Ari felt a chill race down her back when the stranger looked her up and down. Then she met his strange purple eyes and the thought that he looked familiar crashed down over her again. Who was he and what did he want with her? She was glad when William moved completely in front of her but was afraid for him as well. There was something..different about the man.

It was then that she realized he had called her a fallen angel. She felt shock course through her body. How did he know what she was? Was he a fallen angel as well? "Be careful William, I think he might be like me. A fallen angel." She made sure to speak as softly as she could up against his ear.

Seth's attention moved over to William. Something in his tone warned him that if he made a move toward the girl that he would try to tear him apart. Was it possible he had already fallen in love with her? This could complicate matters somewhat. Love was a powerful weapon that one didn't disregard lightly. He smirked at him, not showing him the sudden unease he felt. He had barely caught the last of what she had said into the boy's ear and his smirk widened into a grin.

"That's right, I am a fallen angel like you. There are many of us on earth. Don't you want to meet the others? This mortal can't possibly understand what your going through." He turned his attention back to William. "I'll leave her to you...for now. My name is Seth. I only tell you that so that you will know who to blame when she becomes lost to you. I'll be around..." With one more glance at the girl he turned and walked away slowly, disappearing into the shadows again. There, that should give them something to worry about. He smiled wickedly as he vanished into the night. He was quite pleased with himself. Now that he had put the thought into her head that there were others like him it would only be a matter of time before she came looking for him.

William stayed like that and didn't move till he was sure that this Seth person was gone. He then turned to Ari and took her hand into his gently. For a few minutes he had thought that she was going to be taken from him and he wouldn't be able to stand that. If she was every to be taken from him he would make sure that she went willing or something.

He then thought of what he said about the other angels and looked at her worryed. Would she want to leave him to be with others like her. He was only mortal but if she wished he would try to understand what she is going threw if she let him. He then pulled her close, "I am glad that he is gone, I didn't like him." he said to her softly and then fear filled him when he thought of losing her. Hopefully that wouldn't happen, if she did he would come after her no matter what.

Ari was trembling slightly as William took her hand in his. The touch of his hand instantly comforted her. She had known in the back of her head that there must be other fallen angels on earth but when the proof had been standing in front of her..it was a little overwhelming. She still felt like she had known him somehow, she just couldn't think of how.

She shivered as he pulled her close and buried her head in his neck. "I'm glad he's gone too," she whispered out. She couldn't bear the thought that these other fallen would try to take her away from him. If she did happen to go and see the others she was determined that William would be by her side.

William held her close to him and kissed her head gently. "how about if we head home? we will be safe there." he said to her softly and kept her close. He didn't want to ever let her go, he feared that Seth might come and try to take her away from him if he did. But if they did he would track them down, he would steal her back from them and kill anyone that was in his way. No one was going to take the one person eh cared about away.

He then picked her up into his arms and started to head home. "when we get home how about if I make you hot chocolate, that always helps me calm dowm. Then we can watch t.v. for a little while before we go to bed." he said to her softly and then kissed her cheek gently. But before he did that he would put his security system on, no one was going to get close to the house without him knowing.

Ari let out a small yelp as he picked her up and then smiled sweetly up at him. She snuggled closer to him, liking the way it felt to be carried by him. "That sounds nice." She was still a little shaky and trembled every so often as they went back towards the house. She kept looking around them, just waiting for Seth to pop out from the shadows again.

She didn't like this new feeling, this feeling of not being safe. Who knew who could be watching the two of them right now? It made her uneasy. She put her head against William's shoulder, his presence comforting her more than anything.

William continued to walk and held her close to him when she trembled. He knew she was scared, so was he but what he was afraid of was losing her. So he was going to be strong and protect her, nothing was going to take her form him. He then saw his house and smiled, "we are almost to safety." he said to her softly.

He then kissed her head when she layed it against his shoulder and hoped that she calmed down. He had a very good security system, better then most people would think. It was alert then to someone getting in 100 yards of the house or into the house. So they would be safe.

When he got there he opened the door and closed it behind him. "now we are safe." he said as he looked down at her in his arms. Nothing was going to get her and he would make sure that she stayed by him. He then kissed her gently and smiled as he looked into her eyes, "I promise you nothing will happen to you."

Ari felt warmth spread through her at the sound of his words. However much Seth had scared her, she could always count on William to make her feel safe and warm. She smiled softly back at him. The encounter had worn her out and as much as she wanted to try hot chocolate, she didn't know if she would be able to stay away.

