Kai moved to her side and offered a supportive arm. "I know, Skye. The first time is always hard on the body." he spoke gently and took her things. It was strange, but in that moment he realized that he found Skye to be more alluring than her Fae counterpart, Eislynn.
He kissed her forehead and ran a hand through her hair, straightening out a few tussled bits. He smiled looking her over and stroked her cheek.
"I'll take you somewhere to rest for a while and I have something that will help you recover your strength. I can take you to my place or to yours, whichever you'd be more comfortable with, Skye."
He added as an afterthought of sorts, worry tinging his voice, "That is if you still want me around?"

Cassandra had trouble focusing in class, her mind replaying the scene with Sekah again and again. Something about it just wouldn't allow her to let it go. She asked mentally of Iosa, but Iosa remained silent.
After class, Cassandra decided she needed to clear her mind, and the best cure for a frazzled mind was Chai. There was a coffee shop close to the campus and if she left now, she would be able to relax a bit before her next class.
Cassandra gathered her things and made her way to her car, which was much farther back in the lot than she would have liked. The campus never seemed busy and yet the parking lot was always so crowded. This always confused her. She finally found her car, an old junker, covered in amusing bumper stickers. She tossed her bag in the back and drove down the street to Cafe West.
She entered the building, laptop in hand and smiled at the network admin. While she didn't know him personally, he seemed to always be here and she felt as though she knew him just from his frequent presence. He had a strange feel to him aside from that, but she was never quite certain why. Today, however, that feel was much stronger.
Cassandra was caught off guard by this, but didn't show it, just smiled and waved, as she made her way to her usual seat, an overstuffed chair right next to an outlet. As she plugged in her laptop, a drink found it's way to her. She was a regular here and so they knew her order by now.
She powered up her laptop and tried to clear her head with Chai and photoshop.

Skye looked up at him, blinking slowly as she tugged her tank-top on, ignoring the fact that the still wet blood clinging to the pale skin of her back was soaking into the black fabric. The dried bits, however, scratched and irritated. "So much for Oceanography..." she said softly, standing on her own.
She wavered on her feet some though, and found herself leaning against him, one arm circling his waist as she used him as a support to hold herself up. "My place is probably better... only a few minute walk from campus..."
Shaking her head in an attempt to clear it and get rid of the muddled thoughts there, she finally let her head rest against him as they walked from the room and then the building, him carrying her bag and her just spending her strength on trying to stay awake and not pass out during the trip.
"I thought he was just a dream... the other guy..." she whispered, looking up at him. "He showed up at my place last night... touched me and woke me up. Covered my mouth with his hand, called me Eislynn and said I'd soon be calling him Sire..." She shook her head, bringing a hand up to rub at her temple.
"I don't understand it, Takai? Why would anyone be interested in me?"

Kai led the way to his car and helped Skye into the passenger seat. He kissed her cheek and shut the door for her. He paused a minute as he sat in the front seat and his sight settled on her.
He realized as he began to drive that he was acting so different from his normal self, so concerned, protective, gentle. Kai was confused by this, but not disgusted with himself as his typical demeanor would have demanded. He always used to despise sentimental saps like this.
What was it about this woman that made him not only completely change his manner but want to behave this way? True, Skye was beautiful, but he knew many gorgeous men and women and none had this effect on him. Was it because she was Fae? He had never gotten along well with Fae, so that wasn't likely it either. Why?
His mind circled around these thoughts, until she spoke again of her night and the Vampire who had his sights on her. This put a stop to his questioning and had this new, defensive side of him flaring up again. When Skye asked why anyone would be interested in her, Kai had to restrain himself from showing her just how much she was wanted.
He bit his lip for a moment, hard enough to draw a bit of Blood and then finally spoke, "Skye, you need to stop being so hard on yourself. All things of an otherworldly nature aside, you are beautiful. I know I don't know you very well, but from what little we've spoke, you're a fascinating person, creative and alluring. If two Vampires in so short a time would desire to make you into their childer, and I... well..."
Kai found himself tripping over his own words. This change from his normal self did frustrate him. He'd never had trouble with words and had never been shy or embarrassed with someone he was interested in. He was flustered and red faced as he tried to find the words or perhaps the courage to speak them.
"For reasons solely mundane, I would want you, Skye." he finally spit out and then bit his lip again, his eyes glued to the road, afraid to even look in her direction.

