Dante was breathing heavily and was staring into the male's eyes until he felt her hand on his wrist, he lowered his sword and turned to her "lets go back to the ship" he said kissing her gently "we should leave this town as soon as possible "he said looking into her eyes with a smile

(now he can strike Dante XD it will make it more intresting)

Karuku looked at Dante softly and nodded some and didn't want the two to get into a fight... she hoped that Baindo wouldn't stop them. As they started moving away Baindo turned and shot a poisoned arrow into Dante's shoulder hoping to emobilize him. "And that's for taking my wife." he growled darkly and Karuku looked at Dante. She then saw the arrow and growled a bit though wasn't sure what to do.

Dante smiled as he began to walk with her, then all of a sudden he felt something stick into his shoulder, he growled a bit and then felt his legs getting weaker, he felt to his knees and growled a bit, he glared at the man with raged eyes, but knew he was now too weak to fight "mabey... she... loves me... because i don't... attack... someone she loves" he growled and fell onto his side, he didn't know what sort of poison it was, he just hoped it wasn't deadly enough to kill him

Baindo smirked some as Karuku growled darkly. "Dante... don't talk, don't move, and whatever you do, DON'T CLOSE YOUR EYES. Even for a second." she growled softly knowing that if he stayed awake long enough then nothing would happen except weakness... but if he closed his eyes... she didn't want to think about it. "You know Baindo... over the years you've been gone I've realized something, I didn't like being the brains in the relationship... not fully. Yes, I loved you with all my heart and unconditionally but after awhile... I found it hard to hold on. When Dante came up and I took him in, there was no doubt in my mind. I still missed you though and I longed for you though I didn't think you were alive. I searched for years only to come up empty handed-" Karuku said though then Baindo cut her off. "If you looked for years then why did you not backtrack?! I was here... I stayed here thinking that maybe, just maybe, you were still alive and searching for me." Baindo growled and then after a few more minutes of them arguing a bit bit Karuku spat something out that she had never told Dante. "You know what, I lied to Shishi. I didn't want her to hurt so when she woke up she had a bit of amnesia and I told her that her father had been a deckhand and had died years before and that I razed her. I cried for weeks on end when I couldn't find you and I couldn't let myself tell Shishi the truth so I had the torment of not hear her call me 'mommy'. If you were still alive in some impossible way then I thought that you would make your way to us long before now... I don't even think you were looking!" she spat pain in her voice before Baindo charged at her. They fought for a little bit though in the end Karuku won... though she couldn't end it. "Be happy I swore to never kill you you bastard!" she growled though was a bit out of breath as she stumbled over to Dante. She had gotten scratched in a few places with poison though it wouldn't hurt her so bad as it would Dante if she didn't get him help. However, before she could even help him up so she could get him back to the ship, she passed out right next to him coughing slightly. Shishi and Kaze came up running then as Shishi had an odd sinking feeling that told her something was wrong. When they saw the two Baindo had stood and was walking away though paused. He recognized Shishi right away and frowned softly. "Baindo." Kaze couldn't help but growl as he saw the arrow and how Karuku had bruises all over her and Dante witn an arrow in his back.

Dante had listened all along and a few tears welled up in his eyes, he heard the fight but was helpless, he tried to keep his eyes open, but the sounds of battle were making it hard, once they finished and Karuku fell, Dante looked at her and more tears began to flow "k... Karuku" he whispered as he slowly reached his hand out and gently placed it on her face "y... you asshole!" he growled, he felt the rage flowing through him and though he was poisoned he slowly began to get himself up, his rage wouldn't let him give up so easily although he was very weak "y-you w... will pay"

Karuku reached up weakly and grabbed Dante's wrist though couldn't hardly hold on at all. Kaze then came up and wrapped his arms around Dante's arms and chest firmly not letting him move. "Dante... go with Shishi... you need help okay? Karuku will be fine though I'll take care of this... if you die Karuku won't hold on and it would be devastating to loose not just one or two of our crew though also a third... she needs you okay?." Kaze said softly as he glared at Baindo though was trying to convince Dante to go with Shishi so she could save him. It was about that time that Doku and Atra ran up having checked on the kids and came straight there after that.

