She raised an eyebrow. "I swear I will smack you" she says turning to him, "don't underestimate me." When he said the comment about her not caring what others thought she shrugged a bit. "I don't, though I am as they would say here 'only human' so to speak. I have feelings as well... Should I be cold and unfeeling?" she looks over at him just a bit. "I am not the type to give a damn what they think about me or those I hang around or anything.." she sighed it was not really easy to explain with words. She looked at him once more when he spoke of his own home and if she found him to annoying. She shrugs lightly, "you could, though you would miss the fun."
She laughed a bit, speeding up a bit, it was not far at all now. The breeze around lightly flowed through her hair, causing her braded pigtails to lightly swing. She loved the feeling of it around her body, caressing her skin. It seemed to pick up a bit with her mood. Right now she was happy, even though there was a bit of sadness and adjitation within her due to the nights events. It would be alright, they would catch the bad guy and the others of the Union. They would be stopped before their evil could harm this world or any others. She felt a determined fire within her, that she had felt within the past. It was at times what drove her to do her best and to keep working hard as a guardian. Things would be alright, she would make sure of it.

Axelia didn't doubt Aro's words. But now was not the time for talking. Now was the time for being home, thirty minutes ago! She shouted directions and pointed as they went. Axelia's hair whipped around behind her and at some point came down all together. They were going so fast that she wouldn't notice until they stopped, which Aro didn't seem to do, even when he should have.
She was forgetting her curfew already, losing herself in the ride once again and smiling. When he reminded her that she needed directions, she had to bring herself back into reality, back down to Earth. She looked around. To their right was a shopping strip, and to their left was the park. And in the park was Crim.
"Wait!" she shouted. "Stop!" When he was able to slow the beastly vehicle down, and stop it, Axelia jumped off. When had her waste length hair fallen down? She didn't know. It didn't matter. She raced across the street and to the park and directly to Crim, not paying any attention to the others, for this moment and not looking to see if Aro left her behind.
"I shouldn't have left you Crim, I'm really sorry," she said. Axelia was clearly upset. She put a hand on his injured shoulder. "Our people would never do such things," she shook her head. "I- I don't blame you Crim," she finally said. But she left it at that. She couldn't talk about it anymore.
Finally she looked around and realized that Crim seemed to have been battling again, possibly? What had happened here? Things weren't right were they? "What happened?" She finally asked, careful not to say too much in front of those she didn't know.
((Forgive me if I'm off at all. I'm all over the place tonight. Let me know if I've missed anything.))

Kumori
If the ninja could have sighed, he would have. Lowering the bonoculars he held for a moment, he stared across the roof of the building at the park. What had the other been thinking? Both of them, that foolish Moon guardian's guardian and that other guy Cain. He shook his head a bit, after watching the fight. If it had not been for the other two guardians stepping in, or Cain being called back, it could have gotten out of hand quickly. He closed his eyes benieth the visor he wore, taking a deep breath. His hand moved to his neck a bit, the scar benieth that left him mute was hurting a bit again. It had begun to do so lately, which it hadn't done in awhile now. He shook his head before opening his eyes again. Movement across the way caught his attention, causing him to lift the bonoculars up once more. A motorcycle had pulled up, on it the Mars guardian, as well as the Moon guardian herself. She had found three of them now, which was good, though dangerous to be so careless and open like this.
He slipped a hand into his pocket, pulling out a moonstone necklace he carried with him. The memories it held as well as his duty weighed a bit heavily on his heart and sould, but it was far to late to turn back now. Doing so would spell disaster. His hand clenched around the necklace, before looking back out over the roof of the building across from the park. The night and its shadows concieled him, as well as keeping his chi low and level hid his presence from being thought of as anything but human at the moment. He placed the necklace back where it had been before, turning his back on the scene, before pulling out what seemed to be an earth cell phone. Not exactly the convorsationalist, he sent a quick text, before flipping it closed. Being unable to speak ment trying to find new ways of communicating. Texting had come in handy, as had a little creation he had been working on.
It would not be ready yet, but it was the future that would count. Hopefully with some help, it would attempt to repair some of the damage done. He looked up at the sky, at the stars above. These people had no idea what the Union had in store for them, nor did the guardians. He turned to put his attention back on the park. They were going to need all the help they could get at this rate, and they were going to need to learn to work together. If they didn't Earth, their worlds, and the entire universe was not going to stand a single chance. He had been at this for so long now, that something within him was questioning his priorities and his true side. He had known the risks, the dark energy he was around was slowly chipping away at his soul and his chi. Turning it into something he had been trained against. Though, this was all to be only knowledge to him here for now.
His eyes moved to the moon, taking another breath, before he turned away from the scene once more. Time would tell what would happen to all, as well as if they had what it took to do what needed to be done. If not...Well...that was to be thought of later, for now he would not and could not allow himself to be known. He was to await orders, waiting for contact from the Union. He sat the phone on the edge of the building, his hands on either side of it. Waiting and watching were skills he had become excellent at during his training. He was patient, not in a hurry at all at the moment, though a very slight part of him was on edge to what the future was going to hold. He kept his eyes on the park for now, to see what their next move would be.

Now with that other strange male pulled away into the strange dark void only to vanish from the entire area itself. Koyama had turned his head left and right to see if he had just played a trick on the three other males in the park. As a few seconds had gone by with nothing more then silence and the sound of the night breeze blowing against the leaves of the trees within the park, it seemed to had given away the truthful fact that they were indeed alone and away from that other male. Once his gaze had been locked upon the other red-haired male, it was more then obvious enough to see that he was wounded. Whether it was from the battle that he had just went through or just an old wound that had reopened itself because of this battle, he had no clue. Not that it really mattered all that much, a wound was a wound no matter how you looked at it.
While Koyama had stood there with his attention upon the male, Kenshin was the first to make his way over and try to help out the other by tearing off a piece of his own white coat that he had worn throughout the entire time. Watching as how the silver-haired guardian had helped the other male by wrapping up his wound to keep it from bleeding any further. While the guardian of Jupiter had helped the male with his wound, it seemed that Crim had realized quite easily that both the two males had watched him fight were actually guardians. Truly, it shouldn't had been too difficult to figure out something like that considering that the had both used their powers to try and attack that other strange male that had escaped.
By the time the other male had taken a seat down only to introduce himself as Crim and the supposed protector of a female named Alexia. It had taken some time to realize it, but just listening to the name of Alexia, the memories of when Koyama had went with his parents to the balls that were held upon the Earth's moon. They had explained to their son that the young princess of the moon was to be the new guardian of the moon itself, and that her name was Alexia. It had taken much more of plain common sense to figure out that Crim was the protector of the same Alexia most likely. Since he had asked about the two of them being guardians, so what was the chance that he was simply bringing up the fact that he was the protector of some random mortal named Alexia.
Even after the male had taken a seat down onto the bench, it didn't seem that Koyama really even had the time to speak a single word of his own before the sounds of a screeching vehicle was heard near the outside of the park entrance. Quickly on reaction of the sound, Koyama had swung his head to the side only to immediately see what seemed to be a silver-haired female bolting her way straight over toward Crim in concern about what had happened to him that caused him to be wounded. She seemed to had apologized for leaving him which kind of gave away that this woman was none other then Alexia; the moon guardian herself in person. Indeed, she had gotten much older then the last time when Koyama had met her with his family even though he never actually spoke to the female face to face.
As she had asked what had happened to Crim, shifting his gaze between Kenshin and Crim himself, Koyama had decided to speak up first. "He was attacked by one of the members from The Union. The one that had attacked him is gone now, what exactly happened to him we're not too sure about." After explaining the situation, he had only taken a step forward as he raised a brow at the wound upon Crim's shoulder. "Can you travel to a safer area with that? So that it can be treated?..if not, I can get you fixed up here and now, but if we do that. It can end up attracting the attention of any of the Union creatures that might be lurking around here that we just don't know about yet."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After being absorbed that the dark void after Cain was preparing himself to battle against two guardians and the red-haired male. The strange ashy-skinned male had struggle throughout the entire time he traveled through the void to get free from the bounded chains that kept him from getting free. Even while he had traveled through the void on trying to get free, the strange faces of the grins that he had seen earlier had now been carrying him through the area with their many blacked arms due to the shadow of the realm itself making everything seem nearly impossible to see.
It had only taken another minute or so after going to the void did another hole in reality get ripped once again. This time however, it was on top of a large building in the more busier parts of Tokyo. Once tossed out onto his back, the chains had immediately loosened themselves to allow Cain to stand up with giving him use of his arms and legs once again. Growling right below his breath, he shifted his gaze left and right to see where he had been tossed out into. It was the middle of the business area of town, it wasn't too far from the park but it was far enough that he wouldn't be able to cause much more harm to the guardians for the time being.
Even if Cain were to had gone back and tried to attack his enemies, the chains would only wrap themselves around him once again and pull him away. So just the thought of that, the hooded male had taken a seat down upon the edge of the tall building before letting out a deep exhaled sigh. His fun was over. For now.

Kenshin took to cleaning the other's wound, not caring that his hankerchief was becoming red with blood. He was gentle as to not upset him or harm him further, listening to what he had to say. The name he gave of the female he was guarding was in fact familiar. He knew it from the timed they had gone to the moon. Taking a breath, he kept his mind focused on what was going on in front of him, taking the piece of cloth to temporarily bandage the wound.
