Alex looked over at her. "Father? So you knew this was guna happen? " he asked raising an eyebrow. He figured it wasn't what it sounded but what was she holding from him? He tried to shake it off. "If he is tied into this Sam may be in danger next, but what are they trying to get?" He stated more as a thought than anything. He trusted grace that was no lie but they needed tobwork with all the information they had not just parts.

"Hey now, I told you I don't know what's going on. I'm just as confused as you are.." She said quietly with a little bit of sadness in her voice. "All I know is that father told me why he sent me here when you went to get your stuff because I didn't know if keeping you here was a the right thing to do. He said you'd be safer here, he didn't tell me anything about a tracker or that blob thing." All of her thoughts were mashing together to the point where she could think and when she spoke, the words were rushed and a little panicked.

Jack jumped up onto her shoulder and bopped the top of head with her mirror lightly but hard enough to get her calm down. Grace carefully took hold of the mirror and gazed at it for a minute. "You won't like me for this.. but... I'm taking you to see father. He'll be able to tell you what's going on." She moved her gaze from the mirror to Alex.

Alex felt bad for accusing her for not letting him know. "I'm sorry." He said as looked down. He wouldn't have done that, especially if she was as lost as he Washington. When he head her last comment he looked up. " what you mean I won't like it.. I don't even like the sound of that." He added as he looked from her to jack and then back. "What ever needs down we better do it.. I want them safe along as with being safe as well." He added as he walked toward her and placed his hand on her arm.

Grace let her wings open and she gave a small nod. "As long as I have your trust." She smirked lightly and gently took hold of his hand, keeping a gentle yet firm grip on it. "Hang on tight, you too Jack." Grace said. Jack planted himself around the backside of her shoulders. She smirked lightly and flew through the roof as if it wasn't even there, Alex did too since she had a grip on him and it took the three of them into a weird looking part in space that looked more like the inside of a portal.

"Hey.. the roof!!" Alex kinda freaked out as they took off right through it. Trust, yea he had that for here and now he understood why he would like going to see this guy. After a few what seemed to be seconds he slowly opened his eyes and by what he saw he shut them again instantly dizzy. His grip on her hand got a bit tighter, he didn't know if he was hurting her or not but he just didn't want to let go. 'What was I thinking? I should have just believed you .. this is nuts..' he thought to grace.

"Just relax Alex, okay?" Grace held back a light giggle and kept her grip on him just in case. "It's not as bad as you're thinking." She said sweetly in a comforting type voice. It didn't take as long as she thought before she saw the place she was looking for, carefully letting Alex's feet touch the solid ground before she landed next to him. The place looked like a palace on the inside, they couldn't the outside.

"Just weird.. first time for that feeling." Alex said as he looked over at grace as they landed. He took a deep breath. "Were you supposed to bring me here?" He asked not wanting to get her in trouble. He looked around and saw how eligent this place was. He saw jack get down, it looked like he was more use to that flight than he was. "Might I as where are we?" He said staying by her side.

"Fathers place." Grace answered him with a light smirk. Jack led the two to where 'father' would be sitting. Grace walked in front of a really big chair suited for a king where a man with a godly essence sat, the man was at least two times bigger than them. Jack hopped up the fathers shoulder and made his little rabbit sounds. "Papa, I've come to ask you a few questions on what's been happening in the human world." "Didn't I tell you we'd take care of it?" His voice boomed like thunder. "Well yea but I'm in training and it's putting my friends in danger." She said, not showing any signs of being afraid of him.

At first sight of the chair Alex didn't know what to think and when he heard the man speak he took a few steps back. It didn't sound to good, he didn't want her yelled at. He just stayed quiet as he looked at grace. She looked confadent about talking to the guy. He listoned to them continue, wanting everything to be ha k to normal, but at this point what was normal?

The two seemed to stare each other down before the man caved and sighed. "Fine! Human, come here." He wasn't yelling, his voice was the thunder of the roaring storms so of course it was loud. Grace giggled then looked at him. "Alex. Don't be afraid okay? He won't hurt you." She smiled a little. The man rested his chin on his palm. "What is it that troubles you, boy?"

Alex slowly took a few steps forward. "Umm. Well since my parents died this family took me in. Soon after there was a small boy that join in by the same reason and odd thing started happeneing. I kinda ran into grace the other night and well things just got that much weirder." He said not know if he was even making seance but he kept on. "I have tied the odd things to the boy and now I'm afraid the family that helped out is in danger.. is there anything I can do to help? Or am I just helpless like I was the night my parents died." He ended at that tears starting to form in his eyes as well.

