http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-9bsOW6CikW...hts.com%5D.jpg

Back during the Feudal Era, Their was hundreads of Demon-slayer familes. When the time came that many families migrated to the America's, that number only grew. Out of the Demon Clans that came from Japan, 6 Reined Dominant : The Kasai, The Mizu, The Hikari, The Kurai, The Chikyu, and the Kaze. However, in the Recent years, civil disputes between the 6 have been constant. Each one claims to be the top Slayer clan, and continue to try and prove it through Violence. Over the years, much blood has been shed. Now, well into the 21st century, it has erupted into a full civil war.

However, with their attention Divided, they fail to notice the rise of the Tuatha Deohn, a group of smaller clans, who refused to bow to the 6. They've now begun systematically annihilating the clans. Unless the Clan's band together, the Tuatha will destroy them all.

Whose side are you on?

The rules should be known already, since they've been repeated a thousand times over. My only rule is that you send Me the profile, with the Title of the Clan you want to join (IF your Neutral, just write that in the Title box. If your with the Tuatha Deohn, just write 'For the Horde'.) If accepted, post them yourself.

I should also explain that, each family controls a specific element. The list is as followed :

The Kasai : Fire
The Mizu : Water
The Chikyu : Earth
The Hikari : Light
The Kurai : Darkness
The Kaze : Wind

The Family Hiearchy

Patriarch/Matriarch - Family Head (One for each)
Proxy : Second in Command/Advisor (2 for each)
Enforcers : Top Fighters in the Family (4 for each)
Regulars : Normal Clan Members (No limit)

Here the the skeleton for the characters

Name:
Azaiah Kurai
Age:
21
Element:
Darkness
Bio:
Azaiah is the youngest of all of the other family members that had ever ruled over the Kurai clan. During the time he had been born, his father was actually the current ruler at the time. Even though the clan had been misjudged to be a heartless kind of clan that was thought to believe that they were all horrible just because they controlled the power of darkness, the truth behind it was that his family was actually quite kind.

Their power may had been darkness, but yet they knew how to use it for good and actually to help people. Although they were misjudged quite a bit, it didn't let them bring them down as they just accepted their fate to be considered cold. Their job was just like all the other families; to hunt down demons and protect innocent lives. One of the main things that also causes the Kurai clan to have such a bad reputation is that one day when a group of demons had began to attack the family home, Azaiah was actually old enough at the time to fight back against the demons. So he did. However, it did not help that after the battle had been over and the young black haired teenager was going to kill the last of the demons with one final strike, the demons had placed a curse onto Azaiah that he would have to suffer the consequence of being part demon himself.

Thankfully enough, as the years went by; Azaiah's soul was able to reject the demon's soul from completely taking over. Soon enough, Azaiah had ended up growing multiple black feathered wings on his back. Because of this, he was considered even more of a demon to the rest of the clan. The other clan members had feared that one day the son of the head of the clan would become a full demon and kill them all. In the end, they had actually tried to kill him multiple times; each time a failed attempt. It wasn't till one day while they had tried to kill Azaiah, that the clan members failed horribly only to end up killing the father. Because of this, Azaiah had panicked and become enraged that he just lost his father in an accident that was meant to kill him.
After that, Azaiah had stood up to take the place of the head of the new Kurai family head. Ever since then, the people of the clan refused to try and mess up again as they continue to try and get the respect they had lost several years ago. Now, Azaiah wishes to show the other families that the Kurai family isn't as bad as they actually are considered to be. He wishes to show the others that their family is strong and are out there to protect everyone.

Azaiah has multiple scars all over his chest and his back. His right eye is also red compared to his left eye being a light hazel blue.

Name : Sachi "Blaze" Kasai
age : 24
Element : Fire
Bio : Sachi's abilities were surprisingly strong, and hard to control. Her parents feared she would unintentionally kill herself (and/or others) before she could control them, but fortunately for everyone involved she managed to master the flames, and became a strong weapon against the demons. Though her parents wanted her to run the clan after their deaths or retirement, Sachi only wanted to fight. Her younger brother agreed to inherit the position in her stead.