It would need better treatment, though it would hold for now. It was then he felt the slight buzz through the currents in the air, glancing up. It was a machine, by the sound and feel of it a motorcycle. Moments later, a female ran up and began speaking to the one he was working on. He watched her, looking her over. This was the moon guardian yes?
He glanced towards where she had come, the feeling he was getting was of someone else. He stood, allowing them to talk as he wiped his hands a bit. Mercury's guardian spoke of taking a better look at Crim's wound once they had moved, this was a good idea. Sitting here would draw attention as well as potential unwanted guests. Go where though? He wondered if they had a place in mind.
His phone rang, causing him to slightly jump from being in thought. He laughed lightly at his own foolishness. "Forgive me..." he turned away, slipping out his phone. He looked at the number, it was his home...Earth home. He flipped it open clicking the answer key. "Hello?" he kept his voice calm and casual, no point in scaring his guards half to death when things were alright yes? "Lord Ryouichi where are you?" one of the guard's voices came over the phone.
He smiled, "I'm perfectly fine, just merely running late." "Late? Where are you? We will send the car, it is not a good idea to be out alone like this" he continued. "I am not alone" Kenshin said honestly, "though I will be a bit longer, a matter to look into and all." He kept his voice light, keeping with the thought of not worrying them, though it did not seem to phase them to much.
"But Lord-" "Get some rest, I will return soon enough, do not worry to much alright?" The guard sighed, "yes Lord Ryouichi." He hung up and sighed, closing his phone and pressing it lightly against his lips in thought for a moment. He then turned, slipping it away, he could not very well just leave at the moment, not until this little matter was settled.

Something flew across the sky quickly or more like a rapid pace. The only thing it left was a stream of clouds as it flew by, to humans, they looked like rockets or jets just flying by. In reality, it was a male humanoid bird. His name was Ger'Jar and he was on the watch so to speak. Zipping through the skies of Tokyo, taking cover in the clouds and coming out every once in a while to make sure he was going in the right direction. Thanks to Ger'Jar's appearance, the humans only heard the loud roaring sound of him moving through the clouds and not see his true form. Large arm-like wings were covered in sky blue and white feathers, his legs were covered in the same colored feathers with falcon talons, which indicated he was a warrior. His clothes, however, were the clothes of a butler; light blue cat-like coat, white collared shirt with would would be light blue slacks but they were gone for now.
Ger'Jar zipped through the sky until he was able to find the place he wanted to find, the park filled with children, he opened his wings to slow his body down and hid in the nearby trees. The leaves keeping his body hidden, a few humans turned around thinking they had heard something but continued on with their business. Light green eyes scanned the surrounding area, the children playing in the park with their parents until one female caught his eye, the female he was looking for all day.
A young teenage girl sat in sandbox with a few children making a sandcastle. Her long black hair with some of her long bangs placed in a ponytail in the back. She was wearing her school uniform which was a must for Tokyo schools. Her jacket, which she always carried with her, was necessary for her since she was a little different in the torso area of her body, you guess you can say she was the type with a slightly larger chest. Her name was Vetra Oracle, the exchange student from Russia.
Ger'Jar smiled when he say Vetra was OK, then though she was suppose to be going to school. "I found her, she seems to be OK." He said in a whisper towards a comlink on his wrist. "That's good, she's at the park huh?" "Yup" "OK, just watch her." They said. Vetra was very important and injure to her was a no no. What do you expect from the Guardian of Saturn and the Saturn crystal? Vetra's survival was key and her home needed her more than ever. Vetra, on the other hand, continued to build the sandcastle. The children around her giggled softly as she finished. The cheered and clapped.
Vetra smiled more and kept her eyes close, which was normal for her. "Perfect, now what shall we do?" She asked in a gentle voice. "Can you sing for us again, please?" One of the girls asked. Vetra turned her head to face the little girl. A smile went on her face as she nodded with delight. "Of course, I would love to." She said softly, standing up slowly and went to a nearby bench. The children gathered around as Vetra cleared her throat and started to sing a kid friendly song that she knew. The children cheered and clapped, some of them danced around. Ger'Jar chuckled softly as he watched, gripping the branch tightly and his wings tucked from sight as he walked the children and their parents watching from a distance.

Somewhere on a distance planet, trouble was brewing. Past Jupiter was the second biggest planet, Saturn and it's beautiful rings. However, inside it's beauty was a problem no one expected. The Union had taken The Kingdom of Saturn as their own and there was another problem. King Luft and Queen Windora refused to say tell where the crystal lied. The Union couldn't afford another death at the moment, since they knew if they died, the location of the crystal will be lost. But they didn't have an advantage.
A girl in a black dress was on a ship on its way to Earth. The girl was from Saturn, in fact she was the once the protector of the Guardian of Saturn. Her name was Aire, Second in Command of The Union. Her arms were crossed her she looked through the windows of the large ship, was coursing through her veins. Everyone in The Union, expect the lesser minions, knew Aire was brainwashed, forced to believe the Princess of Saturn had abandon her. "How close to Earth are we?" She asked one of the Saturn pilots. He turned his head to face Aire with a hated stare. "We will be there within a few clicks." He said in a dry voice.
Aire growled softly, her blue eyes narrowing lightly as she looked up towards the window again. She wanted to find her and torment her like she had done countless times. She was told to go to back to Earth and search again. The Guardian of Saturn was going to talk and they believed searching for the Princess might get her to talk. However, Aire believed something was wrong. Windora hadn't said one word about the crystal and they were running out of time, they needed the Saturn crystal and Aire was the one who could help find the Princess and get Queen Windora to talk. 'Look out Princess, we're coming to find you.' Aire said to herself, grinning evilly from ear to ear.
The Saturnians became worried for their Princess. They knew she had escaped for a reason but having Aire coming after her was the last time they expected. They had to slow her down, they had no choice. Each time, they made sure to come up with an excuse for why they weren't closer to Earth by now. They only hoped, Aire's patience didn't run out before they really got to Earth.

Crim was silent as the two stood around him, the one tending somewhat to his wound. He barely flinched as it was cleaned, and having already said what bit of information he thought was important, he remained quiet. Then he heard it. That familiar sound from hours ago. Blazing yellow eyes looked up and watched as Axelia ran towards him. When she came nearer he adverted his gaze, looking instead to the one that had cleaned his wound. Though it was hard not to look at Axelia when she spoke, that sweet voice practically demanded he look at her, even if he couldn't bear it.
So he did. He turned his eyes back to her, eyes full of sorrow, remorse and self hatred, but they were also full of determination. He had winced, just slightly when she laid her hand on his injured shoulder and he moved. His right hand came up and took her hand in it as he slipped from sitting to kneeling on one knee. She didn't blame him, though the words had seemed a little hard for her to say. He wasn't sure he believed them, though he wanted to. Still the only words that came to mind was 'Why?'. Why didn't she blame him, it was his fault, wasn't it?
Those eyes of his were fierce, sincere, and he gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. "I will always be close to you, I will not fail you." It was a promise, it was his promise to her, and it was a promise he was willing to die for in order to keep if such things came to that. Those eyes looked up to the guardians around him as he let go of Axelia's hand. All of their lives were far more important than his own. They were destined for great things, to defeat the evil and bring peace. "I will not fail again."
Then Crim was standing, and tossing his white coat rather casually over his left shoulder, cleverly hiding the blood stains on his coat against his shirt, and also hiding his bandaged wound beneath the cloak. The other had seemed particularly concerned about his wound, asking if he could travel with it. It was nothing, though Crim still looked a little pale, and he was very thirsty, he had just gone too long without stemming the blood flow, he would be fine. He would recover from it, and it shouldn't take too long.
Though where did they want to go? "I have a house, close to Axelia's." He didn't look at her, she might yell at him for spying on her. He had been doing such a good job of that too, until today. But she had needed him today, and he would gladly throw himself between her and monsters repeatedly if it mean she would survive the battle.

((I'm not going to post with Axelia until Es posts. I don't want to leave her behind!))
Lord Svadilfari sat on his throne in a large cave-like room. The only light seemed to come from various dark purplish stones around the room that emitted a very minimal amount of light. He had sent his best of his army command to Earth already; Kousa, Niyoka, Aire, Cain, Sunny and two other promising minions, one of which was hired on some time ago.
He had his chin rested in between two of his fingers as he listened to one of the newer recruits report, watching him with icy eyes. This boy had been the first to act, sending a cat-like monster to harvest souls for his beloved leader. Apparently, the cat had only managed to collect a single soul before a pair of men defeated it, too easily.
Svad frowned deeply. Humans were no match for his creations. Could it be that the guardians had already caught wind of the happenings on Earth and were already arriving there? He smiled, and then began to chuckle before full on laughing. His plan was working so perfectly!
When he caught the boy still standing before him, he stopped laughing and frowned once again. He couldn't have mess-ups like this though. He needed the monsters to gather souls, not be destroyed before they even had the chance. This boy clearly did not know how to control the creations. This disgusted Svad. What poor judgment he had had to select this child.
Two guards stood at the entrance to the large room and he beckoned them forward. "Take him away," he said in a low and quiet monotone. "Take him to the labs and have him, fixed." Immediately the boy's eyes widened in fear. He opened his mouth to speak but no words would come, only shaking.
