Asher reached up to hold down one of his fox ears and he looked up at Shouki. "I agree." He says as he holds down his ear for a bit. "Okay, that's fine with me. I just don't have anything to wear to hide them." Asher says as he looks up at Shouki. His mother had said something about teaching him how to hide his ears and tails, but she never got the chance to show him even once. It didn't matter now that he was gone. Asher's tail began to sway a bit as he thought about going into the market even if it was just for selling things. He didn't get to go there often so it was a treat for him. "Do I get to help you?" He asked Shouki.

"I have somethings you can wear....that bandanna like thing I was wearing....I've got a few of those. And those wraps that look like skirts. They're usually airy and don't get too hot in there." Shouki knows that there is a way to hide the ears and tail-magical like means, but he never got to learn them because the ears and tail never appeared until after they left. So he had no chance to learn from his family how. "Course you get to help me. But whatever price I set is good....even if I asked for a higher price from someone else, okay? Cause some people are repeat customers....or I just like them."

Shouki nodded at Asher and smiled, it was actually smile now. He was beginning to feel a bit better than he had before. It was probably better that he kept his mind off of all the things that happened the other day for a while. At least until he figured out how he was going to deal with it. "Okay." Asher nodded his tail was swaying steadily now. He looked over at Shouki and smiled at him. "When are we leaving?" He asked now because he really wanted to run around at the market. He wanted to look around everywhere unlike when he was with his parents or when he came alone, but had to hurry.

Shouki smiles, his tail swaying a bit as well. "Probably soon. The sooner we set up, the sooner we can start selling and trading....and the sooner we can make money." He just smiles before getting up. "I'll get the wraps and bandannas. If this was a predominantly kitsune area....I wouldn't bother with it....but I don't think those exist anymore." He sighs a bit. "Mother used to tell me about those places....didn't have to hide who you are...but those times are past." He gets up and heads inside. "Do you have any preference for color?"

Asher hops up on to his feet to follow after Shouki. His tail is wagging faster as he gets more and more excited about going out to the market with Shouki. "Those really existed?" Asher asked with fascination in his voice. He could only think of what that would be like. It most have been a great time for the Kitsune and now that he thought about it. This must have been tough for them now to hid what they were. Asher snapped back form his thoughts and tilted his head as he thought about Shouki's question. "Umm...Red?" Asher liked the color red.

"Yeah....at one point they did...but things happen. Humans, instead of fearing or revering the Kitsune...decided to attack them instead out of fear of what they don't understand. The kitsune scattered and since then, humans have forgotten what the did to the kitsune. But we keep passing it down as a warning. Never show yourself to humans if possible and never trust them to know what you are." Asher's dad is some proof of that. "Mmmkay then." He pulls out a dark red wrap and bandanna. He proceeds to wrap it around him and tie it before tying the bandanna on him. He does the same to himself except in green/blue.

"Oh?" Asher said softly as he followed after Shouki. It reminded him of his father though his father had just disliked him not his mother. He didn't understand why he couldn't just accept him as well. Asher shook his head to get rid of the thoughts and caught back up to Shouki. He watched as Shouki put the clothing on him. It felt a little odd to have something covering his fox ears and tail. It felt like it was wrong to him, but he knew he had to wear it. "Now we can go?" Asher asked getting excited again. Though his tail couldn't freely sway like it normally would. "Can I help you carry things?" Asher asked Shouki.

"Yeah....people like to attack and destroy what they don't understand. What they're afraid of and stuff." Shouki puts on his wrap and bandanna. "Yeah we can go now...and I guess so, but if you get tired...let me know and I'll carry it instead." He passes Asher the lighter bag out of two. "That's why we hide what we are most of the time. We don't....want to be attacked like that again...especially since our numbers are a lot lower than they used to be. But don't worry about it. I will protect you from that." He says as he leans in and against Asher's forehead. Then he gives him a light kiss. "No worrying."

Asher took the bag from Shouki and smiled at him. "Then I'll protect you too." Asher said he didn't want to see anything happen to Shouki either. He was his friend and he really like having Shouki around. It made him feel happier. Asher was surprised by the kiss and he blushed a bit before he turned around to hide it. "What was the for?" He said softly as he raised his free hand to his lips. He didn't understand he liked Shouki a lot, but he didn't understand a lot of his feelings. This was the first time he had felt like this. "I wasn't going to worry." Asher said pouting a bit he glanced back at Shouki, but now he was about that kiss. Asher kind of puffed out his chest trying to stop worries about it. He stuck his tongue out at Shouki and walked out the door. "Come on." He said with a little laugh.