Name (human)/ (true self): Elisabeth/ Mala
Age (human)/ (true self): 19/ turned at 8 or 9
Gender: female
Species: Vampire
Appearance(human): Elisabeth is very small for a grown woman, somewhere around four and a half feet tall. She's petite, with a thin waist and small chest and dresses very professionally but very dark nearly all the time, wearing black business suits, pinstripes, and short but classy skirts. Occasionally however, she can be found indulging in her love for the dark Lolita attire that makes her look like a little Gothic doll.
Her hair has a slight wave to it but only because she spends at least half an hour every morning straightening it. When she lets it go untended, the ringlet curls that overtake her hair look even more like the doll she can portray. Whether curled or simply wavy, her hair is a golden blond that seems to glow with its own light. Her eyes are a dark blue and her skin a warm rosy color.
Appearance (true self): Mala is also quite small, but only because she was given the Gift at a rather young age. In those days, women began puberty much younger and though she was only eight or nine then, she had begun. She had the hint of new breasts forming and curved so slightly at the hips. She dressed to compliment this figure in frilly, lacy, but dark dresses, bows and ribbons that made her out to be the perfect little doll.
Her hair is a ton of long, ringlets, nearly blood red in color and her eyes are a glistening emerald. Her skin is a flawless white china, though when she chooses, her cheeks show a rosy glow. When she feeds, rages or otherwise calls on her Blood, Mala's eyes glow red.
She is a frighteningly beautiful little girl, and the headless stuffed bear she carries around only adds to that effect.
History (human): Elisabeth grew up in a privileged family, having everything she could ever want and then some. Her parents had her in every possible activity, lesson and sport available and though she enjoyed little of it, she over-achieved in all she did. She had countless ribbons and trophies, medals and certificates.
She went to the best private schools and, though she could have gone to any college with her grades and achievements, she insisted her parents send her to the same school as a childhood friend, Takai. Of course, the reason she gave them for wanting to go to that school was a completely bogus story, she had made up, about a music professor she absolutely had to study under. Her parents, not being particularly bright, believed it and paid for her room and board and every luxury she could ask for. Setting this money in a bank account she had on the side, Elisabeth moved in with Takai instead.
Now she attends college with Takai and is studying music, religions and art. Though she adores Takai, even loves him, they are not an item.
History (true self): Mala was born to an unfortunate life, with a father who abused her both physically and sexually. Her family never knew what the man did to her as she kept quiet with shame, but someone did know what was going on and was determined to put a stop to it.
One night, when her father came to her room, he found Mala was not alone. Her father thought the man to have broken in to rob them, but found shortly after that this man was no petty thief. The Vampire turned on the perverted man and using Blood magic, froze him in place.
Mala cried out to her father, and the Vampire turned to her. "He hurt you, child. He used you in ways no man should ever use a little girl. I can keep you safe from his kind, if you take the gift I offer."
Mala knew that it hurt, the things he did to her, but as he was her father, she'd never questioned his authority to do so. This Vampire though, she knew to trust him. She took his hand and said, "Aye. Protect me, Sir."
The Vampire was instantly on her, fangs sunk deep in her neck and he had drained her in a few moments. He it his own wrist and offered it to her barely conscious body. "Drink, my childer, and I will be your Sire. I will be good to you, Mala."
Mala grasped onto his wrist and drank for what seemed like an eternity. When she finally let go, she was changed. A creature of the night.
She punished her father then, castrated him and let him bleed to death all over the floor. She did not touch his blood however. One should never drink a pervert's blood
Awakening: Elisabeth had known Takai practically all her life. She adored him for as long as she could remember. She would follow him around, always at his heel and was a constant presence in his childhood. She had never questioned that he might not want her there as it always felt so right being by his side.
One day though, when they were older, as she was just beginning high school, Takai was acting strangely, trying to push her away it seemed. She was almost hurt at first, and then confused. Finally, Elisabeth confronted him on it.
"Kai, do you not want me around you anymore?" she asked bluntly, straight to the point in her thick British accent.
Takai shrugged at her and turned away. "I don't know what you're talking about, Beth. Why would you think that?"
She walked right over to him and shoved him in the back. "Don't pull that bullshit, Kai. I know you better than that! You can't lie to me!"
Takai turned and snarled, "You don't know me at all!"
And then, he changed, his black wings surrounding her and his hair going long and white. His eyes were a threatening red and his fangs were barred at her.
Elisabeth knew she should be shocked, horrified, something... Instead, she found herself speaking a name that she had not once uttered and yet knew with all her self. "Malkav..."
Malkav pulled back and eyed Elisabeth suspisciously and asked in a dark voice, "How do you know that?"
"Sire..." she muttered as she fell, as though fainting. Her body changed then, her hair curling back up, turning blood red and her skin paling. She was much younger, merely a child, and yet, when she opened her emerald green eyes, one could see the ages in her eyes. She looked up at Malkav and whispered, "Sire..."