He knew that being fixed meant being experimented on. Being changed, and made "better". Though those things might initially sound good, they weren't. Those things were done under knives and other machines and various painful tools without anesthetic unless they believed the experimentee may die from the shock of it, in which case very low amounts of the anesthetic were given.
Svlad believed that if an experiment survived it, that it made him stronger and meaner. He had every intention of sending this boy back into the field once he was better. Like he had the others. The guards escorted him to the door and as they got there, the boy turned around, "Wait, wait!" he protested. But they pulled him from the room and another moment later Svad was in silence once again.
In the center of the room was a large stone fountain-like statue. Water did not run through it. At the top of it sat a large stone, his dark crystal. At will, he could use it to communicate with those he had sent to Earth by merely speaking their name to the stone. They would hear his voice as if he were all around them, and when they responded, he would hear them as well. If he chose, he could even see them and where they were, though he rarely did that, not caring enough, trusting his minions' fear of him to be doing what they were told.
If they wished to communicate with him, they had the ability to come and see him via an ability he had given each of them to transport themselves via portal to his planet. Soon he would get more reports from the others, and he waited in his silence. Waiting for his time as ruler of the galaxy and soon the entire universe. A dark smile graced his seemingly perfect and ageless face.

Underestimate her? Ceridan didn't think he could. She was a force of nature. He could feel more than just mere emotions bubbling beneath the surface of her demeanor.
His gave darted to Ren, and he shook his head. "I said nothing about being unfeeling," Cer said, smiling a bit. "You felt something when you saw them whispering." He touched his temple as though that would explain it. "I'm still having trouble understanding it. It's like trying to listen to someone through a thick window. Implications come across, but nothing clear."
The Guardian quickened his pace to match Ren's, noting her sudden emotional shift. Ceridan smiled, saying nothing. As they neared their destination, Dehl finally spoke. "If I ever bother you, tell me." He could feel it already. The moment Ren's attention shifted to him, something was off about her emotional state.
-
As Axelia shouted for him to stop, Aro complied. A familiar figure was there, though there were others with him. Axelia began to speak with Crim, looking sincere and emotional.
The Mars Guardian slowly leaned back, shutting the engine of his bike down. Aro avoided approaching the others. They were Guardians, for sure. Still, that many in one spot could potentially bring disaster down on their heads. They were all standing out in the open, which wasn't a tactical advantage on ANY planet.
Looking slightly bothered, Mathys' red eyes scanned the park. It seemed they were alone, but he knew better than to trust his eyes. He'd lost fights for doing that.
He tried to put faces to names as he watched the others from many feet away. Aro finally stood, setting his bike on it's stand before approaching at a slow pace. Just as he got close enough, Crim mentioned his house. "Sure hope you have room for all of us," he said, eyeing the other Guardians.
Aro looked back to Axelia, his once-kind behavior seeming to fade. Honestly, he didn't like the other Guardians. He'd never liked anyone who's power could potentially match his own. The only reason he stuck around these people was for the upcoming events - and Axelia.
-
Leliana Vi
The throne room pulsed with unseen energy. Standing silent, Vi tried to remind herself that the purple light would have once reminded her of her own eyes - faded, dark, and lacking light.
A familiar laugh caught her attention. Dark eyes turned to Lord Svad, watching his every movement closely. He was glad that the Guardians had already turned their gazes to Earth. Years earlier, Leliana Vi might have smiled with him. Now, she just stood still, a soft clicking coming from beneath her cloak. Anticipation for pain made her skin crawl - literally. The soft whirring of metal and smooth scraping of blades could be heard as the Union leader called for the boy to be taken away and "fixed."
Vi's unsympathetic gaze locked on the failure of a boy. They weren't losing much if he died in the process of being altered. He was a weakling. The fear that filled the air brought a quiet hum from Leliana's lips, and metal points protruded from the skin on her arms as she heard his pleas. There was no begging or groveling before Svad. Many had tried, and each and every one had their faces crammed into the dirt. The last sound that most of them heard was laughter.
Silence returned, coating them in the lingering feeling of fear. Vi's purple eyes followed Svad's attention to the crystal in the middle of the room. It would be her turn to leave soon. Once the Guardians were found, Death herself would need to join the Union forces on Earth. The thought didn't inspire dread, or uncertainty - she was excited. She wanted to see the life leave their eyes, and to show the Guardians that they would never best the Union.
Vi hushed the sound of metal hissing over smooth blades, stepping forward as though disengaging from the wisps of darkness that clung to her. From behind her black mask, her whispered voice was just loud enough for Lord Svad to hear her. He always did.
"The Guardians?" Her whispered question seemed to hang in the air as Vi reminded Svad of her presence. He knew her story. He knew how much she'd been through to get here. He knew that she was trying to gain power, and that she strove to be beside him. Svad was the closest person to her in the entire Union, despite the large gap of distance between them.
Waiting for confirmation, Leliana stepped to the side, leaving a large buffer of space between the two of them. Her dark gaze drifted away from the crystal, lingering instead of the throne room's door. Oh, how she could taste the suffering of that soon-forgotten boy....

Throughout the entire time that Crim had sat there with his wound and having the guardian of the moon standing over him with much concern, Koyama had remained silent as he awaited an answer from the red-haired male on whether or not he was well enough to travel just yet. It didn't seem too long after he had asked his question that the sound of a cellular phone had gone off through the silence that fell upon the group speaking with one another. It was none other then Kenshin's phone going off, turning his own gaze toward the Jupiter guardian as he picked up the phone only to speak to what sounded like another male concerned for his safety. It had seemed as though many of the guardians who had arrived to Earth hadn't bothered to arrive alone after-all, even they had known that extra protection might've been required for such a thing of coming to Earth to defend it from The Union.
It didn't really matter too much to Koyama on the other hand, the young male had indeed had the choice when he left his home planet to bring multiple guards with him to keep himself protected. Maybe that was even what his passed away parents would even want for him, but the Mercury guardian had preferred to keep as many of his guards to stay on the home planet for their own safety but as well as for the safety of their homes. If he had brought with him some of the guards from Mercury, there was no telling what type of pain that could bring across the kingdom and the families that lived upon the planet. The only real problem behind all of that was that if anything were to had to happen to Koyama, there was no telling who would have to step up and take his place as the next guardian of Mercury. Maybe the closest and most loyal noble, or maybe the people of Mercury could decide it with their votes. Whatever the case was, they would have to find a proper guardian to replace the one they lost somehow.
Once Kenshin had returned over to the rest of the group, it had seemed as though with enough struggling, Crim was able to get up to his feet and state that there he had a house that was near Alexia's home. Taking a glance around the group, it had seemed there was quite a bit of people that was going to be needed if they were all going to rest at one home. This wasn't long before yet another presence had decided to approach the group, another male. This time, it just so happened that it was a male with white hair that had been with Alexia. So, this was the guardian of Mars that Crim spoke about earlier. Yet another guardian had arrived at the scene. "We probably shouldn't stay out here too long. With all of us here, we're sure to be spotted by someone sooner or later. If we're going anyway..I suggest we start making our way now." Koyama had suggested but with his tone wasn't as though he was in any hurry to leave. It was simply him stating something that he thought would be best was all, if the rest of the group wished to stay longer he wouldn't bother to rush them.
While Koyama had awaited for the response from any of the other members of the group. Yet another thing had caught his attention, a female voice echoing through his head. It was nearly close enough to a whisper but it was also quite easily known to be considered a song but not only that voice was at his attention. The faint sounds of children laughing nearby had also been quite difficult to hear. There were children in the park the whole time, how long were they there and did they hear or see the battle between Crim and the other strange male from earlier. It wasn't too much of a surprise that there had been children around at this time as long as they were with their parents. Children had loved to play whenever they could, so this wasn't anything new to him. However, the female voice that sang came to be much different from other mortals he had heard sing before. This female's voice seemed almost as though it had much more energy within it, was this another guardian or was it another person from The Union coming to try and trick the children of Earth to gain their life forces. Whatever it was, Koyama hadn't immediately went over to check on the voice in thoughts that it could mean much danger. He could indeed take care of himself even if it was a Union member, but the thought of endangering mortal children was a big no in his book.

Axelia listened to the auburn-haired man of Mercury speak. There had been an actual member of The Union here now? Was he the one who sent the cat then? Crim took her hand and moved to kneel, locking his yellow eyes onto hers. She fought tears as she heard his words. He wouldn't fail her? Had he said those same words to her mother?
He released her and seemed to be speaking to the group as a whole now as he announced that he wouldn't fail again. She stood when he stood and watched him cover his wounds with his white coat. She didn't respond to him now, she couldn't find words. They were trying to decide on a place to go. She looked around the group to see faces she might not have otherwise recognized had she run into them on the street. They were all guardians.
At last, the majority of them had been brought together. Thanks to The Union, in an ironic way. Crim spoke of a place near where she was staying. How long had he been on Earth? How long had he been following her secretly? She was almost angered by the thought.
Mars was there now, his presence the only comforting one. She didn't know the others yet, and Crim, well, they had a lot of issues to sort out. But now wasn't the time for that. He needed rest and healing, and Axelia was supposed to be home nearly an hour ago.
