- Jewel laughed. "I don't think you're weak. I just think there's some bastards around, who'll never play fair, they'll play with your mind" She flicked her hand backwards, and quickly called to the devil; "No shitty stuff, or you're gonna loose your balls" She reminded as she began her walk. It was a varyingly good threat in hell, considering the most common sin, was in fact lust.
Jewel continued to walk, out into the most putrid, yet pure flames ever to be concieved. The very flames that kept hell burning, well sort of and where exceedingly dangerous to boot. Only those who had betrayed God, would ever step into them without being burned to a crisp. She could tell he was there, primarily controlled by ice and the coldness he'd endured, the flames where siezing up around him as she found his wereabouts. "Whats up, Crybaby?" A deathwish to most people, in fact all people. Including Jewel. Lucifer stood up and turne around he stared at her before attempting to ram her into the closest wall. But he failed, she knew his moves as well as she knew Belials moves, and her sisters mind. Which was suprisingly well, for the most part anyway.
"What do you fuckin' want?" He sneered at her.
"You're so childish" She laughed in his face, coldly. Funny to think they where a married couple really. "Come on darling. Fight me. With that big sword of yours"
He wasn't going to hesitate, as he grabbed for his sword and unsheathed it, she too grabbed hers and the full on fight began. IT was unlikely, there would be a victor, although it wasn't impossible.
Lucifer looked calm, as per usual. He might have been angry at her, but he wasn't about to show it, not while he was fighting her. "I know you want to kill him." Her mouth poised ready to spill its most potent venom which was usually only reserved for the beings of heaven, specifically Lucifel.
"Of course I do. That man caused us more trouble than anything!"
"Yeah right. Whatever. You even wanted to kill me at one point, hmm, remember that?"
"Yeah, I do!" He hissed back at her.
"now now darling don't get touchy" She was laughing in his face, and enjoying it.
Back at the bar, another devil joined the conversation.
"Event? In hell, theres earthquakes, shake the world, you can never sleep through them, devils which will interrogate your mind, and fights where the participants end up under jewels foot if they even kill someone else. It's all fair game. and if she catches you, you're down for the count or sealed into those walls"
"He's kidding. Jewel lets us get on with things, although there is actually a law here. No matter what level your on, murder is still illegal in anyform. Theres 2 main rules, Don't commit Murder, you wont keep your life from it. And don't sexually assualt anyone. Or you'll loose any organs or parts that you might need for it. The rules work. Even we're scared a bit of her, and we where mostly Seraphs and such in our time. Although, watch out for any devil with a syringe, or the walls, they'll take your mind. He's telling you not to get into a fight, we play dirty." The two men walked back to their tables, to a delightful helping of beer.

- Murder to be illegal in Hell? She's never heard about that before. She had a different vision of hell in mind. She shook her head, she was not in a great physical condition to fight. She walked out of the bar, and tried hiding her wings and her bright image. "Good enough," she mumbled. She made herself less-visible to living beings and flew in search for a quiet and empty place.
She came across a land that seemed deserted. It was covered in dead trees and grass. She walked to a dirty pond, moved her hand directly above it and chanted a few words. It showed her a blurry image of a human figure floating in some sort of body of water.
She moved her hand over it again, and chanted other words. It revealed the events of 1 hour ago. There was still the body laying in the water, but another person nearby. 1 more figure was approaching from behind. Robin twitched her left eye, trying to make out the person from it's shadow.