Somehow, his words were comforting. Despite how flustered and upset he seemed to be with her, she knew he was telling the truth. "I don't... remember hardly anything," she whispered. Her eyes half closed, she reached over and laid a hand on his arm, though the fingers trailed down until her hand fell, resting on his lap.
Looking out the window, she pointed to a large Victorian styled house settled on a corner of the street. "There... follow the driveway around to the back..." When he'd pulled up behind the house, she forced the car door open, though such a mundane action seemed far more taxing than it should have been.
Climbing out slowly, she groaned and leaned against the car for a moment, catching her breath and attempting to right herself, to see straight. Finally pushing herself off the car, she walked slowly, half dragging her feet, to a set of stairs that lead down to a door.
Pushing the unlocked door open, she stumbled into the basement apartment. Though simple, it was a nice place... The furniture decent, made mostly out of faux-suede material, and all black. The white walls were decorated with various things... medieval and fantasy weaponry, various pictures and placards with Celtic knot work... and many, many pictures of what was likely the Irish country side.
"I'm just gonna... gonna... get some water," she said softly, stumbling across the room to the tiny kitchenette. No sooner had she made it five feet though, did her knees buckle and she fell, limp as a rag doll, to the floor, unconscious.

Kai was unsurprised by her fall and had kept close enough to her as to almost catch her... almost. He silently cursed himself for not being close enough and then lifted her gently and took her to the bed. As he set her down on the bed, the look of her left him breathless.
"Like an angel..." he whispered.
Reaching down and touching her cheek, Kai found that it was becoming harder to resist her with each passing moment. He thought this odd, that somehow, it should be easier as he grew accustomed to her presence. He knelt beside her bed, as though in prayer and watched her silently as she slept.
When he felt he could hold himself back no longer, Kai allowed his fangs to show once more. With the last bit of willpower, he directed his fangs into his own wrist rather than Skye's throat. He bit only hard enough to allow a small trickle of Blood which he directed onto her lips.
The Blood seeped into Skye's mouth restoring much of the day's lost energy. Kai licked the wound shut and continued to watch her, waiting for her to awaken. His eyes stuck to her, memorizing every inch of her, as though he were concerned that this would be his last chance to look upon her.