"Crim, you get home then and heal," she started. "We'll all re-group tomorrow after we've had rest. Tomorrow is Saturday and Earth people are usually out more than usual on the weekends. We need to be aware that that leaves a lot of opportunities open for The Union. Let's meet at Crim's place at sunrise and form a plan. The sooner we stop them, the sooner we can all go home." She met all of their eyes as she spoke, logging away the details of their faces, heights, builds.
In that moment, Axelia seemed to go from a meek young girl who was incapable of protecting herself, much less the moon or earth, to someone of authority. She hadn't done it on purpose, but in that moment, she reflected her mother exactly. In fact, she wouldn't even realize she'd seemed any different from her normal self. She'd taken her rightful position as a leader and peace-keeper, a real shots-caller.
But then, in the next moment, she was back to her usual self as she remembered the time. "I've got to get home," she mumbled to Aro. The others all seemed older than her. Of course. She wasn't meant to be a guardian yet. That shouldn't have come for many many years. She assumed none of the others were so young that they had to live with a human family, thanks to human laws, that also required her to be in school.
She listened to the others' responses and comments but felt as if her feet were already willing her towards her temporary home. She wouldn't be punished or anything like that, of course. But her temporary family would be very worried. Axelia was very punctual, always exactly on time. "Would you mind taking me?" She asked the Mars guardian, feeling bad for so constantly demanding he drive her around, but not wanting to miss a chance to ride the motorcycle again.
Besides, walking would take her way longer, and did any of the others have vehicles? She doubted they would drive like Aro and get her home as quickly. She really needed to get one of those, motorcycles. The thought was crazy. Axelia, on a motorcycle of her own? The moon people would disown her as future Queen. The thought made Axelia giggle to herself. As if the butter-knife bender was such a badass that she could ever drive a motorcycle.
~~~*~~~*~~~
He was still smiling wickedly to himself when Vi spoke, and he continued doing so. Her presence, unlike the others, was much more welcome. Vi was quickly proving herself to be his favorite experiment yet. He'd thought about promoting her. But that would mean she would take Aire's place at his side.
Perhaps he would promote her in another way, to be his personally. Svad did always prefer tortured souls, as if that had not been made obvious. He had personally overseen much of Vi's, transformation. He would wait for now. Let Aire and Vi prove themselves individually, and then make his decisions. The others still had their chances, too.
"Ah, my Leliana," he spoke, in the same low tone of voice as always. He'd almost forgotten she was there. She was so quiet, and dark, like the darkness that would soon be descending upon Earth and then the other planets, one by one. He wanted it to be slow, he wanted each of the planets to know he was coming, to fear it, to tremble at the thought of his arrival and ruling.
"It does appear that our guardians have finally begun to arrive on Earth," he responded to her inquisition with another smile. He rose from his throne and crossed the space between it and the large stone. He moved silently and gracefully. He stopped before the stone and brought a hand up as if to summon something within it. "Show me Earth," he commanded of it.
Then, within all of the random pieces and jagged and smooth edges of the stone, the Earth could be seen. In the center of the stone, a large flat piece showed the entire picture clearly, as if on some kind of HD television. "Soon," he began, "this will all be ours." He'd meant The Union's, he'd meant his. But Svad knew how it would sound to Vi, and he'd said it that way on purpose.
He stared at the sight of the Earth in the dark stone, imagining the guardians there. The fools, having no idea what they were up against. "Go, Death," he began as icy eyes met hers. "It is your time to descend upon this planet..." The command had a double meaning, clear in its statement, and he laughed a low and wicked laugh.
(( So whoever doesn't have a place of their own should of course go with Crim. But for the most part, our guardians should call it a night so we can get the new day started and get them all together. We'll have them discuss some plans and split up to do some searching. Get into some scraps, maybe get a small lead, run into some of our baddies, you know, a new day. :) ))
Vetra continued to sing for the children, they loved it. And doing this for them made her happy. Even though she had been on Earth for about four or five months, she felt like she was at home...Home. Her Kingdom was in trouble and she hadn't heard from Aire, her parents or the spies in the time she was on Earth. At the end of the song, Vetra bowed and the children clapped, she smiled softly and happily...yet deep down, she was crying. The Saturn Guardian Oracle placed her hand on the necklace lightly and looked up towards the cloudy sky, it was getting late and the Saturnian staff at home would be terribly worried.
Before she knew it, the each parent of the children called for them and each child waved goodbye to Vetra. Vetra waved back, smiling softly, trying her best to hide the fact she was sad. "Is something bothering you milady?" A voice said, it was gentle and calming. But this caught he Guardian Oracle off guard, she turned her head slowly and saw it was Ger'Jar, her faithful butler and warrior. Vetra sighed in relief as she walked close to him, "You startled me, is something wrong? Did my parents send a message at last? Is Aire ok?" She asking question after question. Ger'Jar blinked lightly, looking at the young Princess and felt sorry for her. He knew all she really wanted to hear from the people she cared for. "Sadly, no your highness. But I am sure they will soon. Come we must get you home, the monsters can come at anytime and having you not coming rested or get injured is not on my To-Do list." He chuckled softly, walking east from the park.
Vetra walked as with him smiling softly but it soon turned to a frown and the wind picked up around her slowly, the making her hair move to and fro. "Oh...OK." She spoke with sadness. Ger'Jar turned his head and looked towards Vetra, "Do not fret my princess, the Kingdom is still in charge of your mother and father. The castle and it's people are strong, after all, your family has swore to protect Saturn since the very birth of it. I doubt Union scum can actually destroy an empire as strong as The Saturn Empire." He said in a stern voice. Vetra gasped softly and looked towards Ger'Jar smiled with confidence and nodded her head. She knew he was right, she had faith her family and Aire. "Your right I have to have faith. It is the way of our people." She giggled softly, gently placing her fingertips near her mouth.
Ger'Jar continued to walk until he saw the limo Vetra took. He looked at her from the corner of his eye and smiled, 'I guess she did go to school after all.' He thought to himself and opened the door for her. "Milady." He said bowing, Vetra jumped tight into the car. Ger'Jar closed the door and got in the passenger seat of the car and the driver drove them home. Once they arrived, Ger'Jar opened the door and Vetra quickly got out and grabbed her things. Within a few moments they were in the mansion, the maids cleaning and making sure everything was perfect upon the Princess's arrive home. "Dinner will be prepared for you soon milady. I will fetch you when it is done." He said bowing to her, placing a hand on his chest. Vetra bowed her head smiling. "OK, I'll be in my room.~" She cheered and ran off. The maids and bulters bowing their heads in her presence, Ger'jar chuckling has he watched her, walking into the kitchen to help 12-year-old La'Rachel.
Once Vetra made it up to her room, she collapsed on her bed, her smile and vanished once more and it was replaced by the tears she hid for so long. She cried for her people and the ones she cared for the most, she hated how she was on Earth, safe and sound while her people suffered. She grinned the sheets tightly and cried quietly in them. After what seemed light forever, she slowly stopped, all because she remember what Ger'Jar and what her parents taught her. No matter how far away we are or what happens to us...just remember, we are always a family in the end. With this saying playing in her head, Vetra managed to pull out her sketch book and started to draw until dinner was ready to be eaten.
[I'll post for Aire later, getting sleepy and I will make a profile for Ger'Jar just because I am that bored ^J^ I hope you don't mind Kya.]
They soon arrived to a nice large house. Ren yawned and streatched a bit, "it is getting kind of late, you should stay here...rest and then we can get to work in the morning." She took his hand, pulling him down the hall before stopping. Pointing to a door she glanced at him, "that is the guest bath...this.." she moves down the hall once more, opening the door into a large bedroom, "is the guest bedroom." She smiles, "I am going to go change and then get some food ready, so get comfy. I am sure we have plenty for you to use for overnight." Before he could protest, she was gone out of that hall and out of sight. She moved to go to her own room, wondering for a moment where Rune was. Probrably outside, he seemed to prefere the night air.
She moved to a door, opening it into a large room themed in purple and blue. She smiled, before moving to the window. She saw a figure moving out back and smiled, just as she thought. Moving away, she slipped into the bathroom for a quick shower before changing into a knee length silk lavander nightgown. It had thin straps and a line of lace around the top and the bottom edges. She liked the way it flowed and moved esily with her. Slipping on a pair of fuzzy purple slippers, she moved back out and down to the kitchen. For a moment she wondered what the Venus guy liked to eat. She blinked a bit, having not thought to really ask him. Oh well, it would be alright. She moved to the fridge to get a few things, before starting to prepare.
Kenshin nodded a bit, standing in silence as he listened to the rest of the conversation. Saturday hmm? That would be fine with him. He should be getting back anyways, judging by how his guards were reacting on the phone. He would rather have not given them a heart attack . He had to admit though, that he was not entirely comfortable leaving the injured man until he was home safe and taken care of. Watching the new guardian as he stood there, a slight spark made his attention settle on him. Mars...no doubt about it. The two of their planets were like opposites, Mars loving war and fighting, while Jupiter aimed for peace and working things out with words instead of merely chopping everyone's heads off. Was letting the young guardian go with someone so reckless such a good idea? The other would not be so foolish as to endanger her or harm her, so it would be fine. Still, he took a breath to push back the slight buzz he felt.
