(I kinda think my idea would work out better since I can't really see how they would get her family back if the guy wants to trade for her... unless Raven and Viv made it out to be a trap or something but even then XP no offense of course since that idea was good it's just I can't see how it would work out XP )

A few days passed but Viv just couldn't seem to get her voice back really... she could somewhat but only for little bits and peaces... nothing major. Today Derek suggested that they take her to the council to introduce her as a new spirit and she was a bit nervous... what if they disapproved or something? What would happen? There was no going back... no turning her back to human and she was sure of that... just a way to destroy her like they almost did Raven... She sighed softly as she finished getting ready and looked at Raven smiling some and went over to him hugging him softly and using her wings to let her hover a bit so she could kiss him softly on the lips without pulling him down or having to jump or something.

Raven had stayed by Viviyans side while she was getting better but was still worried. She couldnt' talk and he wondered if she ever was going to. Yet what really got him worried was the council, he wasn't sure if they would reject her and he didn't want to lose her. He smiled when he saw her come over to him and felt her arms around him. Gently he picked her up into his arms and held her close as he kissed her back. he then smiled as he looked into her eyes, "everything is going to be okay." he said and then kissed her nose.

"Okay" Viv said her voice soft and still very quiet and weak... that's how it was whenever she tried to speak and when words would actually come out. She smiled and giggled a bit when she felt Raven nuzzle his nose against hers and always seemed to get her a bit tickled and happy.

Raven smiled when he heard her and pulled her closer. Her voice was always music to his ears and he wished he could hear ot when ever he was around her. When he heard her giggle he kissed her cheek and then smiled. "I love you and nothing will take you away from me." he whispered tonher softly.

"I love you too." Viv said softly kissing him one more time before hearing Derek come in and looked at him then smiled some in her almost childish way. "I think it's about time for us to go... Vivian, do you want Midnight to come with us?" he asked Viv softly and right away she nodded so he went and got Midnight before coming back and looking at Raven to see if they were ready to go or not.

Raven smiled when he heard her and kissed her again before he heard Derek. He kept her close to him as he waited for derek and Midnight to come. He then nodded when he saw Derek's look. "come on, it is time to go." he said as he looked at all of them and then smiled down at her. He then headed towards the door and hoped that the council would like her.

Derek soon led the four the the council building and walked in noting how they were getting a few funny looks though no one came up to say anything to them. He sighed some as the made it to the council room and made a few simbles with his hands before placing one hand on the wall next to the door. After a moment a light shown through the crack of the double doors and after another moment they slowly opened and he walked in hoping the others would fallow closely. "Yes Derek? Midnight? Raven? What are all of you doing here? And who is this young one?" one of the top council members asked clearly surprised to see the three and a new spirit with them... he had no idea, nor did anyone, that that new spirit was actually the girl that they had almost killed Raven because of them thinking that he had stolen her.

Raven smiled as he folkwed Derek to the council and hoped that everything turned ot fine. Thought when he got there he got a weird feeling from everyone. With hoe they were looking at them he pulled viviyan close to him. "council, I wish to introduce you to viviyan." he said as he looked at them. "she is now one of us." he said and kissed her head gently. He then wondered if the council would know why she could t talk.

Viviyan stayed close to Night the whole time they were going through the building and got even closer whens he saw the stunned looks that the council was giving them. "You do realize the major responsibility it is taking care of a new spirit right? And that she will not age anymore in her human form right? That would mean, of course, after awhile, she would no longer be able to go back in human form..." the main council member said and Viv whimpered some at the thought though for the most part was quiet. "Yes I was already aware of that and, unlike most spirits, I can make her age appear different in human form." Derek said softly and the council nodded a bit though there were murmurs and mutters going on throughout the council and the male sighed some. "Well... do you at least know what type of spirit she is yet? and do know that you have to keep up with your job as well... or you know what we would have to do." a female said softly and Viv looked up curiously at Raven though didn't know what she meant... though Derek and Midnight did and Raven would too... the would have to terminate a spirit... in other words, they would have to kill her or try to turn her back to human since one spirit could not be distracting such an important spirit from their work... and they HAD went through with that execution before on many turned spirits.

Raven listened ot the council and so far everything was going great. From the sound of it they ahd already thought of everything. Derek could change her human appearence to let her go visit her parents and they could be together. Holding her close he smiled. But when he heard the last thing that that council said he frowned and pulled her even closer to him. he then looked at the council, "dont worry, you will not have to do anything of the shorts to her for we know what her spirit type is and we can show her want to do. So you do not have to do anything to her." he said and looked at them. even if the council tried to terminate her he would protect her till the end. She was to important to him to let anything happen to her.

Viv looked at Raven still confused then looked to the council as a few more murmurs went back and forth though nothing sounded bad. "Okay then, her job starts as soon as possible... but you still have to do your job and if you even miss ONE more night... again, you know what we would have to do." the main council member said before dismissing the meeting for the council which resulted in the room immediately becoming vacant without any of the council members moving.

Viv looked up at Raven completely and utterly confused and hoped that he would explain that whole little thing to her though by his reaction to what they were saying she had a feeling that he would not tell her.

Raven nodded when he heard the council and knew he would have to be very carefull. He then let out a breath when they were gone and looked downa t Viviyan. He then smiled at her and kissed her head, "dont worry, it isn't something you have to worry about. You just have to do your job as a spirit and so do I." he said to her as he pulled her closer to him. He then kissed her cheek and smiled. He knew that he would have to be very careful but it would be all worth it to be with her.

Viv was still confused though nodded and hugged Raven a bit smiling up at him easily. "We ready to go back home?" Midnight asked softly and Viv looked at her then up at Raven nodding some as though she were also asking.

(yeah XD I came up with another idea for sometime before or after she get caught by that person XP I was thinking that she almost gets exicuted because Raven had missed a night or two or something?)

((oh I have a idea. What if when she gets captured and Raven misses a night while looking for her. So they take her and are going to exicute her since he missed a night. but Raven then strikes up a deal with the council. They will let her live but in exchange he has to forget everything about her. SO she has to work on getting him to remember her))

Raven nodded when he heard Midnight, "yeah, ready to go home." he said and kissed Viviayn on the cheek gently.

Viv looked up at Raven and nodded some. "Uh-hu" she said softly then Derek and Midnight nodded to before they started to leave. Derek sighed some as he walked out of there knowing the others were going to fallow. He had a bad feeling but he didn't want to enlighten the others to it... he could be wrong after all.

raven smiled as he followed them and kept viviyan close to him. He couldn't believ that he could have her now. Sure he had to be careful with his job but that was something he always had to do. Kissing her head he smiled, "you know I think I am the happiest spirit inthe world." he said to her softly and kept her close to him.

(I was thinking a time-skip? Maybe a month or something so she can shift and get her voice back?)

Viv giggled some when Raven kissed her head and smiled up at him and nuzzled him a bit happily. "That would make two." she smiled quietly though couldn't get the full phrase out... which actually really worried her... what if she never got her voice back? She shivered some at the thought and just hoped that she did... it would be kinda hard to explain to her parents if she didn't get her voice back before she went to go see them...

Raven smiled when he felt her nuzzle him and heard her. He knew what she ment but since he didn't hear the full fraze he was worried. He was sure that she would get her voice back but the question was when. When was she going to get her voice back? hopefully soon.
