Ren Masami

Ren sighed, carrying her bag in her hands. Red...the school uniform had to be red. She looked down at herself a bit, she looked like a giant tomatoe threw up on her. She typically did not do a lot of red, due to the fact of her hair and eye color. It clashed. She walked through the park, making her way along the path that led through it towards the other side. She often took this Route to get home after school.

She was living with a guard from neptune, her mother not wanting her to go alone. Rune was more like a big brother, though he was portraying her cousin. She was always teased about their names Ren and Rune, they were similar. She sighed, slumping over a little bit. She didn't feel to happy looking like a giant walking tomatoe. Red was so not her color. She looked up as the sound of a bird overhead caught her attention.

She smiled, immediatly standing up straight now. The birds were out late tonight. "Aw, hello little fella" she says, noticing a bluejay sitting on the branch. She held up her hand, for a moment the bird looked at her, before hopping onto her finger. She giggled lightly, she seemed to have a good connection with animals here on this planet.

"Oh! I have something for you Mr. Bird" she kneeled, opening her bag. She pulled out a small bag. She always kept seed with her for this reason when walking through the park. Holding some up, the bird hopped into her hands, pecking at it. She smiled warmly, allowing the little animal to eat its fill. From the trees, a few more birds hopped down from their trees to see what was going on. She gently spread some seed on the ground for them to munch on as well.

She laughed lightly, seeing them all enjoying it so much. She was glad that they enjoyed it. She was not in a hury, so there was no reason she could not enjoy the animals. She was forgetting entirly about the tomatoe uniform, focusing on her love and enjoyment of animals. She smiled warmly and purely, it was like the rest of the world and this war going on was fading away.

She was a guardian, she was supposed to be looking for the others, to team up and save the world. Yeah, she would do that...once she knew where to find them. For now, she was content with feeding her little feathered friends, making sure they got their fill. They chirped happily, and she smiled once more. It was turning into a good and beautiful night.

(XD if they found Ren she could help bein a healer, they would bump into Esmme's charrie to.)

While Koyama had awaited for an answer to his question on what the silver haired male had wanted for his liking out of all the pastries he had to choose from, or as well as going to the next room for some actual food rather then just plain sweets. He had kept his gaze upon the male with each step he took while he had glanced down at each of his own hand-baked pastries. Throughout the entire time he had watched this stranger, a warm smile had played across his lips as he raised only a single brow at the very moment the question of the stranger's own had come up about Koyama making them all himself. With a single nod of his head, the red-haired male had taken his own gaze down toward the glass display as he took a look at each of his pastries. "Indeed sir. I have baked them all myself, I have a huge love for sweet things but as well as all different kinds of flavors. Please, have a look around, see if anything catches your eye. If not, please if you would like go to the next room and have a seat as i said." He had stated directing his hand motion toward the second room which had the more dimmed lights and calming deep ocean blue paint upon the walls.

Even after he had offered the stranger about the different choices of food, it kind of gave away the fact that the man was nothing more then a strange human from another town only coming to visit or live. However, Koyama wasn't completely aware of why the silver-haired male still had something about him that he couldn't put his finger on. "Sir? May I ask you a question..? You don't seem to be from around here, are you new to this town or something?" He could no longer hold back the urge to ask the strange man, whatever this feeling was that he had gotten from him, Koyama had to know. This man could've been one of the dark creatures in disguise and he was simply being fooled by how kind he was acting.

Kiyoto 08-01-2013 02:05 AM

Kenshin nodded a bit at the other's answer and then the possible actions he presented. He paused when the other asked him about his presence within the town. He looked over at the other, for a moment silent. He then smiled, "actually, I have been here for a while not, though I am origionally from far...far away." He walks back over to him, tilting his head slightly. This feeling, the electric energy within the air that he was feeling. Why was the other curious about where he was from. "I am familiar with this area, though I have never been here before so I am not surprised you do not recognize me" he chuckles a little bit. He was not prone to hang around these places as he had thought earlier.

He looks at the other, then turned towards the case. He decided on a mini lemon tart. "They look delicious, if you do not mind" he says. He chuckles a little bit again, "I have a taste for more sour and tart then sweet sadly, though I suppose it can be used within the same context" he continued his smile, waiting to see if the other would simply drop the question, or pick up on the slight hint. If he did, then it would mean something more. He would not make the first move though, he noticed that the other did not seem interested in it either. He did seem curious though, he was curious himself though. Perhaps it had been more then simply chance that he happened upon this place. Funny he was thinking about this, the other could be simply another human, though something inside him said there was more.

For now he would play it safe and friendly, which was not to hard for him actually. He was a snice guy to begin with, growing up around love and friends. Even though he had been deemed betrothed to someone else before he was even one, he had grown up to love her. She had been a part of the reason why he was the way he was now. Who he was now. She had been a beautiful and incredible woman. He had fallen in love with her along his life. Weather it was planned or not, it was one of the best things within his life. A slight pain grew within his heart once more. A slight saddened look moved to his face, his smile turning into a slight frown. He blinked a bit, pushing the thoughts from his mind, trying to push it out of his way for now. He was here, with this guy for now, he needed to be in the present..not the past.

happydeath 08-01-2013 03:26 AM

After the male had explained that he had actually been living here in Tokyo for quite some time already and that he was indeed from a very far away place. Koyama couldn't help himself but to raise his brow and his own lips lowering down to a curious frown. The slight pause that the male had given in between his two words saying paused had caused a bit of questioning to come up within his own head on what the silver-haired male meant by that. As the male spoke of being familiar with the current area but simply never arriving into this bakery before, the red-haired male became all the more cautious toward this stranger. Taking only a half of a step backwards in case the stranger had planned to attack him, it would be able to give Koyama enough time to react and counter any movement that would be sent his way.

Once the silver haired male had indicated that he wished for one of the lemon tarts that were on display. His frown had slowly faded to a half of a smile as Koyama made his way to grab a small box for the silver-haired male. Taking up a few of the lemon tarts, he placed them into the box and handed over the counter to the male with his half smile remaining upon his lips. "There you are sir. Please, take it for free..think of it as a friendly first welcome to the bakery. Please do come again." He stated only to give a slight bow to the man in respects that they tended to give in Tokyo, or so it had seemed whenever the students had arrived to his bakery to have some of his pastries, they would tend to bow to him after they had gotten what they came for.

Even when he had given the box to the male, as soon as the touch from the box had been given to this stranger. The slight feeling of the two grabbing a hold of the same item, even if it were only for a moment had caused a light jolt of energy for Koyama to be sent through his own body. What was that? Electricity? Was it simply a random jolt such as those the humans had gotten when they had built up friction within their body. No, this electric jolt that had been sent through his body had a much more dense and controlled type of power. There had only been one other thought could've been that the male could've given him such a jolt. Jupiter. Koyama had never really been there personally, but he was indeed given stories from his parents that the planet was filled with intense lightning strikes over and over again, but he had to be sure. "Sir..if you don't mind me asking. Exactly..where did you come from?" His usual kind tone of voice had quickly dropped to a more serious tone as he directed his gaze straight into the eyes of this stranger.

