stop him and seal him once again inside his book, or they will never make it out alive.

Roleplay Rules

1. Respect all members of the roleplay
2. Follow all Mene rules.
3. Yaoi and yuri allowed, so respect this, and if you do not like it respect those who do.
4. PM all profiles to Me titled with the name of the Rp or they will not be looked at (NO ACCEPTIONS, and limited spots, so first come first served)
5. Keep ooc within the ooc, I do not like ooc in the rp thread, so keep it out. This is your only warnning.
6. No killing off other characters without their permission, but npcs are free game if you wish.
7. No godmodding please -.-
8. Please post at least a good sized paragraph per post, NO one or two liners.
9. I will add/subtract and update the rules as needed.
