Hunter was more then releaved to know someone besides himself knew the truth about Elros and Sam. He leaned over and then kissed her cheek, smiling gently. "I am glad you understand my situation, and why I have not said anything to the two, though I know I should." he said softly and smiled as she finished. "Well let's see... Have you had any creations of your own, or were you mostly a magicalologist and studied the magic creatures?" he asked as he once again began to eat.

Zoe blushed when she felt his kiss but smile. It was great to be with him and yet when she heard him she looked down slightly. "I was sort of in the middle. YOu see I was looking for the DNA of the different species of mythical creatures to see if I could possibly pull out certain parts of it to help humanity. Maybe figure out if I could extend human life and things like that, but so far nothing." she said softly and you could tell it seemed to affect her in a way that you wouldn't expect.

Hunter noticed Zoe's mood change and then reached over and brushed the hair from her face gently. "I know that situation well... It seems that we are not much different from each other." he said gently and then took her hand and kissed those soft knuckles. "I wish to know more about you if that is alright? I was wondering what your favorite species is?" he asked on a lighter note and smiled at her as he adjusted the glasses on his nose.

Zoe blushed more as she felt him take her hand into his and kissed it. No one had ever wanted to be this close to her before but she was enjoying it. She then found it hard to find word but soon did. "I would have to say my favorite animal species to be a white tiger while my favorite mythical creature would be a gryphon." she said as she looked at him, "how about you, what is your favorite?" she asked as she looked at him.

Hunter smiled seeing Zoe seemingly perk back up as the subject was changed. A good meal and good chat was all that he was truely looking for when he had asked her on this little date. Well... He wasn't sure if it counted as a date. Smiling a bit wider as he heard her words, he nodded taking her likes to memory. "My favorite animal is the white tiger as well. Though my favorite mythical creature would be a dragon. I've only met one in my life, which was lucky. I still have her scale and I used a bit of her DNA sample to create Elros." He explained and then looked at her plate again. It seemed she was enjoying the food. "How are you enjoying the food?"

Zoe smiled as she listened to him, amazement in her eyes. "that must of been amazing to see her in real life." she said and wondered what it had been like to see a actual dragon with her own eyes. "that must of been an amazing thing to create elros from that DNA sample, it must of taken a long time to do." she said as she smiled at him. Though when she looked down at her plate she nodded before looking at his eyes again, "the food here is amazing and I am enjoying it a lot. I actually don't remember the last time I had good food." she said as she looked at him.

Hunter chuckled and then nodded. "LUckily Elros is a very talented cook, and likes to cook alot. So whenever you're hungry you should just call." he said lightly and then looked up at the waitress. Asking for more rootbeer he then finished his steak and took to eating the wonderful and rich greek spegetti. "I sware I get addicted to this stuff everytime I go and eat it. Its just soo good!" the scientific male said and pushed his glasses back up onto the bridge of his nose again as his brown bangs swept out of his eyes as he looked at Zoe.

Zoe smiled when she heard him and nodded, "I would love to have some of his cooking sometime. But i would of never guessed that he likes to cook." she said as she smiled at him. She chuckled when she heard him and started to finish off her food, "I have to agree with you. I an defiantly going to come back here and get some more of this one day." she said and smiled happily. She watched as he pushed his glasses up and found it kind of cute. ONce she was done, she smiled at Hunter, "you know this has to be the best date I have ever been on." she said and blushed at the word date. It was hard for her to believe that this was a date.

Hunter smiled as he finished up eating and nodded to agree with Zoe. "I ordered some pasta to take home. It's amazing warmed up too." He said lightly and then blushed. It had been such an important thing that she really considered it a date? He was touched. "I-I have enjoyed the date too." the doctor said and scratched his head as the waitress came. Handing her his credit card before Zoe could even try to pay he smiled at her. "Being the gent I am I will pay. And if you have a sweet tooth and a bit of room left over, there's an amazing little ice cream shop down the block that has the most amazing malts. Sam got me addicted." He offered, he didn't want this time to end with Zoe.

Zoe smiled when she heard him and nearly squealed softly, "that will taste wonderful later." she said as she smiled at him. Though when she saw his blush, her blush grew deeper. When the waiter came for the check she was about to pay when Hunter took it. She then looked at him and then smiled, "fine, but the next time I pay." she said, "and if we do go out for ice cream I am paying. But a malt sounds amazing right now." she said as she looked at him. She really hoped that this time didn't end and that they could just spend the rest of hte night with him. She then slowly sat up and smiled at him, "so, are you ready to get going and show me this amazing ice cream shop?"

Hunter accepted his card back and grabbed the left over pasta he had gotten so they could have it in a few days. "Of course." He said excited and walked out with her, holding the door for her. He put the food in the car and then walked back to Zoe. They began walking and he felt brave. Slipping his hand around hers, he acted like it was nothing, though his heart was pounding in his ears. "This place has huge servings and its all relatively cheap. This is Sam's favorite treat, and I believe Elros is getting addicted too but won't admit it yet. Now I always get the Carmel malt with extra two pumps of Carmel. What kind of malts do you like?" He asked brightly.

