" Wonderful." He said with a smile. She looked even more beautiful in the dress. He was in a black suit. It was all he had really. "Ready to go?" Allen hoped he could set things straight.

Hazel smiled and walked over to him "You look handsome in the suit Allen" she giggled she put her hand through his arm then holding on it "Yes I am" the purple of the dress and the flowers in her hair made her gray blue eyes seem a brighter blue then it actually was.

"Thank you very much Hazel. "They headed out of the apartment toward Allen's truck. He opened the passenger side door and offered his arm to help Hazel into the truck.

Hazel smiled "you're welcome Allen" she pick up her dress skirt a bit so she could step into the truck, she held on his arm for better balance Hazel looked around the truck quite fascinated by how big it was and how it worked.

Allen helped Hazel into the truck . He helped her with the seatbelt . " It's to keep you safe while you're in the truck. If I stopped fast and you didnt have it on , you would be badly hurt." He explained to her when she asked what it was. Allen always had his passengers wear the seatbelt. His dad died because he didn't wear one on a trip to the store. Allen got into the drivers side and started it up. They were off to the party.

Hazel nodded "I understand" as the truck started up she jumped a little something she did not expect to happen. As they drove towards the party she ran her fingers over mostly everything that she was allowed to touch she even asked a lot of questions about the truck which made her interested even more.

Allen did his best to explain everything. He was fascinated at her curiosity of the human world. He didn't want to show her the negative sides of humanity. But that was why she was here. He was going to set things straight. He wanted to be happy.

Hazel smiled, she already knew about the wars the humans have had in the past fairies aren't all that completely ignorant they do watch over everyone bad or good. Once in a while a child would see a fairy hanging around smiling at them then they would disappear again never to be seen again. Hazel sighed as she missed her home in the fairy world and in that woods now over packed with people.

They arrived at the hotel. The valet opened Allen's door and took the key. Allen went over to Hazel and helped her out of the truck. The valet then gave a ticket to Allen to get his truck back . Allen escorted Hazel into the party. There were many people there. Some were in awe of the pictures , others were skeptical of the pictures. Allen Hazel made their way over to one of the pictures.

Hazel looked at the photos rather carefully she noticed that it was just a blur for the most part she frowned she spoke to Allen "This is ridiculous how can anyone make out that blur as a fairy"

Allen looked at the photo also." Your're right. To me it looks like pollen or a bird. I have no idea why people think that it's a fairy.We'll find out what the experts have to say." Tonight a group of scientists were going to decide if it was a fairy or not. Allen hoped not. he wanted the fairies to find peace.

Hazel sighed "This is what people are doing in the woods? This blur?" Hazel was getting angry, first time in a long time she felt anger as a emotion she was turning more and more into a human she thought to herself 'I have to fix this soon or I will be stuck as a human forever...'

Allen noticed Hazel getting angry. "Everythings going to be okay. I promise you that. Usually rational people can ignore these things, but the people in the woods ate the type that believe anything. Most of them are monster hunters . From what I've learned that once the next big creature is spotted they will flock to that instead. That's what my cousin Skye told me. He's delt with those type of people before." Allen hoped this would help her calm down.

Hazel turned around hearing Allen push back the angry emotion she calmed down she smiled a little putting a hand on his cheek "I guess you're right, we need to fix this.." she didn't know how though perhaps Allen will know in time.

Allen watched the speeches and then it was dinner. "Ready to eat?" He asked Hazel." I'm not sure really what they are serving." He hoped things would change once he talked to his friend.

Hazel also listened to the speeches she didn't like any of it, most of it was false fact which made Hazel even more angry but, when it was finished she heard Allen talk about food "Yes I am" she smiled "I wonder to, shall we go and see what they are serving?"

"We should. Don't worry about the speeches . I just wish I could convince Jaden to give it up. " Allen led Hazel to the dining hall where there was a large buffet of food. Allen grabbed a plate for Hazel and himself and they went through the line. They then sat down at a table and began to eat. He was getting worried about Hazel .

Hazel could see that Allen was worried she looked at him while they ate "Do not worry about me I will be fine I just miss home that's all" she started eating quite elegantly using a knife and fork for each serving on her plate.

Allen hoped so. He ate his food. He wanted to help her and her people badly. But he knew he might never see Hazel again. He loved her very much. He wanted to tell her but decided against it for now.

Hazel finished her food, putting her fork and knife down she wanted to go home she was tired and tired of humans exploiting fairies for fame and such she sighed silently and looked at Allen and everyone in the room. Hazel wanted to see this Jaden person and get things straight.

Jaden appeared on the stage and made a speech. The team of experts said that the pictures had been Photoshopped and declared fake . This upset Jaden terribly and he stormed out of the hotel. " That was unexpected. " Allen hoped this was the end of this nonsense .

Hazel wanted to follow Jaden and asked where he took those photos but, hearing they were fake made her relax a little but, she felt this was not the end of this serenade, she had a feeling Jaden won't rest until he actually caught one but, lucky for him the fairies were long gone now hiding away until Hazel had made things right for her and family and friends.

Allen put a hand on he shoulder." Are you okay? Ready to head back to my apartment?" He hoped Jaden didn't have any tricks up his sleeve.

Hazel turned and smiled to him "Yes I am fine, I just have a feeling this won't end so quickly. Is your friend quite persistent?" she nodded "Yes I am ready to go back" she walked out in the cool fresh night air she closed her eyes as the cool wind hit her face. Hazel turned around to see if Allen was right behind her.

"He is unfortunately. I have a feeling he is hiding something though. What it might be ,I have no idea." Allen said as he met up with Hazel. He gave the valet his ticket to get his truck.