Dante growled, the words that Kaze spoke brought a few tears to his eyes, he shook his head a bit "h-he... must... p-pay" he said trying summon his sword, it was a bad choice, in summoning his sword he lost his engery and his will to fight "i-i failed... t-to protect... Karuku... and..." then it struck his mind "...o-o...our child" he then opened his eyes fully in shock and rage and growled, he then began to struggle to get free but soon felt his eyes growing heavier "h-he... m-must... pay" he whispered with tears in his eyes, he then went limp and his eyes slowly shut, he could feel his heart beating slower every minute.

(they need to be quick XD and just say the baby doesn't die, Jake would never be able to sleep ever again T^T)

Karuku's hand fell from Dante's when he moved even just a little and Kaze cursed loudly. "ATRA! DOKU! Get them to the ship! NOW!" Kaze ordered firmly and the two nodded quickly as Atra picked up Karuku and Doku picked up Dante. "Get his sword when you get done." Doku said and Kaze nodded. The two moved quickly as did Shishi as they ran to the ship. "Damn it Dante! Don't you dare fucking close your eyes! Karuku needs you! We all need you to live!" Doku demanded of Dante as they rushed even more and was soon at the ship. Shishi quickly got to work and soon had the antidote in Dante and prayed that he would survive it. She then got the antidote into Karuku and it worked quickly on her. Shishi then listened to her stomach and frowned some and went to Doku. Doku then came in and listened to her stomach and shook his head. "Kaze should be able to tell." he said softly and quietly to Shishi and she nodded.

Dante felt someone dragging him, he heard someone yell to him, it wasn't his fault, he was trying his hardest to keep them open, he tears continued to fall as he tried his best to keep them open, once they was on the ship he felt something and soon smiled thankfuly as he felt his heartbeat stop falling, but it didn't go up, it continued at a weak pace and he could feel that he was too weak to move, he closed his eyes knowing now he wouldn't die and smiled a bit more "p-please... protect K-Karuku... w...while i g-get better" he said weakly.

(They didn't drag him O_O? Doku was carrying him so he didn't get hurt anymore XP )

Doku sighed softly in relief. "Sorry for yelling at you Dante.. I just wanted to make sure that you stayed awake." he said softly then looked over as Kaze came in. "She's fine... Kaze is about to check out if he can hear and feel the child." he said softly as Kaze came over and listened to Karuku's stomach. He then placed his hand softly on her stomach close to where he was listening. He murmured a few words and smiled some. "Don't worry.. the heart beat is slow such as Karuku's though the child is still there." he smiled to Dante. "You need to get so sleep... your heart beet should come up after some rest... oh don't worried about Baindo... he's gone now so we don't have to worry about him anymore." he said softly to Dante and smiled at him reasuringly.

Dante laid helplessly and listen to him and smiled after hearing that the child would be ok, but the smile soon faded and looked at Karuku "and my love? i-is she o-ok?" he asked and looked at Kaze "please... i-i must... be close t-to her" he grunted as he tried to get up and a few tears fell "i-i must be s-sur s..she is ok" he said as he tried again to get up "please"

"Yes she will be fine, the poison does barely a thing to her... it was the fight that did her in and then the poison aded to it. Now please, rest... you're not stable enough to move yet." Kaze said softly before moving Karuku to lay next to Dante. "Despite how she may appear she is okay and very strong... she's just weakened right now." He said softly then covered the two up.

Dante nodded and looked at her "that because she stronger then me" he whispered weakly, once she was next to him he smiled and closed his eyes "thank... you" he said as he gently wrapped his arm around her "now i can sleep easier" he said smiling a bit more and then began to drift off to sleep

Kaze frowned softly and shook his head though sighed a bit and knew that he couldn't continue this since Dante was now asleep. "so... do you think the child will be okay when he or she is born?" Shishi asked softly and Kaze nodded. "They'll be just fine... it shouldn't effect them at all... we should let them rest... they need it... I'll check in on them off and on though I think they'll be fine." he said softly before the two left the room and turned out the lights so the two could get some sleep.

(shall we say morning or maybe skip a bit? I somehow want Shishi to find out... maybe she over hears Dante asking Kaze about it? Since he did hear about Karuku being her mother in the ally XP )
