Jeremy stared for a moment in silence.
"Very well then," He said with a sigh and stood from his seat, "Ill leave you to dress and make sure that your breakfast is ready downstairs then shall ?"
He gave another quick, false smile, before turning to leave, "Do try to control yourself around to servants, dont want them working out what happened now do we? That could be very bad indeed."

Kara listened to him her tears slowly fading as she nodded and watched him leave. She sat in her room for a long time just staring off not even bothering with getting dressed yet. Awhile passed and slowly her thoughts were getting the best of her as she curled in on herself again crying some. "He hates me! OW GOSH! HE HATES ME!" She cried though not loud enough for someone to really hear her well. "Ow! I'm so stupid! WHY!? Why did I have to order him to do that?! Ow! He'll never forgive me! I no longer have a brother! He does not wish to be my brother!" she cried a bit more though still not too loud.

(I think he should over hear this then like talk to her some then like the castle comes under attack?)

It was no surprise that Jeremy overheard Kara's outburst, it was fairly loud after all, his reaction was not exactly run of the mill however. Or rather, his lack of one. He simply listened for a moment before continuing on his way. He was continually surprised at just how deep his sudden coldness ran within him. Once upon a time, a mere twenty four hours ago, he would have sprinted back into her room to comfort her, no mater what his thoughts on the situation were but now he turned away with icy indifference.
He was not, however, entirely unfeeling. Jeremy felt a sudden prang of pity for his sister at her outburst but it was only enough to make him pause. No, they would never be the same. The murder had been the turning point in their lives, he could not comfort her on that, but they could still move forward. She was still his sister, as much as he hated it.

Kara had, at some point, gotten up and locked her door not wishing anyone to come in on her crying and bother her. There was only a few keys to the door though she made it a point that the only one she had wanted to use the key when her door was locked, unless for an emergency, was Jeremy. She was sobbing again, not too sure where the tears could have been coming from, she couldn't hardly take this it was like going through hell with her brother not being... well her brother. She couldn't hardly stand this... this coldness he had twards her, it was killing her on the inside.

(hm should I have people go ahead and attack or should they be talking when the castle is attacked?)

(yeah lets do that to where he hears that the castle is under attack then goes to get her XP hey then he could act like her brother again out of fear that he would loose her XD )

It was some time later, a day or so perhaps Jeremy did not know, with his lack of sleep minuets felt like days and vise versa, that anything of importance stirred on castle grounds. Jeremy had not seen much of his sister at all, they might have been avoiding each other or she might have been locked up in her room all the while, Jeremy did not know, he had not bothered to check. He was not entirely unhappy of his sisters absence as he sat in the crowded kitchen, his mind was distracted enough from his own inner demons by the chatter of the servants as they did their jobs, bustling to and fro between rooms, and he was unbothered with the errands that she usually had for him. He had suddenly realized, when he had nothing to do, how much he had absolutely loathed doing her shopping.
And so he sat, contented as he was able, in a chair beside the kitchen fan reading a book. It was not particularly gripping and he soon found himself falling asleep. His head took a violent bob as he began to loose consciousness, a movement so quick that it roused him from his drowsy state. When his eyes shot open he found, to his surprise, that the kitchen was barren. Utterly confused, Jeremy glanced around the room in a slowly rising panic.
'How could an entire kitchen staf disappear?' He asked himself. And then he saw it, a quick flash of motion past the doorway. And then another, and another.
"You there!" he called to the fleeing servants, marching over to them with a firm authority that was foreign to his nature, "Whats the meaning of this? Why have you all left your posts?"
The crowd of house hands stopped cold in their tracks, looking wide eyed at their offendor, but once they looked him over they seemed to relax.
"Oh, Jeremy its only you," A servant boy said with a relieved sigh.
"We thought you where the mistress, Odd how much you look like her at a glance," An older maid said with a little grin and pulled her suitcase to her chest. Jeremy was not amused and stared at their bags.
"Are you going away somewhere?" He asked.
"Yes as far away as possible, I suggest you come to. We have a carriage outside, we figure that the princess wont be needing them when they get here. No way out after all," The girl said with a laugh.
"Why? Whos coming?" He asked, becoming a bit afraid now.
"Lord Iron's army sir!" Jeremy paled, "Yea, and the local malicias. They've been plotting a coup for years! But now, Iron is funding them! Backing them with his own country's army!"
"My god..." Jeremy breathed.
"Yea, amazing isnt it. Even the Princesses army has fled. Can you believe that!? The woman's own army! Now thats a sighn of a horrid leader dont you think?" She laughed, "Ah, but she pushed the limit"
"She did?" Jeremy asked, not really paying attention and rather let his eyes dart frantically from place to place, wanting to run to his sister. Without an army there was no way out.
"Yea! You know of Lady Helena yes? Of course you do, your the mistresses head servant! Well, she killed her!"
"No..." He said in disbelief.
"Yes! A handful of servants saw her come to the Lady's estate in trousers, a disguise i suppose," She scoffed, "And she killed her! The Lady came right out and she stabbed her with her cold evil hands! A servant even saw her leave drenched in blood"
"No..." He said and looked up toward his sisters room.
"Well Lord Iron is out for revenge, if you can blame him, his troops already are blocking all the main exist to the north, so we need to leave now. Theill be on us in less than thirty minuets and its a twenty minuet carriage ride to the border,"
"....I need to go..." He said making to leave.
"Pack quickly!"
"No, go on without me, ill catch up," He said and sprinted up the stairs to his sisters chaimbers. He did not waist a moment as he threw the heavy doors open and called into the room.
"Kara!" he cried, panting from his running.