After taking some time to practice her vocal skills, Faeun decided that it would be best to withdraw for the evening and rest.
"Tomorrow, I will be one step further in accomplishing my goal," she uttered. "I can only hope that I won't have to wait for too long before the plan is finally set in motion...then finally, my debt can be repaid".
Faeun recited these words as she entered her personal bedroom, a lavish and relaxing scene, indeed. The entire room was adorned with silver and pewter decor, from the antiqued knob of the door to the full length mirrors that decorated her ceiling and her floor...(The mirror on the floor served as a rug of sorts, while the mirror on the ceiling was there purely for decorative purposes). In the middle of the floor mirror, suspended about 7 feet above the ground by strong, brightly polished silver chains, was Faeun's bed. The posts and frame of the bed were fashioned out of dark cherrywood, and the sheets and bedding were made of the finest material, sewn from the fingers of the cherubs, and designed to be the softest material for any creature, angelic, demonic or otherwise, to encounter. The pillows were made from the same material, and stuffed with goose feathers for a soft cushioning for Faeun's head. All of the bedding in Faeun's bed was the softest shade of pink, and almost translucent from the texture. The only other pieces of furniture that resided within Faeun's room were two night tables at the head of Faeun's bed, both 7 feet in height so that they could be reached while Faeun was in bed, and a desk near a large bay window. The desk and night tables were all made of the same wood as her bed, and the bay window which the desk was placed in front of had a window seat with light pink cushions, embroidered with silver embossments.
Faeun would often sit at the bay window on the cushions and stare into the outside world...just enjoying the scenery whenever time could present itself. The night tables held all of Fauen's prized possessions, and the desk was where Fauen would sit to write documentations as a Harbinger or to record encantations or spells that she memorized/created using her "Gift of the Siren".
Fauen entered this ornate room, and gently closed the door behind her. She took a moment after turning to close the door to gaze around the white room in which she slept. She did this routine every night, for while she was confident as a Harbinger, she was also a little paranoid for the same reason. History had taught her to be so. After taking note of the room and concluding that all was safe and well, she continued forward to the edge of the floor mirror.
Her head rose to gaze upon her bed, which awaited the body of its mistress contently. Faeun closed her eyes, and enhaled a deep breath of air...and with that breath, began to rise to the surface of the suspended bed. It look little time before she reached the edge of the bed, which she nestled on momentarily. She opened her eyes again, and smiled at her successful ascent to her resting spot. She closed her eyes once more, and clasped her hands together in a manner mimicking praying. She did this, but recited no words...and shortly, a small light traveled around her body in a smoke like haze. She opened her eyes again and unclasped her hands, and as she did so, the small light finished it's expedition over her body and dissappeared, leaving behind a naked Faeun atop the bed linen of her bed.
Faeun quickly, yet quietly, moved herself under the layers of blankets and sheets, and settled her head against one of the many pillows placed at the head of her slumbering nest.
Tomorrow, she thought to herself, her eyelids heavy and weighted with fatigue...
Tomorrow...it begins...
Faeun then closed her eyes...and drifted off into a peaceful and content slumber...[/i]

- By the time, they had eventually stopped fighting. Lucifer had forgotten about it. His wife was almost beating him, but he wasn't having that as he pinned her to the floor. Gasping for breathe, no matter how used to it you where or who you where, fighting on the 9th level of hell, amongst putrid flames, was never a good combination, and was pretty damn harmful to your body.
Jewel was pretty happy with the situation. She rarely laughed, she rarely showed much emotion, but more recently, her cold face had been broken more than she probably liked to admit. She was still scary mind, since when she laughed, who knew what she was planning.
Eventually, she persuaded Lucifer to let her go. He did so, like he'd done in Eden so long ago, just minus the chains. She ran off at speed. To check the bar. Noticing that Robin was gone, and so was Raphael.
"Oi you guys, where'd she go?" Jewel shouted across the bar at the men.
"Don't know, we told her the two main rules and she buggered off. NOt to judge a book by the cover, but she can't be that good of a fighter surely?" He asked.
"She might be. She's good with magic of sorts. Come on, would you guys ever put me at my power level, taking away my status?" She enquired. Funnily enough, they actually nodded.
"You look pretty tough, if you don't mind us saying so, but hey you could fool anyone, you certainly fooled 'im" Jewel almost smiled as she walked out of the door again, bashing into Lucifer.
"Where do you think you're going?" He said. Grabbing her in his arms."Come with me, look its almost night" He laughed, Jewel sighed. Wondering why she married a slightly overly horny guy, who was pretty cruel in the first place. She'd never know.
"I'll catch up with you later" She said escaping his grasp.
"You know where i'll be"
"Unfortunately" She smirked back. At the bottom of hell, at the bottom of the 9th level, in her room with the lavish and over the top bed. She thought to herself, walking away, she started to come to an area of deadish trees, strange really. And saw someone moving around, and squinted her eyes to get a better look.