Unfortunately, a particularly nasty demon attack killed Sachi's family, leaving her as the head after all. In the past six months, she's managed to keep the clan together. Though she isn't the greatest leader, she's fought beside everyone for years, which has built their camaraderie, despite her childish nature and often rash decisions.

Currently, she only has demon slaying on her mind, and is more focused on killing as many as possible to avenge her family and the others taken in the war against demons.

Other : Even though she's already twenty-four, most people think she's a decade younger, at least.

(happydeath: kuroshinigami: I'm going to start the roleplay in a random part of town. Btw, Kuro, your character is accepted.)

The House of some famous Painter, while normal to the regular folk, was haunted. The Owner hired 3 different people to cleanse it of spirits. However, the 3 didn't know of each other. One from the Kasai family, One from the Kurai, and one from no family. Jared Enigma looked at the house, his eye's scanning it. He kept his hood up, and sat next to the gate. He would wait for the others, whoever they were.

Name : Ryuu Kasai
age : 29
Element : Fire
Bio : Ryuu's family wasn't very powerful in the Kasai clan, but they were ambitious. When Ryuu was born with a rather strong control fire, they were ecstatic, believing their son would lead them to a powerful and wealthy lifestyle. However, Ryuu's true passion fell to weaponry. Rather than hone his gift, he practiced wielding any weapon he could get his hands on, though his preference was for a sword (though he liked guns well enough).

His rebellion against his family's nature led to a falling out. Had they another child to carry on the family line, he would have been disowned, but as it is they hold a very tense and somewhat hostile relationship. It improved slightly (though mostly on his parents' end of things) when he became employed to work for the head of the family. It was there he got to know Sachi, while fighting alongside her.

After the deaths of Sachi's family, he was shocked when she asked him to be her second-in-command. After some debate (he already realized the challenge of working with Sachi and her odd temperament), he decided to accept the job. His parents were naturally overexcited, and now wish for a closer relationship now that Ryuu has a higher status, but he hasn't made a move to reciprocate their superficial affections.
Pic : http://data.whicdn.com/images/341235...-523_large.jpg
Other : He's not particularly social, and overall dislikes animals. He can tolerate them, he just doesn't particularly like them.

The entire time Azaiah had stayed back at the Kurai family home; he had remained within the training room to practice his martial arts till they had been perfected. Ever since the death of his father, Azaiah had focused alot of his time to practice on becoming stronger so that he would be able to prove to the members of the Kurai family that he was worthy of taking his father's place. Even through his intense training though, he felt as though he would never be able to prove it to anyone that he was actually worthy of being the new head of the Kurai family, that he wanted everyone to think of him as an equal rather than a monster.

As he had continued to train by hitting the metal training dummies with his fist, the last thing he needed to do was think about his father and how he died. However, Azaiah couldn't seem to help himself but to think about it anyway and his power had slightly went out of control for a moment. With a single thrust of his next palm towards the metal dummy, Azaiah's dark power ended up releasing slightly to the point that he injected his own dark energy into the dummy which had caused it to implode.

At the sudden sound of the implosion, several guards had rushed into the training room to see that Azaiah stood in the middle of the room with his wings opened widely on his back. His own breathing heavy until one of the guards had called out to him and asked if he was alright. Once Azaiah had heard someone's voice, he quickly calmed himself down before looking over at the guard and nodded his head. "I..was just leaving now." He stated before making his way over towards the exit of the room and approached the nearest window. "Make sure everyone stays within the home till I return..I don't want anyone getting hurt. I will deal with this mission, myself." He informed the guards before dashing out of the window with his wings spread out; he was informed to go toward some type of home to rid it full of demons of sorts. He was also informed that he would be allied with two others that he didn't know of, but he would soon meet them there as well.

It had taken him a matter of minutes to reach the courtyard entrance. There sat another male who seemed to had been waiting, was that one of the other two he was supposed to meet. Either way, coming down to a quick descend; Azaiah had folded his wings against his back and turned his head to look over at the male. "So..are you going in there too?" He questioned the male only to point slightly over towards the building, the entire time he had kept his right eye closed so that only his hazel blue eye was seen.