Karasu hadn't been feeling the best since Remy had went off on her a day or so back. She had been in a rather depressed mood and hadn't wanted to leave her room at all. Other then meals no one came to bother her, if she wanted something, she could call. She was in a light slumber when she heard the door being slammed open and sat up becoming quite awake as she heard her brother and was rather suprised that he was at her door. "J-Jeremy? What's wrong? Why do you look so pale?" she asked worriedly as she looked at her brother and realized he didn't have the coldness about him right now... Normally she would take that as a good thing.... Though it seemed that there had to be something majorly wrong.

"Iron...Lord Iron that is whats wrong!" He said, panic filling him, "We need to get out. We need to get out this very second or they will have us!"
Jeremy held back a little smile as a rush of adrenaline came through him and a certain glee came with it. It was a backwards emotion, as their lives were in danger, but it was the most he had felt since he had killed the poor Helena. It was like a breath of fresh air. He returned his attention back to his sister then, feeling a wave of pure panic at her face. This was new. Only a minuet ago he would have happily slandered her name but now he was genuinely terrified for her.
'She is your sister,' He thought with a despondent sigh, 'You have no choice but to love her. And love her you do.'
He grabbed her arm then, "Bring noting, just flee! The north exit may not be blocked! Well go that way"

(sorry it took me a bit my step dad's gonna... well pretty much is the new paster of this church and we were at a private babtism XP )

Kara's eyes got wide and she got up right away to go with her brother. She was actually in a normal dress she had just been laying in bed really. "Then let us go..." she breathed softly though there was deffinent fear there. She was scared she would die... she was scared they would kill Jeremy... OW THEY WOULD KILL JEREMY! That's when really fear hit her. She was terrified they would kill her brother... he didn't desurve to die... she did. She had ordered him to kill Helena, she should die not him. No matter how much he said it was her fault... she knew it was hers and she knew she was the murberer not him.

((WOOO! Weekend! Lets get this baby crackin!))

Remy ignored nearly all of her expressions, pushed forward by pure adrenaline and worry for his sisters life.
"Then come," He declared and pulled her from her bead and out the door. Without a moments loss they were flying down the stairs and into the deserted ground floor. That was when Jeremy saw it.
Thought the window he could see the faintest of movement in the distance. Any other time he would have ignored this and kept on, but now it was enough to stop him dead. Looking out and squinting at the movement he could see that it was not a single speck but a far off mob, and it was fast approaching.
"There here...there's no way out..." He said dumbfound with dread.

Kara whimpered some though as she looked at her brother she couldn't help but choose what neither of them wanted... though she would rather go then him. "You can make it out... they might not come after you... they want me... they want to kill me not you." she breathed slowly and seemingly calmly. She didn't want to die though she didn't want him to die more. She was the murderer, the blood was on her hands and there for the penalty was on her head. She wanted to save her brother... if he would let her...

