"Morning, Dimeria." Ariala smiled softly at the winter elf as she took Dimeria's hand. "I'm going to make us some breakfast." Ariala said as she kneeled down to Dimeria's height. "Do you want to rest more or help me cook?" She offered, tucking a stray piece of hair behind Dimeria's ear.

"Cook," Dimeria said sleepily as she wrapped her arms around Ariala's neck, "Up."

Dimitrius sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck and walked into the kitchen. Worrying about Dimeria had caused him a restless sleep. He was thankful for the relaxing break they would have today in the meadow near the falls. It was a small vacation that was long over-due for the small family.

Ariala only smiled as she lifted the small elf on her hip, grateful that for once her morning sickness had subsided a bit. "To the kitchen then." She murmured under her breath as she walked into the kitchen and nodded once at Dimitrius before wandering over to the icebox and opening it. "What do you think, Dimeria?" She asked. "Pancakes or eggs with potatoes?"

"Eggs and potatoes please," Dimeria said with a sleepy smile as she finished rubbing the sleep from her eyes with a yawn.

"Are you feeling better darling?" Dimitrius inquired as he placed a light kiss upon Dimeria's head.

Nodding, Dimeria reached out to Dimitrius, who took her in his arms for a hug.

"Well aren't we a clingy one this morning," Dimitrius teased with another light kiss upon her forehead before setting her down with a smile. "Go help your sister cook, she'll need it," Dimitrius teased Ariala with a wink as Dimeria ran over to Ariala with a big smile.

Ariala shot a mocking glare over her shoulder at Dimitrius as she carefully juggled a container of eggs, a couple potatos, and a pair of bell peppers in her arms to bring them to the counter. Ariala cracked a few eggs in a bowl before setting Dimeria on the counter and handing her a whisk. "Do you mind beating these?" Ariala asked as she pulled out a cutting board and chopping the potatos and peppers with effortless efficiency. "Dimitrius." Ariala called though her eyes stayed concentrated on the potatos and pepeprs. "Can you heat up two pans on the stovetop?" She asked.

"Of course," Dimitrius said with a tender kiss upon her shoulder as Dimeria began to stir the eggs with the whisk. Getting two pans from the cupboard, Dimitrius lit the stove and set them upon it. "What kind of juice would you like? Or would you prefer tea?"

"Tea." Ariala said. Her morning sickness hadn't bothered her yet however she wanted to play it safe. "Thank you." She said, giving Dimitrius a soft smile. Putting the potatos and peppers in one of the pans, Ariala gave the pan a dot of butter before finding a lid and covering them to cook. "Thank you, Dimeria." Ariala smiled as she found milk from the icebox, pouring a bit in with the eggs. "And now we cook them." She smiled as she took the bowl and poured the eggs into the pan. "You can stir them if you like. Don't let them burn." Ariala teased with a wink as she handed Dimeria a spatula, going over to sink to begin washing the egg coated bowl and whisk.

Dimeria grinned as she carefully stirred the eggs, feeling like a big girl now that she was actually cooking.

Dimitrius smiled as he placed light kisses upon Ariala's neck as he filled the teapot with water, "I love you Ari." Putting the teapot over the fireplace, Dimitrius got down Ariala's tea and placed a few leaves into a teacup.

While the water was boiling, Dimitrius went about getting down plates, silverware, and two glasses for juice, pouring pineapple juice into both of the cups before setting them on the table with the rest of the dishes.

Ariala felt a blush rise up her neck to her cheeks from Dimitrius's kiss but shook it away quickly. "Good job." She smiled at Dimeria as she took a different spoon to stir around the potatos and peppers, a bit of steam bursting out from underneath the lid as she lifted it. "Almost done." She mused, noting that the eggs were beginning to stiffen in the pan. Retrieving two bowls from the cupboard, Ariala set them beside the oven. "Do you want to help me scoop the eggs in here?" Ariala asked Dimeria, holding the bowl close to the pan filled with scrambled eggs.

Nodding, Dimeria began to push the eggs over the side into the bowl with her spatula. "Like this?"

Sitting down at the table, Dimitrius smiled as he watched his sister and his wife, his thoughts roaming to many more hopeful mornings such as this with not only Dimeria, but with their own children as well.

"Just like that." Ariala grinned happily as the last of the eggs disappeared into the bowl. "Thank you, Dimeria. You're an excellent helper." She said with a wink before placing the bowl of eggs on the table and continuing to put the potatos in a bowl as well. "And now we eat." She smiled happily as she lifted Dimeria from the counter and set her in front of the plates on the table before taking her own seat.

Climbing into a chair, Dimeria grinned happily as she sipped her juice while waiting to be served breakfast.

