"Good," Taylor said as he kept working. He wanted her completely relaxed, and he gently worked out all the tension he could find.

Sera shivered and let him, relaxing further as he worked. "You're too good at that," she mumbled.

"Which is a good thing for you," Taylor replied. He turned up his power again slightly, now starting to actively use it rather than just relax his hold.

Sera shivered and stayed relaxed. At least until she squirmed a little.

Taylor noticed the reaction, but didn't comment. It wasn't quite the one he was looking for, so he waited it out a bit more as he finished the massage.

Sera relaxed again, shivering briefly and settling down there. Okay, yeah, he was too good at this.

Taylor finished the massage and stretched out next to her a bit.

"Feel a bit more relaxed now?" he asked softly.

"Mmhm." Sera smiled a little, still relaxed, her eyes half-closed. She was happier now. She hadn't totally forgiven him, of course, but she wasn't so upset with him.

"Good," Taylor replied. Leaning in a bit, he kissed her. There was some definite heat in the kiss, but not too much.

Sera shivered a little at that and stayed relaxed, returning the kiss slowly. She shifted to make it easier for him.

Taylor kissed her again, reaching out to pull her a bit closer. So far, so good.

Sera kissed him back, moving a little bit closer to him. She was starting to feel his influence in a slightly different way.

Taylor grinned slightly and let her move closer. He knew exactly how he was going to please her next.

It didn't take long for his influence to get to her, and then Sera almost whimpered, squirming a little.

That was what he was waiting for. With another kiss, he started to work his magic on her.

A while later, he pulled her close again, pulling the blankets up to cover them both.

"We have the whole house to ourselves for the weekend, you know," he said as he held her.

"Mmm." Sera opened her eyes to look at him. "That was presumptuous of you, assuming you'd have the whole weekend." She grinned though.

"I didn't assume," Taylor replied, pulling her closer. "I arranged." He grinned slightly. "Damien was more than happy to invite Rose to his place for the weekend. I think he may be about to ask her to move in."

Sera rolled her eyes. "It's about bloody time, honestly," she muttered. Because any idiot could see that Damien was head over heels in love with Rose.

"Cut him some slack," Taylor replied. "He wants to make sure things are done right. His family expected him to settle down with another shifter, and he found Rose instead."

Sera shrugged. "So he'll just have to work around that. I mean, honestly. They're so far in love it's almost disgusting."

"Mmm, say that again when they're trying to have kids," Taylor teased her. Because it was practically a given that Damien would want kids, especially a little daughter that looked just like Rose. Oh yes, that was pretty much a guarantee.

Sera snorted. "I think it's a given that any pregnant woman is going to kick her mate out of bed more often than not. Especially after the first three months or so."

Taylor snorted.

"I'm sure," he replied. He was quiet for a moment. "Once he gets her to move in, I think he'll try to propose. He told me he was thinking about it."

Sera nodded. That made sense to her. And she knew that if Damien did it right he'd have a very happy Rose.

But that wasn't her concern at the moment. If they did, great. She'd be very happy for them. She still had to figure out what to do with Taylor.

Taylor held her close, content for the moment. A quick check of the clock told him that they'd spent a few hours in bed together, and he was willing to let Sera doze off if she wanted.
