Emma noticed that he locked the door. She figured he wouldn't mind if she let herself in. THe petite young girl pushed the window up and began to poke around his home.

Allen made himself a sandwich and started to read the paper . He thought he heard something . He was unsure if he should go check it out .

Emma plopped down in a chair and began to wiggle around in it. It felt comfortable. She was suddenly sleepy,but knew she couldn't sleep here. She yawned but couldn't help herself.She got up slowly and stretched.So tired....Emma sat in a corner in the shadows as her head lolled from tiredness.

Allen saw a window open and closed it. He then went up to bed . He hoped tomorrow went well.

Emma woke around the time the sun came up. She was immediately tense. She had forgotten where she was at throughout the night.She got up quietly and left through the front door,shutting it behind her quietly. Emma was upset she barely gathered any information and she wanted more. This was frustrating.She turned to look back at the house and sighed ,irritated and started to walk away,but tripped in the process.

Allen got up and ready to leave. He noticed that the front door was unlocked and locked it. He went by the window and saw a girl on the sidewalk. He ran out the door to help her. " Are you alright? " Allen asked.

Emma rubbed her bottom as she stood. Her mouth fell open as she looked him in the face.Confusion was on her face. She wanted to reply ,but didn't know how. Finally she stuttered.Who are you and why are you so familiar?!

" I'm Allen Green. I don't think I've met you before a few days ago really." He did admit she did look a little familiar to him.

Emma frowned and tried to push him back a little but her tiny frame couldn't budge the man. I know you from somewhere! I'm not crazy! You smell to familiar!The girl's face was getting redder the more she talked. Her frustration was getting the better of her.

" Where do you know me from? I have to leave now ,but I'll be home at 5 .Maybe we can talk then?" Allen didn't want to be late today.

Emma wasn't too keen on waiting around for others,but what other choice did she have? The girl bit down on her lip and half-heartedly nodded and left the area with a final scowl.

It had been a long day for Allen at work. It was a day full of meetings with clients and all he wanted to do was go to bed. He did remember he was to talk to the girl today. He pulled in the driveway and went inside the house.

Emma was impatiently waiting for "Allen" to return She paced back and forth across his living room in anticipation of what this conversation might bring. She glanced at the clock one final time until she heard a car pulling into the drive way. She let out a soft nervous sigh and breathed in deeply,counting the steps it took for him to get to the door.

Allen unlocked the door and saw the girl in his living room. " How did you get in here?" He asked in a calm voice. He wanted to know why she thought she knew him.

Emma looked around nervously trying not to make eye contact with him.Window.she nervously jittered a bit.She looked up at him and opened her mouth to ask a question,but couldn't find the words.

" Are you alright?" He asked . He noticed how nervous she looked . What was going on?

Emma took a deep breath and pushed her hair back behind her ears,exposing their pointed tip.Fine...I think.She sighed and took a small step forward to try and look in his eyes. She wanted to see if there was more there than she thought.

" Would you like me to get you anything?" He asked as she looked in his eyes. The more he talked to her the more he felt he knew her from somewhere.

Her forehead dimpled a little she was trying to concetrate. Emma lost her train of thought when he spoke.I'm sorry what?

" Sorry . Would you like something to eat? I'm about dinner soon. What would you like?" He felt he should be nice and offer her some food.

Oh no,but thank you.Emma sat herself in the middle of his floor and looked around.I know you. I swear I do. From where I'm not sure,but there's something about you.

" I have the same feeling about you. " He said . Where had he met her?

Emma had no idea what to do. She felt like she had some past witht his man. But, she settled for getting to know him. She followed him around his home like a lost puppy trying to find out more about him.

He noticed the girl following him as he did things around the house. Allen realized that he didn't know her name." What is your name by the way. You know mine, so I guess it's fair if I know yours."

Emma.She smiled a little and continued to follow him around as if she were tethered to him.