Quote:

Cain Russel

Wandering down a pitch dark alleyway with his entire body cloaked within a large pair of black rags that had looked as though he had just stolen it from a homeless man that used it for clothing. His head completely hidden, his usual grin had been unseen from within the darkness and his eyes hidden due to the hood pulled over his head too far. Cain had been searching for what seemed like months already throughout this pathetic planet for the so-called guardians so that he would be able to get an actual good fight out of all this walking. While he made his way down further into the alleyway, the sound of distant rushing was heard coming towards him. Turning his head over his shoulder only slightly to see who was rushing toward him so blindly like an idiot, it was none other then an ordinary mortal who was trying to attack Cain with a pocket knife. How amusing.

Allowing his own body to go just slightly limp, the insane male allowed himself to be pinned against the brick wall with a loud thud as he was given the pocket knife help straight toward his throat. "Give me your money! Empty out those pockets and give me all your shit, or I'll kill you." The human male threatened Cain with nothing more then a simple pocket knife that was obviously able to kill an ordinary mortal, but such a thing against him? This wasn't going to end good for this man. The mortal had looked to be no more then a man who seemed to be around his late twenties or early thirties. Slamming Cain's body against the wall harder, the mortal demanded him to hand over whatever possessions he had to him. "Did you hear me?! Give me your damn shit! Now!" he had repeated to the cloaked man.

Slowly enough a low deepening chuckle was heard from Cain's lips. "What the hell do you think your laughing at?! You damn freak, I'm robbing you! This ain't no joke! Give me your stuff now or I'll damn kill you!" The mortal had become enraged as Cain continued to burst out into a louder chuckle even though his entire face was hidden from sight to this mortal. However, that soon changed when Cain finally rose his head to reveal his pitch black face only to show nothing more then his wicked grin and his glowing orange redish eyes. "Oh..did you say something? I hadn't heard." His voice dark and demonic as he continued to chuckle only lightly with every word he spoke. The mortal, seeing how the cloaked man's face had looked within the hood quickly dropped his weapon and stepped back rapidly in fear. "Wh-wh...wha...what the hell are you?!" The man asked as he backed away rapidly only to begin bolting off into a quick run down the alleyway and his screams filling the entire air.

"Oh..don't you want to play..? I thought you wanted to rob me..that's no fun." His grin slowly fading to a more visible toothy angered frown. Within an instant, Cain had vanished from sight before reappearing right before the mortal's face once again, causing the poor human to fall back onto his bottom with a thud. "W-wha..what do you want?..d-do you want money?..h-h-here! T-take it! Take it and leave me alone!" The human male had reached into his pockets and pulled out all the money he could before throwing it forward toward Cain's face. Glancing down at the mortal's money for only a moment, his grin returned upon his lips as he enjoyed the sight that he was trying to bribe his way out of being killed now. "No..I don't want your money, you fool..I want you dead." Instantly, before the human male had a chance to speak. Cain had already grabbed a hold of his throat.

While squeezing the life out of the mortal's body, all that was heard throughout the entire alleyway and even further out into the streets near the local park were the screams of the male. How Cain loved the sound of the screams of his victims before they had died, it gave him the feeling that they still were alive but only barely and that they would never get the chance to live this life ever again. Slowly enough, after finally squeezing just nearly all the life out of the male, he had thrown the mortal toward the brick wall only to watch him catch his breath terribly. With that moment, the ashy skinned male had opened out his right palm only to have energy circulate around his palm and create the large scythe from his own body. With a single slice across the mortal's body, it had left a large gapping wound that had bled out some type of strange bluish liquid. The human's life force. "I'll be taking that." Reaching out to grab the blue liquid, it had came off of the male almost as though it were taffy. Although Cain had swallowed it into his mouth as though it was a single strand of noodle.

The mortal's body was left sitting there completely lifeless as his skin took only moments to grow pale and grey with both of his eyes still wide open. Just staring at the mortal sitting there had even annoyed Cain that he was no use to fight or even feed upon any longer. Rather then allowing it to just sit there, he raised his right foot before slamming his kick into the man's body against the large brick wall. A loud crash was heard throughout the entire alleyway as the male's body was completely buried underneath several pieces of brick, all else that had been seen was blood slowly draining from all the bricks and coming down the alleyway. With his grin and eyes once more vanishing underneath the darkness of his hood, Cain pulled the cloak closer to his body and below his hood as he walked down the alleyway once again. The light chuckle escaping his lips allowing to overlap the sounds of his chains rattling underneath his cloak for only a moment before he would stop along with the sounds of the rattling coming to a stop as well.

The other took a step back. He seemed to be nervous a bit when Kenshin mentioned that he was not from around here. He made no move, he was not a threat to the other, though he did not seem to know that quite yet. His responces were giving Kenshin an insight to information he had been puzzling within his mind. This man was not simply an Earth human. There was deffinetly somthing more going on here. Then, he moved across the space between them, slipping a few of the directed pastries into a box.

When handed over to him, he gently took the box, listening to the other's words. He smiled warmly, "that is very kind of you." He gave a slight incline of his head in responce to the other's bow. Then they were back on the subject of him. He could see the curiosity building within the other's form. The reaction he was giving, it possibly could have been due to the natural Jupiter energy he gave off, they did have a larger number of electrytes and such within their body. The storms and energy present on Jupiter and through it's body was certain of that. He lightly turned to one of the smaller stand up tables that were available for quick snacks or waiting, placing the box down upon it.

He took a breath, choosing his words carefully, reaching up to brush his hair from his eyes. "I do believe you already know where I am from" he says, turning to look over at the other man. He gave a slightly playful smile, perhaps he had found one of the very people he had been looking for? This would be the way to find out. They were dancing around in a circle, slowly making their way to the truth. One of them merely had to say it. Kenshin crossed over to the windows for a moment, looking out at the darkening sky. He smiled, "the stars are beautiful within the Tokyo sky arn't they? It does make one homesick sometimes..." He looked back at him.

(Happy's gettin freaky XD lol.)

happydeath 08-01-2013 04:04 AM

Even after the man had taken his box of pastries over toward one of the nearby tables without an immediate answer to Koyama's question. It had brought over the feeling that he was trying to walk away and simply ignore the question, normally enough he would simply accept such a thing without so much as saying another word to the subject. However, this time the question he had asked the stranger was more important then anything. It was clear enough that this stranger was no ordinary human or even human at all in the first place. With the slight clench of his fist as he had heard no response when the male had walked away, the red-haired male prepared himself for the worst that was to come from this.

Soon enough though, hearing the male's words speak up as though Koyama had known where this stranger came from. Both of his own eyes quickly widened in shock as his grip upon his fists slowly loosened themselves down. He knew where this stranger was from already? How could that be. Without a single word even to that statement, when the male had approached the window only to stare outside toward the dark sky where the stars lit themselves in only small spots only to have the strange speak about something that had to do with being homesick.

Watching the stars, and yet being homesick. Just listening to those words, Koyama had made his way around the counter to step up over toward the strange silver-haired male. Standing several feet away, his calm expression now crossing his face more then ever. "You..your one of the guardians aren't you?..and if I'm right, your Jupiter's. Am I wrong?" His question stated as he made his way over toward the same table where the male had left his box of pastries on. Taking a seat right onto one of the stools of the table, he turned his head only slightly over to his side to watch the male to what he would do and respond to Koyama's question.

