"I have a much better idea for your mouth then tearing apart meat." Lucina grinned as she stood on her toes to give him a soft kiss. "And we do have knives but their dull and deadly where I'm from. Immortals can't be cut." She explained, holding up her injured hand. "Mortals however can be hurt. That tree I punched when you first met me was suppose to bend under my fist. Not cut me up. Being a mortal is so...painful." She frowned.

"Aye, painful it can be, love. But jus' think, bein' able t' feel the hurt, allows us t' appreciate the feelin' o' soft skin beneath our fingertips, th' sensation o' kisses, 'n' the feelin' o' warmth on a cold night," said Adrian with a smile as he placed tender kisses upon her slightly injured hand before returning his attentions to her lips.

"As if that could ever go unappreciated." Lucina smiled against his lips as one of her hands twisted in his hair. "Now eat so I can show you my pitiful culinary talents and you can make me feel better about myself by kissing me." She grinned before reluctantly slipping out of Adrian's embrace and sitting at her place at the table.

Adrian smiled as he sat in his place after placing a tender kiss upon Lucina's neck. As he sat down, he teased softly with a wink, "Wha' if I like th' food; will I still get t' kiss ye?"

Looking down at his plate, Adrian smiled. It had been awhile since his mother had made them Confetti Pasta. Picking up his fork, he dug in. Savoring the flavors of the peppers and pasta noodles, Adrian smiled as he slowly finished his bite. He had to admit, despite the hard time she had with it, the dinner was pretty good. "Now, dependin' on yer answer, I'll give ye my answer abou' th' food," he teased with a grin.

"You'll get a kiss anyways." Lucina grinned as she took a bite of her own pasta. "Though you might have to earn it." She said, batting her eyes playfully before taking another bite of her dinner.

"Then I shall tell ye th' truth, th' Confetti Pasta is delicious my love," Adrian said warmly with a smile before taking another bite, a small twinkle in his eye as he continued teasingly, "However, what is it I shall 'ave t' do t' earn yer kiss, love? Fer ye know very well it'll nearly drive me insane not kissin' ye at all t'night."

"Hm, I'll have to think about it." Lucina said with a teasing grin before taking a bite of her pasta, taking her time to finish it. "I'm sure you'll think of something creative." She laughed softly as she continued to eat her supper.

Adrian grinned as he heard faint popping noises outside of the house. Standing up, leaving the dinner on the table, Adrian pulled Lucina gently up with him as he linked their fingers together and led her towards the staircase, "Come on, love. I have th' perfect idea t' earn yer kiss!" he exclaimed happily as he led her up the stairs and into his bedroom.

Leading her over to the window, Adrian opened it and stood her in front of the window, pointing towards the right over the trees, "There, love, look there. Tell me wha' ye see," he whispered softly in her ear before placing a tender kiss upon her neck and wrapping his arms around his waist, resting his chin softly upon her shoulder as he looked over to where he had pointed, bright lights of all different colors and designs lighting up the sky with loud pops, crackles, fizzles, whizzes, and booms.

"Oh." Lucina gasped as she looked over at the fireworks, her hands resting over Adrian's. "They're beautiful." She smiled before spotting a red headed figure not far from the tree line outside of the window. Lucina let herself put on a small smirk before turning to face Adrian, her arms wrapping around his neck, and gave him a long kiss.

Adrian smiled as he returned her kiss tenderly. "This mean I earned th' right t' kiss ye freely me love?" he teased between tender, loving kisses; each kiss becoming deeper as he held her close, his hand tangling in her long, soft tresses.

"Definetely." Lucina smiled dreamily between kisses, her knees feeling slightly weakened under his kisses. "I love you." She said softly before giving him a long kiss, her tongue slipping between his lips as butterflies erupted in her stomach.

"I love you too," Adrian whispered against her lips with a smile as his hand slid around to the small of her back, holding her close to him as he eagerly returned her kiss before leaving a trail of kisses across her jaw to her earlobe; nibbling and sucking gently, he left a couple of tender kisses upon her earlobe before making his way down to the base of her neck, nipping lightly at her skin as he left a number of tender kisses, his tongue lightly caressing her skin with each kiss.

Lucina let out a small gasp at Adrian's lips, her hands tangled in his hair as she stepped away from the window and brought him over to her bed, glad that they had ended up his room. Pushing against Adrian's chest so that he was sitting on the bed, Lucina settled onto his lap with her knees on either side of his hips, her dress inching slightly up her legs. "Adrian." She murmured gently as she arched her neck towards him before bringing his lips back to her's to give him a deep kiss.

"Lu, me love, perhaps we should stop before things get too far?" Adrian whispered softly between kisses before leaving a trail of kisses across her jaw to her neck, where he nipped gently between tender kisses; his hands gently caressing her curves as he pulled her closer to him, one hand sliding up her dress, caressing her bare skin as it made it's way around her waist to the small of her back, "I can't guarantee I won't wish t' go farther, love; yer far too irresistible," he admitted with a blush. "Tell me if I go too far?" he whispered against her neck.