He then turned back to Mercury and Crim for a moment, looking to the injured man. He wondered what Mercury would do, would he stay or go. Kenshin thought about calling once more for a ride, but it was a nice night out. A walk would allow him to clear his head, and do him some good. He took a slight breath, part of him wanted to make sure the other got home well. He was not sure if that would be welcome, though it was alright. He would wait until the other decided what was alright for him, before leaving him on his own. Taking a breath, he reached up to fix his hair a bit. It had began to slip out of the hair piece that was keeping it up in place. He enjoyed the feeling of the slight breeze that flowed through the area around him.
When they entered the house, Ceridan's senses branched out. He could feel other sources of emotion, though didn't put much thought into who or what they were. He didn't have time before being shown around in a whirlwind of introduction. Honestly, he was staying with a roommate. He was more than glad to be away from the other male. This was a welcome change from the crude, half-drunk man Cer stayed with. He wouldn't even notice if Cer didn't come home.
"Thank y-" Ceridan turned to thank Ren, but she was already gone. How had he not noticed her walking away? A pulse of energy spanned out like some kind of radar, pinpointing her position in the house.
The youth turned his golden eyes to the room, inspecting how clean and open everything was. Yes, this was a welcome change from his current home. Speaking of clean....
Ceridan breathed a sigh of relief upon heading into the bathroom. His hand still felt dirty from when he'd touched the corpse earlier. Cer had always hated feeling dirty - and this was more than physical. He could almost feel the touch of death lingering on his skin. It was a good ten minutes later when Ceridan, now damp from a quick shower, flopped over on the bed.
Another pulse of energy located the other lifeforms. There were two. One was obviously Ren. The other ....
Ceridan lay still for a while before finally letting his curiosity get the best of him. Ren had moved in the direction of the kitchen, so Cer headed that way. He took his time, looking at the decoration and keeping himself in the main hallways and rooms. He didn't want to pry. By the time he reached Ren, his hair was nearly dry. Bare-foot and looking relaxed, Ceridan approached.
"Who else is here?" he asked, looking in the other person's direction. He couldn't identify them, nor their gender, but he knew someone was around. Ceridan's curiosity was obvious on his face, and he watched for a moment before offering his help to prepare food.
Mathys was silent as Crim bowed before Axelia, speaking words that had no doubt calmed whoever he'd failed before Axelia herself. His red eyes flickered to the others again before returning to the moon's Guardian. Axelia surprised him as she seemed to replace her meek self with a strong demeanor, laying down the plans for their next meeting in moments. So, she did have an inner strength. That was comforting.
For a moment, there was a strange hum in the air. Like the feeling right before a storm, perhaps. Aro frowned a bit, then his gaze caught on Kenshin. The Jupiter Guardian was watching him, however briefly. Aro tossed silver hair from his eyes before sending Kenshin a slight smile. It wasn't a comforting one, either. It was more of a "think whatever you want" sort of smile; the sort of smile that told of mischievous acts and a bit of challenge. Either way, their gazes finally broke away from one another.
Their attention was brought back to Axelia as she took on the role of ring leader. They were looking at a true-born leader. Aro inclined his head, looking impressed for a moment. The expression faded when he heard Axelia's quiet admission. She wanted to leave. Now.
Aro didn't respond verbally. With a nod to the other Guardians, he stepped back away from the group. Instead of walking away without Axelia, he reached out to loop an arm around her shoulders and pull her with him. It was time to go. Besides, the longer they stood around twiddling their thumbs, the higher the chances of being attacked grew. As much as Aro loved a challenge, a death sentence was no good to any of them.
As he started up his bike, waiting for Axelia to get comfortable, Mathys watched the others. While he wasn't interested in being friends, he was certainly interested in knowing more about them. Perhaps at a later time....
He pulled away from the curb quickly. "I wonder how long we've all been here, waiting to find one another." Aro sounded slightly annoyed as he maneuvered them between two cars. "Drives me crazy thinking that we've been so blind."
With Axelia's directions, they finally arrived at her home. As they approached, Mathys smiled slightly. "And this is where we say goodbye."
-
Vi ignored the use of her human name. Leliana. It was a name of the past, and one that only Svad seemed to use. The others referred to her by her last name, Vi, because it was both easier to say, and less ... good. Her dark eyes followed Lord Svad as he moved toward the crystal.
Another hum of slithering metal betrayed her anticipation as Earth came into view. Vi stepped closer, her cloaked form gliding through the darkness. Earth would be theirs. Her attention moved to Svad, and she stared at him for a moment. Theirs? His. The Unions. Honestly, it would belong to whomever had the power to hold it and keep it from slipping away.
As Leliana watched Svad, he watched the crystal. She always noticed those strange smiles. There were rare moments when his thoughts, his true thoughts, were written on his pale face. Vi used to make a game out of guessing what those expressions meant. Now, she just witnessed them. The shadows darted over Svad's sharp features like a game of cat and mouse. How fitting it was, really. He was the cat. Everything else was the mouse.
She was still watching Lord Svad when he turned his gaze to meet hers. She held it steadily. "Yes, my lord." The command created a chain reaction of shifting blades and sharp points flicking out beneath her clothing. As always, Svad's laugh brought the promise of pain and suffering. As always, it brought anticipation and eagerness to Vi.
Turning, Vi looked back to the crystal's picture. She would get there quickly. The Union had a "portal" of sorts opened to give them access to Earth. She would descend upon them like a plague. The Guardians would wish she'd never been created.
((I'll have her show up randomly in the morning. ;)
Probably going to throw trouble in for Ger'Jar and Vetra....))
((I'm adding Ger, Goth! And Esmme, that's a good idea!))
She felt the smallest amount of relief when they turned to leave. Being out here like this in a group wasn't a good idea. But something told her not to feel too relieved quite yet. She could feel the growing threat in the air, it was constant and growing stronger all the time.
Aro put his arm around her and like a normal girl, though she never thought she was one, she over analyzed the gesture. Was he being protective? Was it friendly? Was it more? A very light blush crept into her cheeks so she looked away from him for a moment.
They arrived at the bike and Aro mounted it. Axelia looked back at the park briefly. The other guardians, finally together. Though that wasn't all of them. Were the others here? Were they coming at all? She slid onto the bike behind Aro and wrapped her arms around his waist tightly. He said something, but she didn't hear it. She was lost in her own thoughts.
They weren't too terribly far from her temporary home and with minimal direction, Aro found it easily. She dismounted the bike and took a step away from the guardian. She was smiling, it was hard not to after riding a motorcycle. What would her father say? The thought made her smile wider.
She wasn't rebellious or anything, it was just the look she imagined her father to have, knowing she was riding around Earth on the back of a motorcycle with the guardian of Mars of all people. Her father had always warned her about those Mars folk. Though moon people were the peace keepers of all the planets, they weren't typically friends with those from Mars, a much less peaceful people.
Axelia gave a proper curtsy, "Thank you, Aro," she said, "for being such a gentleman." She smiled again, waiting to see his reaction. She was unsure if those were the kinds of compliments his people were used to hearing and she said it because she meant it, but also to poke at him a little.
Before they could get into any more conversation, the front door opened behind her and an average sized woman with brown hair and hazel eyes peered out at them. "Axelia is that you?" the woman said. "That's my cue!" Axelia exclaimed, already turning on her heel, unable to bid Aro goodnight or tell him she'd see him in the morning or anything else for that matter.
"I'm sorry I'm so late! After school some of us went to..." Axelia's voice faded into the house as the door closed behind her. Her temporary parents weren't upset with her it turned out. They had been worried, but only because she'd never been late. They were happy to know she'd met some knew friends. Having already eaten dinner, Axelia slipped out of her shoes and into her slippers and bid them both goodnight.
She had grown quite fond of the pair. They'd always wanted children but couldn't have any for whatever reason. They'd served as a home for exchange students as well as a home for foster children for many years. Currently Axelia was the only other living here.
She made her way up the stairs as she realized she'd left her school book somewhere. The last place she remembered having it was when that monster from The Union attacked them. Had she dropped it then? She didn't have it at the cafe. She could go back out and find it. But the thought of traveling alone at night seemed a lot more dangerous suddenly. She would just have to see if it was still there tomorrow, or suffer the consequences of losing the school's property so carelessly.
Axelia opened the door to her room and flicked on the light. The room was a decent size in the large house. It wasn't very decorated, being that it had so many different people staying in it so often. When she stepped into the room, she stood next to a desk and an armoire stood beside that. To her right was a long cubby-style cabinet with random things she'd acquired since moving here.
On the opposite wall was her bed. At the end of the room was a balcony that looked out over the city from their spot on the hill, and in the corner was another door that led to her personal bathroom. Behind her, a little orange striped kitten with large green eyes sneaked into the room and rubbed against her leg.
Axelia smiled down at the furrball before picking it up and giving it a snuggle. Something caught her attention across the room. There on her bed was a box. It seemed like an ordinary box, with a lid. Not something delivered. She crossed the room and set the cat on the bed beside her. She pulled the box into her lap and carefully removed the lid.
There inside the box was a letter. Axelia opened it. It was from her father. The letter informed her that all of the guardians in fact were coming to Earth, if she hadn't found them all yet. It informed her that the box contained a way for the guardians to contact each other when they were apart, as well as tiny tracking devices so that they could find each other in emergencies, though he sincerely hoped that those were few and far between.
