"I thought you would be," Taylor murmured back. "And you know... we do have the whole weekend to ourselves. I made sure of it."

Sera laughed quietly. "The whole weekend? Well, well. Either you're really good at planning or you just took a big risk." She grinned, though, and kissed him again.

"Probably both," Taylor replied, returning the kiss. "Which means I'm all yours until Monday morning."

Sera chuckled and shook her head, moving back a bit. "Shower sounds good now." And maybe she'd even actually get clean while she was in there.

"The shower is big enough for two," Taylor suggested, kissing her again.

Damien got up early the next day, stretching out a little before settling down to see when Rose would wake up. He kind of wanted to go out somewhere today.

Rose was snuggled close to him, and woke up when he moved around.

"Morning," she murmured to him, stretching a little herself.

"Morning." Damien kissed her briefly. "Feel like going out today?" He grinned and settled one arm over her.

Rose returned the kiss gently and cuddled close.

"Sure," she replied. "Where are we going?"

"I know a little town a few hours away from here. It's sort of permanently Germany-Dutch themed, and it's a tourist trap. But it's a cute place, and it's not here." Which was the big thing. Damien was starting to feel a little cooped up.

Rose nodded, understanding.

"That sounds like fun," she said. Leaning up, she kissed him again. "You know, I won't mind if you go for a run tonight. It's alright."

"It's not the same," Damien admitted after a moment. "Going out on a run is good, but I'm still confined to this area. Every once in a while it's nice to get away and go somewhere else, even if I have to stay human."

"Would you be able to go somewhere else for a run?" Rose asked. If he could, that would solve both problems. Not that she didn't want to spend time with him, but she wanted him to do what he needed to, as well.

"If we go spend the night somewhere else, that would work." Damien shrugged. "I like the little town I'm thinking of, and I can slip off and go run for a few hours if I have to later tonight."

"We can do that, then," Rose replied. She snuggled close to him. "I can lounge about in a hotel room on my own for a while, it's not a big deal."

Damien chuckled quietly. "Well, when do you want to leave? It'll take a few hours to get there no matter when we leave, so how much of the day do you want to spend there?"

Rose thought about that for a second, then snuggled close and kissed him.

"Soon," she said. "I still want to shower, anyways."

Damien chuckled and pulled her closer.

"Whenever you want," he agreed, content to settle down for a little bit longer.

Rose stayed there for a little bit, listening to him purr softly, before reluctantly getting up. As much as she wanted to spend all day in bed with him, it was a good idea to get up and get ready to go.

Damien let her go before he got up and pulled on sweatpants so he could go make some toast and tea for both of them. He figured she might want some once she finished with her shower.

Once Rose was showered and dressed, she wandered her way out into the kitchen.

"See, I would make you walk around like that a lot more often if I didn't think I'd have to beat other women off of you with a stick out in public," she teased when she saw him in just the sweatpants.

Damien laughed quietly. "Fortunately there aren't other women here," he teased with a grin. "So you don't have to beat anyone off if I wear this at home."

"Good," Rose replied. Going over, she kissed him. "I don't want to share you at all, anyways."

Damien grinned briefly and kissed her gently. "Don't worry, you don't have to. No one else has my attention now, after all."

"I'm glad," Rose replied. She grinned a bit. "And as much as I love looking at you like this, the shower's free and you said you wanted to leave at some point today."