Zoe smiled as she waited for him near the car and started to walk with him. It was wonderful outside and she couldn't believe how much fun she was having with hunter. Yet her mind stopped thinking for a second when she felt his hand slip into hers. Her heart started to pound and she blushed slightly as she found her fingers intertwining with his. "this place sounds amazing." she said as she smiled up at him, the blush remaining on her cheeks. "I love chocolate malts, i know it isn't very exciting but I love the simple ones." she said as she smiled up at him. She knew her cheeks were still red and wished that they weren't.

Hunter smiled and nodded at Zoe. "I'm a bit odd, I don't really like any chocolate except for white chocolate." He said and then grinned. "Well we might have to bring ice cream back with us. It would be fair to Elros and Sam if we went to their favorite place and didn't bring anything back." He said lightly as the blinking sigh for the ice cream place came into full view. "Elros got a large tropical Ice, the shaved ice with flavoring, and it was bigger then his entire head. And Sam got cookie dough in the cake batter ice cream with Carmel and frosting in a waffle cone. I'm pretty sure she was in a food coma for a week. She had gotten a large and ate a section of it every day and then stuck it in the freezer." Hunter said and chuckled as they crossed the street and entered the honey ice cream parlor. It had the old type of counter that you sat at with the spinning bar stools and the woman working grinned. "Welcome, do you want to see the menu?" She asked lightly as Hinter led Zoe to sit at the counter and sat next to her.

Zoe smiled when she heard him, "white chocolate is still good, but i still love chocolate." she said and then nodded, "i am sure they would like that and your right, it wouldn't be fair." she said as she found her blush slowly falling away and herself growing even more comfortable around Hunter. Never once did the idea of dropping his hand come to her mind, she actually like the feeling of him holding her hand. She laughed as she listened to her and couldn't believe how much ice cream those two would order. Once they were inside, she couldn't help but fall in love with this place. It just had that homey feeling to it and she smiled as she sat down next to Hunter. Nodding at the waiter, she smiled, "yes, I would." once she got the menu right away her eyes found the most chocolately thing on the menu, she wanted it.

Hunter chuckled and then thanked the woman who handed them the menu. Watching Zoe look through the options was cute and when she seemed to find what she wanted, they ordered. Just true to his word, he ordered something for Elros and Sam, both of whom seemed to have a seperate stomach jus for this stuff. He recieved his ice cream first, simply because the people who worked here could make a malt faster then you could blink four times. Offering a taste from the straw to Zoe he smiled. "Here try some, it's really good." He said and then texted Sam's phone. He only said one thing on it. Ice cream.

Sam was beaming at Elros after their seemingly hundredth round of fun. The young neko purred and then her ears flickered towards the night stand. Crawling back up Elros's body, the shapeshifter grabbed the vibrating phone. Seeing a text from Hunter she nearly squealed seeing the text. Bouncing on Elros's hips excitedly the hybrid looked down at his lover. "Elros we gotta get dressed, Hunter is getting us ice cream!" He said excited and kissed the white haired god and purred loudly. There was three kinds of food Sam would marry, fish, pasta, and ice cream. All pretty much fattening the way he liked them, but with his active lifestyle the thin little blonde needed all the calories he could store away. "Let's get dressed!" He said excitedly, ice cream was the perfect way to end this wonderful time with Elros.

Zoe smiled as she ordered and caught Hunter watching her. He was handsome in a geeky way and that was exactly the way that she liked. Though as she waited, his came first and it looked amazing. Hearing him, she smiled at Hunter, "I would love too." she said as she took a sip of it. Smiling at him she nodded, "it is really good, I can see why you get it." she then watched as he texted sam and chuckled, "so how long do you think it is going to take them to get here? I am guessing a few seconds." she said as she smiled at him and found herself enjoying his company more and more.

Elros smiled as he held sam close to him and heard her purring. Though when he heard the phone he wondered who it was. Watching Sam crawl over him, he smiled as he watched him. Though when he heard the squeal and watched him bounce on his hip, he knew it had to be something interest. Though when he heard him he cheered, "we better hurry, I dont want it to melt." he said as he kissed him back lovingly. He loved ice cream almost as much as he loves sam. He then kissed Sam one last time before he slid away from him and started to pull on his clothing.

Hunter chuckled hearing Zoe and nodded. "I agree, they will be here faster then a blink of an eye." He said lightly and took a sip of his own malt. Watching as her treat came he shook his head and grinned. "That's a ton of chocolate." He said teasingly as he watched her take a taste of her frozen dessert. "How is it?" He asked curiously.

Sam giggled and kissed Elros back before throwing on her simple blue dress ontop of her underwear and bra. Running a hand through her hair to fix it up she grinned and pulled on her heels. Taking Elros's hand they both happily ran out of the house and to the mustang. Driving to the ice cream parlor Sam parked and got out. Streaming into building like her ass was on fire and she sat next to Hunter. Her eyes grew to the size of tennis balls as her favorite waffle bowl was set infront of her making her smiled widely and take a bite. It was sooo good.