A bright red motorcycle darted through traffic, weaving around other cars with dangerous grace. The rider ignored the cacophony of horn blasts as she hummed to the music blaring through her earbuds, internally (and quite cheerfully) cursing her second-in-command. "Damn it, I'm going to be late." She swerved into the shoulder to pass a rather slow-moving minivan. "I'll kick Ryuu's ass if they start the demon slaying without me." She giggled at the instant picture the statement brought to mind. Sachi, at five foot seven, punting the six foot four giant across the room like a football. She chuckled again, shaking her head at their previous conversation.

"What do you mean, you're going alone?" Ryuu had demanded, while Sachi tied the laces of her combat boots. She stood, adjusting the gun chained to her belt and checking that the hunting knife strapped to her jean-clan thigh was secure.

"The job only called for one person. They already hired two other people..."

"From different clans. It could be an ambush!"

"You're thinking too much," Sachi had said, brushing aside his worries with a grin. "It's just a demon hunt."

"And if it's not?"

"Then I won't just be hunting demons, will I?" She beamed up at him, her hands on her hips. He scowled down at her cheerful visage, wishing for once she would consider her position. As always, she only thought of killing demons.

"I could go in your stead."

"No way in hell! You hogged the last job!" She glanced down at her watch, and swore. "I'm going! You can nag me when I get back!" She had sped off, leaving Ryuu scowling after her.

A few minutes later, she found the house and noted the other two were already waiting at the gate. She cut the engine and yanked off her helmet. Her short crimson hair stuck up oddly from the helmet and the long front part was frizzy where it had been exposed to the wind, but she didn't bother to fix it. Instead, she hurried to them in her typical rather bouncy gait. "Sorry I'm late," she chirped. Her silvery-blue eyes shone with anticipation of the upcoming battle. She rested a hand on her gun and shifted her weight to her left leg. "Did I miss anything fun?" she asked, her grin forever in place.

"Well well well......The Head family of the Kurai clan......and my own Cousin, Sachi Kasai......been awhile, hasn't it?" Jared stood up, and removed his hood. His ruby-red eyes staring at Sachi. "So, you two were hired to cleanse this place as well? Should've figured there would've been a catch with this job. Though still, I guess I can tolerate it. "He said, in a cold voice. It was obvious that Jared still resented the Kasai Family, and anyone associated with them

(Btw, Kuro. Jared is part of the Head family, so technically.....he's related to Sachi. I wrote cousin, because I didn't want to over-do it o.o)

Name :
Hotsuma Kasai
Age :
18
Element :
Fire
Bio :
Hotsuma has always been a rather hot headed guy. When he was younger, he had troubles controling his element, losing control especially when his emotions spiked. He was homeschooled a lot, and rarely let out of the house for fear that he would do major damage not only to the world but to the family name. In a way, he is considered the "black sheep" of his family. He never felt like he really belonged or should be there at all. It was around this time as a child that he met Yue. The two of them were from opposite families, but quickly took to eachother. They became inseperable, and Yue became Hotsuma's light, behing Ironic since Yue is of the Hikari clan. He relied on Yue a lot, to help him stay in control, the two balancing eachother out became a powerful team. Hotsuma has been questioned a few times about the depth of their relationship, some believing it has a romantic air to it. Hotsuma denies this, saying he would not do anything to put Yue in trouble, or to jeprodize their friendship. Hotsuma keeps most of his past under wraps, and his family is alright with that, since they would rather not have to talk about him anyways. Dispite his troubles, he is known as a powerful fighter and an enforcer for his clan. He refuses to give up, strong willed and hearted he overruns his enemies, taking them out with most ease.

