• Gabe lightly chuckled and frowned once again, "Kain isn't one for first impressions. It usually takes several to get her to trust you. And for her to say it, she must really trust you. Now... I'm afraid, she will not be too willing to do anything with Yavi or with Young Cherry even." He sighed, "She is a fickle person, indeed."

She shook her head "She is perhaps beginning to understand why I dislike Cherry so much." She replied. "Something you would do well to understand too." She added. Then paused,letting her thoughts take form before speaking once more. "Yavi is not wholely evil. Perhaps, with some help she will work with him once more, even if she sleeps with a dagger under her pillow and waits for him to sleep before she too rests."

• Gabe scratched the stubble on his chin, "Perhaps. But that is really her decision to make, even if we all try to make her feel even the slightest comfort around our two demon companions." He sipped his tea once again. "How terribly rude of me, would you care for some tea, Lady Elleran? It shall be my treat. I gathered my money again from Kain." He chuckled lightly again.

She looked himin the eye "How do we find the one person who can bring one of us back fromthe dead without them?" She asked sweetly. "We need at least guidence from them. Whether she kills them or works with them afterwards I do not really care. But we do need them. She needs them." She released her sleeves and smiled "I would not mind a drink."

• Gabe motioned the barkeep for another cup. He poured the hot liquid into her cup. "From what I have read, there is no person to do such a task. However, our older brother demon friend does know of such a person. Whether or not we decide to kill one our own is really up to everyone to make. Those, my thoughts would be either Kain or Yavi. Considering they are the strongest in our group..." he sipped his tea and took in a deep breath then exhaled very slowly. He yawned afterwards.

She moved closer to the bar so he did not have to turn so much to see her. "Why does it matter how strong the body is? The body must die anyway." She replied "It's the spirit that needs to be able to survive. It will do the journey there and the journey back. That is what is at risk." She smiled "You are tired though. Perhaps you should sleep on it."

• "True... but I still have to research more from the books I took." He yawned again, "But, you are right. About a strong spirit, I mean. Ah... what shall we do? Such a predicament we are all in." He sipped the remainder of his tea and poured another cup.

"Let someone volunter." She replied "Whoever is willing to die and risk not comming back has a strong enough spirit to make it." She replied. Elleran picked up the tea placed before her and took a sip. "But it all means nothing if we cannot find someone who can bring them back from the dead. And I highly doubt you will find the name and current location of such a person in those books."

• "You are probably right on that, Lady Elleran. If there was, I'd find it by now. T'is like looking for the Philosopher's Stone. It can only be found through the speech of word rather than in ink on paper." He sipped his tea once again. Something was on his mind, Gabe was always the one to start an OCD ritual.

"The Philosophers stone?" She repeated curiously. "I have never heard of that. What is it?" She asked.

• "It's just a silly story. It's a stone that is suppose to grant anyone's true wish. But, not without sacrifice." Gabe stretched his limbs and wiped his glasses.

She nodded "It would be best never to look for such an item. True sacrifice is not something most people can make." She looked away from him and sipped her tea some more.

The door to the tavern squeaked open and closed. The clerk from the clothing store angrily walked in and up to the counter. Apparently Tras has been successful in bringing him back. He slammed his fists on the bar top and caught the attention of the bartender.
"Have any filthy, black haired demons come into your establishment?!" His question came out slightly demanded. The bartender thought for a moment, and answered the impatient man.
"Yes, there is a demon with black hair upstairs. He paid for a room for the nite."
This seemed to anger the old clerk more. "Demons, filthy creatures. How can you let one just wander into your tavern? And worse, have a room? They should sleep outside with the rest of the animals."
With a few huffs of anger the clerk turned towards the stairs and began to head towards them.

Startled Elleran looked at Gabe questioningly. "There is going to be trouble is there not?" She asked.

• Roxzie entered the pub and looked around in the smokey atmosphere, the smoke bothered her highly sensitive nose so she covered it as she walked up to the barkeep and asked him. "Roxzie needs to find a job." the barkeep didn't say much and shrugged his shoulders, not having anything to offer the young Mithra at the moment.
  
  Roxzie was not pleased with this turn of events, she needed some money for food and sleep, she didn't want to have to sleep outdoors again, and definitely didn't want to learn to fish for her own food. She sighed and left the pub, shaking her head when she left, still disgusted at the smoke in her nose. "Blegh, silly people and their tobacco obsessions." she grunted and began to walk down the streets to look for a help wanted ad in a window of a shop or something, she needed some kinda job before should could get food or sleep.
  
  It began to rain and Roxzie was not equipped with any protection from the rain, she folded her arms and scowled at the rain dropping on her head, letting her ears down so they wouldn't get filled with water and walking along the street side for minor shelter from the rain, but not a lot, she found a small balcony to hide under from the rain, as soon as she got under she shook herself off like an animal and began to groom herself. "Roxzie hates rain." she said to herself, as nobody was outside in this down pour.

• Gabe frowned, "I'm sure a little fight will start if nothing is taken care of. Please excuse me, Lady Elleran." Gabe took off his bag and laid his glasses on the table next to them.
  
  He stood from his seat and walked to were the clerk was. "I'm sorry. But, it is rather late tonight. I think it would be in your best interest to just turn around and head home."

The clerk looked Gabe up and down, "I won't rest until that ... that thing is Destroyed." With that, the man pushed past Gabe, knocking him hard in the arm, and continued towards the stairs.

• Gabe slowly stood from the ground. He quickly grabbed the man's arm, "This is very rude of you. You know nothing of me and yet you pull such low level attacks acting like you have the authority here." Gabe straightened his posture, he easily towered the man in stature. His green, emerald like eyes leering down at the shop keep.

The clerk looked up at Gabriel. "Why do you protect that monster? So he can come back and kill you later? They're all the same, and will attack you without a second thought. They'll rip your flesh from your bones and eat your heart." The clerk began to ramble mixing demon myths and truths together.

• Gabe frowned, "You are mistaken. There are some who are blood thirsty while others who are good and wish to live a peaceful life. Your facts are mixed with fiction. Instead of being an ill-mannered idiot, try going to the library next to your shop and gain a little knowldge."

The clerk began to laugh, "A good demon? My boy, what have you been drinking? That thing that attacked me was nothing but a monster. I'm lucky it didn't kill me. But I'm going to make sure it doesn't get the chance to try it."

• Gabe let go of his arm, "I see. Well then... why did it 'attack' you? Well, let me answer that for you. You were making shots to one of our female companions earlier and probably said a few things to her about it. What the demon did was honor her pride. To me, it seems you are the fifthly demon here."

The clerk made a snort at Gabe, "Why would a demon protect a human? Its not as though those monsters have feelings..." his sentence cut off at the end. The clerk appeared to be pondering something in his mind.
"Unless, she gave him a reason. If a demon were to protect a human it'd sure have to have a good reason too. That girl, that girl must have done somethign with that monster. She should be imprisoned, that... demon lover."

• Gabe smiled, "Is that the best insult you can think of?" His tome became rather sarcastic, "I assure you, my lady companion would laugh at your face at this pathetic insult. As I suggested, go back to your shop and get some sleep. Otherwise, if this continues and you apply two more physical attacks to me, force will be taken."

The clerk began to walk again, "I have no bone to pick with you. I shall imprison them both, and hang them from the gallows in the morning." He then pulled the machete out from its hiding spot. He had picked it up from the floor, before leaving his shop. "Unless they decide to put up a fight. Then I'll kill the sinners right here, before they spawn a hybrid."