Remy shot a glance at her, his mind still reeling, and shook his head.
"No, no they wont your right. But they WILL kill you. Theres no way out..." He said as another surge of panic ran through him, "Come, upstairs, well buckle down in your room. That will give us some minuets to think before they storm us...hopefully the door will hold once they do..."
He shivered and pulled her by the hand back upstairs and into her room.

Karasu moved along with her brother quickly as they got to her room and locked the door. She then got him to help her move the closest dresser in front of the door to try and stall longer. "Ow! They are going to get to us! What are we to do? I don't want to die brother! And I don't want them to hurt or kill you..." she cried a bit not knowing what to do at this point... well in this situation she had no clue what to do anyway.

"I dont want them to ether...." He said with a shiver as he shoved the thick vanity chest in front of the heavy mahogany door, taking its place next to the dresser. Just to be safe.
"But they will get in....i dont doubt that..." He said, and let out a shudder that looked rather inhuman. And when they got in they would kill the princess. They would. That was their sole reason for coming here, that and killing Lady Helenas murderer. They would succeed in that too, he thought with a chuckle, if they saw fit to do away with him.
"They wont will have you then," He said with a chuckle, "Theill have their princess and their murderer!"
He laughed at that and began to remove his shirt.
"Sister, we must switch clothing!" He declared.

Kara whimpered some at the thought then looked at her brother worriedly and shook her head. "No no I don't want you to die! I'm the one at fault here not you... you shouldn't die the death that is meant for me." she said quietly more scared for her brother then herself. This was the true Karasu through and through though no one ever saw this side of her past her brother and some of the servants.

"They want her murderer dont they? Well theill have him," he said with a laugh and undid his suspenders, "Your as guilty as me, more so even, but you did not murder her with your own hands. No, your not nearly so guilty as me. Not enough to die today. Ive killed one person i love...Kara i cant do the same to another," He said genuinely, "Now give me your dress!"

Kara didn't like this though did as he said pulling her arms around herself some though knew that it didn't matter... they were brother and sister and he was going to die... and they both knew it. She didn't want him to do this though there was no stopping him now and she knew it. She looked at him her eyes sad and full of guilt... she didn't want him to die her death... but he was practically insisting and she just couldn't understand.

Remy sighed and took her hand, "I do not hate you...not any more i do not hate you. I love you dear sister and that is WHY you must undress this instant. I am a foul insolent creature but i would be the devil himself if i allowed my one and only sister to be torn appart by the mob that awaits us. So do not look at me so sadly. I have done a terrible thing, but i must with whatever sliver of goodness i posses protect my lady and my kin. I cannot see annother death at my hand! I CANNOT!" He was crying now and holding her shoulders desperately, "You cannot make me let you die sister, you cannot, because you surely will damn me if you do! You understand me do you not?"

Karasu looked at her brother some and nodded. She leaned into him some and wished that he wouldn't do this though what else was there for them to do? Now she was just waiting for him to swap clothes with her then... she didn't know what... if the people would break in or if he ws going to give himself up... she hoped that he could just wait with her until they got in... she didn't want their time to be so short on purpose she would rather the people come in and take them so they could spend a little more time together before he was sent to die.

Jeremy dressed himself in his sisters clothing as quickly as he could without ripping the lovely dress. He had never realized before exactly how uncomfortable the containing womans clothing could be, but he put on a brave face and swallowed the discomfort with relative ease.
Once he was done dressing he took a quick glance in the mirror. It was a convincing disguise to be sure. He was always surprised at just how much he looked like his sister. It was really rather eerie for he was not particularly feminine, a bit androgynous to be sure, and his sister was nothing short of stunning but put them together and they could easily be mistaken for identical twins. The disguise would fool them, he was sure of it.
Remy let out a long sigh and let himself fall onto the bed, careful not to ruin the uncomfortable dress, and looked up at his sister blankly. He would be happy to die for her sake, and he was sure that he would.
"I have a spare pare of my clothes in the side closet if you want a fresher pair," He said as he handed Kara his clothing.