It would be roughly twenty minutes later before Skye's eyes would open once again, and when they did, she gave a little whimper, staring up at the ceiling and wondering how she'd gotten home. Had it all been a dream? Or would that have been considered a nightmare?
Frowning, she looked around before realizing she wasn't alone. Her eyes shifted, lowered, landed on Takai. So it hadn't been a dream... No, not a dream at all, it would seem, judging by his presence.
Shifting, she rolled onto her side, propping herself up on an elbow. Her hair hung around her, the light from the window shining in and highlighting it, making it glow as if with fire. Her free hand, meanwhile, lifted. Resting her fingertips on his cheek, she smiled some, the look in her eyes softening.
"I should be afraid... but I'm not," she whispered, bringing her fingers up and running them through his hair. "Not even the dreams frighten me much now... Looking back on them... the only scary part was... him."
She could still see him, in her minds eye... The memory had always been so vague because they'd just been dreams... but suddenly so many things were more vivid. A shudder went through her, and her eyes returned to his. "He's frightening, Takai..."

David glanced up from his screen to see that girl walk in. He never bothered with her name... she was always 'that girl'. He waited for her to hop onto the server and than popped his head in for a look. Her files were pretty normal. No viruses... just songs and pics... she was a photoshop junkie. He left her system alone and continued his work, just after he immed the counter girl to bring that girl her chai... ditsy girl hadn't even heard her walk in. As she brought out the beverage he watched her closer. She had a pretty smile. He argued with himself momentarily about whether or not this was stalking when a viral alarm went off on his computer. some basic as hell email Trojan came in like Sunday papers.. and was automatically discarded. He smiled and stood to go to the bathroom, waving in response to that girls wave as he went.

Kai nodded softly, not once taking his sight off her. His face was calm and showed little emotion, perhaps because he was tired also or maybe he was just hiding his tumultuous storm of thoughts and feelings from the surface. Regardless of why, his eyes were almost cold in his unmarked, still face.
Even as he spoke, his skin seemed undisturbed by the movements of his mouth. "You needn't fear him Skye. I will not allow him to take you."
A voice inside asked him if he could really keep that promise? The voice then followed that question with one even harder: even if he could keep the promise, was he any less of a threat to her than the other Vampire? He was torn by these questions as well as many other thoughts and desires, but he kept it all under the surface, still not showing anything.
Finally, Kai did come to one answer. He spoke with such certainty and resolve that there could be no doubt of his sincerity. "He will have to kill me first before he can have you."
He knew this promise would likely only serve to upset Skye, but he was sill bound by some unseen force to tell her the truth. It was strange how he could not lie to her, and yet his body and face could form a mask hiding all the truth underneath...

Cassandra smiled again as the network admin waved at her. On a better day, she would have noticed that he'd paid a bit more attention to her today than usual, but she was too focused on clearing her head right now. Once the chai kicked in, and the photoshopping was in progress, she would devote some attention to the unusual energy he was putting off and perhaps she'd notice his attentions as well.
She sipped her drink and began inking the next strip in her webcomic. This week, Cassandra had planned on coloring every strip completely so she knew she would have to spend more time on it and less on her other projects. Hopefully her homework would not be in the discarded pile.
As she slowly worked, Cassandra found her mind wandering. She was having trouble focusing, which for her and photoshop was odd. She looked around the room and realized it was the energy from the network admin that was distracting her. He had left the room and it was still powerful enough to keep her from focusing on her art.
Cassandra sighed and thought, Haven't we had enough excitement today? I don't think I could handle a fight, Iosa or another sudden awakening, so can we try for something a little easier? Please?
Lost in her mental conversation, Cassandra lost track of the room around her.