- She figured, one of these three would be Belial, and the other Jewel's sister. She tried hard but couldn't recognize who was who. She heard footsteps approaching and lost her concentration, making the image disappear.
She turned around in an instant. "Jewel?" Robin said, quietly. She thought she was alone, and in a deserted location.
Robin walked towards her. As much as she hated revealing any of her powers, she figured she wouldn't be able to recognize the people by herself. "I suppose you're wondering what I'm doing here," Robin said while walking towards Jewel.

- Hmm? "Well actually I was looking for Raphael. I don't trust the bastard, so i'm assuming he's either trying to get back to heaven, silly move, or he's chasing something shiny. But hey, found you instead, and I have to say, what are you doing?" She said, raising an eyebrow.
Jewel stodd at the same high arrogant posture as always, she eyed the area. She'd been in hell a very long time. Heck she made it, but she couldn't ever remember there being any living trees or anything. She knew they weren't 'living' but she also knew they where relatively new, "You're in Hell's Eden, you know" She said, working out where she was and laughing. "This is the most impossibly tainted place in hell" Jewel was talking about places and not about people tuckily. "So anyways, what where you doing?" She said, a blank mask over a curious face.
Back with Lucifer. He was sitting in the bar. Funnily enough, he seemed to be a topic of conversation and interest. How often did he even go there anyway? The answer; Not very often. The devils which where of the highest levels, where happy to talk to him, about all manner of things, but he wouldn't really respond, bar in a cold, damning manner, which could shoot down anyones good spirit. They soon moved away and where laughing about him. They where almost jealous, there weren't many women in hell afterall, and he had one of them, and the most fiesty one.
Lucifer slammed down his drink, crushing the glass, before moving out of the bar. He was angry, he had a very bad feeling mind you, a feeling that Raphael was up to something, although he'd have thought that anyway. Hoping that jewel would be back soon, he walked to their room, passing a shifty looking Raphael on the way. "WHat the hell are you doing?" He sneered. Raphael looked up at him, and lurched forward for his neck.
"Well, I was waiting for you"
"you're a moron." Lucifer said, imediately thrashing him, and getting him off of his body. "Do you honestly think you can hurt me yet?" He sneered.
"Well, it's worth a shot, Jewel's gonna be moody at you now, because it looks like you hurt me withou cause"
"You're insane. Yeah, you might not be faithful to Lucifel, but you're not faithful to anyone. You sold Jewel out to him practically before to save your own backside. You have purposely no morals" Lucifer stormed off, and slumped on his bed in their room. Slapping his hand to his face, he hoped Jewel wasn't stupid enough to believe Raphael over him. Even if the man was insane, she still seemed to believe him, which pissed him off an uncountable amount.

- Robin looked around her, she hadn't noticed where she was. She figured it was a convenient place to perform her magic. She walked over to the pond, and urged Jewel to follow. She repeated her actions and chanted the same word. The image reappeared in the small body of water.
She concentrated hard, making the image as clear as she could. She looked at Jewel's face, yet there was no change of emotion.

Its dark and cold... where am I?
Hazy memories fluttered around Belial's mind, as he tried to find his bearings in the darkness. He couldnt feel anything, he was floating in nothingness and it was smothering. He tried to remember something, anything, a passing thought to cling to like a lifeline.
He thought of Jewel, her mischievious grin, the way she swaggard when she was up to something. He remembered their adventures, their fights and falling outs, the times he took care of her when she was injured. Her wedding to Lucifer, and the day they fell from the Heavens into their hellish new home.
His sactuary was short lived as pain shot through ever fiber of his being and the memories left him for a moment. When he stopped thinking of her the pain released him. He called those memories back and the pain returned this time accompanied by fear, rage, and hate. He turned his thoughts instead to Lucifer the cute little runt that used to always follow him around. He remembered when they used to play tricks on Jewel just after the two were wed. He remebered when Lucifer would watch his back when they were fighting in the great war against Heaven. The pain doubled and he let those memories slip away into the darkness.
Someone was there holding him, a light in the darkness. Who...?
His Eve looked down at him with scared eyes. She was frightened of what was happening, she knew what was going on. "We're being conditioned my love. Lucifel is going to make me disapear and you will become his slave for eternity." She clung to him her red tears made attractive trails down her porcelein cheeks.
There was something that must be done. He hoped that his Eve would forgive him for what he was going to do. "My darling, you will keep our memories for us. Be strong... this might hurt."
Chains snaked up from the darkness wrapping themselves around her fragile body. She screamed as they dragged her from Belial into the dark abyss of his mind. As her cry faded so did everything that made Belial who he was.
Belial closed his eyes and fell into a deep slumber that he wished he would never wake up from.
"Lucifel sir, Subject Belial's conditioning is at 40% and stabalizing. We had some unusual brainwaves for a moment, but the stability agent you gave us seems to have worked. The rift in the personalities seems to have disapeared and the male form took dominance." A clean cut angel with a labcoat recited from the clipboard she had in her hands.
Lucifel leaned against her desk looking the numbers over carefully. Belial floated in a tank a small distance away. "And the rebirth project? How is that proceeding?" Lucifel's voice was honey-smooth with a hint of venom behind his words.
The angel was too focused on her work to notice any wrath coming her way. "Rebirth of subject Belial is at 10% and should be completed in three days." She replied.
"Perfect."

