Shouki just yips and kind of bounces, before attacking Asher's face with licking. He missed him. They never get to see each other as often as he would like so he misses him all the time. He yips again and takes off after Asher tells him they need to hurry. He's not sure why they need to hurry, but he says he does so he will. He keeps checking for Asher, making sure he's always there and not falling behind him. He leads them back to his house, which is a bit nicer than before. He's been working for it. When they get there, he shifts back to human form before kind of pouncing on Asher and nuzzling into him. "I missed you so much!"

Asher follows after Shouki as he leads him back to his home. He kept looking over his shoulder trying to make sure his mother wasn't following. He knew she probably wouldn't at this point, but he still wasn't sure. She did some crazy things when she was upset with him. Asher turned his attention back to what was in front of him and that ended up being Shouki. He catches Shouki when he pounces at him and kind of spins around to a stop. Asher laughs a bit at Shouki's reaction though he felt the same way. They hadn't seen each other in a while and even then it was a short visit. "I've missed you too, but we really have to get out of the open." He said looking around a bit. He didn't like this feeling of being followed by someone.

Shouki's tail is wagging like mad, he missed Asher that much. The visits aren't long enough for him. He never will be satisfied fully with it. He just nuzzles into Asher a bit more, kind of smelling him. "You smell nice." Asher always smells nice to him. He just detaches himself from Asher and tugs him inside the house. "Is this better? Because I don't know where else we could go right now." His ears and tail droop a bit. "Why are you here? Not that I'm complaining..."

Asher could say the same thing about Shouki, but he was too busy being paranoid about things. Asher follows Shouki into his him and nods as he say, "Much better, thank you." He did feel a little safe being inside than out, but he didn't think it would do much. Asher looked over at Shouki and frowns when he sees his tail and ears dropping. He walks over and hugs him. "I'm leaving home for good." He said as he held on to Shouki.

"Okay then. Good." Because Shouki doesn't know of another place they could go for right now. At the hug, he wraps his arms around Asher and nuzzles into his neck a bit. He just looks up at Asher, a bit confused. "But...I thought..." That he wouldn't do that. That Asher wouldn't leave his mother. Shouki can understand leaving, but still, he's surprised. He's not shocked or pulling away or anything. Just a bit surprised.

"I'm not going to marry someone she wants and be shipped off to live her prefabricated life for me." He said looking down at Shouki. "All I need is right here." He didn't want to go off somewhere to live something that he didn't want. He didn't like being locked in his house, but having to act out a life he didn't want was something he would never want to do. "I can't take it any more." He said shaking his head. He didn't want to live like that anymore.

Shouki's ears flatten back. "I think she thinks you're just some kind of doll or something. Like she controls you." Which she shouldn't do. His ears perk up at the next line and he just looks at Asher with shiny, happy eyes before kissing him. "Like I said years ago, you can stay with me. That offer is always going to be there no matter what." He nuzzles into Asher a bit. "I'm sorry that had to happen though..." It would be nice for family to be together.

Asher looked away at Shouki's comment. "Isn't that what I was until you came?" He didn't do much else before then other than what his mother told him to do. It was always this that and that. He didn't have a say in anything they did. Asher looked back in time to catch Shouki's eyes and smiled before Shouki kissed him. "Then I will have to take you up on that offer." He had no where else to go besides her. "It's fine it was going to happen at some point..." He said softly as he rubbed Shouki's back.

"Well...if you were....you couldn't know...because you never got to experience or do anything else. If you don't know you can't change. So that's not your fault." He kind of makes a whine noise, kind of pawing at Asher's face until he looks back. "Good." He just smiles. "I wouldn't have accepted a no from you at this point." He kind of frowns a bit. "Well, I still wish it could've been different for you." Shouki still misses his mother, but there's nothing he can do anything about it. He just leans into the touch a bit.

Asher grabs Shouki's hand that he had been using to paw at his face. He knew that he wasn't gaining any experience out of life with his mother. He was lucky enough to know what he did. Asher smiled at Shouki. "I figured as much." He really didn't think Shouki would let him leave after he had told him everything. He was stuck there now, but it wasn't like he really minded that. It meant they got to spend more time together than they had in years. He didn't think either of them would complain about that one. "I'd love to stand here and hold you forever, but I'm really tired." He said resting his head on Shouki's shoulder. Asher hadn't slept much that lately as he planed his escape and he had just run a good distant.

Shouki just makes a weird noise of his. He just leans and kisses Asher, licking his lips a bit. He had to do it. He hasn't gotten to do it much in a long time, so he needs to make up for a bit of it. As Asher says he's tired, Shouki tugs him into another room-the bedroom. "Here. Take a nap or go to sleep. I'll still be here when you wake up." Though he might be in the other room cooking or something, but he'll be there.

Asher caught off guard a little bit by Shouki's kiss this time. He hadn't been expecting it, especially the licking. Asher followed Shouki when he pulled him off to the bed room. Asher gave Shouki a hug before he let go of him and walked away. "Thank you...for everything." He said with his head down a bit. He really meant it. He didn't know what he would have been like if Shouki hadn't been there for him. He didn't want to think too much about it though because he knew it wouldn't be a nice picture.