Name :
Yue Hikari
Age :
18
Element :
Light
Bio :
Yue is a prodigy in his clan, he is the youngest heir to have taken over the Hikari clan, after his father passed from illness. He is a powerful light wielder as well as intellegent beyond his years. He grew up under the strict eye of his family and clan, raised and groomed to be the future leader of their clan. His father only ever wanted a good life for him, but he was being led to be a leader, so there was no time for trival matters he was told often. When he was young, he left the house under an odd feeling that someone needed him. He found another boy by a river, soon discovering him to be Hotsuma Kasai. The two of them instantly bonded and grew close, though soon others came looking for Yue. After that however, he began seeing Hotsuma on a regular basis, the two of them training together and growing closer over the years. He is aware of how much Hotsuma relies on him and how important he is to the other, he can not bring himself to hurt Hotsuma, for he cares a lot about him as well. He sacrifices whatever he needs to for others, especially Hotsuma. Since taking over, he has had to do so many times. One of which was when he was still a only the heir, he was on his way to a meeting with a few of his overseers. Their way was blocked and attacked by demons, and Yue was targeted. Somehow, Hotsuma showed up, in time to see Yue injured. His anger and emotions got the best of him, and he burned the entire area. Yue was injured by the fire as well as the demons, carrying with him now painful scars of the event. Hotsuma blames himself for the event, and cannot talk about it or bring himself to look at Yue's scars. Yue has never blamed Hotsuma, doing the opposite he is greatful to him, caring about him more each day.

~~~~~
Hotsuma Kasai stood by the side, keeping his thoughts to himself. If he had opened his mouth, it probrably would have ended with him saying something that might come across as rude to the three people standing just up ahead of them. By his side, Yue Hikari stood, the head of the Hikari family and clan. It was odd, seeing the two of them together to most. Usually the families were not ones to assosiate much unless they had to. Each trying to be the best and all. He glanced at the brunette by his side, only to get a warm and caring smile. Typical Yue, always so kind and caring, it made his annoyance with all of this faulter a bit.
He smiled slightly himself, before lightly nudging the other playfully. He was not interested in making himself known at the moment, rampaging in there although most of the time his thing, was not particularly a smart idea when heads of the families were concerned. He would leave this to them and if need be to Yue, since he fit the catagory of a head to a T. It was his title and job after all. "So you think they'll make it back?" he whispered slightly to Yue. The other lightly chuckled, "I am sure they will be fine...all of them are capable of handling themselves, however odd a team they may be." Hotsuma wrapped an arm around him, pulling him a bit closer as a chill moved through the area.
"You're to nice to people, and very optamistic" Hotsuma said. Yue allowed himself to be warmed a bit by the other, "sometimes one's optamism, hope and kindness is all they have." Hotsuma shook his head, "you're much more then that." Yue caught his friend's look softening a bit, before he was caught watching and Hotsuma blushed a bit, pulling away abruptly. He cleared his throat, "well...no point in standin around then right?" Yue chuckled lightly again, and nodded stepping forward.
Once he had approached the entrance to meet up with the first male that was already there. At the first glance of no words to return his own question towards him, Azaiah had given a single shrug of his shoulders; as though he didnt care too much that he didn't get a reply. It was normal for him by now that he wouldn't get a reply from people since many of his own clansmen and others had already hated him for what he was almost like; a demon. Giving a light mental sigh to himself, he shook off the thought that this mission with how he was going to be meeting this male with another companion to do a simple cleanse of a home of demons was going to be a trap for the other clans to kill him off.
He didn't want to think like that, this had to be some sort of actual ordinary mission. The mission required anyone from his clan to come and help with the cleansing, however Azaiah had decided to risk his own life; the head of the Kurai family to show that he could be respectful enough to care for others lives before his own. When a female had ended up coming straight over towards the two males and apologized for being late; he had only turned his head over slightly before giving a half smile and nodding his head.
"You haven't missed anything..seems the demons within the house right now are a bit dormant for the time being. If not, they are waiting for us." He spoke out only to end up landing his gaze upon the house the trio were going to have to walk into. As the other male stated that he could tolerate the presence of both Azaiah and the woman here to do this simple mission, Azaiah hadn't bother to speak another word about it. Rather, he just began to make his way up towards the front entrance.