- Lucifer knew something was a little wrong, as he ran for Hells Eden. The most tainted place bar jewels- He wasn't going to go there. In fact, it was probably more tainted and damned then she even was. He ran to the dead trees and saw her by the pool.
Jewel saw something, the one person, she did not want to see around her belial. Jewels expression didn't change. But she could recognise that previously blacked out figure. A red tear stroked her cheek. As did a very persistant Devil. "Jewel. What is wrong?" He asked her a subtle caring tone on his voice, too caring for Lucifer.
"Lucifel........." She was stammering, as more tears ran down her cheeks, soaking into her skin and dripping on her and into the pool. "Lucifer...I think we've lost Belial...no we haven't he's just gone a while." She said. If her hunch was correct, Belial was in serious Danger. Her eyes had changed, an extremely angry gaze was held by them. And she was about to go and cause merry hell. She was going to need a bloody army, and hell wasn't able to cope. Whatever was best for hell, was all she was supposed to think of, but she easily had her own interests. She was a devil after.
"Robin. What else can you see here?" She asked. She looked deathly serious. The tears fading away her facade.

Robin was astonished. The ruler of hell, the one who showed no emotion, the most feared devil, was crying? She hadn't known Jewel for too long, nor does she completely trust her.
She saw Jewel's expression and appearance change. "Calm down," she told her. "Belial's not dead, or gone." Belial had a strange aura. Robin noticed that right away. It was composed of mixed souls, which she could still sense. Belial's aura was faint, and seemed to be in multiple places, but it hadn't disappeared.
Robin mumbled a few word, revealing Belial's current state. An image of a laboratory was shown.

- "I Know he's not dead" She said, regaining composure. "Lucifel wouldn't exactly kill him. I know that much. Belials a superpowered, failed experiment."
Lucifer looked into the pond over jewels shoulder. He recognised the equipment, it hadn't changed much. The harsh truth was Lucifer was the first person that Lucifel tried to experiment on, but he couldn't contain his brothers rage so he escaped, leaving Lucifel to experiment on many other, high powered angels. Her cold face returned at record speed. "What do you know about the past of heaven and hell?" She asked Robin, much to Lucifers suprise. Who was still comprehending the symbols on the machine. "They're not killing him...Its too extravagant" He whispered to himself.

Belial woke up, or atleast he thought he did. This place wasn't right. He was in a nursery for juvenile angels who have just been born. He wasnt a baby... was he? He looked down at his body in shock, it was small and round just like a childs.
He wasnt a child, it wasnt true... was it? He grasped frantically at his fading memories, but they faded away and he was left alone. Where was he? Who was he? What was he doing here.
He grasped for a memory of anything and was met with only blackness.
It was then Belial fell to the ground and began to wail.
*****
"Sir! The subject is becoming unstable his cells are metastisizing at an incredible rate." The Lab angel gasped as lights flickered on the control panel in front of her.
Before their eyes Belial's body shrunk and condensed until he regressed into a child.
Lucifel's eyes lit up as a smirk crawled across his aqualine features. This was better than he expected, soon Belial would be under his control and Hell would fall.
"Regression and rebirth complete sir, he's ready to imprint." The angel said solemnly as she picked up her stuff and left Lucifel alone with the child Belial.
The liquid drained from the tank where Belial floated helplessly. When the fluid emptied the tank opened so Lucifel could pick up Belial's limp form. A whimper escaped Belial's lips as he opened his eyes and met square with Lucifel's. It was an instant bonding, Belial would now follow Lucifel unquestioningly.
"From failed experiment to greatest success," Lucifel began holding Belial to him. "Jewel, your head shall adorn my mantle before the year is out."
Belial just closed his eyes and fell back into slumber.

