Marie watched him for a moment. The others had gone to talking amongst themselves.

After a while it was getting late and Julia looked to chris. "We problemly should be going now."

Chris smiled and nodded, then he looked at Marie, who was just sitting there watching her little boy sleep. "Just call if you need anything." Marie nodded slightly and smiled at him. "Thanks for coming you guys."

"thanks for inviteing us." Juila

Marie nodded slightly. "I am sorry for waiting so long. Dimmest had a scare because he almost lost me." She closed her mouth swiftly and looked down at her baby.

Julia paused. "also lost you? Were there that bad of complactions from having the baby?"

Marie shook her head a little. "It was my body that was the problem. I had a tumor too near to the baby. That was why Alex was born so much earlier than her."

"Oh I'm sorry to hear you had a tumor there but are you going be ok now?" Julia asked.

Marie nodded slightly, avoiding the look Chris was giving her.

Julia held chris hand "is there any thing else that happened?"

Chris sighed. "What she's not telling you is she had pain in her stomach after she had Alex."

"What do you mean after she had him. Are you sayingt he baby cause it?" Julia asked,

Chris blinked, then shook his head. "Not necessarily. She just never told anyone because she's pigheaded." Marie squirmed slightly in her seat, not liking being scrutinised.

"What dose thta matter what order it was in the fact is she problem was worry at the time." Juila said

Chris shrugged slightly. "My only point was that she told not a soul when she knew it could've harmed the girl." Marie sighed. "Will you stop. I know I was stupid." She had her eyes closed, holding Alex to her gently, but you could tell her mucles were tense.

Julia took Chris arms. "come on leave her be she had a rough time love."

Chris just nodded. Marie had gotten the idea anyway, so he didn't need to continue. He slowly rose to his feet, gently pulling Julia along with him. He went up to Marie and kissed her head. "Thanks for inviting us. Your children are just beautiful." The genuineness of his voice made Marie look up at him and smile a little.

"Thank for for invitieng us to see the babies." Julia said as he stood up.

Marie nodded slightly. "I just wanted to see the new additions to our family." She slowly smiled and looked at them all. They were all considered her family to her.

Julia hugged marie then left when Chris was ready.

Leo had stay quite because right now he was in a hard spot.

Mike and his family said their goodbyes as well. Marie smiled politely and let them leave, then looked warily at Leo. She was wondering what he was going to do. Plus, she was wondering when her babies would want to eat. It had been awhile since their last meal.

Leo realize he was the last one left. "Maybe I should go as well..."

Marie blinked, but then nodded slightly, taking a step away from him. "Your choice. I'm not kicking you out." She wasn't looking at him. She didn't really want to be alone, but more she thought she hurt him somehow.

"I know your not Maire." he held the baby girl. "But I'm not sure what to do about this....Your with dimmest choose him because of your feeling. Some how this little girl is mine.... I don't even know how that possible its kind of a lot to handle you know."

Marie just nodded. She typically went in to her silent 'I feel guilty' look. After rubbing her neck, she glanced up at him. "I'm going to put Alex back to bed." She murmured and started back to the nursery.
