Lilith looked at Marie. "He fine As my brother said no I won't put you in. He still has enough to go for another 2 hours on my charts without harming him self."

Marie glared at the girl. "Look. I don't care what you say, nor do I really care if Leo wants to keep me out of helping. I will help. I've lived and made friends with humans all over this area, much longer than any of you have....save Frank." She motioned to the vampire that was taking a break. "I have more right to help than many of you, so damnit, I'm going to help." She was almost at the point of yelling when she was finished. The demon smiled, looking at her with respect and nodded. "I will give up my place for this girl."

"She will not go in I say. If you give up your spot I will place an other in it but not her. That is final." Her eyes glows a demonic red a color a angel eyes should never glow.

Chris stood slowly, laying Julia beside Mike's wife. Then moved over to the girl. "Now really, its not that big of a deal. Leave her alone and let her do what she wants. Its her child, not yours." He threw a meaningful look at Leo.

Leo glared at Chris. "I don't Care what you say she will not be let him with a child inside of her. Would you put julia in here if she was pereanget and had powers No, So back off and I will not back down from this."

Chris' eyes flashed dangerously. "It is not your place to object. If it were Julia, I'd have every right."

Marie's eyes widened slightly, shocked that Chris would even say something like that. Much less mean it like she could tell he did.

"I have ever right to object She my girl friend and I don't want the child harm. Just cause I'm not the birth father dosen't mean I won't be a good father to the child. So Back off Chris."

The demon rolled his eyes slightly and took Marie's arm, moving her into his place. "There. Over and done with." Chris blinked slightly at the demon, then looked pleased. Marie was busy holding up her part, with actually no problems once she adjusted how much power she was using. The demon then went and laid back on the grass, knowing he was fine.

Marie soon was moved out of the ring by a blue engery Leo eyes was glowing and not filling that spot. "Marie No please don't do this."

Marie gasped softly, then looked slightly pissed. It soon seeped away as she looked at Leo, she knew he wasn't strong enough to hold up both of these. She grabbed Chris' arm and pulled him into the spot to take the strain off of Leo. "Fine...have it your way, Leo." She said in a slightly depressed voice as she moved to sit beside Mike.

"Thank you dear." Once Marie was out he went back to the barrier and looked at her those he was mad he was still very worried about it and trying to do that was best her both of them. He did care.

Marie didn't respond, just sat there with Mike, his wife and the sleeping Julia, looking at her lap. She felt ashamed and useless.

Chris just looked over at Leo as he held the barrier up. He was sort of pissed off, but he wouldn't start anything else right now.

Lilith looked over to Marie and sighed. "Look My brother only doing this because he cares...." Then she turn away to switch out more people.

Marie again didn't respond. She wasn't really listening either....she was thinking of what Dimmest had said earlier.

Leo looked at the barrier and after a few more hour was able to keep the patch solid. It would hold for about a month that would be enough time to get more people together he looked at everyone. "You can lower your energy now I will put the finshed cap on it. It will last aboht a month for us to get more people to do it and it will alway give me time to be able to strength it. Is everyone ok with this?"

As soon as Leo said they could lower their energy, Chris' was gone and he was over by Marie and Julia. "Marie...if you want to talk about it, I'm always open...okay?" Marie looked at him, sort of blank eyed and nodded slightly. Then Chris gently scooped up Julia. Max had come about an hour ago and was sitting on his mother's lap.

Once people were down he cap the barrier. "Thanks everyone." Then moved over to Marie. "Sweety I'm sorry I got mad.... I was just worried about you." He moved closer to her and softly kissed her lips tendly he was really worried about her and from the kiss she could tell.

Marie still didn't move, kissing him back out of pure reflex. Then she just looked at him and nodded once. "I'm sorry too..." Though, anyone could tell it was for more than her reckless actions.

Leo softly and slowly picked her up. "Lets go home hun. I'll draw you a nice bath with some rose pentals in it." Leo didn't know what was going on but he wanted her to feel better.

Lilith went over to Mike. "Give me back my wings!!!!"

Marie looked slightly embarrased, but didn't struggle. She sighed softly and relaxed in his arms the best that she could. She wasn't sure that he should be carrying anyone, but she wasn't going to start another arguement.

Mike laughed softly. "Really? You haven't figured out how to get them back? I know you're more powerful than you want everyone to believe. All you have to do is think about them being there and you'll have them back."

"GIVE THEM BACK!!!!!!" She yelled at Mike she could not bring them back on her own and she know it. Yes she was more powerful but there were reasons for that she didn't want people to know. "NOW DEMON!!!"

Leo was weaken and he tranformed back in to his human form to carry her. He once again kissed her and started out of the park he was planing to catch a cab to take them home.

Mike frowned slightly, then slowly rose to his feet. Then he flicked her on the forehead gently. "There you go." If she believed she had her wings back, they would appear, but from her own power. He wondered if she'd fall for it.

Marie kissed him back mechanically, not even thinking about it.

She looked back make sure they were back and growled and kicked Mike in the shins. "There I go???? Huh give my wings back I want to go back!!!!!"

Leo took her home in a cab and smiled hopeing to make thing ok between them. He took her in to the bath room and drew a nice hot bath for her and sat by her side. "Some thing on your mind?"

Mike growled softly, then lifted her off the ground. "Look. You can scream and holler all you want, but I won't tolerate you hit me." Then he made sure she got the message before putting her back down. She had her wings now, if she cared to look.

Marie stayed silent the whole way there, she really was thinking about this. The nicer Leo was to her, the harder it seemed to pull away from him and go to Dimmest. She knew it'd be the smartest thing to do....and what her heart wanted. But...she really didn't want to hurt Leo. She looked up at him, finally noticing where she was and nodded slightly.

"Well you took my wing then flicked me in my forehea dI think it fair again. Beside you guys don't play fair any ways." She could feel the weight of her wings had re turned then she looked at them. "HUH!" She turned on her heels and flew off like the rest of the angel had without saying thank you.

"Want to talk about it hun?" Leo simpley said as he added the rose pentals in and turned off the water.
