"Don't interfere boy." Rena hissed "Or I'll kill you." she was slowly transforming into her goddess form.

"They're not worth it Rena. Save your energy for the final push, because you'll need it. "he said, taking her hand. "Please."

Rena growled glaring at him she flinched suddenly "very well." she sounded like she was out of breath "You got away for know but try to kill me again and I won't hold back." she gripped his hand and vanished with him materializing at Finx's house.

"We'll kill them later, but you need to conserve your strength right now. Wasting it on those idiots won't help, it will just sap your strength. "he said to her, rubbing his hands. "So.......I got to ask, because I want to know who I was. How did I know you, and how were we lover's?" he asked her

"It was a long time ago." Rena said smiling softly "The war between the angels and the gods had just began. I was here on earth protecting the humans. I was attacked and killed all the angels all except you I could tell you were new to the angel gig and offered you a choice death or to join me." she petted his head "The smart boy you were you joined me and together we protected the earth are relationship grew till I allowed you to take me to bed." she shrugged "That about it."

"So what are we? Friends, enemy's, lovers, what? Am I something to you, or a tool?" he asked

"I'm not really sure." Rena said "I know you felt something for me but I was so focused on staying alive that I didn't examine my feelings for you that well."

"So what happens now?" he asked her. He really couldn't tell with her. Her personality was a Sporadic as Finx's was.

"Now..now Finx comes out and passes out that's what happens now." Rena closed her eyes and when they opened they were Finx's normal color "Oh!" she pitched forward.

He caught her. "You okay Finx?" he asked her.

"I'm really tired." Finx said clinging to his shirt.

"How can I help, love?" he asked.

"Bring me to bed." Finx said her eyes closing against her will.

He flew up, and back to her bed. He than laid her down, and laid next to her.

Finx was already out like a light bulb that had died.

Mordecai held her close, and fell asleep with her

Finx woke near dawn and watched him sleep before slipping silently out of bed.

Mordecai, alert at the movement, got up. "Is something wrong?" he asked her

Finx jumped "No nothings wrong just not tired."

"Hm.....Well, maybe I should leave. "he said, getting up. "Your mother had a heart-attack last time. She'll have a stroke if she see's me again. "he said.

"I'll meet you at the guild later." Finx said with a smile.

Mordecai took her head and kissed it. "Take care. Call me if you need me" he said

"I will now leave so I can change." Finx said shooing him.

"I wouldn't mind seeing your body " he said, teasingly

Finx chucked a shoe at his head "OUT!"
