Lexi blinked a few times and shook her head. "Well, it's pleasure, Eric.. Why don't you come inside for a bit? We were just about to have breakfast." Eric? Nathan shook his head and slid back into his room unnoticed. Has he gone crazy...?

Eric stepped into the house saying "Thank you, I was just thinking it would be nice to get to know his older sister" Eric replied stepping inside and slowly closing the door behind him. "Did Nathan make it home good last night? Sorry I kept him out a bit late, we were hanging out and lost track of time" Eric added not sure if it was yet spoken of.

Lexi blinked again and rose an eyebrow. "Yeah, he made it home alright." She smirked. "Don't worry about it." Lexi was used to her little brother coming home late anyway so it was really no big deal. "He's in his room if you wanted to talk to him." She pointed to where Nathan's room was before going back into the kitchen.

Eric nodded "Thanks I think I will go chat" Eric headed down the hallway to where Nathan's room was, knocking slightly he spoke "Hey can I come in?" Eric didn't need permission into a room just into a house of all places. He would in the end talk to the sister about her little brother but had to play off they were friends before asking anything that could raise suspicion, he was a vampire and wether or not she could tell, he had to keep it at a slow pace.

Lexi watched him from the kitchen. She knew he was a vampire and that he came to talk to her about Nathan but she let it go until it was time to 'talk' with the boy. Lexi shook her head and started setting the table. You better not be playing my brother... She thought to herself in annoyance. "Sure." Nathan replied from his bed.

Eric came into the room and closing the door behind him "whats up" was all that eric chose to say and had waited for his response.

"Nothing much." He replied and glanced up at Eric. "What brings you to this side of town?" Nathan asked a bit curious, he didn't remember much of last night except that Zyrone pretty much wanted him dead.

"Came to walk to school with you today" Eric thought he would pretend to be friends with Nathan without anyone knowing that he was acting, he was really good at it, and he would eventually ask the sister about her little brother. For the time being he would pretend, but, what Eric doesn't understand, is even if you pretend, you will eventually want it to be true in the end.

"School's out today, see?" He pointed to the calendar that read 'no school'. Nathan slipped off his bed. When Lexi finished setting the table she went into the living room. "Boys, breakfast is ready!" She called, not exactly knowing if Eric would be joining them. Nathan's ears twitched a little when his sister called for them but waited for Eric to say something.

"Well since you have no school, I'll head off to school early, I have half a day unless some miracle happens" Eric replied "See you later" and left passing by the kitchen "Bye miss, off to school for me" Eric spoke and left closing the door gently and took off. At least he didn't have to worry about Zyrone messing with the boy.

"Alright, see ya." Nathan watched him leave.. Lexi waited until Eric left and closed the door before going towards her little brother's room. "Nathan, I don't like him." Nathan tilted his head and looked at his sister. "Lexi... You don't like anyone who's not human." She shook her head. "That's not what I meant. What happened last night?" "I don't remember the details." He replied honestly. Lexi sighed. "Fine, come on let's get you fed little brother." She ruffled his hair and the two of them went to enjoy their breakfast.

Eric left off to school only to see Joshua there waiting for him "Whats going on?" "Some vampire committed suicide" "how exactly?" "it was one of the teachers, you know the full bloods" "ah okay, and what did they do?" "they waited drawing attention standing on top of the building and once they knew everyone was watching they threw off their amulet burning of course" "why?" "dunno, never said why. Where did you go?" Joshua asked raising an eyebrow at Eric "No where"

After they finished their breakfast Nathan collected his dirty dishes and went into the kitchen to wash them. "Hey sis, tell me more about mom..." Lexi blinked and coughed a little, taking a drink and staring at her plate. "L-like what? I've already told you everything I know about her.." She responded. His ears went down and he shook his head. "Never mind, I'm going to the graveyard." Nathan said before heading out the door and closing it behind him. "Nathan wait!" Lexi stood and went after him like a big sister would.

"You were off with human boy weren't you?" Joshua asked "Seriously Josh, why don't you leave me alone, what I do is none of your business" "Seriously, its because I worry about you" "why do you then?" "because...I...nevermind, forget it" Joshua walked off waving to his other buds. Eric sighed, he knew Josh liked him but didn't care.

When they reached the graveyard Lexi grabbed hold of her brother's arm. "Stop okay? You win, what is it you wanna know?" Nathan didn't look at her, his ears were still down. "Who was she? I know she was more than just a regular human women..." Lexi sighed softly and gazed at their mother's grave. "She was a high priestess in japan with the protection of the spirits, she knew she would fall in love with a demon and the villagers would do anything to stop it so mom and dad moved here before she had me. When she had you mom knew she was gonna die because she was ill and so you would live she asked the spirits to protect you from harm, they also gave you life as a halfbreed demon like dad." Nathan listened as his sister explained and he shook his head, pulling away from Lexi he sat in front of their mother's grave. Lexi knelt in front of him and brought him close and for once; he didn't resist. Mom... He thought to himself and buried his face his sisters shirt.

Eric went off back home to change into the usual, right now he was fine in this outfit but wanted a less nicer shirt like his parents wanted him to wear. He left the white buttoned shirt open as he left the house, the sleeves were long but he rolled them up. He wore a black thin tank top underneath now and could hear his parents talking about the death. Leaving out of the house his mother asked "Where are you going?" "To hang with a friend" "A friend?" "Yea" "have we met him?" "no, bye" and he walked out, he couldn't get Nathan let alone anyone else mixed up in that life of his.

"Come on now Nath, can we go home now?" Lexi asked feeling a bit uneasy about being in the graveyard. Nathan laughed a little but nodded. "Alright, we'll go home." The two stood and started to walk back to their house.

Eric soon made his way back to Nathan's house while texting Zyrone 'Hey, where are you at right now' they did have their fights from time to time but that was just like them.

'Why?' Zyrone texted back from wherever he was at this point.

Nathan and Lexi made it back to their house and entered, closing the door behind them. Lexi went to clear the table/wash the dishes and Nathan went to watch T.V in the living room.

'Because I want to know, is it that horrible for someone to want to know' thought he was just keeping him from Nathan hopefully. 'School is out, not like you go most of the time' an hour had only passed by as Eric showed up at the house again. "Ding dong" Eric spoke jokinly.

Zyrone rolled his eyes at the text. 'I'm at the graveyard and I know, I heard about it from Nick.' He texted back.

Lexi stopped what she was doing and went to open the door. "Hi Eric, come in why don't you?" She motioned for him to come inside. Nathan peered over the counter and his ears twitched.

'Ah okay, wasn't sure if you'd plan on going to school for once, wait why are you at the graveyard?' Eric text'd turning around to spot Zyrone but the door opened and Lexi stood there so he quickly turned back "Hello and thank you" he stepped inside "I was wondering if Nathan wanted to hang out a bit some, school was cancelled today" Eric spoke, it was friday morning still and yet in the midst of it.

Zyrone saw Eric and smirked before texting, 'the exact opposite of what you're doing.'

Lexi closed the door behind him. "Can I talk to you first?" She looked at him after motioning Nathan to go to his room. Nathan blinked but did as she said without questioning.

'And that would be what' he text'd back without anyone seeing of course and slid his phone back into his pocket. "Sure" Eric spoke and kind of was afraid of his sister when she said that. The way she looked, it could probably even scare others of his kind.

Zyrone shook his head at the text and didn't reply to it. He chuckled under his breath and walked off.

"Come." She told him before walking over to the nearby bookshelf, making sure Nathan's door was closed. "You wanna know about my little brother right?" Lexi glanced at Eric.