kuroshinigami 12-12-2013 04:57 AM
((Sure, no worries. I'm pretty easy going so no big deal))
At her apology, one of the men nodded, and she waved in return. At her cousin's greeting, she bent in half to look him straight in the face. "Ooh, it is Jared! I almost didn't recognize you! It's been a while, right? How've you been?" she chirped, apparently ignoring his icy words. In truth, she hadn't agreed with his exile just because he hadn't been able to master the fire. Really, some people had a stick up their asses about the damnedest things. "Ah, don't be so pissy, there's demons to kill!" Sachi told him, her eyes glittering madly.
She turned to face the other man. "I'm glad to hear it. I didn't want to get here to find the job done. It's happened before," she finished, somewhat sulkily. "So you're the head of the Kurai clan? I'm Sachi, head of the Kasai." She extended her hand. Ryuu would have killed her for openly stating her position in the family, but it was pretty much common knowledge anyways. She never really cared for politics anyway, especially not in the face of the job. She turned (hand still extended) her head as motion caught the corner of her eye. Two men were coming forward. "Who's that? How many people were hired for this gig anyway?" She grinned somewhat evilly. It must be a big job.
happydeath 12-12-2013 05:37 AM
As the red-haired woman had introduced herself as Sachi and being considered the head of the Kasai family. Azaiah had only given a second glance over at the woman when she extended her hand out to show a bit of friendly respect towards him. Staring down at the hand, it was almost completely new to him on what she was doing. A handshake; most people he had met never would've even gave him a chance to get a handshake before they started attacking him for looking so much like a demon. Reaching out slowly to grab a hold of the woman's hand to shake it, he had stopped half way before pulling his hand back. With a low sigh, he had pulled the sleeves of his long sleeved shirt down a bit more to cover up the bandages on both of his arms.
Slipping his hands straight into his pockets to keep his bandaged hands from being seen; he had turned his entire body to make his way up towards the front entrance to the building. When Sachi had spoken up once again on asking how many people were signed up for this mission; Azaiah had turned his head over his shoulders to see two other males making their way over. Raising a brow as to what they were doing around here, he hadn't bother to say another word before grabbing the knob of the door into the home.
In an instant, right when he had touched the silvery rusted knob of the front entrance door. Azaiah could feel the immense darkness and hatred of demons that filled the entire home. With a slight shiver down his spine at the fact of how many demons were within the home; both his red eye and blue one had opened widely before he closed his right eye once again. The demon that resided deep within his own heart could feel it's own power trying to rip it's way out of him and take over Azaiah's body once more but thankfully, he was able to push it back down before he had completely opened up the door to reveal a pitch black lobby. Turning his head back at the others by the entrance, he pointed into the home with his gaze upon them the whole time. "Are you guys coming..?" He questioned them curiously.
kuroshinigami 12-12-2013 02:10 PM
Sachi peered more closely at the two men. "Ah, wait a second, I think I know that one," she said thoughtfully. The blond was Hotsuma from her own clan. Due to his fighting prowess, he was sought after to take care of many demons. Sachi sulked a moment, somewhat jealous he could take the jobs he wanted while she had to argue, wheedle, and eventually escape if she wanted to kill demons as she liked. "Damn Ryuu," she thought on a sigh. Her visage didn't stay dark, however; the short handshake had brought her attention back to the leader of the Kurai.
"Hey, he looks kinda demonic himself," she realized vaguely. "Wonder if it's a fashion statement? Or maybe the Kurai clan wear bits of the demons they slay. That's...that's kind of bad ass. Maybe I should get on that? Nah, I'd end up burning half of it off anyway," she thought dismissively. She brightened at Kurai's words; her face split into a mischievous grin, her eyes gleamed with anticipation. Grabbing the gun from its holster, she bounded after Kurai. "Hell yeah, let's get this started!"
Andraus 12-12-2013 07:08 PM
"Don't try to sound pleasant. I'm here for business, that's it. "He said. Obviously, he was still hateful towards the clan for his expulsion, and just wanted to get this over with. It was unfair to Sachi, but it was understandable. At the age of 16, he was kicked out of his own house, with virtually no skills to fend for himself. Anyone would be pissed about that.
Jared then walked towards the Door, and looked at the Male. "You should feel right at home here, Shadow Clan. "Jared said. Shadow clan was Derogatory term for the Kurai Clan. Not knowing much about them, then what the Clan originally taught him, he didn't know better. However, Jared said nothing more, for he stopped in the Hall-way. "Hmm......there is 4.....no, 5 Demons in here. Decently powerful, so it should take us an hour to cleanse the place. "Jared said.