Kiyoto 08-01-2013 04:15 AM

He chuckled lightly, seeing the slight angry responce his walking away had caused to the other. He seemed ready to yell at him, or to fight. When he spoke, he watched the reactions of the other as he took in the information. When he moved around the counter and came out, Kenshin turned to return to the table. He lightly took a seat on the other stool, resting his cheek within his hand as he smiled at the male. He had been correct in his words, asking him if he was a guardian and in asking if he was Jupiter. This other was familiar as well, he had an idea of who he was as well. The ocean paint, the feel of this place, the calm fluent way of the other, similar to water. Besides Neptune, only one guardian was really known to be dealing in water.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Mercury..." he said. He chuckled a bit, "seems it's true, it was not just luck to happen upon such a place....It must be fate." He had not been paying attention really, but something had pulled him here. His energy..being a guardian,...the stone or chi? It was hard to say for sure, all guardians shared an unspoken bond as the planets shared the same system. His eyes traveled over the other, taking in the other guardian's form. He seemed fit, well grown and strong. That was good, it was nice to see one of the other guardians He had not seen them in some time, with all that was happening on Jupiter at the time.

Aro raised an eyebrow, looking ready to grin. "Anywhere could be a lot of places, babe." The male glanced in Crim's direction as the protector walked away. Quite frankly, he would be fine. A little bit of blood never hurt anyone - not a little bit. A protector could take care of themselves. Then again, Mathys was getting the impression this protector had failed in his duties....

Before he allowed himself to think on the topic further, Mathys gestured for Axelia to follow him. He easily prepared his bike, revving the engine to life. "How does oblivion sound? I hear they have good drinks." Aro chuckled, glancing behind him once Axelia got settled. He hadn't forgotten he young earth age. "Hold tight, girly. I don't want to force your protector out of hiding again."

There was a screech as he spun the bike around, pushing away from the curb. Like he'd said: Anywhere was a large selection of places. Nonetheless, he would take Axelia somewhere normal. He could have taken her with him to his usual places, but all of those were on the risky side. Someone this delicate and light had no place there. Axelia was too soft to be thrown in with the wolves of earth.

Their journey was short, and surprisingly Aro took it easy. When they pulled into a spot, he waited for Axelia to dismount. "I hear they have the best drinks in town here," he said, swiping hair from his face. His red eyes lit with laughter. "Age appropriate drinks, of course." Aro stepped up to the cafe, opening the door and waiting for Axelia. Not ALL chivalry was dead on Mars....

"Take your pick. I'm paying."

A light laugh caught Ceridan's attention. Lifting his golden eyes from his sketch, the youth pinpointed the source: one of the local high school's students. He'd seen her once before, maybe a few more times. She always stood out because of her hair. It was purple, which was not a normal earth color. Those kinds of things always stood out to Cer.

For a moment, Ceridan merely sat still and watched. There was a pure joy in her movements, and the birds (which weren't fond of humans) seemed to enjoy her company. Slowly, Cer stood and tucked his pencil into his pocket. She was only a few feet from him now. "They like you," he said, his voice slightly accented with some kind Irish tone. With a smile, Ceridan shrugged. "You must be good with animals."

At that very moment, the chilling cry of death filled the air. Ceridan's golden eyes flashed with energy. He'd felt that. He'd FELT it. The fear ... so strong ... it made him sick. "He's hurting..." Cer felt his heart clench, and he stepped in the direction of the sound without thinking about it. With a scowl, the Venus guardian stepped toward the feeling he felt. This wasn't the smartest move, no, but he couldn't sit by while someone else suffered. Not when it hurt so much.

((HOLY CRAP, BATMAN. I would die of sheer fright. LOL))

Kiyoto 08-01-2013 04:34 AM

Ren smiled, enjoying the company of the birds who were with her. They hoppped around, chirping and enjoying the seed which she was glad to feed them. She stroked the bluejay's chest with her finger gently, and it seemed to enjoy it. This made her happier. She felt eyes on her, though she did not say anything or move, until the other approached her. She glanced up as the other approached her, speaking that the birds liked her. She raised an eyebrow, opening her mouth to respond, as the scream echoed around them. She noticed the reaction that came from the other beside her, as he stepped towards the direction of the scream. That scream was full of pain and fear, it made chills errupt over her skin.

At the same time, it caused the birds to scatter. She stood, her eyes on the direction of the scream, this guy was not normal, but she could not worry about that now. She took off. In an instant she had passed the guy who had been talking to her moments before, heading off across the park. Her eyes and mind clearly set on what was going on. Someone was in trouble, she was not going to just stand by and let it happen, no way in hell. She was a guardian, she was supposed to protect people, which was exactly what she would do. Her ability to manipulate air was helping with her breathing, allowing her to run farther without letting her body deplete of oxygen so quickly. She paused only a moment at the other side of the park, before glancing both ways. Where? She noticed a nearby ally, taking off towards it. Time to get to work!

Kry 08-01-2013 04:57 AM

Crim whirled around when he heard the bike's engine start up, eyes widened slightly as Axelia mounted the vehicle. It all happened so fast, and he was to far away to grab her. Though he did reach out with bloodied right hand. "Wait!" The word was drowned out by the sound, but even if it hadn't been he didn't think they would have stopped. Damnit. He was supposed to be watching her, guarding her. That hand clenched into a tight fist, before it returned to putting pressure on the wound of his left shoulder. He grit his teeth. He was already failing again, all because he was afraid of what Axelia thought of him.

He had meant to stay close to her, but he couldn't now. There was no way he could catch up to that bike, not on foot. Not without a vehicle of his own. Still, he did know where Axelia lived, he could wait there for her to return. Hidden, so she wouldn't know. She was with a guardian, so she should be alright. Somehow he didn't feel so certain, that man was certainly very rough around the edges. Crim sighed, and turned back around. He would go to Axelia's home then. Though to get there he would have to make his way through the park.

There would be people in the park, he shifted his clothing slightly. Able to hide his weapons easily, but the wound. No doubt it would draw attention to him, and questions he wouldn't answer. His head hung low, and his shoulders slumped, as if in defeat, Crim made his way down the path. Entering the park, and refusing to meet the gazes of the strangers that might or might not be looking at him. He didn't care.

Lost in thought, Crim made his way through the park. His steps were a bit slow, as if his whole body was weighed down by his thoughts, then he heard a scream That head jerked up, his body instantly tense as he glanced this way and that. Birds had scattered at the sound, several people were looking around, a couple of others had run off in different directions. Some seemed to be heading in the direction the sound had come from.

Crim frowned deeply, it wasn't Axelia, her and the warrior of Mars had gone in a different direction. It was none of his business if earthlings were getting themselves murdered. It was only his business if Axelia was involved, yet he couldn't stop himself from moving towards where the sound had come from. His pace increasing as he went until he was running.

happydeath 08-01-2013 05:16 AM

After his own response to the man's statement on how Koyama should've already known who this strange male was, only to give him the fact that he had thought for sure this male was none other then the guardian of the planet Jupiter. This time while he had sat on the stool awaiting for an answer, he had seemed much more calm and confident that this stranger was actually an ally rather then one of the dark creatures in disguise from The Union. Watching as how the man had made his way over toward the same table Koyama had sat at, he noticed how the male had taken the separate seat that was right across from him only to state that he was pleased to meet 'Mercury' in front of him.