Shouki just smiles back at him. He has no idea how Asher will protect him, but it's nice either way. At least he wants to protect Shouki. He giggles a bit seeing the blush. "Mmm...just felt like giving it to you." He says as he pulls away a bit. "But if you don't like it....I can try and stop." Not the he wants to. He likes doing it...and it's a bit funny to him the way Asher reacts. "Well good then. Don't worry." Shouki starts laughing a bit, unable to help himself, as Asher puffs out his chest. "Okay let's go then." He gets his bag and heads to the stall, automatically grabbing Asher's free hand as they leave. Once they get there, he starts setting up.

"It's not that I don't like it...It was just a surprise...." Asher said softly. He followed after Shouki as they both made their way down to the market. Asher stared in awe at the market like he usually did when he came down. This time he would be staying longer probably and he got to sell things. Asher shook his head and turned back to Shouki and watched as he began to set things up. "Can I do anything?" He asked setting the bag he had been carrying down beside him. He wanted to help at least a little bit if he could though he didn't really know what he was going to do.

Shouki smiles at him. "So.....you like it?" His tail is wagging a bit underneath the wrap. He chuckles a bit at the awe he's seeing in Asher's face. It's refreshing and cute to see that. "Ah....you can help me make more bracelet and things when I'm done setting up?" He kind of wants to keep Asher from helping in a way...he feels like he partially, at least, dragged Asher into this. But he also wants him to help, Asher wants to and it would make the work easier. Maybe they'd make more money too! Then maybe he could rent a better place for him and Asher. His tail starts wagging more as he's thinking of it.

Asher crossed his arms across his chest and turned a bit from Shouki. "I'm not telling you." He stuck his tongue out at Shouki and smiled at him. "Okay!" Asher said as he swiped up the bag he had been carrying and once Shouki was done setting things up he sat down Indian style on the ground and looked up a Shouki wanting for him to sit down next to him. "What type of bracelets are we making?" Asher asked happily. He didn't really know how to make any type of bracelets, but he didn't think it could be too hard. He would try no matter what though. He didn't want to just sit around while Shouki worked, that wouldn't have been fair for Shouki.

Shouki kind of pouts and makes chibi eyes at Asher. "Come one.....tell me." He's doing the chibi eyes. Can Asher resist the chibi eyes? Does he have the power? He joins Asher on the ground once he sets up. "Um....what kind do you want to make? I know those I'm selling and some more....hopefully I haven't forgotten those..." Shouki doesn't mind working. It brings in money which means food. And he wants to support Asher....although he doesn't realize that want yet, but it is there. "I wish I had leather straps..." Then they could make those leather bracelets.....a lot of people seem to like those even though they're cheaper.

Asher's ears flatten a bit as he sees Shouki's eyes, but he bites his lip a bit and turns he head away. "No..." He says as he looks down at the ground. He knows that if he looks up he will fall for Shouki's little trap. "I don't really know how to make any bracelets, so it's up to you." He looks over at Shouki and smiles a bit. "I'll make whatever you want." He tilts he head when Shouki mentions the leather strap because he doesn't really know what he is talking about, but he finds it interesting. He wandered why he wanted them. Asher pulls the bag he had carried over to him and sets it on his lap. He opened it up and peered into it looking for things he would have used for a bracelet.

Shouki whines a bit as Asher turns away. He automatically tugs on him, still whining a bit. The whining stops when Asher looks back at him. "Yeah....but which do you like the most? We can make those....so you know how they're made and stuff..." Shouki just sits there as Asher looks through the bag. "And there's more basic of one design....and then harder ones to make of the same design..." Of course he's going to teach Asher the easier one first. He's not mean like that or anything. "I should get more supplies soon probably..." He says to himself.

Asher looked up at Shouki and reached over to poke him in the cheek "Stop..." He said softly before he looked back down at the bag. He didn't want to hear Shouki whining, it made him feel bad. "Well....I like the one you made me." Asher says as he stops looking through the bag and looks down at the bracelet that Shouki had made for him. He really liked the bracelet and was happy that Shouki had given it to him. "Maybe we could make some like those, if there not too hard." Asher said as he reached up to run his hand through his black hair. He gave Shouki a little smiles as he looked over at him. He went back to looking in the bag and set out something he thought he would need. "There we go!" He said happily his tail was trying to sway a bit, but it couldn't.