Robin turned to Jewel and shrugged, "Not much, why?" News always took awhile before reaching her. She didn't live with anyone, or near any crowds. She was never a fan of history neither.

A distilled silence filled the air...but was put to death by the prominent hum of all creatures stirring as dawn set itself upon the worlds of Heaven, Earth, and Hell alike.
The light from the approaching sunrise sifted in small, glistening rays through the bay window that served as a visual portal in Faeun's elegant bedroom. The light that slowly shimmered into her quarters reflected itself intensely off the mirrors that were either suspended or placed below her hanging bed chamber.
"Ahhh...", said Faeun, in an acceptably disgusted voice, which was quite usual for her, despite her existance as an angel. "While the mirrors are quite lovely", she muttered to herself in a groggy voice, "they certainly have their share of obvious setbacks." And with this, Faeun pulled the bed cover up over her head, and flung her body into a sprawled out position underneath it. As she gazed up from the view of her pillows, she watched as the bed cover seemed to hover in the air before settling gently back upon her face, where it rested intentionally. Faeun closed her eyes and inhaled a deep breath of air, and released it as her eyes reopened, hidden from the powerful sunlight by only a few layers of bedding.
Well, she thought, I suppose I ought to be starting my day...time waits for no one...
"Besides", she declared outwardly,"I feel anew in my life...almost as though burden has been lifted from my weighted shoulders. And while I know that such is not the case, I cannot deny myself the daily pleasures which I have long since excluded myself from".
And with that notion, Faeun emerged from the sea of blankets and sheets, and stretched forth to greet the new day.
It took Faeun only moments to prepare herself for the day. What may normally take a human an hour or so to do in matters of hygiene and personal appearance, she was able to do in a matter of minutes...thus, the positive aspect of divinity...
After preparing herself by cleaning and dressing herself, and fixing her hair and clothes in their normal fashion, she set forth to the outdoors...just beyond her home, of course, so as not to be disturbed in her one true luxury.
Faeun stood outside of her dwelling, in what to most would appear a trimmed field, with planes of rolling hills all about her. This was one of Faeun's favorite spots, and she was about to rekindle with it a long-lost relationship that had until recently been hushed away due to Faeun's anxiety and guilt.
Let us begin, Faeun stated mentally, and with that, she raised her hands into the air in an elegant and evocative nature, and began tapping her feet.
Faeun had never been truly aware if the instrumental music that she heard whenever this pastime of hers was performed was audiable to everyone within the surrounding area, or just herself...but she took such delight in her leisure, that her thoughts of this soon drifted elsewhere, and she allowed herself to be caught in the moment.
A fanfare of bagpipe, penny whistle, and deep cello collided together in a musical collaboration that filled Faeun's heart and body with excitement. The music moved her, for reasons unbeknownced to her, and so, she was content in her nature to dance as a form of enjoyment and relaxation.
And so, she danced...she jumped, glided, turned, spun, lept, frolicked, waved, swayed, and moved in a generally tasteful and elegant manner. She swiveled her hips and projected her legs and hands in the beat of the music. Her hands and arms particularly lead the movements of her dance, and her body and feet gave way and followed accordingly. Her hands fluttered in rhythmic, sensual motion, and to any onlooker it would seem as though Faeun had been doing this same routing for years, even though she had postponed such actions for quite some time. But music, and the love of it resounding through the body, was something that Faeun comprehended far more extensively than anyone else.
She continued on her dance, and for the first time in years...Faeun felt relieved and comfortable...and completely unaware and unafraid or who or what was awaiting her...