At the end of the letter, with a deep sadness, he wrote that it had been discovered that The Union was responsible for the death of her mother, as well as for various other deaths on some of the other guardian's planets. He wished them all the best of luck. "You can do this, Miyu. You have more of your mother's strength, courage, and power than you know. I wish I could be there with you, we love you, Miyu."
We. Her father still said 'we' as if her mother were there. In all of her pain, she had never really stopped to think of the pain her father was going through. He seemed and acted so much stronger than Axelia did, but it was clear that he too was having a hard time coping. She'd been able to see that in his eyes before she was sent here.
Axelia placed the letter on the bed and looked inside the box at the tiny tracking devices and communicators. She'd bring these to Crim's in the morning. She placed the letter back in the box and slid it under her bed. Suddenly Axelia was exhausted. A long day of school, of faking being happy and carefree and just everything she wasn't, being attacked by The Union, finding that Crim was here, finding other guardians, and now this letter from her father...
When she woke in the morning she would find that she didn't even remember falling asleep. She'd still be in her school uniform and the kitten would be balled up on her pillow, cuddled into her. The morning would be clear and cool with dew on the grass and flowers, and to any human, it would seem like just another beautiful day.
((Sorry I wrote a ton! Lol got carried away! Everyone head over to the OOC and let's figure out what these communicators are going to actually be/look like!))
She turned a bit to look at the other as he came into the kitchen. She placed a carrot and a knife in his hands, before moving to a pot of rice on the stove. "You probrably mean Rune" she says. "He's my guard, posing as my brother while here on Earth to protect me" she stirs the pot a bit, looking into it as she did. She did not say anything for a moment after that, then looks at him. "Would you like to meet him?" she moves to the back door opening it a bit, "Rune!" For a moment nothing was heard, before an answer came "Ren? Your home?" She smiled, "yes, I brought a friend home, I hope you don't mind, come meet him." With that, she moved back to the counter, begining to chop up some other ingredients. It took a moment, but the back door pulled open fully now. A male entered the house. He smiled, slipping off his coat, hanging it by the door. He turned to the kitchen, noticing the other, "hello, a pleasure to meet you. My name is Rune, it's nice to finally meet a non female friend of Ren's."
He smiles, the last part said a bit teasingly. Ren gave a slight glare, throwing a piece of celery at him. "So not funny" she says but smiles. Rune laughs, catching the piece. He moves to the sink to wash his hands. Ren looked at the other guardian and smiles a bit, "he's a big goof, but really nice." She went to the sink by Rune to wash off the knife, bumping him a bit playfully. He smiles, before drying his hands. "So what are you making tonight?" he asks, glancing at the pots on the stove. "I was going to make a nice curry with rice and a veggie salad" she smiled happily, "though..your better with the curry than me, do you mind?" He laughed a bit warmly, before moving to the stove. "So, how did you two meet?" he asks a bit curious about the other. "Well....." Ren hesitated. Telling him they met in the park then over a dead body was not really some light conversation. "He's a guardian like me, Venus" she changed the subject. Rune paused, glancing over at the other male within the room, "is that so...."
After speaking up with all the other guardians around him to suggest that they should probably be heading on their way now to go to wherever they decided to head to. It didn't seem to take so long for Alexia to state to Crim that he should head back home to rest up and heal his wounds, that was most likely be for the best if he was injured the way he was. Being the protector of the moon guardian was a big deal, just the thought of being injured and not being able to continue to do your job seemed to be making oneself feel as though they were the one being protected. As it had seemed while he stood there silently on the sidelines, he listened as to how the moon guardian had taken charge to give an order to the rest of the guardians that they should also head back to their homes and regroup at Crim's place by tomorrow morning.
The fact that taking care of the Union and finally being able to go home had escaped from Alexia's lips. Home. There was indeed a home waiting for him back on Mercury, but not really anyone waiting for him other than the guards and servants that were part of the kingdom. It wasn't as though Koyama didn't care of those people, it was more for the fact that they weren't exactly family. They were guards and ordinary servants of Mercury, nothing more. Koyama had no other family other than himself at this point, home was just as empty as though no one had even lived there in the first place. True, there were the people of Mercury other than the guards and servants as well who rooted for him as their guardian.
Soon enough after Alexia had given the order to the rest of the guardians, watching as how she made her way with the guardian of Mars over toward the small two-wheeled vehicle, Koyama had still remained silent only to watch her drive away with another guardian. There goes two guardians, all that was left now was Kenshin, himself and Crim at the park. Kenshin seemed to had suggest to the protector of Alexia that he was going to walk with him home due to his wounds possibility getting any worse than they already were. "I will see you in the morning than. Have a good evening Kenshin, and I hope that your wounds will heal soon Crim." After saying his goodbyes to the other two males, Koyama had given a slight bow out of respects to the two before he had turned his back upon them and began to make his way out of the park.
The lightposts throughout the sidewalks in the park seemed to had no longer flickered but rather stayed their solid bright light shining down upon the path to show the way. Turning his head over his shoulder lightly while he walked away from the two, Koyama had made sure to remember the feeling of Crim's energy so that when morning came, he would know for sure where he was heading before he had gotten himself utterly lost in the town.
It had only taken the red-haired male nearly 15 minutes to half an hour to make it back to Koyama's bakery. Unlocking the doors to the bakery itself, he had stepped inside and had made sure to lock the door behind him. Making his way to the opposite end of the resturant-like part of the bakery, he had headed up the stairs on the opposite side of the room which was hidden due to the wall being in the way. Once reaching to the top of the staircase, there was both a screen door that lead to a wooden door right after that. Opening up both of the doors themselves, inside was what seemed to be a completely furnished home. Completely empty. A low sigh had escaped Koyama's lips as he made his way to his room(just a slightly darker color rather then bright bright white.). Stepping over toward the balcony, he had taken a glance out into the dark night sky for a moment to think back upon his planet. With a few minutes passing by, he had ended up returning over to his bed where he sat down onto the side and collapsed there with a light thud as he tried to get himself to fall into a deep slumber.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cain at this point had still remained sitting upon the large building he was sent through by the void. His chains rattling on the side of the building from the night breeze as he reached for his hood before pulling it right off of his head. Finally once again after what seemed like ages, he had revealed his true face to be nothing more than a pitch black head with multiple white tattoo lines going from the back of his head straight down the center of his head and toward his forehead. Many others had been around his throat area, cheeks and chin. Other than those tattoos and his black head, the only other visible thing upon him were his usual reddish orange eyes along with his jagged teeth. The usual grin had faded to a ordinary calm look upon his face which was quite rare to see on him.
Turning his gaze straight up to the endless night sky, Cain clenched down on his fists as he began to think back upon the leader of the Union. Even though the scientists had experimented upon Cain's body to what seemed like an eternity, he still remained loyal to the Union leader no matter what. However, from time to time he had always wondered what the leader had thought of him on the other hand. Had he been the one to accept and tell the scientists to do those tests on him or was that their own way of trying to make the captain of the Union's guards and warriors stronger. Whatever the case was, the strange male had stayed silent as he sat there on the edge of the rooftop only to gaze down upon all of the mortals that walked around the city for the night life.
Cain had never really given the thought about sleeping before, and he wasn't prepared to start now. Normally when it had come to the time for the mortals or anyone to get their 'sleep', he would remain awake and sit wherever he wanted to wait for the sunrise and for the mortals to awaken. Whenever the mortals were awake during the day, some of them had always been so much more fun to 'play' with since they were much more alert rather than having their bodies half dead from how tired they were.
Crim was silent as Axelia issued an order and he watched her leave. The expression on his face was unreadable, and he glanced at those left behind with him. Silently watching them until one began to walk away as well. Crim stared after him for a few moments, and then began moving off in the same direction Axelia had gone. Wondering if the other guardian would accompany him or not to his home, he glanced at Kenshin and shrugged slightly. Crim didn't care what the other did, they were going to be using his place as a meeting spot anyway, it seemed.
He remained silent as he walked towards his house, it wasn't far from Axelia's and set up on the corner of the street, on the opposite side of the street, so he could see her house easily from one of his windows. Though he wasn't in his house much anyway. Usually slinking about and making sure Axelia stayed out of danger.
Kenshin sighed lightly, following the other a bit until they came within sight of his home. He did not wish to bother him, or overstay his welcome and such so he slipped out a pen and paper. They were always handy when in need of jottting down quick information. He wrote his name and his number, handing it to the other. "Do not worry...things will be alright, get some rest and try to heal" he gave a warm smile and a slight incline of his head. He walked along towards his own home, sure he was going to get an earful when he finally came in. The guards were waiting for him, standing at attention and looking as if they wished to talk to him. He was exhausted, he could feel it within his body, holding up a hand to dismiss them. They surprisingly did not protest, going off to finish up for the night. He slipped upstairs. He had a nice living space, it reminded him more of a hotel than an actual home. It had a beautiful sitting/livingroom like area, bathed in warm golds and white, accents of black to give contrast. He was not really in the admiring mood at the moment though, slipping into the bathroo for a hot bath. He allowed his body to relax, and all the thoughts of the day to slip from his mind.