Shouki immediately turns and licks the offending finger. He didn't even mean to whine....he just automatically did it. He doesn't even know why at this point. "Glad you like it." His tail is twitching currently since it can't really wag. Basically what he made Asher is one of those leather strip bracelets with multiple strand where one goes through the bead...and the rest around it to keep it there....except with better quality things. Shouki smiles a bit. "They're not really hard or anything....to me at least. We can try them." He just watches as Asher dig through the bag before taking some of the supplies. "Okay then..." He does the teach by showing how.

Asher pulls his finger back and laughs. "Of course, I like it." He said with a smile. He rocked back and forth as Shouki explained what they were going to make. He was excited about it and since his tail couldn't really wag he decided that rocking back and forth was a good substitute for him. "I'll give it a try." Asher said with a big smile. He really wanted to try this since he never made anything like this before he just hoped he wouldn't mess it up. Asher looked up at Shouki and nodded waiting for him to teach him how to do it.

"Felt like you needed to be licked." Shouki shrugs a bit. It was a random urge that he followed. He chuckles a bit and shakes his head, seeing Asher rock back and forth. "Excited? Just a lot?" He giggles a bit, smiling. "Good deal then. Can't know if you're good at it or not until you try." And so he starts showing him how to make the bracelet step by step, letting him replicate step by step and correcting if need be which isn't often, if it all. "And....that's how you do it..." Once he shows him how to make it, of course.

Asher stuck his tongue out at Shouki when he said he needed to be licked. "I did not." He said to Shouki with a little smile. He really couldn't help, but smile around Shouki. He really liked being around him and it made him feel better to be. "Just a lot." Asher said happily with a big smile. He was excited to learn how to make a bracelet. "Okay, let's get started!" Asher watched Shouki as he showed him how to make the bracelet and he tried to make his own. He messed up a bit when he was making it, but Shouki always corrected him and he nodded at him and tried again. Asher wasn't done when Shouki finished, but he didn't take much longer. He held up his bracelet and smiled at Shouki. "Look I did it!" He said as he looked at his bracelet and to Shouki. It may not have been the best, but he liked that he was able to finish. "Here give me your wrist."

Shouki leans over and kind of kisses him, even with the tongue in the way. "Yep you did. Your finger told me so." He smiles and chuckles a bit. "I could tell you were. Just a lot." He chuckles once in awhile as Asher messes up a bit. "I've messed up like that before. so no worries." He smiles a bit, which grows at Asher's excitement at being able to finish the bracelet and everything. "Congratulations." He makes a bit of surprised noise at the last part, but holds out his wrist for him anyway. "Yes?" He tilts his head a bit. He is happy that Asher can do this....maybe he can help them make it and maybe make more money. Which is the key to get a better place for them both.

Asher is a shocked by Shouki's kiss and kind of gasps before he pulled away a bit out of instinct. "No, it didn't." He said pouting now at Shouki's teasing him. He didn't really mind it at all, if fact he kind of liked it. He wouldn't tell Shouki that though. Asher smiles up at him when he tells him congratulations. He was happy had been able to make the bracelet on the first try even though it probably wouldn't be the best it was his first and he was happy no matter how messed up it may have been. Asher grabs Shouki's wrist and begins to put the bracelet on. When he is done he looked at Shouki and smiles. He holds out his own wrist with his bracelet. "Now, we each have one from each other." Asher says with a smile. He leans in and gives Shouki a quick kiss. When he pulls back he sticks his tongue out at him. "Let's make another one." Asher says as he turns back to begin his next one.

"Yes it did. It told me to. And you're obviously not too grossed out about it or anything." Shouki just keeps on smiling. "Or would've flailed or something I guess..." He leans into Asher a bit. He smiles a bit more as Asher puts on the bracelet. "Cute." He says softly. He makes a little noise at the kiss, surprised, but wraps his arms around Asher and pulls him back over, kissing him a bit longer than he probably should. "Now we can make another one." He's blushing softly...trying to play it off like it didn't happen. He meant it to be a quick kiss. He rubs his nose a bit, halfway hoping Asher says nothing.

"Why would I be grossed out by it?" Asher tilted his head a bit he didn't understand what was wrong with it. "I like Shouki, so it's okay right?" His eye widened a bit when he said it and he placed his hands over his mouth. He wasn't meaning to say that at the moment. He wanted to want until he figured out what he really felt, but it looked like he didn't get that chance. He knew that he did like Shouki and he wanted to be with Shouki rather than anywhere else. Asher was surprised Shouki's kiss after his own. He didn't protest, but he kind of just sat there not knowing what to really do. "Yeah, we can." He said as he just kind of just looked over at Shouki. When he saw him blush Asher laughed a bit and tackled Shouki to the ground and laid on top of him. "Then when I get better at it I'll give you an even better bracelet, than that one." He says happily.