Llyandria rose from her humble blanket and stretched out her muscles and wings. She left the hut and stretching her wings allowed the soft gentle breeze to carry her up to the thatched roofing of the hut. Perching herself on a comfortable section of the roof she watched as the sun began to rise over the horizon. She could see the tall and forbidden walls of her tomb in the distance. Looking over her left shoulder she could see smoke starting to rise from the chimney's of the village. After the sun had left the earth and begun it's journey across the great open sky, Llyandria stood and stretched her wings out once more. A twinkle in the distance caught her eye. She swooped off the roof of the hut and gave her wings a quick workout as she flew toward the glistening lake.
The water was calm, disturbed only by the fluttering of Llyandria's wings as she hovered above the water. Slowly, she lowered herself until her feet dipped into the cool liquid. Sinking into the lake until her feet hit the bottom, she watched as the water rose around her. The water stopped at her waist as she felt the sand between her toes. She stood for a few moments, scooping up water in her hand and watching it filter out between her fingers. Then she dove under the water and swam to the middle of the lake's bottom. She twirled and swirled her body under the water. Llyandria stayed at the bottom of the lake for a long time until even an angel such as herself could hold her breath no longer. She pushed off from the bedrock and shot toward the surface. Breaking through the water, Llyandria flipped her hair over. Swimming to the water's edge, she climbed out onto a flat rock. Placing one foot onto the center of the stone she spun in a circle rapidly. The water forced off of her body and wings from the force of her movement. Anyone watching could swear there was a small white tornado by the waters edge. After slowing down, Llyandria stopped and admired her wings. The water had washed away the dirt and grit which had greyed the feathers. Now the feathers were white and fluffy, perfect in every way after being washed and dried. Llyandria's silver eyes shone as she sat and fussed over her wings. After she finished arranging the stray feathers into place, she started in on her hair combing it with her fingers.
The sun had almost reached it's peak in the sky. Llyandria stood and decided it was time to return to Heaven. She knew she would have to be very cautious about how she approached. She did not wish anyone to be alerted to her return. Stepping from the boulder she raised her wings and began to hover above the ground. As she did so, she noticed Nathaniel looking up at her from the fields. Llyandria flew over to him and stopped two feet from him. He was sweating already from his morning of hard work. Llyandria smiled at him and thanked him again for his kindness. Nathaniel watched helplessly as she flew away into the skies and could only wonder if he would see her again.
As Llyandria flew into the clouds, she felt remorse at not staying with him longer. She wished she did not have to leave but she was determined to put right the wrongs which had been done not only to her but to the magnificent Kingdom of Heaven. I am coming for you, she thought, you had better be ready...

- "Just wondered. Belial, I can't even remeber why he was a failed experiment. Too much free will and almost like a schitzopherenic I suppose." She dwindled on the thought, it was an interesting one. "Belial was fused with a woman. Eve, who was actually an angel, living in the garden of Eden" She thought. She wasn't sure, but thats what she knew. "At least, thats who I think she was. Belial means traitor, or something along those line, I have no idea really anymore, my minds a little fuzzy, sorry" She spoke in such a cold manner she could feel Lucifer tensing up as he kept his hands on her shoulders.
"I'm pretty sure it was Eve, I remember Adam being pretty peeved" He laughed to himself, Jewel turned and gave him a death glare and he took the warning before backing away slightly, removing his hands from her shoulders in the process.
"Jewel? I'm sorry" He stuttered. Since when did the devil say he was sorry?
Jewel looked towards Robin. "So, what are we going to do?" She asked. Not the best thing to ask Robin really, she just wanted to talk about something.

- Belial was a mystery to Jewel as well, Robin thought. She noticed Lucifer attempting to act as 'comic relief' during the serious event.
"We?" Robin couldn't recall offering to help. She had a soul of a 50 year old granny, in the way that she liked being alone without any events. She looked at Jewel again, she seemed hopeless without Belial. "I can get you to the 5th level of Heaven, but that's as far as I can go." Robin questioned herself, was she going to help out again?