If he thought about them to much, he already knew he would not be able to get to sleep. He would need rest and his strength. Getting out, he slipped on his robe and moved into a separate room, which served as his sleeping quaters. He slid a hand over the sleek white bedspread, with a light smile on his lips. It was a bit sad, though it was a sad day indeed it seemed. He moved to the large doors that led out onto the elaborate deck. They really went all out with this, he would have felt more comfortable and at home in simpler arrangements, though his words had not been heard. The moon shining brightly tonight, he took a breath. The curtains were closed, as he moved to the bed and pulled the covers back. The thought of sleep was inviting, he needed it indeed. He lays down, his white hair around him a bit. He closed his eyes, caring little for the moment of the lights. He did not even realize he was slipping off, until memories became dreams, plaguing the night with things he could never forget.
Ceridan easily accepted the knife and food, stepping over to the counter before beginning to work on preparing the food. "You guard," he said, nodding in realization. When Rune was called, Cer sent a pulse of energy out to track the guard's progress to the kitchen. When Rune arrived, Ceridan set aside what he was doing and watched the antics between the two. It was fond emotion that flickered between them, though he didn't sense more than deep friendship. Or ... did he?
The warm smiles and laughter were good signs. Cer had been thinking that Ren was just a boiling pit of dark emotion. It was good to see the pleasant feelings on her face as well.
"Ceridan Dehl," he introduced himself once things calmed down, a smile spreading over his face as he watched the two of them interact. "I'm from Venus." Ceridan seemed suddenly playful, and a pleasant vibe settled over the room. It felt like sunshine through a window, or like the feeling you get just before you laugh. He winked at Rune before turning his attention to Ren.
"As of yet, I have proved to be quite the intruder when it comes to emotions." As he finished cutting the vegetable, Cer accepted more things to do. He moved with grace unknown to human males, and perhaps slightly ... well, like a dancer. "So if you start seeing hearts floating in the air, as is commonly believed to happen when I use my abilities, you should be worried." This time his smile was teasing.
When they finished preparing for dinner, Ceridan helped get everything else together. It wasn't long before they were all seated, ready to eat. The food was unbelievably good, and Cer was sure to express his appreciation through an emotional wave that seemed to follow him about.
Throughout their conversation, the brown-haired male was mildly expressive, and many emotions seemed "pushed" over the others. He obviously did it subconsciously, for it was like his sixth sense. It was another language. And by the time the meal was drawing to a close, Ceridan's emotions felt tired. It was like a fuzzy warmth, or the way it feels when you're trying to see through a thick fog.
When Ren and Rune started talking to one another, the youth seemed to drift off into a light doze, his elbow resting on the table and one hand supporting him. A strangely pleasant flow of emotion seemed to drift about for a while before Ceridan woke. That one moment of sleep had taken any restrictions he'd placed on his emotions off, giving the others a stronger dose of feeling.
"Sorry," Ceridan looked weary as he stood. "I should get some rest. My ... roommate had people over late last night." And it had been a rather awkward night. Since he could feel emotions, Cer tended to avoid people who drank and did uncouth things. Unfortunately, his roommate was a fan of both....
"Thank you for your hospitality, Ren," his gold eyes filled with gratitude, and a familiar blanket of thanks moved over both Ren and Rune. "It was a pleasure meeting you, Rune." With a slight bow, Ceridan took his dishes to the sink before heading to his room. He swiftly fell into a deep sleep - and that warm, deep feeling seemed to drift about his room in an aura. Good luck walking by in the hallway. You might end up wanting to stay.
-
The guardian of Mars pulled up in front of the right house. He was inspecting it when he heard Axelia's comment. Aro had looked in her direction just in time to see the curtsy. Blinking in surprise, Aro seemed to stutter over a response. It was blatantly obvious that he wasn't used to such formalities - especially directed toward him. He acted the same way a sibling might act if you suddenly left a mysterious gift on their pillow. He was unsure, and obviously thrown off guard.
"Yeah," he managed to get out, his red eyes full of hesitance. Then, he seemed to break free of his surprise enough to spit out a proper response. "Anytime, princess."
His spirit returned when he heard the door of the house open. Aro winked at Axelia as she headed toward the house. Revving his bike, the guardian of Mars left quickly.
People didn't THANK Mars folk. They just didn't. It was like thanking the cat for killing mice, or thanking the dog for catching a ball. It was what they did, not what they did for other people. Gratitude wasn't expressed often on the red planet. Not like that, anyway. Not with those proper curtsies and cute little words of thanks.
Shaking the thought away, Aro headed home. He was lucky to live alone, and that was just how he wanted it. It was a rough neighborhood, and he also knew that. Honestly, half the time he invited the trouble. Tonight, though, he was ready for rest. Earth was so strange; just the few minutes he'd used his powers had felt like he'd been training for hours. Now that his adrenaline was wearing off, Mathys was actually realizing how tired he was.
Shoving the door closed (it was slightly crooked, so it took some intimidation to get closed), Aro got ready for bed with a militant kind of efficiency. He was in bed and asleep within fifteen minutes of entering the small apartment. His dreams? War. Home. Training. At least his sleeping mind wouldn't disappoint him with weak challenges.
-
It was sunrise when Aro was sitting on the ledge near his door. His room was two stories up, and the bars had broken long before he'd come to rent the place. Now, it was a danger zone. Aro didn't care. He sat there often.
With a sigh, he glanced at the time - he could barely see his stove clock from where he sat. Aro stood, closing his apartment before heading down to start his bike up. He would wait where they were supposed to meet. Why? Because he was bored already. Now that he knew the other guardians were here, there was no point in sitting around. Especially now that they knew the Union was already on Earth as well.
The thought brought a thrill through him, and Aro smiled slightly. He was ready for a challenge. He was ready for some true battle. The last fight was a joke.
He arrived well before any of the other guardians, and flopped back on the grass outside of Crim's house, staring up at the sky. His red eyes trailed over the unfamiliar colors and atmosphere of Earth for many minutes. Hands tucked behind his head, the guardian of Mars pushed away thoughts of home. He would be training with his warriors by now....
With an impatient glance toward Crim's house, and then in the direction of Axelia's home, the Mars guardian finally convinced himself to wait just a little while longer.
((I'll add for Vi once Gothica's characters leave the house and start moving around a bit. ;)
((Since no one except Goth replied to my ping... -_- ...I'll just make the communicators up myself, and if you guys don't like them, well  It's your own fault!  Also, I hope you're feeling better Kry!))
Axelia woke as sunshine poured over her balcony, onto her pillow and into her face. She was holding something, and there was something moving in her hair. She sat up looked down at the box of communicators in her lap. A small tiger-striped kitten hung from her hair.
She scooted the box onto the bed and pulled the playful kitten from the wet tangles it had chewed into her long, soft pale hair. She laughed as the kitten blinked at her, nose to nose. Axelia placed the kitten on the bed and stood up to stretch. She didn't remember falling asleep. She must have been exhausted. She was still in her red and black school uniform.
Axelia slipped out of it quickly and showered. The kitten curled up on a bathroom rug and waited. It wasn't long before the princess was showered and dressed in a shirt with blue plaid that matched the color of her eyes, a pair of white skinny jeans, and a pair of summer wedges that tied around her ankle.
She'd pulled her hair up into her regular messy pigtails. Pale hair fell around her face and she applied a minimal amount of lip gloss. She didn't need make-ups, not with her pale flawless complexion and natural blush. Especially when she was just going to be hunting around the city for clues to The Union. She knelt to give the kitten a little scratch.
Axelia brought him home two days ago from the animal shelter she'd been volunteering at. Her temporary parents had loved him right away. She still hadn't named him though. Names, she said, were very important. And she hadn't gotten to know him well enough to define him in such a way. The man and woman of the home had only laughed. They really were taken with Axelia and her personality.
She grabbed the box of communicators and made her way downstairs. Usually breakfast was in the process of being made by this time, but this morning there was a note on the table. Mr. and Mrs. Arietta had gone to a meeting. Apparently she could be getting a temporary brother or sister soon. The Ariettas were taking in another exchange student.
Axelia reached for an apple from the fruit basket but spotted a chocolate bar beside it. Well, there was no resisting Earth chocolate. Axelia wasn't sure what it was made of, but she assumed things like children's happiness, rainbows, sunshine and sugar. Lots of sugar.
She exited the large house at the top of the hill and turned right. Their house was at the top of the street, so there was only one way left to go to get to Crim's. Though, she probably should have asked which one it was. Surely it was close. Axelia knew Crim at least that well.
Only two houses later did Axelia spot a motorcycle at the curb and Aro laying in the yard of what had to be Crim's temporary home. She made the walk passed the next two houses and crossed the street. She stepped into the grass, holding the box under one arm while putting her chocolated hand on her hip as she leaned over Aro. "What are you doing down there?" she asked with genuine curiosity.
Why wouldn't he go inside? Had he had an accident? "Did you fall?" Little did Axelia know, the kitten had slipped out the door behind her and followed her down the street. Currently, the tiger-striped ball of fur was crouched in the grass. At any moment, the thing would pounce on Aro playfully.