Snuggling up against him, she sighed. "As much as I would enjoy trying your hot chocolate, I'm afraid I won't be able to stay awake long enough for you to prepare it. Do you mind if we do it another time? I think I just need some rest." She wondered if he would take her back to the room she had stayed in last night. Secretly she hoped she could sleep next to him in his room but was too shy to say anything like that.

She also wondered what she would sleep in tonight. The night before she had slept in the clothing she had been in when William found her. She was going to need different clothes soon as well. The one's she was using now fit ok but they were slightly baggy on her. Ari didn't want to say anything about that either. She would feel bad if he offered to take her shopping and spend his money on clothes. Maybe she could get a part time job. Doing what she didn't know but at least she wouldn't feel like she was taking advantage of him.

William smiled as he felt her snuggle against him. He then kissed her head and whispered, "Okay, sounds good to me." he whispered to her softly and kept her close to him. "first let me set the secruity system." he said as he looked up at the ceiling. Up on the celing there was a small panel and William said, "Ritan security system 180-937-8138 program sanctuary." he said and then the panel seemed to glow and a machanical voice said, "password." William smiled, "Password Liberté, l'amour, de bonheur." he said and then there was a click. "now we can go." he said and made his way to there bedrooms.

When he got there he stood between the bedrooms and looked down at Ari, "you have a choice, you can sleep in your room or mine." he said softly and wouldn't make her sleep in his room. It was completely up to her but he would rather have her sleep with him in his room. He would be able to protect her better and he didnt' really want to let her go. She was the one thing in his life that he coudln't live without.

He then smiled at her, "tomorrow we will go shoping for you, you need some new clothing." he said softly, "but for now I will get you something to sleep in, hopefully they will fit better then these." he said as he looked at her lovingly and hoped that he found something good for her to sleep in.

Ari blushed when he asked if she wanted to stay in his room tonight. She had just been thinking about that but hadn't wanted to say anything. Shyly, "I would rather stay with you tonight in your room." She realized how that sounded and blushed even brighter. She couldn't stand the thought of being away from him all night long.

She smiled back at him sweetly but it faltered a bit when he mentioned going shopping for clothing. "Oh no, I couldn't let you do that. Don't spend your well earned money on me when it could be put to better use. These clothes are fine, really..." They were actually a bit baggy but she didn't mind one bit. It was so kind of him to want to get her clothes that fit but she felt as if she were taking advantage of him if she took him up on the offer. She didn't want to be a burden.

William smiled when he heard that she wanted to stay in his room and nodded. He headed into his room and smield as he sat her down on his bed. When he heard her talk about his money he could only shake his head. "I want to spend my money on you and I have to much of it. Getting clothing for you is the least I can do for you." he said as he smiled at her and hten kissed her cheek gently. "now be right back." he said and dissappeared into a closet.

After a few second he came back with some pj pants and a shirt for her. "here, try these on. I think they should fit youand should be comfortable to sleep in." he said as he handed them to her and smiled. He was glad that he had her in his life and wanted her to stay in it always. He may of only just met her but he felt like he knew her better then anyone else right now. No one was going to take her away from him, no one.

Ari blushed when he sat her down on his bed. It was one thing to fantasize about sleeping in his bed and quite another to actually do it. She only smiled when he insisted on buying her some clothes. When he came back with some clothes for her to sleep in she gave him a sweet smile as she took them. They were very soft in her hands.

Standing up she went into the bathroom to change. They actually fit her quite well. Ari looked into the bathroom mirror and saw how flushed she was. Taking a deep breath, she smoothed her hair back and went back into the bedroom where William was waiting for her. It felt as if there were butterflies fluttering around in her stomach. She was very nervous for some reason. She slowly sat down on the bed and looked at William, a shy smile on her face.

William smield when he watched her go and then pulled on his own Pj's. They where only a pair of pants and a lose shirt. When she came back he could not take his eyes off of her. She looked wonderful in those Pjs and when he saw the smile on her face as she sat on his bed he knew he would never let anything happen to her.

He walked over to her and smiled as he picked her up into his arms. "lets get some sleep." he said and pulled the blankets back. He set Ari down gently and then sat down next to her. He pulled the blankets over them and then kissed Ari on the head gently. He wrapped a arm around her and got comfortable, "comfortable?" he asked as he looked at Ari and hoped that she was.