A low exhaled sigh of relief escaped from his lips as he leaned back in the chair only slightly. So his thoughts on this man were correct, he was the guardian of Jupiter after-all. At least that avoided an unnecessary fight between the two of them. Swinging his arm over the back of the stool, Koyama had taken his gaze over toward the window while the male had stated that it was fate that brought the two guardians to finally meet up with one another. Even after hearing that, he had kept his gaze toward the darkened windows from the night sky. "Hmm..fate huh? I'm not too sure about that..I'm thinking it has to do more then just fate that brought me and you here. If your here, and so am I..theres no doubt the others are around here somewhere..Hey, Jupiter. You have any idea what the real reason we were sent here? To Earth?..I mean, it can't just be The Union is thinking of taking over this planet. Its not like them to stay so concealed and not take action already." He stated as he soon turned his head back to look at the silver haired male before extending a single hand to shake his.

"I had almost forgotten to introduce myself. As we both already know one another for being guardians of our own planets..my name is Koyama Hashimoto." After introducing himself, he had let out another low sigh of his own to follow. "I really don't think we all should be here. I mean, the chances of The Union attacking such a planet like Earth?..it really doesn't seem like them. The planet is filled with mortals who are all fragile to the touch, it has no kingdom it has no real power. What is to gain in taking it over, right?" Even as he spoke, there was no way Koyama was able to hear the intensely loud screams coming all the way over near the alleyway by the park from his bakery. It was true that many of the guardians had enhanced hearing but he wasn't exactly one of them.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Cain had known all too well that after the loud screams of the human mortal's loud mouth, it would catch the attention of many of the other mortals on this planet to come to that exact location to see what was going on. Truthfully, the ashy-skinned male had wanted to remain in that one spot and await for all those mortals to arrive so that he could take the life force from each and everyone of them, maybe even within all those mortals he would be able to find at least one of the guardians and have a good fight for once. However, he had known all too well that The Union leader would be way too against such an act to allow him to do something like that.

As he had continued to walk off in the opposite direction of the alleyway where it would lead out to the park from across the street. Cain would only turn his head over his shoulder slightly when he heard the rapid footsteps along with screams of the mortals making their way toward the sound of the dead male he had just devoured the life force of. To keep himself from being seen by any of them, he had quickly taken a glance around the alleyway as he looked for a way to get to the rooftop of one of these buildings. "Hmm.." He pondered to himself as he finally had ended up finding what seemed to be a fire escape railing for an apartment building to the side. A darkening chuckle escaping from his lips as he quickly jumped off the of ground before grasping a hold of the metal latter. Rather then running up all the stairs of the fire escape, he had simply began to hop from floor to floor till he had reached the rooftop.

At least he wouldn't be seen from here. He was told not to get involved when all the humans came, but it didn't mean he couldn't just watch to see the horror that would soon play out upon the mortals faces when they undiscovered the lifeless and bloodied up body of the smashed in male that had tried to rob him earlier. So once Cain had gotten to the very top of the roof, he easily just let himself lay down upon the edge of the roof to stare down the alleyway while he awaited for anyone to arrive at the scene.

Kiyoto 08-01-2013 05:30 AM

He listened to the words of the other, making the comment of the others having to be here to then. He nodded a bit, this was a high possibility indeed. He followed his gaze out into the night sky again, as the other asked if he knew why the Union was here or what they were planning at all. It was then that the other introduced himself, Kenshin lightly took his hand to shake it, feeling the same slight spark in energy. "It is a pleasure to meet you, I am Kenshin Ryouichi" he spoke calmly and clearly, reguarding the other with a warm smile, before his demenior turned a bit more serious as the subject shifted back to the one it had been on before. "Perhaps it is questionable...for all of us to be in one place at once...It makes us a bigger threat...but a bigger target at the same time" he folded his hands lightly in front of his face as he often did when he was thinking.

"Why has the Union taken intrest in any of our planets? For the power...the energy and revenge? If they have set their sights on Earth, then there has to be more to it then simply dragging us all out" he pondered this for a moment. "Humans have their own power, it may not be as strong, but it gives them life...Preying on the weaker to live, those who can not fight back" his eyes darkened a bit, to a more electric yellow, alive with inner power as well as memories of his own past. "Perhaps they need Earth for something...it's people..." he sighs, "seeking word from Earth's protector does little, the moon has been silent for some time, which cannot mean anything good. We are here for a reason, in time it will become clear." He looked up at the other once more, "whatever it is we have been pulled across the galaxy for, we can not just sit by and watch correct? We must do our part."

She climbed onto the back of the bike without a second glance in Crim's direction. Though at Aro's words of actually taking her to oblivion like he'd joked about before, made her second guess getting onto the back of the bike. It was too late now. He was peeling out and spinning the bike around before she could tell him she'd changed her mind.

Axelia looped her arms around his waist and clung on for dear life, keeping her head against his back and her eyes tightly shut. After a moment she dared to open her pale blue eyes once again. He'd seemed to be taking things easier now and Axelia was seeing the city lights rush past her in a way she never had before. In fact, the wind rushing through her hair and over her face like this was unlike any feeling she'd had before. And any chill that she might have had from the wind, was nonexistent thanks to Aro's higher body temperature.

On top of the new experiences all coming together, danger was everywhere. Pavement, was everywhere. It was exhilarating. It took her mind off of Crim and off of her mother. It took her mind off of everything except this feeling of excitement mixed with danger. Axelia would never have done such a thing, hopping on the back of practically a stranger's bike. But she was glad she did.

She didn't get to experience things like this on the moon, no. She was expected to be prim, proper, dressed in fine dresses, walk slowly, with poise... The most exciting thing she ever did on the moon was have an eating contest with her father one morning that her mother was away. She ate six pancakes and they all had whipped cream on them. It was unheard of! Apparently a princess doesn't eat like that. Nor do they play tag with their friends, laugh out loud or even take an odd number of steps from the bathroom to their beds.

Axelia sighed. Why did she have to be a princess and a guardian. Her guardian mother married the King and she got all the responsibility. Why couldn't she have had an older sibling?

The ride pushed those thoughts from her mind. She loved it. She'd relaxed almost completely and was half disappointed when they came to a stop. She climbed off the motorcycle and followed Aro to the door where he made a joke about the drinks. Axelia stopped herself from rolling her eyes.

Only Earth had laws that prohibited people under 21 from drinking alcohol, in most places anyway. On the moon, they only had fine wines, but as soon as one was mature enough, they could have a glass at special events. Axelia had been deemed mature enough since she was nine, though she'd hated the taste of it. Her people didn't drink to get drunk either, and that was something she'd not experienced.

When Aro opened the door, Axelia raised her eyebrows. She was almost shocked. "Of all the stories I've heard of you and your people, manners were never included," she was poking fun back at him, but added her thanks as she stepped inside the cafe.

She'd seen this place before, but had never been here. She found a booth by the window and sat, ordering a tea while fixing her windblown hair. "Thanks for taking me away, and bringing me here," she finally said to Aro. "I don't want Crim following me around. He doesn't have the right to just, come here, like I need some kind of protector..." she stopped. She was letting Crim ruin her good time already and she was complaining. She never did that, she wasn't supposed to.

"Nevermind," she finally said before smiling, "at least we've found each other. Now we need to find the other guardians, and find out who's terrorizing this planet and stop them, so we can all go home." She sized him up for a second before smiling an amused smile. "This doesn't seem like your kind of... place." It was true. Aro stuck out like a sore thumb.