"I don't know if you can trust me with that." Lucina murmured as she buried her face at the base of Adrian's neck. "What if I don't want you to stop?" She asked coyly as she pressed kisses against Adrian's neck, her face red from the embaressment of her question.

Leaning back, Adrian caressed her cheek as he looked into her eyes and inquired, "Lu, are you sure abou' this? D' ye truly know what ye'll be given up, what could happen, what yer sayin'? Lu, I love you, I want t' marry you. But I need t' know ye understand tha' there's a chance ye could become expectin' a wee one if we go farther," Adrian explained softly, his eyes never leaving hers, needing to know she understood the risk she was taking, "Yer mortal now, love, yer no' a Goddess, 'n' mortals can easily become pregnant."

"I don't want a baby." Lucina said, her brow furrowed as she left Adrian's lap and stood at the other side of the room, her arms clutched around her chest protectively. "Adrian?" Lucina asked softly as she looked down at the floor, slowly sinking to sit upon it. "How can I make love to you? If I become pregnant I'll have to leave you and the baby." She said, her voice even as tears welled in her eyes. "I always thought I wouldn't want children anyways but now its possible but they'll be mortal. I might have to leave in a year. What happens then?" She asked softly as a few tears spilled over her cheeks. "What's going to happen to us?" She asked, still staring at the floor.

Standing from the bed, Adrian walked over to her. Sitting in front of her, Adrian pulled her close and let her cry upon his chest as he gently rested his cheek upon her hair; his fingers running tenderly through her tresses his other hand lovingly caressed her back. "Shh, love, it's alrigh'. Darling, I promise ye. Even if ye became pregnant, yer baby would know it's mother, whether yer here or not. I'll make sure our baby knows it's mum loves it more than life itself. I'll make sure our baby knows that every time the wind caresses it's cheek, it's you showin' yer love fer it.
"As fer me, if ye truly wish t' go back, I will no' stop ye, fer I want ye happy. I will tell ye this, though, whether ye leave 'r whether ye stay, no one will ever take yer place as me wife. Whether ye decide t' truly go through with th' ceremony 'r not, t' me, ye'll always be me wife. Please don't say tha' yer goin' t' leave me based on 'wha' ifs'," Adrian nearly pleaded in a whisper as he buried his face in her soft, golden hair.

"I don't want to leave you Adrian." Lucina said as she buried her face in Adrian's chest and curled her hands around the fabric of his shirt. "I want to stay with you. Forever. I don't want to go back. I want to stay here and marry you and have your babies. I want to see Ireland with you and I want your sister to eventually like me. And I want you. Forever and ever." Lucina cried into his shirt.

"Then stay with me," Adrian whispered with relief as he held her close to him, "I won' let them take ye withou' a figh', I promise ye Lucina. I'll keep ye from goin' back if tha's wha' ye want. I don' want t' lose ye either. I love ye so much, Lu, nothin' will ever take tha' from us," he whispered into her neck as he placed a tender kiss upon it.

Tilting Lucina's face towards his, Adrian smiled as he lovingly kisses away most of her tears and wiped away the rest. Placing a tender kiss upon her lips, Adrian smiled and held her closer, if that was possible, as he spoke gently, "Love, don' cry. Everythin' will be alrigh', I promise. I won' let anythin' happen t' ye fer as long as I live."

Lucina felt relief spread through her as she sank into Adrian's arms, her own arms wrapped tight around his neck. "Stay the night with me?" She asked shyly as she brought them both to stand before giving him a long kiss. "I mean, just to sleep. I want our wedding night to be special." She rambled, her face becoming red. "Oh, now I've just made a fool of myself. Forget everything, I'm going to go change and hide under the covers to pretend I never rambled." Lucina said before disappearing to her room and changing quickly before curling in her bed.

Adrian couldn't help but laugh at her outburst. Standing, Adrian made his way to his dresser, stripping down as he walked. Quickly changing, Adrian washed up before heading over to Lucina's room. Crouching down beside her head, Adrian brushed the golden locks behind her ear as he whispered softly between tender kisses upon her cheek, "D' ye mind if I join ye? With all tha's happened t'day, I'd rather not leave ye alone. Tha' way, if ye need me close, I'll be righ' here."

"Okay." Lucina murmured, hiding her face in her comforter from her embaressment. "Forgive me for rambling on like an idiot?" She asked though her voice was muffled by the comforter so that she wasn't sure if Adrian could even hear her.

Slipping behind her, Adrian wrapped his arms around her waist as he rested his head in the pillows beside her head. "Lu, I love yer rambles. Yer rather cute when yer flustered 'n' unsure o' what t' say. Don' look so upset, love," he murmured softly into her hair.

"But now I'm an idiot for going on so." Lucina sighed into the comforter, though her words were muffled beyond coherency. "I jush washud tug mend in the kite and nows I matched an ugh!" She rambled behind the comforter before giving up and burying her face deeper in the warm blanket.