Ari was thrilled when William wrapped his arms around her in the bed. She snuggled up close to him and gave a sigh of contentment. She turned her head up at him and gave him a sweet smile. "Yes, very." She shifted just a little more and laid her head against him. William was very warm and very comfortable to lay against. She couldn't remember what heaven had been like, her memories were still very vague, but it felt like heaven being in his arms.

It had been a very long and exhausting day and in just a few minutes she had fallen asleep in William's arms. Ari had been afraid she would have troubled dreams from the events of the day but for now she was in a dreamless sleep.

William smiled as she snuggled close to him and he held her close. He was glad that she was comfortable and he just watched her as she closed her eyes and seemed to fall right asleep. She looked so peaceful and he was glad that he had her in his life. Gently he kissed her nose before letting himself close his eyes and fall into a light sleep that was filled with a dream about Ari.

He dreamed of having her in his arms and being happy with her. That was all he could ask for and that was all he ever wanted. He had wanted someone to be with and now he had Ari and he would always care and love her.

When Ari woke up the next morning she was a little confused to where she was. Then she heard William breathing behind her and smiled as she realized she was still in his arms. She was so comfortable she didn't feel like moving. It felt so nice to be in his arms, snuggled up to him.

Ari turned her head slowly to try and look up at William without disturbing his sleep. He looked so peaceful as he lay there beside her and she smiled and turned her head back, just content with hearing him breath.

William smiled when he felt her move her head and his arms pulled her closer to him. He dreamed of her and slowly the dream faded as his woke up. When he saw her he was surprised to see that the dream had been reality and Ari was in his arms and snuggled up close to him.

"morning." he whispered to her softly and then kissed her head gently. He then smiled at her more as he looked down at her and knew that this was the best morning he had ever had.

Ari smiled in contentment and pleasure as William pulled her even closer to him. She could feel his heart beating against her back. "Morning," she whispered back at him as he smiled down at her. His hair was a bit ruffled and he looked so cute just waking up. She moved slightly until her back was on the bed and she was looking up at him. "Did you sleep well?"

William had the most amazing eyes she had ever seen and she was always losing herself in them, just as she was doing now. It couldn't be helped, she was falling in love with him. Although they hadn't known each other for very long, it felt as if she had known him forever and as if her life had truly begun. She didn't want to even move from where she was, she enjoyed being in William's arms so much.

Ari was very aware of his arms around her and a slight shiver coursed through her for a moment. It was nice to be held.

William smiled when he heard her beautiful voice and looked at her. She looked like a angel to him and didn't care that she was a fallen. Her hair stuck out in places but it only seemed to make her even more beautiful. "I slept wonderfully, the best sleep I had gotten in a long time." he whispered to her softly and couldn't help but smile as he looked at her. "what would you like to do today?" he asked and never let go of her.

He wondered how lucky he was to have a girl like her in his life. He couldn't help but look into her eyes and never wanted to look away. He gently stroked her cheek lovingly and kept her close to him. As he looked at her he knew he was falling for her, he loved her. Even though he had only known her a few days he knew that she mattered to him more then anything else. Gently he kissed her and then looked into her eyes.

"you know your amazing." he whispered to her softly and kept her close. He never wanted to le her out of his arms.

Ari thought about it for a few minutes but then her thoughts were interruppted by his last comment. She couldn't help but smile sweetly at him. "I think your amazing too." She snuggled up closer to him but the more she laid there the more awake she became. "I'm not really sure what I would like to do. I don't know much about this area. Whatever you would like to do is fine with me as long as I can stay with you."

She had a flash back to last night and suppressed a small shudder. What if Seth was out there watching them? Was it safe to go out? A new feeling came over her, one that was unfamiliar but that grew with an intensity that frightened her. She was becoming angry. What right had he to put fear into them? No matter what he did, she would never leave William, this much she knew for certain. Let the others he had spoken of come. They might get more than they had thought and not in a good way.

Ari might have been a peaceful angel in heaven but all angels had to go through the basics in combat training, just in case they one day had to be pulled into battle against dark forces. She would protect William with her life if she had to. No one was going to take him from her. She had never let rage overtake her, but if something ever happened to him, her wrath would be nothing short of dangerous.

William smiled when he heard her and kept her close to him. When he heard her he had to think for a little while and then thought of Seth. He knew that he was still out there but they couldn't stay inside in fear of him coming to get them. That would only leave them open for attack and he didn't want that. He then figured out something ad smield as he looked down at her.