He was fiercely attractive, obviously since all female eyes in the cafe were currently glued to his body. He was also intimidating. He seemed like something out of one of their Earth movies, like a hero of some sort. Maybe even a villain. Axelia decided he looked more like a villain and tried to keep from laughing. Guardians weren't villains, they were guardians!

Still, he did seem out of his element, which she assumed involved hot places, scruffy people with day old beards, fighting and testosterone. Lots of testosterone. That brought her back to her original thoughts of him seeming like a villain. What a badass Aro was. Couldn't he just defeat The Union on his own?

As Ren passed him, Ceridan briefly sent her a flash of emotion - excitement. The adrenaline would help. He didn't think it would help THAT much! As Ren darted ahead of him at a faster speed than he'd thought possible, Venus' guardian felt surprise enter his expression. She was fast. Very fast.

By the time he caught up with her at the alley's entrance, Ceridan felt his heart racing. Golden eyes immediately locked on the form in the middle of the alley. Sickness welled up in the back of his throat as he picked up on the lingering traces of the dead man's emotion. Such fear and agony!

"So much pain," Cer muttered, his face a mask of sorrow. In fact, the longer he stared at the man's body, the more intense the feelings became. Ceridan looked as though he might be sick for a moment. "He's dead." The guardian slowly stepped closer, gold eyes wide. A human had died. And this looked far more vicious than any normal murder.

The moment his hand brushed the dead man's shoulder, Ceridan shuddered. The blood was still warm.

"The manners always surprise people," Aro said with a chuckle, letting the door swing closed behind them. Axelia's playful comment seemed to amuse him. "No one ever looks past the fighting." It was true, honestly. Mars was one of the most violent planets, and even here on earth the name Mars inspired feelings of war. And, of course, the color red.

As Axelia sat, words pouring from her lips, Mathys fell silent. Apparently, Crim had really messed up. If Axelia didn't want him around THAT badly, he must have done something that really screwed things up. Of course, before she got too far into that topic, Axelia ordered a tea and brought the conversation back to the two of them.

"It's a relief to know something's actually happening. I was beginning to think I'd wasted my time here." Both his brows shot up when the moonlit girl mentioned how out of place Aro was in this cafe.

"I would like to inform you," Aro leaned forward, clasping his hands before his face, "that I happen to come here all the time." A grin spread over his face, and he shook his head. "As unlikely as that seems, it's true." It was proved when the waitress came over and set down a tea and a cup of dark coffee. Aro hadn't even ordered anything.

"Lucy," Aro nodded to the blonde, and she grinned before heading back to the counter. She was blushing and trying not to stare.

"I like their coffee," Mathys said, lifting the cup to his lips. He didn't mention that he liked how quiet it was here, or that the window offered him a clear view of the alleys across the way. Aro gestured to the tea before Axelia. "Their tea isn't bad, either." He gave a crooked smile as he took another drink of his coffee.

Axelia hadn't realized she was watching him so closely until Aro met her eyes steadily. For a while. "Why do you look so amused?" he asked, watching how the delicate woman's lips curved upward ever so slightly. It was like watching someone when they didn't know you were there. That smile wasn't meant for him, but he'd seen it anyway. Like a glimpse of a secret, perhaps.

Once Kenshin had shaken his hand, the hazel-eyed male had finally pulled his hand away from across the table and let it come to a limp-like state to his side. There was no doubt about it within their touch of one another's hands that he was indeed the guardian of Jupiter in the end and not just someone from The Union trying to disguise themselves as him. The same exact electrical current of energy from earlier was sent throughout Koyama's body in an instant as he listened to Kenshin introduce himself for his own name, before explaining about how it was questionable on why all the guardians had come to one planet to face a common enemy that shouldn't had needed all of them to attack at once.

"But it leaves our home planets at risk for being attacked by the darkness. Even though they can feed off of the humans, would it be right if The Union took over each and everyone of our planets without us knowing?"
Koyama had explained himself in what he had thought about the whole fact that all the guardians assembling in one planet. Shaking the thought off to the side rather then keeping his chances on the worst possible scenario that could happen with them all being here. As Kenshin explained about the humans own type of power of their own, he couldn't help but raise a brow at what type of power ordinary mortals could have.

Whatever the case of their power may have been there was indeed no doubt the guardians were sent here to Earth for some particular reason. What the reason was exactly, he wasn't too sure about just yet. "I guess your right, if The Union truly has come to Earth for the humans we can't just sit by and watch as the mortals of this planet are devoured one by one. We need to find them before they do any real damage to t he planet."

Crim had stopped when he reached the exit/entrance of the park. Watching as a few people moved towards the alley, where the scream had no doubt come from. Crim didn't get any closer, he leaned against a lamp post, and watched. It was none of his business at all if a human had gotten itself murdered, things like that happened all the time on this planet. It was a planet of crime and senseless violence. Though, perhaps the Union had murdered someone? Crim frowned, it still didn't matter, his job was to keep Axelia safe, and by doing that, he was keeping whatever she was protecting safe. There was no point in unnecessarily risking his life for a human, was there?

It was clear to him that anyone was too late to be risking their lives, the scream had undoubtedly been a scream of death. Whoever was in the alley was already dead, and from the way the couple of people that had made their way over there were moving about, the culprit was not in sight. Crim would linger there, just for a little while longer. Watching and thinking, his own injury forgotten for now.

Axelia laughed genuinely, and out loud. As a half-assed way of answering his question while avoiding telling him the truth, she said, "You're really funny." It was true. Aro had made her laugh, which was shocking. She didn't laugh out loud. It wasn't proper. The sound probably would have shocked her had she heard it any other time, but she was busy thinking about how unexpected everything about Aro was.

"You're supposed to be serious and scary and full of violence," she said, mostly just thinking out loud. "But you're funny, and charming." She paused, realizing that while complimenting others like this on the moon was normal, others might think she was actually coming onto them or something. "Maybe this charming little cafe suits you after all." She was smiling now, poking more fun at him.

Axelia never poked fun like this. In fact, she never really had fun at all. But not only had she tried something new, by riding a motorcycle, she'd stepped out of her comfort zone by trusting a dangerous stranger and had even laughed out loud. Despite all of the stories she'd heard about Aro and his people, she was quickly growing fond of his presence. He made her feel like a normal person who was actually allowed to live a little.

She took a sip of the tea. Not like moon tea, but still good. After a moment she spoke again. "How do you think we should go about finding the other guardians? I don't even know how many of them were sent here or when." She'd been looking out the window into the growing darkness of night when she brought her pale eyes back to Aro. "You must think I'm a poor choice for a guardian," she said thoughtfully.

The other guardians, she'd heard of them. They all had great powers and abilities. They had heard of the moon guardian, too. Her mother. She didn't seem to fit into this life, and sitting across from the God of War himself didn't reassure her that she was going to be anything spectacular.

Ren crossed her arms, though this was tragic and she was sad, he shouldn't be doing that. She grabbed his arm, pulling him back. "Don't touch...we can't stick around, the police will think it was us and if they find your DNA on him..." she couldn't look at the body. She was forcing herself to be strong and to keep a clear head, but this was bad. How could someone do something like this. Her mind kept trying to tell her, if she had just been a little faster....She shakes her head, she couldn't think that way, she couldn't risk going faster or someone would see her and know she was different. Still, a part of her was blaming herself. She sighed a bit, turning her face away into the guy's shoulder. Her eyes open, realizing what she was doing. "Ah!" she shoved him away into the wall, giving a huff. She smooths out her uniform, turning to the man.