At first, his answer set her at ease. She could feel some of her inner fears relaxing, the tremble that wanted to shake her subsiding to nothing. And then... he spoke of the other one having to kill him. A frown came over her face, and she sat up, in front of him, and lifted her hands to cup his face in them.
"I would never ask you to sacrifice yourself just to keep him away from me, Takai..." she whispered, one hand even lifting to brush a lock of his hair from his face. "I would never... never want you in that kind of danger."
Without thinking about it, and without having a clear thought as to why she was doing it, Skye leaned in and pressed her lips to his forehead, then his cheek, then his jaw, and then finally his lips.
She held the pressure there only for a moment, before pulling back, breathing slightly unsteady as her eyes met with his once more. She wanted to say something... to do something... but all words and actions failed her. Instinct had gone out the window and left only Skye, who had always been somewhat socially awkward thanks to her ADD and unusual background and heritage, so much more extreme than most youths in America.
After a moment, she stood, letting out a shaky breath as she moved to the window, noticing the lock wasn't in place. She frowned, remembering the stranger who'd entered her room. Reaching up, she slid the lock into place, though somehow she knew that would do no good.
If anything, the actions were an excuse to get her back to him, to keep from kissing him again, over and over like some part of her screamed to. What was it that made her almost carnal in her need to be near him? Shaking her head, she sighed and leaned her forehead to the window's glass.

Kai sat perfectly still with each touch and each kiss, his expression staying the same calm. When she pulled away, he closed his eyes and tilted his head downward. He let his thoughts cycle a moment before he responded to her, without opening his eyes.
"I will though. I will keep my word to you, Skye." his voice was unfaltering, without any doubt.
He then found his feet and moved across the room to her, wrapping his arms around her from behind. His face, buried in her hair, took a breath of her, as though her scent was as vital as oxygen. He kissed the top of her head and leaned down to whisper into her ear.
"Even if you will not be mine, I will give myself to you, Skye. I give you my body, my soul and my Blood..."
These words sounded unreal and rang with a supernatural sound. Though Kai was unaware as he spoke, they were not just words, but an oath, unbreakable, sealed by something not of this world. After they passed from his lips to his ears, he realized the gravity of what he had done, and yet, was determined to stand by it. Though it may not have been his original intent, he was glad for the instinct that brought this oath to his mouth.

Skye felt his presence before he actually reached her, and welcomed the feel of two strong arms around her. Leaning back into him, she closed her eyes and rested her hands over his arms where they crossed in front of her, across her belly.
His words sent a chill through her, and she closed her eyes briefly before turning to look up at him. Her gaze sought his, looked for something... though she wasn't sure what. He'd just pledged herself to him, and she felt inclined to do the same in return.
Sliding her arms up around his neck, she searched his gaze for another moment before speaking softly. "Why is it you keep yourself hidden? I can tell you're hiding something... What is it, Takai? Why make a vow like the one you just did and still keep secrets from me?"
She leaned up, kissing his cheek, pulling him in close in a hug, her lips hovering near his ear, warm breath washing over his skin. "I trust you... why wont you trust me?"

Elisabeth rolled out of bed and glared at the clock. It was not yet noon and thus too damned early for consciousness. It took a lot of work to schedule all her classes for after one so that she would have time to fix her hair and eat prior to class. After all that hard work, to be awake before noon was unforgivable. She was sure it was Takai's fault.
"KAI?!" Elisabeth shouted, certain she would make him pay by at least giving her breakfast. Breakfast for Mala that is, she thought with a smirk.
Receiving no answer, Elisabeth frowned. She remembered that Kai had a class this morning and so couldn't be to blame for her early awakening. Pouting, she forced herself out of bed and made her way to the shower.