As he said this, a Glowing Dark-red Orb flew by them. The Aura from it was Malevolent, and it flew back deeper into the house. Obviously, they knew that they were here now.
happydeath 12-12-2013 08:14 PM
Turning his one blue eye over towards the other male that had stepped into the dark hallway of a room to the home. Azaiah had only watched him walk inside and began to speak up about how Azaiah would feel comfortable in this house but as well that there were about five different demons that were within this one part of the room. Raising a brow towards the male, he hadn't paid any mind to either the woman or the man but simply made his way into the center of the hallway. Only glancing over his shoulder to look at the orb that flew pass them and decided to head into a deeper part of the home, he shook his own head before pulling both of his bandaged hands from out of his pockets. "You're underestimating all of us.." Azaiah had spoken with his tone slightly lowered just above a whisper for those who were within the room could hear him.
Within an instant, Azaiah had slowly knelt down to the dusty wooden floor as he placed his right bandaged hand onto the creaking floorboard. Keeping his right eye closed he had concentrated to figure out where each demon within the room laid itself and how violent each one was. The sad truth behind it was that from what the male had said about Azaiah feeling right at home here. The only reason behind that was because the home seemed to be out of power and with the room being covered in darkness; his power would easily be much stronger now.
Soon enough after about another minute or so, he had slowly stood back up before dusting himself off. "Well then. If these guys know we're here..best to take care of them quickly and get out. The longer we take..the better the chance the others will realize that they're not getting out of here alive..and try to escape." He stated once more before walking off into a darker part of the hallway. "If you guys are as strong as you seem. Splitting up will take care of these guys much quicker..if we meet each other within the middle of the home. Then we can help out one another; but if you guys wish to go in a group, that works too."
Andraus 12-12-2013 08:55 PM
"Too many demons too split up. Besides, they have home-field advantage. If we split up, they could pick us off one by one. "Jared said. "We should stick together, watch each others back. "He said. He didn't like this, going into a house with people he disliked, all the while having to depend on them for his own survival.
kuroshinigami 12-13-2013 02:17 PM
Sachi had ignored Jared's retort; it wasn't intentional, she was simply too excited to concentrate on anything other than the upcoming battle. As she stepped inside, she felt the sharp crackle - the weight of the demons' aura. The back of her neck prickled, and her grin widened as she surveyed the area, her eyes flashing. She watched as the Leader of Kurai - what was his name again? - knelt on the floor, and only was half-listening at his and Jared's battle plan. She caught enough - stay together was the general consensus.
"I won't be taken out that easily," she said peppily, but shrugged. Her eyes lit up when a small, wiry demon seemingly melted into existence in front of her. She'd seen these types before. They weren't particularly strong; more often than not, they were mere pawns of the powerful demons, able to hide most of their wispy aura behind their masters' stronger ones. Sachi knew two things that were almost always true of the pawns: they were almost always a distraction, and there were always more than one. Even as Sachi put a bullet through the head of one (the bullets were something of her own creation and infused with her own magic - patent pending), several more were melting through the dusty floorboards and stepping over the exploded, burning skull of their fellow pawn.
"Doesn't seem like they want us here, does it?" Sachi chirped, laughing as she dodged what appeared to be demon-made kunai. The demon got too close and was disposed of with a quick slash of her hunting knife, the metal of which was similar in composition to her bullets.
happydeath 12-13-2013 05:39 PM
Being told that they should stick together since the demons at the moment had a better advantage of knowing the whole building compared to the trio. Azaiah hadn't responded with a single word, he had already stated the fact that if they thought sticking together would be a better idea; he would accept that too. Shrugging off the thought about the demons being able to pick each one of them off easily, the male had simply shook his head lightly to that statement; unless these demons had been paying for electric bills to keep this house lit with lights, the extra darkness that surrounded them was also quite a good advantage for Azaiah as well.