Placing her hands together, she closes her eyes. She slowly began to whipser a Neptune prayer, asking for his soul to find peace and guidance into the light. She opens her eyes, a fire in them. "I will not rest untill whoever did this is brought to justice" she says, "a life should never be taken, especially not like this." People had started to gather, she knew it would be foolish to stick around. Sirens were herd in the distance, someone had called nine one one. She turned, grabbing the other guy's hand, pulling him back out of the ally, and down the street. No one said anything as she passed them, though a few glanced. They were more interested in the body. When they were a ways down the street, she let go of the other's hand. "You should stay away from there for now, and if the police come asking, tell them you herd the scream but saw nothing" she walks away.

"True" Kenshin said sitting up a bit now, "it does leave our homes vulnerable to attack without us there." He sighed a bit, not being on their home planets was a risk, just like leaving them. "Though they would not be foolish enough to do so without more power...even if we are not there, the planets all have their own protective forces...all we can do from here for now is hope that it is enough to keep them at bay. Earth has the moon, who has fallen silent, it is close, but even it would take time for worriors or such to appear from there" his eyes move out the windows a bit. "Perhaps the moon already has someone here....if something has happened there on the moon, they would not risk keeping the stone or the guardian on the moon." He pondered this for a moment, perhaps it was true.

He tried to push his mind to remember about the moon guardian. It was female yes? She would have been young last time he had seen her...how old would she be now? He found himself slipping off into thought, pulling himself back a moment later. "No one deserves such a fate, as guardians it is our duty to protect our planet as well as the system...we are stronger together, and Earth is a part of this system" his look a bit serious once more. "I can not stand by while innocent lives are taken, weather it is my duty or not...if I am able to help I will." He then smiles, "what will you do hmm? You seem to prefer not to be here, and yet you seem to wish to help as well." He was curious about the other's more personal opinon, for he seemed a bit conflicted at the moment, if he desired not to ask, he would not push him though.

Staying rested upon the edge of the rooftop that oversaw the large alleyway where the human man had been crushed. That wicked grin had never cease to lower while he had listened to the sounds of men and women rushing their way toward the location of where the scream had come from. From what it had seen to be a rather shocker was how two people were able to arrive at the scene much quicker then the rest of the mortals. This was probably the one thing that caught his attention as he raised a single brow even though it wasn't visible from underneath the darkness of his hood. Interesting, they seemed to had been much more calm then all the other mortals as many others began to surround the scene in a hurry.

It had only taken a matter of time while he had watched violet haired female drag the brown-haired male away from the dead body. Interesting indeed, they were much more calm about the whole fact of touching the dead body as to how the other mortals had began to watch in horror of how the dead human had laid there lifelessly. Once the sound of sirens had went off in a slight distance from the alleyways location, Cain quickly darted his attention to the direction of where the sirens came from. Hopping immediately up to his own two feet, he had taken a single step forward toward the edge of the roof as he prepared himself for a nice battle with the human authorities.

Unfortunately enough, right before he could even hope to hop off the edge his body had quickly been entwined by the multiple chains that cuffed both his hands together. With a low growl escaping his lips, Cain had quickly fallen backwards onto the solid ground of the roof as he struggled to get free from the chains only to come to a failure. Releasing his own muscles as he knew enough that the chains were going to allow him to fight against the human authorities, it had only taken about a second or two for the chains to loosen up against his body. "Sheesh. Can't even get some fun with them.." His voice was low to a near whisper as it had even overlapped only slightly with what sounded like a growling noise. This hadn't been enough to remove his grin from his lips as he simply turned his head to watch as how it only took the authorities a matter of minutes to arrive at the scene.

However, as Cain had watched to how the human authorities made their way to the body. His gaze had been removed from them only to land back onto the spot where the other male and female he had seen earlier were standing. They had moved, his grin had only lowered by a bit as he turned his attention around the area for a moment to see if he could get a glimpse of where they had ran off to. Nothing. So with no idea where they had gone off to, the crazed male had immediately ran off the roof and began to roof jump from one roof after another to see if he could find a more worthy target to fight or if he could possibility find one of the guardians that he was instructed to him this whole time. "Those damn guardians, where the hell are they?..these pathetic mortals aren't even close enough to be considered a sport, but I must admit their life force is indeed...delicious." After just licking around his teeth to get a taste of the remains of his just recent victim, Cain immediately began to let out a darkening laugh that filled the air around him.

----------------------------------------------

Just as Kenshin seemed to had agreed with him about how with the guardians all arriving at this one planet being a danger for their own home planets being at risk of an attack, Koyama had become a rather worried for the people of Mercury who depended on him as the son of the original guardian to protect them. Chewing just slightly at his bottom lip, his gaze had lowered from the guardian of Jupiter toward the tiled flooring beneath both their feet. If the planet were to be overrun by The Union while Koyama was on Earth, he felt as though he would never be able to face his own family on the other side once he had passed away.

However, his horrid thoughts on what could happen to their home planets was soon interrupted when Kenshin had spoken up once more on how each of their planets still had their own defenses if something like that were to come to pass. Not to mention bringing up the fact that the Earth itself still had it's moon who had went silent. Just the words about the Moon of the planet the guardians were residing upon right at this moment was brought up, Koyama had turned his head over his shoulder to look toward the darkness that was right outside of the bakery window. The moon, it too was a guardian but the last time Koyama had been able to see this guardian was just before the death of his own family members. She wasn't exactly as old as anyone had expected to be a guardian but she wasn't too young to be one as well as it had seemed to be. "I guess your right then..but still..I can't help but think theres a much bigger reason you, me and all the other guardians are supposed to be here rather then just The Union arriving."

Exhaling a deep sigh from his lips, Koyama had kept his gaze toward the window as it took only moments for him to shut both his eyes to give some peaceful thoughts to go through his mind. It hadn't taken long while he had thought to himself did Kenshin actually speak up once more. This time it had seemed to sound as though the guardian of Jupiter couldn't stand the fact that while others were going through pain he would just sit by and watch it all happen when he could actually help in someway. Just listening to those words had caused a flood of memories to go through his head as Koyama couldn't help himself but to recall everything that had happened on the day of his mother and father's death before his eyes, on that day all the young teenage boy could do was watch in fear, completely unaware of what he was supposed to do.

Just letting the memories flood into his head, it had seemed almost as though Koyama had went through a deep trance-like state as all the remaining surrounding noises such as the sirens from afar were completely blocked out of his head. The fear, the pain, the blood, all of it had rushed back into his mind as though a train had just rammed into his head with a full cargo just filled with intense and painful memories. Right at the moment Kenshin had decided to question him about what he would do about the whole situation going on, both of his hazel eyes had quickly widened as he swung his gaze back onto the silver-haired male. As he stared at Kenshin for a second or two of shock as though he was completely confused of what they were talking about, Koyama had quickly shaken his head to put himself back into reality before deciding to answer the question that was given to him. "I...I guess I will stay here. You are correct, no one, no planet, nor anything or anyone deserves such a fate. I will stand here and fight with the rest of the guardians. The humans maybe weak, but they still are part of this universe. They have come to exist for some reason, and everyone as well as everything's existence is important in someway." As Koyama spoke his final words, they had been filled with much more confidence then they once were when he had worries about what would happen to the other planets with all the guardians remaining in one spot. After speaking his words, Koyama had kept his gaze upon Kenshin as he tilted his head only slightly to the side. "Do you have any idea, where the other guardians could be around here?..if we are going to defend the Earth from The Union, we are going to need to group one another together and prepare for the worst to come."