Throughout the entire night while the guardian of Mercury slept soundly on his bed, his dreams seemed to had been the main cause of him having the worst sleep of his whole time being on this planet. Rather than his usual blank dreams of just him wandering around on his home planet with both of his parents still alive but as well as his own father finally accepting his son for who he was, the young red-haired male's dreams had been filled much more with sorrow and pain this time. His mother's and father's deaths had continued to reply within his thoughts as he was forced to sit there in front of all the chaos while he had seen his own father being devoured by the dark creatures of The Union. Although, it had seemed to be the same case with his mother this time as well, rather than his emotions raging that once caused him to lose control of his power to destroy the creatures before they devoured his mother, the sight of the beasts tearing the woman limb from limb and with all the blood splatted upon the walls of the royal kingdom were seen.
Unfortunately, even with all those terrifying images that played through his mind and the dark loneliness he had to suffer after that, it seemed as though the nightmare would only continue on. Within his thoughts, Koyama had struggled left and right to try and end the nightmare and rid himself away from the darkness and loneliness that he had within his heart the whole time. However, if someone were to had seen him laying upon the bed he would still be shown just laying completely still as though he were sleeping just peacefully.
The last thing that had been heard throughout Koyama's nightmare were loud screams of both males and females in the middle of the darkness while the young child version of himself remained curled up on the floor to himself. Right when the screams had gone off within his head, both of his eyes had flung wide open only to find out that it was morning in the real world. The sun had finally risen from the horizon, the birds were all chirping to indicate that the day seemed perfect; at least to the human race it was. Slowly enough, he had sat up on the edge of his bed before rubbing both his eyes. That truly wasn't the best sleep he had gotten in a while, but it was still some type of rest at least. A low sigh had escaped his lips as he stood from his bed and made his way into the bathroom to freshen up.
Once he had gotten everything settled down such as getting dressed and getting breakfast for himself. Koyama had left his own home and made his way back downstairs to his bakery, he had worn a pair of dark blue jeans that if seen without some lighting it would seem almost as though they were black. As for a shirt, he had worn his usual red t-shirt while over that was a orange reddish zip-up hoodie that he had only zipped up halfway up his body. Slipping the hood over his head as he left his bakery, the Mercury guardian had slowly shut both of his eyes while he began to walk down the sidewalk that lead away from his bakery. Focusing upon the energy signature that he had remembered from Crim, he kept his own path following the energy rather than looking around for directions. This meeting may not have been with all the guardians, but at the very least it was some of them rather than none at all. Hopefully, with their help the rest of them would be able to find the other guardians with some careful planning.
It had taken him only a matter of minutes to finally come across the home as to where Crim seemed to had lived at. Rather than immediately approaching the home, Koyama had stayed on the opposite side of the street as he reopened his eyes only to find that the Moon guardian and Mars guardian were already speaking with one another right outside of the home of Crim. Alexia seemed to had been holding some kind of box within her grasp, obviously enough Koyama was completely unaware of what was within the box but he hadn't bothered to be too curious as to what was within it. Either way, he had gotten the feeling that he would find out along with the other guardians later on throughout the meeting, why else would she bring something like that.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By the time the sun had finally risen from it's long slumber, Cain had still been sitting there on the edge of the building with his hood off and his black skinned head still revealed. While he had sat there on the edge, he stared out at the horizon while the bright light of the sun came up. To many mortals, they couldn't stand staring at the sun directly without themselves going blind but to Cain, this wasn't a problem at all. He stared at it for what seemed like hours even until it had finally risen completely up into the sky. Once it seemed as though the sun had finally come to a slower pace to begin the actual day, the ash-skinned male had slipped his hood back over his head to hide his complete identity once again before standing up to his feet.
Obviously enough, Cain had wanted to find those guardians in an instant and rid them of The Union's issue all at once already. However, knowing all too well if he had tried to attack a guardian at this point, he was simply going to be chained up again for overusing his power and going insane for the thirst of blood and battle. Although that thought ran through his head, it wasn't enough to rid him of his wicked grin as he knew still of many other things he could do for entertainment until his time had finally come to fight. He could always have fun messing with the mortals, but at times that could even be boring as well since the only real close enough to mortals that would truly fight back against him were their pathetic authorities with their mortal hand-made weaponries. So rather than bothering with any of that, he drew out his large scythe and jabbed the blade of it into the rooftop of the building as began to speak several inaudible words to himself before a strange purplish black rippling portal had formed in front of his gaze. Ripping the scythe out of the rooftop, he stepped straight through it only to be transported into the throne room of the leader of The Union. Immediately at the sight of his leader, Cain had dropped down to one knee and lowered his head in respects. His grin had faded in an instant as his jagged teeth were hidden from underneath the black hood he wore. "My liege..I come to you asking of orders and a request..I have seemed to have found two of the guardians. Although..these blasted chains..will not allow me to use my full ability. Please..my liege, i plead of you to tell those damned scientists to remove these." His voice remained calm and low as he knew one mistakened word could end up costing him everything and possibility even more tortuous testing to be done on his body. Chances were, his request was going to be denied.
As Cain appeared in the room, Svad turned to see the experiment (so he called them all) kneeling his respects. As he should. Svad listened to the boy without comment, and when he was done speaking, Svad only stared at him, thinking. He'd found two of the guardians, and yet they were still alive so it seemed. This bothered Svad.
"You are telling me, that you found two of the guardians, and let them live?" He mostly ignored Cain's request as he pondered what this meant. Had the guardians seen him? Had he fought them and lost? Svad was assuming these things to be true.
With his mind, Svad lifted the experiment off of the floor as if the boy was held by his shirt collar. "Those chains were put there for a reason, Cain. Do you doubt me? Do you doubt my scientists?" The invisible hold on Cain would tighten, seemingly around his entire frame.
"Let me make myself clearer to you boy. You do not request things of me. You do not doubt me or my scientists. And if you cannot handle a guardian with the powers given to you, you will pay the price for it and I will have you fixed immediately upon your next failure. There had better not be, another, failure. Do you understand me boy?"
The entire room seemed to pulsate with a menacing evil as Svad's icy stare bore through Cain. He would indeed have this experiment fixed if he failed again. And if he failed again after that, well, Svad would kill him himself and add his soul to the growing collection that powered his dark crystal.
CRIM ((I am assuming control of Crim until his epic death sometime soon since Kry has had to drop the play!))[/CENTER]
Crim had made it back to his temporary home some three or four houses down from Axelia's on the opposite side of the street. He'd gone inside and showered himself, taking care to clean his wounds carefully. They weren't so bad. He'd had worse, protecting Axelia's mother. Plus, thanks to the powers of the moon and those invested in him, he was a quick healer.
By morning, the wounds were bearable, and though not entirely healed, not so appalling any longer either. He'd thrown his trench in the wash, and now it dried while he nibbled at a piece of toast. He wasn't very hungry. He had too much on his mind now. Failure, his close calls last night, The Union, Axelia's protection.
Had anyone followed him home, they would have been shown a guest room down the hall which had it's own bathroom. Crim was an early riser so he would be up long before any of the others, he assumed. He walked across the living room to pull back a curtain and look up the street to the house on the hill. Axelia's temporary parents, the Ariettas, were getting into their car. That meant Axelia would be home alone. The thought bothered Crim.
Once she graduated school here, as required by law, he would insist she move in with him, so he could keep a better eye on her. Though he wasn't sure how she would feel about that. Surely some part of her really hated him for her mother's death. He didn't blame her. He hated himself, too. It was too bad though that she didn't know any of the guardians before coming here. She could have skipped the whole school scene all together, but it was too late now. She was already enrolled and had already made friends.
A part of Crim thought that it was best. Axelia didn't fit into the lifestyle of a guardian or a fighter. She fit best in a social, happy, bubble of a protected and violence-free life. Then again, he'd thought that of her mother once, too.
He closed the curtain and made his way down to the basement where the washer and dryer were to retrieve his white coat. There, he wouldn't hear Aro pull up on the motorcycle and wouldn't know anyone had arrived until someone knocked on the door.
Aro raised a pale eyebrow when Axelia's face appeared before him. He'd heard her approaching, and caught that gentle smell of her shampoo before she'd said anything. "I have been struck," Mathys said, his voice taking on a playful tone, "with a sudden paralysis." His red eyes met Axelia's, and the slightest of smiles followed. "I've been laying here hoping someone might notice."
The guardian kept his hands clasped behind his head, gazing up at Axelia. He would have been lying if he'd said she wasn't easy on the eyes.
"Good thing you came along before the Union. Wouldn't want to lose your warrior so early in the game."
(Nah, your fine)
The dinner had been alright Ren guessed, it was nice to have company, but he seemed to be a bit off in his own world. She was not going to ask what was going through his mind, not sure that she wanted to know, or that it was her business at the moment. Her guard and undercover brother Rune moved to wash off the dishes. She helped him out, though she was silent herself now from it all. After she went to her own bedroom. She closed the curtains, before moving to flop onto her bed.
It was late, she needed to get some sleep, but she didn’t want to really. A lot of the day’s events were stuck within her mind. She turned on her alarm, wanting to get up early the next morning, before flipping off the lights. She laid in the dark for a bit, listening to the sounds of the home and Rune moving about. The thought of him being here for her was nice, but the thought of him getting hurt or something in the process of all of this made her heart ache. She would not forgive herself if anything happened to him, especially because of her. Soon however, sleep became unavoidable, and she closed her eyes.