Serving everyone eggs and potatoes, Dimitrius smiled before he got up and poured Ariala's tea. Setting it in front of her, Dimitrius captured her lips in a long, tender kiss before sitting down to his breakfast.

"Ari and I were thinking, Ria. How would you like to go down to the meadow and play by the falls while we paint?"

Dimeria nodded eagerly as she ate her potatoes, "Yes please! I like swimming!"

"Perfect, its been too long since I had a nice swim." Ariala smiled happily as she began eating her eggs. "We need a bit of rest. It seems like its been forever since I've sat down and relaxed." Ariala smiled at Dimitrius as one hand cradled the womb where their unborn child laid.

Dimitrius grinned as he reached over and linked their fingers together upon her abdomen. "A rest is precisely what we need. I think your next long break we should head back up to the cabin. Ria could stay with Emelaide in the mean time. You'd love helping them decorate their houses, wouldn't you darling," Dimitrius asked Dimeria between bites of egg and potatoes.

Dimeria nodded as she giggled happily and continued eating her breakfast.

"That sounds like fun." Ariala mused. "It still baffles me that Emelaide and Marreck ended up together. And with twins on the way no less." She laughed easily, her fingers happily linked with Dimitrius's. "Now if only we could find Erre an elven boy to spend her time with. I think she feels left out with the four of us paired off." She frowned.

"It still cannot fathom it in my own mind my dear. However, I am happy for them. They truly seem quite happy together. I have not seen Emelaide this happy in quite some time... I was afraid it was my fault for her unhappiness. But now it seems that fate had intended us to grow apart for a reason, and you will never find either one of us complaining," Dimitrius said with a warm smile before leaning over and placing a long, tender kiss upon Ariala's lips.

"As for poor Erre, you are quite right. I believe I have an idea, however. There is a Ball, a week before our wedding. Nobility and commoners alike from all four kingdoms are invited. What say you we attend, though I haven't been to one in a great many years, and bring Erre along with us? I believe she would have a great deal of fun and perhaps, amongst all the guests, she can find someone to pay her the attention she deserves," Dimitrius added before finishing his breakfast and taking a sip of his juice.

"A Ball?" Ariala asked, her face turning a becoming shade of pink. "I wouldn't know what to wear to a royal event. Or how to speak. Or how to act." She rambled quietly as she continued to eat her breakfast. "I would only embarrass you and the rest of your family. It would be horrible for someone with royal blood to be seen with a pregnant elf with no grace to speak of." She said before taking a breath, having forgot to during her ramblings.

"Do not speak such nonsense." Placing his finger over her lips while Dimeria simply giggled as she ate her breakfast, Dimitrius smiled and replaced his finger with his lips. After a couple of reassuring kisses, Dimitrius smiled and caressed Ariala's cheek, "My love, I would not be seen with anyone but you. You will not embarrass me, my love, you will do me a great honor by accompanying me to the event. You need only be yourself and the Court will love you," Dimitrius said with a warm smile.

"If you say so." Ariala sighed, still unsure, as she continued to eat her breakfast. "What do you think, Dimeria?" She asked, turning to the younger elf. "Will you help me get ready for the Ball?"

Dimeria grinned as she nodded, "Okay! Auntie Lina and Teddy can help too! We'll make you beautiful!"

"As if you weren't already," Dimitrius whispered in Ariala's ear as he caressed her stomach lightly, nibbling gently on her earlobe between kisses.

Ariala blushed a sparking pink as she turned her head, giving Dimitrius's lips a small kiss. "Thank you but I hardly think beautiful will be the word when I'll have Dimeria there beside me in comparison." She winked at the younger elf before taking her empty dishes to the sink and beginning to wash them.

Dimeria giggled as she hugged her Teddy close and began telling him all about how they were going to help Ariala dress for the party.

Helping Ariala clear the table, Dimitrius chuckled at Dimeria's actions as he brought the dishes to the sink and put away the juices. Wrapping his arms around Ariala's waist as she washed the dishes, Dimitrius smiled and rested his chin lightly upon her shoulder, "Tell me, what makes you think you'll look so ghastly?"

"I never said ghastly." Ariala laughed as she leaned back into Dimitrius. "But I've never been to a royal ball in Winterglade. I wouldn't know how to act properly. Its out of my element." She frowned. "But I'll try." She offered before turning and putting a soft kiss on Dimitrius's lips.

"As long as you act yourself and you don't let them get the best of you, you will do just fine. You're the woman I married, the woman I'm madly in love with, and the mother of my child. You're perfect," Dimitrius said with a warm, loving smile before placing tender kisses upon her lips, "I love you, Ari."

"I love you too." Ariala murmured as she put her arms loosely around Dimitrius's neck. "Very much." She smiled with another small kiss on his lips.