Kiyoto 08-02-2013 07:13 AM

Kenshin watched the other, he seemed to be in pain behind those eyes. He had been fading out of the conversation while Kenshin had spoken. Now he was allert again, though still looked upset. What was on his mind? The guardian of Jupiter could not help but wonder, as he often did. What pain and events had the other seen and experienced within his life. Had it been anything like what he had been through? Forced to face altogether and at a young age? It was hard to tell merely by looks, and he had no right to ask the other straight out anything about his past at all. He sighed a bit, it pained him to see others hurting.

He could not help but wish there was a way he could take all their pain away, to return what had been lost. It was not possible though, he could not, not for himself, or others. He hid the pain inside of himself with the mask of a smile as the other spoke his answer. So he would stay, that was good. They agreed on the fact of no one having to suffer such a fait, though he guessed they also agreed on the worry of what might happen in their absence. Being here for something more? It was very possible, and very probrable. Nothing was ever so simple or should be taken at first glance. With people, places, events, all of it, there was more benieth the surface.

So what was hiding here. He felt a bigger buzz through the air, the energy around this place had changed. It felt wrong. He stood, moving to the door and opening it. The electric energy that was carried through the air, something had shifted. "I do not know at the moment where any are, I have not had the pleasure of meeting them" he moves back to the table, picking up the box from before. "I fear it may have to wait though, something has happened....What I cannot say, but if you are able to spare a bit of time.." He did not wait for an answer, turning away, and stepping out into the night.

Police cars went flying by on the rhoad, people talking, that something must have happened by the park. What was going on? Why did it give him a sinking feeling within his stomach. Was it already begining? Was he to late? He kept walking, excusing himself around people, following the humm through the air. He did not look back to see if the other had followed, his mind focused on what was ahead. He came upon the park, and in time the ally way. People were being pushed back behind police tape when he came up to the scene. He moved around to one side, attepting to get a look within the ally.

He stayed back though, out of the way as to not draw attention to himself. He saw it, the police covering a body, an arm and hand sticking out in a pool of blood. His body tensed, the energy inside him immediatly coming alive and on edge. No, this could not be. What had happened? Who had done this. The energy within the air was dark, the feeling he got from this place was not good at all, something had been here, something bad. It made his stomach turn a bit. This was deffinetly not the work of a normal killer. His first thought had been correct. It had begun.

Kry 08-02-2013 07:31 AM

Crim remained where he was, leaning against that pole as the sound of siren's filled the air and police arrived. He considered remaining where he was for a while longer, but no doubt officers would come around to question every one in the vicinity, and that was not something he needed right now. He glanced around, trying to decide which way to go, to best avoid such a thing. If he moved down the street in either direction, someone would probably catch up to him. It seemed his only option was to go back through the park. He supposed he could take a longer route to Axelia's home, and such a thing probably didn't matter anyway at the moment. There really was no telling where she was, or what that guardian of Mars was doing to her. Crim shuddered visibly and turned, making his way back into the park and away from anyone that might think to come across the street to question him.

happydeath 08-02-2013 11:24 PM

Koyama had stayed silent after stating that he would decide to stay on Earth with the other guardians to protect those who needed to be. Although part of him may had wanted to return back to his home planet where he could concentrate on protecting his parents' kingdom, he had known deep down that doing such a thing would only upset his passed away mother and father. Especially his father considering that it would just be another subject for him to bring up so that he could state Koyama hadn't been his son.

As he had continued to let those thoughts wander throughout his mind while he had waited for a response from Kenshin, a sudden burst of dark energy rushing through the area had caused the red-haired male to let out a light gasp from his lips. Turning his head left and right around room, Koyama had thought maybe he had left the oven on and it just decided to explode as the aftermath of it had just now hit his body. He was wrong, the room was completely fine and the kitchen doors showed that everything was also fine within the kitchen itself. Whatever burst of energy that had come from the area nearby was dark and menacing. Clenching down upon his fists, Koyama had began to worry a bit more then usual about who or what could cause a guardian to even feel their power. That was no human.

Watching as how the silver-haired male had been in what seemed like a rush to leave the bakery and go toward the same energy feeling. Koyama had soon stood up to his own feet before making his way out the door of the building. Locking the door shut behind him, he had gotten the feeling that there was no chance he was coming back here anytime too soon tonight. Once the bakery had been locked tight, he immediately began to follow the sounds of the nearby sirens toward the same direction where the intense dark energy came from. Strange though, there had been another energy source of darkness that seemed to had been bolting in a different direction of where the sirens were going. This one on the other hand was on the move and at a very quickened pace not to mention, Koyama gave the thought of following this other energy scent but quickly shook his head before returning attention towards the sirens as he followed the sounds to what seemed to be an alleyway.

There had been multiple different mortals standing around as they seemed both in shock and fear of what they had just seen. Curious to what it was, Koyama was unable to see what all the commotion was able before the dead mortal's body was placed into a large ambulance and rushed away. Watching as how the ambulance drove away, the red-haired male couldn't help himself but to raise a brow at what had just happened. The police on the other hand had now been at the crime scene as multiple different detectives tried to figure out what kind of person could've murdered this man so horribly. Turning his gaze left and right to try and figure who Koyama could speak with to see if he could figure out something on what had just happened, the young male became more and more confused as the mortals began to seperate slowly from the crime scene after seeing the body.

------------------------------------------------------------------

After several minutes of roof jumping from one roof after another to see if he could find a new target of more interest to him. Cain had finally come to a stop on a large business building that easily overlooked the park and the alleyway of where his recent kill had just taken place at. It was difficult to even spot out an actual single being throughout the large crowd of humans that remained at the crime scene of where his kill had taken place at, with this many beings around it would be a miracle for the male to actually hope to find even a single guardian.

Slowly coming down to a slight squat on the edge of the building, since it seemed rather impossible to even take a chance and hope that he would find a single one of the guardians, he had to figure out something to occupy his mind or else he would've gone insane..well, more then he normally was at least. Extending his wrists out from underneath the torn up rags that cloaked his entire body, he had began to fiddle around with the rusted up cuffs that were placed upon both of his wrists by the scientists. These cuffs had been on him for what seemed like forever but yet even through all the torture they had went through of having to restrain such immense power, their tightening abilities didn't seem to falter one bit at all.

Although the cuffs had gone through plenty of time on restraining him, their power still seemed as though they hadn't aged a single bit at all. "Damn those scientists..Should've made them take these off before I killed them." He whispered silently to himself as Cain finally came to a stop after realizing the more he tried, nothing was going to ever change about them. Redirecting his attention back down to the land below him, when what seemed to be a single male making his way into the park happened to catch his eye. Cain kept his wicked grin as he raised a single brow once more. This mortal may had looked plain normal from afar and from physical appearance but yet his focused energy within his body easily gave away the fact that he was much more then that. "Hmmm..maybe I can have a little fun with him." A darkening chuckle came from his lips as he spoke before the strange male had decided to stand straight back up to his feet once again.