David came out of the restroom and decided it was time for a smoke. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a Dijarum Black as he headed outside to enjoy it. He glanced over at that girl and noticed she was frustrated with something. Probably a photoshop thing. He blew it off and headed outside. As he reached for his lighter, he felt a slight buzzing in the back of his head. He sighed deeply and indulged him.
<(Click)>
What?
<You have fire on your body... why not test it out. Why not flex this muscle you have been wasting and destroying on nicotine and young womens computers?
First... no Nico in Cloves. Second... it's me job.
<Either way, call upon the fire... you probably cant do more than an ember anyways... try it out>
David groaned and figured he's get him to shut up. He closed his eyes and focused on the cigarette. It floated in his mind weightlessly. He than created the rune of fire in his mind and wrapped it around the tip. as he opened his eyes his cigarette was lit. He stood in amazement and marveled at his craft. Resisting the Tom Hanks quote, he quickly looked around to see if anyone had seen his little spectacle, and when he was satisfied he did a 2 second happy dance than enjoyed his clove. As he headed back inside he decided to close down the lappy and enjoy the scenery.
<Not bad. You will have to work your ass of to accomplish much more than that for awhile... but it's impressive. I was ready to laugh at your failure>
When i go to sleep tonight, I am going to dream that I am stepping on your face.
<(Click)>
David looked up to see his eyes locking with that girl's. SHIT! Did she see it. She couldnt have heard... but why is she staring... DAMN I knew that was a bad idea. David rubbed his temple as the buzzing started again.
<(Click)>
SHE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING!
<Huh>
Why do you keep buzzing me if you arent going to pay attention?
<You arent that interesting. The buzzing is probably the protection glyph. Someone is scanning you... be it intentional or not. Be careful...>
His last bit was almost melodic ac he clicked him back off. Gods... I have to get out of here... David looked at his watch and opened up his Laptop, hoping that he was gonna be able to leave earlier than planned. He didnt really have a set schedule... his programs usually ran full auto, and anything else he could do from home via VPN... but either way... avid was quite certain he had drawn enough attention to himself for one day and began to write his new code for the video scanner he had been working on.

Cassandra continued staring at the network admin, wondering what he might do next. The little fire trick was probably not something to get himself caught, but proof at least that he was already awake.
Perhaps this job would just be a talk? She could hope.
Cassandra smiled when he noticed her staring, as if to say hello, and continued her watch. She sent a few gentle probes of energy, feeling him out. He was putting off an awful lot for someone trained, so he probably hadn't been in this long. She couldn't get a sight on him though. Every time she tried to see just what he was, her vision was clouded with what seemed to be random runes.
She decided that she would need to be a little more forceful with him and sent an invasive probe into the chakra on the center of his forehead. It wasn't a painful probe but certainly not something that would be ignored either.

Takai found himself involuntarily pulling away from Skye as she spoke. Though he couldn't say why, her accusations were painful to him. The pain showed on his face and his body as he clutched his head and doubled over.
Within moments, tears were welling from his eyes, and it seemed as though they consisted solely of blood. He groaned as the blood trickled down his cheeks but could not form words to speak to her.
His body began to convulse and rapidly shifted from Takai to Malkav and back to Takai, each time his wings ripping through his back as they had not done before, tearing flesh and splattering Blood.
He finally found strength to open his flickering eyes, black then red than black, and looked up at Skye, a pleading, begging look in those eyes as the tears of Blood streamed down his face.
His eyes begged her to make the pain stop, as though she were a goddess, punishing a lowly sinner.

Skye frowned as he backed away from her, almost as if he were suddenly upset with her. Perhaps asking him to trust was the wrong thing to do? The look on his face made her want to weep, to cry out, to apologize, but she didn't get the chance.
He was doubling over, clutching his head, groaning as if in physical pain. And she could see the tears, tears of blood, sliding down his cheeks. Her eyes went wide as she watched him shift suddenly and violently back and forth between Takai and Malkav. How could her words have caused such things to happen?
Fear clutched at her, but she forced herself to get closer, to drop to her knees in front of him. "Takai..." she spoke softly, tears sliding down her cheeks as she brought her hands up to cup his face. "I'm sorry... oh, gods... I'm so sorry... I had no idea... I didn't mean to hurt you..."
Panic wracked at her, and she had to fight not to take him completely into her arms, watching as he shifted back and forth, back and forth. There was blood everywhere, and remembering how hard it had been for her to shift once, she could only imagine how this must feel to him. "Takai?" she asked, voice choked with tears as she tried to comfort him, stroking his hair as it shifted back and forth. "Please... please be OK..."