Shouki just smiles. "There's nothing else I could do. I love you. I want to help you.." Plain and simple. He loves Asher. He'd do anything he can do to help Asher. He just pulls him back over and kisses him again. "So long as you're alright, no need to thank me." He smiles a bit more. "Are you hungry? Because I could cook something for you when you wake up if you want." His tail is wagging a bit. He's just happy right now.

Asher kisses Shouki back and pulls himself away from him. "I love you too." It was true he couldn't get Shouki out of his mind and he wouldn't dream of being anywhere else, but beside him. Asher sat down on the bed and looked up at Shouki when he asked about food. "Not right now, but I'm sure I'll be when I wake up." He usually was somewhat hungry once he woke up. Then again his mother always had something for him when he did wake up so it was probably just ingrained into him that he needed food. Asher took of his shoes and lied down on the bed. He curled up on the bed making himself comfortable, but it didn't take long before he feel asleep.

Shouki licks Asher's lips before he pulls away, smiling a bit. He just hugs and nuzzles Asher a bit at the return, his tail wagging. But eventually he does let go so Asher can lay down and everything. "Mmmkay. I'll make something." He has no idea what, but he'll figure it out sometime soon hopefully. Shouki automatically starts tucking Asher in to the bed. "Night night." And so he goes into another room to stare at what food he has.

Asher was out of it before a while. He tossed and turned as he slept on Shouki's bed. It was a while before Asher actually woke up. When he did he was slow at getting up and around. He made sure to make Shouki's bed back up before he walked out of the room to find Shouki. "Shouki?" He asked as he walked out of the room ruffling his hair a little bit. He start to walk towards what he thought would be the kitchen.

"In here!" Shouki is staring at food in the kitchen, trying to think of something he could make that tastes good with the stuff he currently has. He didn't want to leave Asher alone here to get more food or anything, so he's staring and what he does have. "Do you know anything I could make out of this stuff?" Other than just cooked spaghetti.

Asher walked into the kitchen to find Shouki standing there. He smiled and walked further in to stand beside him looking down at the things he had out. Asher frowned at it not knowing what to do with any of it. "I can't think of anything." He said reaching up to place a hand on Shouki's head ruffling his hair. "I can only cook a select few things anyway, silly." He really couldn't cook so it was probably better if Shouki figure it out. He would eat almost anything that he made him anyway.

Shouki leans into him before huffing a bit. "Well...I was hoping you'd be able to come up with something....whether you could cook it or not. I could cook it." Shouki just keeps on staring at the food. He wants to make something good, but he can't think of anything. "Well...what do you like to eat?" Now that Asher is awake, maybe they can go to the store, or just Shouki. Whichever. He needs to get more food anyway.

Asher laughs a bit at Shouki's huffing. "I am equally as bad at knowing ingredients to things as I am cooking." He really was bad at almost anything that involved being in the kitchen. Then again they can thank his dear mother for that one. Asher wraps his arm around Shouki and places his head on his shoulder. "I'll eat anything you make." He really would he wasn't too picky about things and he knew that Shouki was a good cook so he didn't have to worry about it.

Shouki kind of puffs his cheeks for a moment. "You're not helpful. Just so you know." At least not helpful in helping Shouki decide these things. He just leans into Asher. "But that doesn't answer my question. I didn't say what you'd eat. I said what would you like to eat. There's a difference." He sticks his tongue out a bit at him.

Asher knew he wasn't being helpful, but that was okay with him because he was getting a fun reaction out of Shouki. "I'm perfectly aware of that." He said happily. Asher raises an eyebrow at Shouki when he said he didn't answer his question. He sticks his own tongue out and licks Shouki's before smiling at him. "I would like to eat anything you make." He said being very unhelpful again. "Did I answer your question?" He asked smiling at Shouki.

Shouki is not amused. "Well then start being helpful!" He's getting a bit agitated. Then he squawks at the lick. "What was that for?" He's blushing now...but frowns at the next part. "No." He kind of pouts. "I bet I could find something you don't like to cook instead. So you better list things."

Asher kind of laughs when Shouki get upset with him and then he laughs even more at the squawk that he makes. "Oh, because I felt like it." He said sticking his tongue out again. He backs away from Shouki acting like he his thinking about what he would like to eat. "Hmm..." He says closing his eyes. "I think I would like to have..." He smiles, "anything...you...make..." He says holding up at finger for each word. He knows he's probably just making Shouki more upset, but he couldn't help it. It was too cute to pass up.

Shouki doesn't see this as funny at all. He seriously wants an answer. He just tilts his head a bit as Asher thinks. And at Ashers words, his ears flatten back and he makes this noise as he tackles Asher. "That doesn't answer me question! Pick some type of food or I'm going to eat you!" And he starts nibbling on Asher. He isn't joking. He will eat Asher.