Taking nearly half a step backwards from the edge of the building, Cain didn't even bother to hesitate for a moment before jumping off the edge of the large building. Thankfully to his large raggy cloak and his hood that covered his face, he was luckily able to hide his presence from falling in such a high area for the mortals to see him. Blending into the shadows of the night thanks to his cloak, it had only taken him about a minute or so to take a large landing upon the middle of the park. By the time both of his feet had touched the ground, it had instantly made the ground around his body come to a low rumble while the grass that should've surrounded his toes were instantly pushed aside to allow him to stand on nothing more then solid dry dirt. With all the humans focused upon the crime scene, he was able to land into the park without bringing too much attention to him. Good, now he didn't have to worry about dealing with feeding upon human life forces while he had his fun with this other male.

Just as quickly as he took a landing into the park, Cain had immediately burst into a quickened paced jog toward where he had last seen the male making his way through the park. The only time he had finally come to a halt was when he stood multiple feet away from the red-haired male who seemed to also been carrying a sword-like weapon with him this entire time. That much, Cain hadn't noticed from the long distance. Oh well, all the more fun. Standing underneath a lamppost that shined it's light down upon his body only to reveal nothing more then his redish orange eyes and his usual toothy grin. "Hasn't your mother ever taught you..not to walk alone at night?" As he spoke, Cain had began to increase his focus upon his energy from within only to cause the lampposts around the park to begin flickering violently as though they were prepared to pop a fuse.

Kenshin sighed slightly, looking at the crime scene for a few more moments. This was horrible. He felt a slight buzz through the air, his eyes moving towards the park. Something had moved. He stepped away from the scene, to the edge of the street. What was this? He sighed a bit, his hand slipping a bit to over his heart, where the gem of Jupiter was hanging around his neck. His eyes on the rhoad, as his eyes moved from left to right, up and down it. He let out his breath. The source was near but getting farther away as he stood there. He ran a hand through his hair, before turning back to glance at the scene once more. What had happened here? He noticed an officer, walking over to him. "Excuse me sir, what happened here?" he asked. The cop looked at him, "I can't give you the details sir, but there has been a murder" he says, which was a tad easy to see.

He nods, "are there any suspects?" "I am not able to diverge that at this time, though no arrests or questionings have been made yet" the police man said. It wasn't much to go on, "thank you." The officer nodded a bit, turning and walking back towards the other cops who were around the area. Kenshin turned around after a moment, looking through the crowd. It was then that he noticed, that Mercury had indeed followed him. He walks over to him slowly. "Sorry for rushing out like that...seems there has been a murder....no one has any clues yet as to who or why though. He looked up at the sky, "something is wrong, this isn't right..." He looked back down at the other a bit, wondering what he thought about all of this himself. Did he think this was bad? The work of the Union like he did? Or something else hmm...He takes a bit of a breath, waiting for the answer to his question.

Crim moved through the park, his steps slow, almost contemplative as he thought about things. As far as he was concerned a normal murder was none of his business, and he had no evidence to suggest it wasn't normal. Besides, he had Axelia think about and actually protect, instead of running away like some child. His thoughts were interrupted by a voice, and the presence of another male, those yellow blazing eyes blinked as Crim came to a stop to look the other over.

The lamplight in the park began to flicker, and there was definitely something off about the other. Most likely a member of the Union. Crim let his hand fall away from where it had been keeping pressure on the wound in his left shoulder. The bleeding had nearly completely stopped by now anyway..though he should have already wrapped it up. His nose wrinkled slightly, as he looked the other over again. Crim shifted slightly, so his coat moved, showing off both katana and the short sword, blood covering his right hand, he closed it around the katana hilt.

"Didn't your mother teach you to never talk to strangers?" Crim was in no mood for games, and his tone held a dangerous edge to it. Something about this other male screamed danger at Crim, immediate danger. His grip on the katana's hilt tightened slightly and he pulled it half an inch from it's sheath. Preparing to fend off an attack. He could almost feel it, the tension in the air.

New crowds of citizens in the city had continued to come and go from the crime scene as many remained to find out more about what had happened and the cause of the death of the male. Others had even went straight towards the hospital to see if the doctors there could somehow restart the male's heart, give him a donor or something to get the man back alive. Obviously enough, none of those methods would do the doctors any good considering the victim's body was completely drained of his own life force. Even if the body had taken no actual damage whether it was physically on the outside or internally, there was no chance that the male was ever going to come back.

Koyama on the other hand had continued to ask from person to person about what had happened, only to have each one of them ignore him as they seemed to be in a hurry to either figure out what was going on themselves or they were just too busy to even care for what one person had to say. It wasn't long before a familiar voice had come up right beside the crimson haired male did he turn over to see that it was Kenshin. At least, he had given him some light onto what had happened just now, apparentlly there was a murder that had just taken place. A murder, it didn't take really a genius to figure out that the murder itself wasn't from an ordinary mortal, not with the strange dark feeling of the area giving off at least. "Indeed it is..whoever or whatever killed that human is still nearby. You know it too..don't you? If it was able to take care of a single mortal just like that..I'm getting the feeling these humans here aren't too safe. What do we do..? I don't think we can just leave them here and let them figure out what happened, theres no doubt they'll never figure it out." While Koyama had spoke his opinion on the situation, he had made sure to keep his own voice low to a whisper so that the police wouldn't try to overhear their conversation and begin asking questions on what the two of them knew about the murder.

Standing underneath the flickering light of the lamppost within the park, Cain had continued to await for the red-haired male to turn his attention over toward him so that this battle could get started already. Truly, this planet so far had seemed to be the most boring out of all the other times when he had used to try and invade the planets of where the other guardians resided. True, they would always fail in trying to conquer the planet but it was always a vicious battle each time that brought much excitement to his body. By the time the other male had finally turned his body to reveal the swords he had hidden from underneath his coat the whole time, the sight of what seemed to had been blood upon the male's hand had caused Cain's grin to fade only by a bit. "Your hurt?...aww..this might not be as fun as I thought." He spoke out loud, everytime he would fight an opponent the thought of having to go against someone who had already gone through a battle recently felt even more boring to him then fighting a weakling. It was almost as though he were eating the leftovers of someone's lunch just because they couldn't finish it.

Groaning slightly to himself at the thought that this battle wouldn't be as enjoyable as he thought it would be. Cain had prepared himself to just walk away and not even bother starting anything in the first place. However, that quickly changed when the male stated his own words as though he had mocked what he had spoken to him earlier about his mother. So he had been through a recent battle but yet he still had plenty of enough energy to make such a comment? A persistent one he was indeed. His grin had slowly appeared back on his lips as he watched how the male prepared his blade for their upcoming battle. "You better make this fun!" With those final words, he had immediately grabbed onto the lamppost that he stood next to the whole time before ripping it straight out of the cement. The electric wires had sparked left and right as they were tugged apart from the metal pole as though they were nothing more then little thing pieces of wet noodles. Now, with the large lamppost in his grasp, Cain had immediately dashed forward toward the red-haired male at an intense speed while carrying the lamppost as he prepared to swing it toward him like a baseball bat and his own baseball was the male target.