Elysia passed through the gate between the human world and Hell and took a moment to push her horns out. She remembered how this simple action used to take so much effort when she was younger. Now it was as simple as a single thought. She chuckled to herself as she began thinking of how moving her horns in and out reminded her of the human's "garage door openers". Push a button for up, push a button for down.
She made her way through the streets of level Five, ignoring the few idiot demons who still hadn't gotten used to the fact that there was, indeed, a hybrid in level Five of Hell. Forget the fact that there were freakish demons who kept human souls as pets or lovers, the "filthy halfbreed"-as those who lacked originality often called her-was always the subject of their ire. When she finally made it to her home, she immediately removed her shirt and stretched out her wings, letting out a slight moan as the joints popped and cricked.
"Fortyeight blasted hours for one fecking scumbag who couldn't bother to give a measley twenty dollars a week to buy his kid some food." She grumbled as she pulled another shirt over her head. This shirt was the standard in Hell for demons, with the back cut low to allow for the wings to come through. "And then he has the nerve to try to stab me."
She sat down with a huff on her bed and allowed herself to fall backwards. Closing her eyes, she attempted to slow the adrenaline that was rushing through her veins and calm herself down. After a few minutes she reached into her pocket and dug out the wad of money she had been paid for snagging the deadbeat dad of the week. She held it up and examined it, turning it this way and that and using her thumb to flip through it.
"I don't get why they place such a priority on some scraps of paper," she said to herself, "it's worthless, but they fight over it to the death. It's not even backed with gold. Someone just SAYS it's worth something and they go all batsh.t over it, but the things they know they only have one of, they throw away like garbage." She had had the conversation with herself plenty of times before, but the more she worked with humans the less she understood them. She sat up, threw the money on her nightstand and sighed, "At least here, when you do a job for someone the reward is actually rewarding."
She got off her bed and walked around her house, working her the soreness out of her wings. Her home was sparsely decorated with only one couch in her living room and no dining table to speak of. It didn't really matter, though. She had very few friends, most of them consisted of the meager few demons she grew up with who actually accepted her, and they all lived on the third level near her father.
Her father. It had been months since she had seen him. Last time she had, she cut the visit short when he started rambling about how she reminded him of her mother. One thing Elysia never understood was how a demon, who was given the task of introducing infidelity into marriages, could get so caught up with one woman. No woman, human or demon, could get his attention.
Finally, after lazing about her house for several hours, Elysia made her way to her usual dive bar. She didn't drink, but going in there would alert everyone to the fact that she had returned, and was open for hire. Elysia's goals were simple: do some "favors" and get promoted to the point where she was working for the Rulers of Hell themselves. The fact that she was on level Five was proof that she had become something of a necessary person. She could go in and out of the human world without a hitch, and the more she proved she could handle whatever job was given to her, the faster she'd move up the ranks. Soon she'd have the power to punish those who made her life...well...Hell.

- "no, no don't worry, I was curious as to what you would do in the situation that your best friend, who you've known for millions of years, was to get taken and you know he wont be coming back any time soon, let alone know you as anything but evil when he finds you, if he even does" She walked off, her sister, assuming she was still in that pond, would have been cured, and only hell could touch her by the looks of things.
Lucifer snapped his head up and glanced at Robin. "Never seen her this upset before, no wait, yes I have, not to boss you around, but I wouldn't stay here long, Hell's Eden is a funny place." Lucifer started walking and gestured for her to follow, although his mask was going back on the second that he was in the line of sight of others.
"Ah! Jewel!" Raphael said, running in her direction. She looked at him, and just continued walking, much to his suprise. She made her way up the levels, landing herself on level five. She walked through the streets, gaining the usual stares and whipsers. She was looking for a certain person, and was hoping they'd be in the bar that she was told they would be.
She walked in and spotted the girl immediately and walked over to her. "Elysia? I presume, I need a favour or two, the higher level pay is quite handsome" She said, flashing a ticket to the 9th level, and a room on the 8th level. "Although, it does require a bit of survival skill down there, I'm sure you want the ability to, well thast up to you isn't it" She didn't know if she was making any sense, but she was inviting Elysia to the 8th level of hell, or the 9th, but the have a room on the 8th, as payment. She could always pay in an arsonary of jewels whch grew in the darkest depths, but didn't know if she'd need to.