It wasn't till the sound of a bullet going off behind him did the dark-haired male turn his head over his shoulder to see that the head of the Kasai clan; Sachi had just taken care of one of the underling demons. It figured as much that these would be around here, minor demons that found safety behind their stronger demons like little siblings trying to keep themselves safe behind older ones. Just as he watched to how the woman was able to take care of a few more of the minor demons with ease with her gun and hunting knife, without so much as a warning another one of those minor looking demons had decided to lung towards Azaiah since it seemed like his guard was down.
It looked almost like the demon was coming through plain nothingness in front of him, as though the air itself was some sort of portal for it to go through and slip back in to appear elsewhere. However, as the claw came closer towards his face; Azaiah was quick to grab a hold of the claw with his right hand. Squeezing it tightly as he slowly returned his gaze onto the demon in front of him; Azaiah had wasted no time to reach out with his left hand to grab a hold of the thing's face.
With the muffled growling and the sound of the demon biting through the bandages that covered up the palm part of his left hand. Azaiah had immediately squeezed lightly to the point that a loud crack was heard. The skull of what was left of the demon had broken in two; the entire body going limp for a moment only to have him crush the entire head right after. Looking down at his left hand that was now covered in the demon's blood, he slowly created a fist with his hand before throwing the arm of the demon to the floor. "These guys are just going to keep coming. Unless these guys are coming to show up some sport; I have the strangest feeling, they are just trying to tire us out." He informed the others as he kept his attention in front of him.
Sachi noticed how easily the Kurai leader killed the demon with his bare hands and chuckled appreciatively. "Probably," Sachi responded, grinning rather maniacally. She fired once more, but the tricky little creature teleported and the bullet lodged in a different demon who was lurking behind the first. Sachi, not being all too picky, finished off the accidentally wounded one, before finding the first demon in her face. With its fierce claws, it dug into Sachi's shoulders. She bit back a yelp and swatted it to the ground, stomping hard on its head with her steel-toed combat boots. Seeing it was still alive (albeit dazed), she shot it through the skull.
"Tricky little bastard, aren't we?" she commented to the corpse. She ripped off the sleeve of her jacket to eye the wound. Nothing lasting.
Grimacing slightly, she lit her hand on fire. She braced herself, then pressed her hand to the wound. Attracted by the scent of blood and burning flesh, another demon charged her. As her hands were busy cauterizing her shoulder, she punted it across the room. It knocked into the wall with a thud, sending a rather large bust of an ugly woman crashing on its head, sending Sachi into peals of laughter. She stifled her laughter and sent another demon flying after the first. "Ahh, this is amusing as hell," she decided. "I wonder if I can do this to the big bosses...wanna find 'em and see?" she asked the others, smiling wickedly over her shoulder.
Jared clapped his hands together. "Kamikaze! come forth!" Jared yelled. A Sharp Blade appeared in his hands. Using Wind magic, he accelerated himself foward, slashing through the group of lesser demons. He then sent a small gust of wind through the house. "........They're this way, come on "Jared said, and ran towards the dining room. Since when did a Fire-mage use wind magic?
Sachi bounced after Jared, noting the strength of his power. "What had those morons been thinking?" she thought. Even one extra set of hands could have changed fate and helped end this interminable war against the damned demons, and Jared had strong hands. "If he had been there then, maybe..." The rage and grief kept so carefully disguised vied for exposure, but it was quickly smothered. She bounded into the dinning room, then skidded to a halt. One of the "boss" demons had decided to appear, probably attracted by the surge of power coming his way, not to mention fresh blood.
"Dibs!" Sachi jokingly exclaimed, a feral grin splitting her face.
((Btw, Andraus, whose decision was it to kick Jared out...? Was it his parents, Sachi's, or like a council or something...? Clan consensus...?))
Watching as to how the other two made quick work of the minor demons, Azaiah had stayed silent the whole time. Right as he was about to go and follow the male after he had said to follow him, the sound of the woman being hurt by her shoulder had only caught his attention for a moment. Even being wounded and treating it immediately, she still seemed to have quite a bit of an energetic attitude about all of this going on around her. Well, she was indeed the head of the Kasai family after-all; the heads of each family clan was known to be the strongest of each one of the clansmen. However, being this happy about fighting wasn't exactly what he was expecting.
Shaking his head lightly as he followed the male who charged forward into the house as though he was trying to kill these demons quickly. Azaiah had simply shook his head and continued to follow along from behind; all the while he had taken his time. There were plenty of demons, that much was true but it wasn't like they were going to be going anywhere anytime soon as long as the trio were within the home. If these demons truly hated the fact that they were within their territory, they would most likely want each one of them dead before they thought of trying to leave and kill others.