As Skye held the shifting Takai, crying for him to be alright, he watched her. He waited, giving her just enough time in the upset and the horror, just enough time to be dirtied in Malkav's blood. He wanted her devastated and degraded before taking her. He would lift her up from the dirt and make her clean, pure, his.
When he had deemed enough time passed, he left the shadows and silently approached behind Skye. It was only after hovering behind her, that he let his presence be known with the grasp of two strong hands around her shoulders, nails digging in almost deep enough to draw blood.
"I have come to collect what is rightfully mine, Eislynn." his voice was like ice racing up her spine and into her mind. Something in his voice, or perhaps in his grasp upon her, or maybe just in some unseen Blood magic, left her nearly paralyzed.
He smiled a cruel and twisted smile of fangs and blood as he was, within the blink of an eye, facing her. "You will call me Sire, Eislynn." he declared triumphantly and sunk his fangs into her neck.

Skye was sobbing, holding Takai, unsure what to do as his blood covered her and she found herself helpless to stop the horror that was overtaking him. "Please... please be alri-"
She was cut short by the sudden, tight grip of two hands on her shoulders. Nails bit into her delicate flesh and she screamed as she was dragged to her feet, set upright but somehow unable to move. His voice made her blood run cold, and she recognized it instantly from her dreams.
Panic filled her, but her thoughts were blurry and and she couldn't summon coherent thought. In the blink of an eye, he was in front of her. Her stalker, her horror, her nightmare... flesh and blood right in front of her. He grinned, bearing his fangs, and her heart skipped a beat.
Why couldn't she move? It didn't make sense... none of it did. But even as the panic set in and he neared her once again, fangs bared, she could feel Eislynn fighting behind the scenes, struggling to break free, to take over. There was rage from her, and fury, but the second the savage feel of his fangs biting into her neck happened, they all faded, as if Eislynn herself had somehow been put to sleep.
Skye's eyes were wide, and gasping sounds escaped her as she stared in horror at nothing in particular, feeling her body slowly growing colder, weaker, her vision more and more blurry. She looked at Malkav, tears sliding down her cheeks as she was being drained nearly to the point of death, knowing she would never breathe again.

He drank until she could give no more before letting go, not only of her neck, but also of her entirely, letting Skye fall to the ground in front of him. He like the idea of her groveling, dying at his feet, depending on his Blood to give her life.
He licked his blood stained lips and laughed at her, "How does it feel now Eislynn? You scorned me then, but only because you knew they would protect you. You were safe, a coward among many fools, all of them worshiping you blindly, like some goddess. Well look at you now!"
He spit a bit of Skye's own blood on her and sneered. "Some Goddess now..."
He reached down and took hold of her hair, lifting her face up to his. He licked her cheek and smirked. "You will worship me now, Eislynn."

Malkav forced his eyes open, as his shifting came to a sudden halt. He had heard the voice and knew the monster who now held Skye inches from undeath. With horror, a sudden onset of emotion he had not felt in so long, Malkav knew he must stop this.
He gathered what was left of his strength into a spell of Blood magic, a ball of crimson flames forming in his palms. Pulling all his anger into the spell, he thrust his hands through the Vampire's back, reaching for his heart.
"Koronos... I'll not let you have her!" Malkav spit at him, but his strength was fading fast and with it the flames. His fists fell from the gaping wound, the fire extinguished and he stumbled back.
"You have no place here, Koronos." he forced himself to speak against he fatigue that was pulling fiercely at his consciousness.

Koronos' eyes went wide with shock as the fiery fists punctured through, nearly reaching his heart. He underestimated Malkav and now was going to lose his chance to make Eislynn his childer. He sneered and hissed at Malkav.
But at least she will die by my hands... he comforted himself with the thought.
"I'll leave you be then, Fallen one, but know that your time will come too. Just as you will lose Eislynn today by my hand, I swear one day, you'll lose your own life by mine."
With that, the wounded Vampire walked across the room, fading into nothingness by the far corner. He left his victim, bled beyond salvation and Malkav drained of nearly all his strength, confident that nothing but sorrow would come from this.