Zoe smiled as hers came out and right away her eyes lit up. She then nodded as she smiled at Hunter, "I love chocolate a lot." he said as he smiled at him. "and I am going to eat this ton of chocolate happily." she said and smiled as she took a taste of it. She then smiled happily as she looked at him, "it is amazing." she said happily as she ate more of it. She then chuckled as two very excited people came in and started to devour their ice cream. "well that didn't take long." she chuckled as she looked at him.

Elros smiled as he watched sam get dressed and loved the blue dress that she slipped on. Running out of the hosue with her, he dove into the car and smiled as they drove to the ice cream parlor. Right when sam parked, Elros bolted out of the car just as fast as sam and was in his spot the second after Sam just as his ice cream was places infront of him. Grabbing his spoon, he dug into his ice cream and looked like hte happiest person in the world.

Hunter buckled hearing Zoe and looked at his children as they came in. Seeing everyone enjoying the lovely dessert he paid for everything and sipped on his malt. Chuckling as he watched Zoe he handed her a napkin and Sam some as well. This was like a family, and to him, it was home. It was nice knowing he could watch over his children, and that Zoe could potentially become more then a friend to him.

Zoe smiled as she ate her ice cream happily and took the napkin from HUnter, blushing slightly. But soon she wasn't able to eat anymore and just sighed, "that was great." she said happily and decided to be a bit daring. Reaching out, she took Hunters hand into hers and smiled at him. She knew she liked being with everyone, it was clear with the smile on his face and wished that they could tell Sam and Elros about everything. But sooner or later their would be a day.

Hunter was surprised as he felt Zoe take his hand and smiled a her slowly. "I'm happy you enjoyed it." He said gently. Bringing their clasped hand to his lips, he kissed her knuckled gently. Blushing softly he looked into her eyes from behind his glasses, finding himself slowly falling for this beautifully smart creature infront of him. He only prayed he was lucky enough to catch her heart some day.

Zoe smiled when she heard him, "I am happy that you took me out." she said and then her face turned completely red when he kissed her knuckles. IN truth she had always found Hunter captivating when he worked with the company, he ahd been so mysterious and handsome. Yet now she finds herself with a odd family and loving it.

Elros saw the two out of the corner of his eyes and smiled. Leaning over to sam, he whispered into her ear, "I think we might need to get a bigger house." he said softly. Their house wasn't that big but he was sure that they would be able to find a house that would be able to fit them and possibly more just incase more people decided to live with them.

Hunter smiled softly hearing that Zoe was happy with their date. Making it a priority in his mind to take her out more often he then nodded. "I've really enjoyed being with you. Do you want to do something like this again some time?" the brown haired male asked gently as he gazed into those beautiful eyes. He remembered her from the labs, and remembered always avoiding talking to her because he was always so nervous around girls. Expecially veru smart and beautiful ones like her. They would get along well, call it a hunch.

Sam smiled and pulled his face from his icecream as he heard Elros speak in his ear. Perking up he looked at Hunter and Zoe with a soft expression. They were so adorable together the neko wanted to just hug them. "Yeah a bigger house for sure. Hunter can't live in the living room forever." Sam agreed. "maybe we should take our treats and go house hunting? I remeber a few places that were on the market when driving to work." the neko offered and took another bite of her addicting icecream.

Zoe smiled when she heard him and then nodded, "I would really like that." she said and then tucked a piece of her red hair behind her ear and smiled at him. She was glad to have him and could barely believe how things had turned out. "maybe we can go see a movie the next time. I actually dont remember the last time I have seen a movie in a movie theater." she said as she looked at him and smiled. She didn't even notice that Elros and Sam seemed to be getting ready to get out of there.

Elros smiled when he saw sam perk up and looked at the two. They were very cute together and he was actualy glad that Hunter was finding someone. To him it was kind of like watching a father figure or something like that find love. It was something he hoped would happen for him. Heard sam, he smiled down at her and kissed her head gently, "house hunting sounds like a lot of fun." he said and then whispered into sam's ear, "lets find a palce with a big master bedroom and bathroom." and then kissed her cheek.

Hunter smiled widely hearing Zoe and nodded. "I don't remember the last time I've seen one either. It just sounded like something fun to do." He said lightly and then smiled watching Zoe brush her hair from her face and then caressed his thumb over her knuckles. He didn't seem to notice Elros and Sam getting ready to move out of there. He was intranced.

Sam smiled looking at Hunter and Zoe before lookin back at Elros. Hearing his suggestion the female shapeshifter nodded and smiled brightly. "That sounds wonderful. Lets to look!" She said excitedly and stood up, holding her ice team bowl in her hands and taking another bite. Unable to resist she waved at Hunter and Zoe as they headed back towards the mustang. Hopefully their house hunting would be successful.