"Calm down...if these demons were really that worried of us as a threat. They'd show themselves by now and taken quick work of us..they're either toying with us right now. If not, they're hiding..rushing through this will only get you hurt." He explained to the male who rushed into the dinning room. Soon enough though, Azaiah had followed in from behind and taken a glance around the room. It was indeed confusing though, if this male was somehow related to the head of the Kasai family; why on earth was he using powers over the Kaze family. The only thought that came into his mind was that this male was somehow related to the Kaze family as well. Shaking the thought to the side; when the feeling of the room rumbling had come about the first direction he turned to look at was the ceiling.
In an instant, a larger demon that carried a humongous sword-like weapon had come crashing down onto the dining room table. Tilting his own head upwards to look at the larger demon, Azaiah showed no sign of shock or let alone fear of how big it was. The first words that seemed to come up were that of Sachi's calling 'dibs' on the larger demon. Shrugging his shoulders lightly, he made his way over towards the nearest wall and rested his back against it. If these two wanted to deal with the demons; so be it. Less work for him.
(That would be Sachi's parents)
"Dont be reckless! Your Arrogance will get you killed!" Jared said, and struck forward, striking lightly at certain points of the body. Obviously, he wasn't rushing to finish it in one blow. He was trying to tire the beast out, hurting it along the way. He may not like Sachi, but he wasn't looking for her too die.
((Duly noted))
"Che, no fun. You sound like Ryuu," she complained, though the smile never faltered. Jared seemed to be trying to tire the beast out. It wasn't Sachi's favorite way of fighting; true, the demon grew tired, but often the attacker grew tired as well, and potentially injured. "Well, that could happen regardless," she conceded. Still this way was...
"Boring as hell," she muttered, but began firing at the demon, adapting to Jared's style. The huge broadsword came down at her head, but she somersaulted alongside the blade as it crashed into the floor. Now in close range, she slashed the tendon behind the demon's knee. An angry claw came down to stop her, but she was already on to his left knee to repeat the process. Before the demon could do more than howl, she had flipped out of range and began firing; careful not to hit Jared and...no, the Kurai leader was sitting this one out.
"Tired already?" she asked him, smiling in a bemused sort of way.
As the male named Jared and head of the Kasai family; Sachi had fought against the larger demon that had the broadsword in it's grasp. Azaiah had remained over by the wall with both of his arms crossed and his black wings wrapped around himself. Throughout the whole time he had watched the fighting going on, the slightest feeling of the other extremely powerful demons that lurked within the entire building had caused the demon blood within him to churn inside him as though it were trying to drown him. Slowly moving his own hand over his heart area, he had clenched onto the shirt he wore tightly to the point hat he had almost dug the nails through the bandages and began to dig into his own skin.
However, the sound of the blade of the large demon hitting into the floor had caused him to glare straight up at the fighting going on once more. Luckily enough, with all of this he would be able to keep his mind distracted from the pain at least a little; then he can keep the demon blood from churning his own organs to nothing more than mush. In an instant as Sachi called out to him and asked if he was tired already, Azaiah had turned his gaze onto her for a moment. "Don't think too lightly of me; Sachi. This thing isn't exactly as powerful as the others..I'm sure you notice it too. Try not to waste too much of your power." He informed before watching as how the demon was already getting exhausted from how much it had gotten hurt.
Slowly, he had placed his hand onto the wall behind him and closed his eyes. The darkness within the room growing all the more heavy around the larger demon. Slowly enough strange spike-like objects had began to extend from each part of the darkness shadow around the dining room. Immediately, the spikes had began to extend quickly outwards till each one had stabbed into the demon's body. Just as fast as they extended they had withdrawn themselves back into the shadows to leave giant gapping holes within the demon's body; from it's arms to it's legs and a few even on it's body. Azaiah would've been able to simply killed this weaker version of all the other demons within the building, but why waste his power. "There..you can have the rest." He stated before he began to walk off into the next hallway that connected to the dining room; knowing that the demon wasn't going to live much longer anyway.
