He jumped out the window, forgetting to pull out his wings.....he fell on the ground hard. "Ow....."he said, and got up.

"Serves him right." Finx grumbled before changing and going downstairs seeing her father she smiled "is everything ready?" "Yes my lady." he answered with a smile "You're sure he didn't notice." "I'm not sure but things are now in motion it can't be stopped." she sighed "I have accepted Rena's powers it's to late to go back." she grabbed her keys "I'll keep him busy for a while then lose him." she walked to her which her father had fixed getting in she transported herself and the car to the guild.

Mordecai, when he was half-way away, pulled out his badge, and teleported to the guild. He had to complete the weekly job, since finx was busy.

Finx smiled at the guild master "Mordecai stop in yet?" she scanned the faces not seeing him.

"Nope." Finx spotted him and snuck up behind him "BOO!" she said trying to startle him.

"HOLY FUDGE BUNNIES "he said, jumping into the wall "ow..."

Finx laughed at him "Oh my god I can't believe that worked." she managed to say threw her laughter.

"Alright, alright, you got me "he said, holding up his hands. "Now, whatcha need?"

FInx held her hand up laughing to hard to answer.

Mordecai gave her a quick peck on the cheek, hoping to embarrass her long enough.

Finx finally caught her breath "No I don't need anything just wanted to see what you had picked for a job."

Mordecai plucked the nearest job. "Hmm.....Search for My Companion, in 'Mulam In Se'. "he said. "It's some forest north of here. "he said. Their was a picture, and everything. The price for the return of the Companion was 10 grand.

"Lets do it." Finx said a forest was a great place to lose him.

They teleported to the Forest. However, something was.....wrong. Rena/Finx could feel something ancient in their....something more evil then herself.

"We have a problem." Finx said "Rena says to get out of here." she wasn't ready yet to tell him she had accepted Rena's powers.

"What are you talking abo- "he had to stop, because something started pulling him towards the Forest. He was suddenly pulled upright, and then their was a bright light. He then just......vanished.

"Great...Well it is one way to lose him." Finx grinned.

Suddenly, a barrier formed around the forest. You could hit it, but it felt like steel. Magic seemed to do nothing to it. The only place to go was the forest.

"Well screw you." Finx told the force field before heading off into the forest.

Their were decaying bodies hanging from the tree's, Animal's feasting upon the flesh and bones of the dead, and crows all hanging in the tree. Their red, beady eyes were glaring down at you, watching you. It felt as if a million souls were following you. At the Center of the Forest, their was a Small cottage. a Wrecked looking thing, to normal eyes. To your eyes, it was a source.

"Gross." Finx said reaching for the door "this is such a bad idea I should leave him here."

The crow uttered a croak, that almost sounded like a laugh. The Cottage was empty, and covered in dust, but there was a trap door in the middle of the room.

Finx stepped carefully around it. "I really should just leave him."