Grey, grey, grey everything here is grey. In the center of a small room, with no carpet and a concrete interior, Belial sat curled into a little ball rocking back and forth. He was bored.
It had been a few hours since his papa had read him a story about a wicked witch named Jewel and the mighty knight that slayed her. Papa had told him that he couldnt go out to play unless he figured out how to get himself out. So Belial waited.
The door to this room could only be opened from the outside, so like a spider in a web, Belial waited. There was noise outside in the halls, foot steps and laughter, still Belial waited. The door handle turned and a shadow could be seen through the frosted glass, Belial waited. The door swung open and an angel carrying a tray of food entered the room, Belial struck.
There was no flash of power, no fancy lights or sounds. One moment an angel stood there and the next the walls were painted in the angel's blood. The only sound was a soft pop as the angel exploded and the sound of rain as the angel's blood fell.
Belial stood up, stepped over the tray, and walked out the door. Then the massacre began.

- Jewel was speaking out of rage, but Robin knew she'd never be in that situation. She grew up in an isolated area, and raised herself after her father left. She had no 'best friend', as Jewel calls it.
She was a little upset, she offered her assistance and it was denied. Nevertheless, she followed the to up to the 5th level of Hell. Strange, she thought. How did she end up on the 9th level of hell anyways? Wasn't she supposed to start on the 1st level, not that she really wanted to be there.
A room on the 8th level, she thought. Is that worth a lot to devils? In her books it was worthless, yet Robin continued to observe the two.

Before she could even look up from her tea, the person who stood in front of her started and ended what sounded like a job proposition with a hefty reward. When Elysia finally shift her eyes upwards towards the hovering person she nearly choked on her drink.
"J-Jewel?" She blinked several times to make sure she was seeing things correctly. When she was assured that it was indeed Jewel, queen of all Hell, standing before her, she began taking deep breaths to calm herself. She couldn't lose her cool in front of Jewel, she'd look incompetent and green.
"Your Highness, I can handle anything you can give me." She looked around and saw every patron in the bar was staring, and that a few had followed Jewel to the bar. "However, I think it is best that we resume this chat at my home, where we won't have...such a captive audience. It's right up the street. I live alone so there's no need to worry about anyone there overhearing anything. We can discuss payment there also." She quickly glanced at the tickets Jewel held in her hand, "It's not smart to wave those around in such a desperate place as this."
She stood and walked around the table. Looping her arm through Jewels-a doubtlessly risky move, but Jewel didn't seem to be in a mindstate to care about such trivial things-Elysia lead the Queen through the door of the bar, and towards her house.
((I don't know how much moving around I can do with Jewel since she's not my char...some people are more sensative to these things than others, so let me know if I ever cross the line))

- ((OOC: I'll let you know, just moving jewel along with your character is fine))
Jewels eyebrows spoke for her as always. She lt herself be dragged along. "I wouldn't care if a measly devil on this level got a ticket to that level, the breathing might kill them if I don't anyway" A very real threat to all the onlookers and the demons that where listening and maybe thinking about it.
"You are only a half Demon, right?" She checked, to make sure she was checking to make sure she had the right elysia. Afterall, pure bred demons where relatively useless in the human world, and fallen angels never did anyone elses dirty work if they could help it.
"It's not a very dangerous thing im asking you to do necessarially. But at the same time it is"

Belial couldnt find his papa anywhere. Behind him the laboratory was a pillar of raging flames and dying screams. He was covered from head to toe in blood and pearly white feathers clung to his hair and arms. He didnt understand why those angels were so angry, when one of his toys broke they were put back together. Its not like he was making them go away forever right?
He skipped through the levels of Heaven looking for his papa. On one of the levels he heard strange noises. They werent bad noises and actually sounded nice together. He wanted to hear more so he crept closer to the source, what he saw amazed him. There was an angel jumping and spining and jittering in time with the noise. His first urge was to hide and wait, but he wanted to play too. "Hey what are you doing?" He asked the angel tilting his head to the side like a puppy.
((In case anyone is confused he's talking to Faeun and the noise he is refering to is music. Also, he's still covered in blood and has no idea that killing things is wrong. ))

Arriving at her house, Elysia opened the door for Jewel and allowed her to enter first.
"To answer your question," she said as soon as Jewel was seated, "yes I am the only living half-demon in Hell." She pulled in her horns, leaving her face looking completely human, to prove this fact.
She pulled an extra chair from the bedroom, and sat near Jewel, "Now, what is it, exactly, that you need me to do? Once I know the difficulty of the job, we can discuss price."