"You're not helpless that's for sure." The man spoke first the went into thought. "Are you sure this boy you're talking about is the threat? Or he being possessed? If I remember correctly Grace over there saved his tail from becoming a shinigami." He sighed. "You can help by watching over that boy as well as the girl who takes care of him, to start." Grace blinked. "Father! It's too risky, if the boy is with those things after us-" She stopped her thought process when she felt his glare on her. "I-if anything happens to him I won't forgive you..." She mumbled under her breath.

Alex thought about it, and just wasn't sure if elliot was possest or what was going on. He just stood there quiet. Could he keep track of the kid bringing him bad luck and the girl that saved him. He could just immagin it now, trying to get Sam to be save and around grace the stranger he just met and ate with the other day. He sighed and steppedb back. There was nothing else he could say so he just left it up to grace.

"There are other ways you can help keep Sam safe..." Grace said quietly. "See if you can get Sam to stay with you at my apartment, whether I'm there or not it'll be safer than where she's staying." She offered with a kind smile. "As for Elli, I'll watch him." Elli was a name she would start calling Elliot since he was a little kid after all and it seemed to fit the boy.

Alex stood there quietly. He knew it would b hard to get Sam to move in with him and grace. She would jump at being with him but not at another girls house but he knew he had to at least try. He looked at grace then at the big guy. When was everything just going to end and why were they going for him and the ones he cared for?

Grace came over and put a hand on his shoulder but didn't say anything. She knew what he was going through and felt bad that he got dragged into this mess.

Thought were just sworming his head almost giving him a headache. "Can we get back?" Alex asked quietly as he looked over at grace. He had to get it done and over with like it or not. He just wanted both grace and Sam to be safe, easier said than done in his oppinion. He sighed and rubbed his head.

Sam was busy at work doing what she needed to get done. She still couldn't get over Alex leaving like he did. She wanted him back closer to her again like it was before, but she knew he had moved on and was probably with some other girl by now.

Grace gave a small nod and gently yet firmly held his hand. "Jack, we're going home." The little rabbit hopped down and over to Grace before hopping up onto the back of her shoulders. Grace jumped into the portal thingy that would lead them back to the apartment.

Alex didn't think of the travel the way he did the first time. She was right and he didn't like seeing that buy, it made no seance how he could watching over them and his own life. The hit the floor of the apartment and he just sat down. "Well that was fun.." he said quietly and sarcasticly. "What is his plan to stop it? We really didn't learn anything but things just got harder." He added.

Grace leaned against the wall silently. "He doesn't have a plan..." She said quietly in a cracked voice from trying to stay calm when she was utterly ticked.

"Then why did he say at foray they had or covered? " Alex asked "I know you don't know either its just hard to comprehend. But I better try ans get Sam to stay here.. that's going to be hard too." He added as he stood up.

By this time the reaturant has slowed sown and Sam was about done doing her work as well. "Oh hey elliptical." She said with a smile. "What you doing down here?" She asked not really knowing why, but wasn't to worried about it.

"I've only been an angel for two years.. so it's natural for him to say something like that..." She said quietly as she gently picked up Jack and set him on the couch. "Be careful okay?"

Elliot smiled a fake smile but one couldn't tell the difference and he was quiet like he'd always been.

"Ill try" Alex said and he walked out of the appartment. He quickly walked the two blocks to where the restaurant was qns walked in, helping himself he walker through to the kitchen and stopped dead in his tracks. Sam finises her work and was beside elliot when she saw Alex. "What are doing here?" She asked slightly upset with him still. "I need to talk to you alone." Alex said looking down at the boy. There was something about him that Alex just didn't like and hes sure elliot knew that as well.

Grace sighed and allowed herself to slid down and sit on her bum. "I don't like this... Not one bit..." She muttered to herself quietly before into a bubble of thinking.

Elliot looked at Alex before going to sit in a booth or something.

"Your not safe Sam.."Alex said looking at her. "I dout you believe me but you have to get away from here.. that's why I did you need to come with me." He added. Sam just looked at Alex. "You just leave with no explination and now you want me to go with you?" She crossed her arms. "I don't know whats gotten into you Alex" she added looking at him. "If I didn't want you safe I wouldn't have come back.. now please" he pleaded.