"how about if I first make you breakfast, then take you out into town and maybe head to a amusment park for a little fun." he said as he looked at her and knew that she would have fun at the park. He use to head there with his parents and it was always fun. He wasn't sure if she had ever gone to a amusment park but if she hadn't he wanted to go and be with her and have some fun.

He then gently kissed her head and hoped that seth would stay away from them today. He didnt' feel like having a nice fun day be ruined by him. He had managed to make them feel on edge yesturday and he wanted to make today a fun happy day for both of them. But if Seth tried to take her or harm her he would protect her with his life and make sure that seth would regreat laying a hand on her.

Ari smiled sweetly at him. "That sounds like a good plan." A momentary look of confusion passed over her face. "Umm....William? What's an amusement park?" She bit down on her lip gently, slightly embarrassed that she didn't know what it was. Anything William suggested wouldn't bring her any harm so she wasn't afraid in any way, she just felt a little dumb not knowing what some things were.

As comfortable as she was laying next to him she knew it was time to get up. Sighing softly she stretched for a moment before sitting up on the bed. She looked down at her rumpled pajama's and smiled ruefully. "Well I hate to ask but do you think you might have some more clothes that would fit me until we can go shopping for things that fit later on?"

((sorry it's been so long since I've replied! Been having some RL issues and most of the time i'm getting on my phone to reply and it seems like i never have enough time to type up a good post from my keyboard lol))

William smiled, " a amusement park is a place that has lots of rides and things to entertain yourself on." he said as he looked at her and then kissed her cheek gently. "it is a very fun place and I know that you will have lots of fun." he said as he smiled at her. He knew that she would love it there and that was why he wanted to take her there. She deserved to have some fun after everything that she went through. He wanted her to forget about everything and just enjoy herself here.

William smiled when he saw her and thought that she looked kind of cute in her rumpled up Pj's. He then nodded and smiled as he sat up, "yeah I have some more for you to use. Maybe after the amusement part I can take you out shoping." he said as he looked at her and smiled. he would buy her anything she needed right now.

Ari gave him a bright happy smile. "That sounds like fun! Well I suppose we should get dressed so that we can go huh?" She stood up and stretched and then looked down at him with a look of happiness. She felt as if nothing could hurt them when they were together. She firmly decided to put Seth and everything else that might be bothering her out of her mind for the entire day. They had time to figure things out in that area later.

It seemed as if she was full of energy as she bounced out of the room towards the bathroom to jump in the shower. Once in there, she stripped down out of her pajama's and grabbed a towel to put within easy reach as she started the water. Once it was at the right temperature she stepped inside and got under the warm water. As happy as she was, she started singing some random tune in a beautiful voice. It was just loud enough where you could stand outside the bathroom door and hear her as she sang in the shower.

William smiled when he heard her and then nodded. He watched her go head to the bathroom and got up himself. He pulled on a clean shirt and some pants before heading down the hall. he searched some of the rooms before he came back with some clothing for her. He wasn't to sure what she would want so he just brought everything he wanted and sat it down next to the bathroom for her. He then heard her voice ahd had to stop for a second. Her singing was beautiful and he loved her voice just as much as he loved her.

He had to force himself to step away from the door to head down the stairs to the kitchen. He started to make some bacon with eggs and hoped that she liked it. He then thought of what else they would do. Yet he coudln't think since he coudlnt' believe that he had Ari in his life. She had become someone very dear to him in a short amount of time and he knew that if Seth showed up at the amusment park he would protect her.

Ari grabbed a towel and dried herself off and then wrapped it around her. She loved the feel of the cotton on her skin. The steam from the shower had fogged up the mirror so she used her towel to wipe it off a little bit. When she looked in the mirror it startled her just how happy she looked. Being human was very different and she wasn't quite used to the emotions that came along with it. She had experienced happiness and contentment in heaven of course but it wasn't like it was in a human body. All her emotions were ten times as potent and it just overwhelmed her sometimes. One thing she was sure of was that she loved William more than she had ever loved anything and she was determined she would protect him from anything. Seth might become a problem but she would handle it if it came to that.

She opened the door and smiled as she saw the pile of clothes he had left for her outside of the bathroom. She scooped them up and when back inside to change. Once dressed in a soft white shirt and a blue pleated skirt that came right to her knees, she headed down to the kitchen, drawn by the delicious scent of bacon and eggs. "That smells wonderful!" She smiled happily at William as she started to sit down. She was very excited to go to the amusement park with him. It sounded like it would be a lot of fun.
