Avril crossed her arms. She wasnt about to play into his mind games. Even if she DID like him.

He simply shrugged. "Ok, I'll go then."

Avril panicked on the inside, but revealed no outward signs of distress. She took a deep breath, her back to him. "Are you sure you have to?" She asked with a soft but firm voice. Avril attempted to make herself appear bussy by fidgeting around with a candle that had been set on her kitchen counter. "I mean, if you hate it so much why go back?"

He sighed. "If you don't want me then I must leave." he said, grinning on the inside. He got closer ands closer to the door, just waiting for her to tell him to wait. That's what he hoped for anyways.

Avril's eyes shot up to Jake. Her heart began to beat out of her chest as he neared the door. She had to do something, say anything to make him stay. Without thinking, Avril opend her mouth. Without warning a plea left her lips that sounded absolutly nothing like her. She wasnt one to beg. "No! Please wait!" As soon as she said it se regreted it. She bit her lower lip and looked away from him, too ashamed to make eye contact.
