Name:Megarran
Age: 26

Laovia is the Queendom. A mostly wild land untouched by man. Larger towns, those mainly along the coast and river sides, had cut into the vast forest to make room for houses and farming while other less prominent villages had built their homes in the trees or natural clearings. It was a testament to the nomadic ways of their ancestor.Only seven generations ago did the people untie under one ruler and give up their nomadic way. There are many rumors about how the unification of the tribes happened. Some involving her selling her soul and the soul of her off spring to an earth spirit, other claiming that the spirits were the ones who set her on her quest and that to complete it she was given their powers, the more far fetch ones claim she was truly a spirit herself. No matter how it happened the nomadic tribes united under her and the stone palace that was built for her still houses those of her blood as the royal family.

(( Thought I'd add in a little something about the Queendom.))

Name: Sebastian Mason
Age:28

Feli is the kingdom. The large land had been taken charge of by the strong and rough Mason family. The land was rich, the people were happy, and the alcohol was plentiful. (which was good for the solders and many man who lived there.) the homes are richly decorated, as the kingdom has muck wealth. Unlike the Queendom nearby, this land is a military nation. They often go into battle, and more times than not come out victorious.

Hands resting on the large oak table Queen Megarran stared down each member of her royal council. They had been fighting her every step of the way since she had explained that she was offering King Sebastian of Feli an invitation into their land. They had been attacked, not directly and there was no way to prove that the series of strange occurrences had been done purposely but the fact that Feli was suffering in the same way let her know that something was brewing. "I will not repeat myself again. Our doors will be open to King Sebastian and anyone who he deems fit to bring when he arrives here." She loved each one of her people and the council was no exception. Still they acted as if she was still a young girl who had taken the crown far too early. Pushing away from the table she ran a pale hand down the front of her light blue dress to press out any wrinkles. " That is all I will hear on the matter."

Once outside the council room, she could hear the mutters even through the thick wooden door, Megarran was greeted by Arran her personal guard. the look on his normally unreadable face was proof alone that she had little support in her choice. It was a small comfort that his disapprove steamed from concern for her personal safety while the council feared that inviting Feli into their lands would be taken as a hostile act from other kingdoms. As Queen she understood, she had told them as much over the last month, Laovia had stayed far separate from many wars that plagued the other kingdoms. In truth they had been such a peaceful land that most of the treaties that were still in place had been signed in the halls of her stone castles.

Brushing back a strand of light blond hair the Queen took one glance at her guard before walking down the hall to her personal study. "Are you going to tell me I risk Laovia's safety as well?"

"No but I do suggest increasing the palace guard. Feli is a far more aggressive Kingdom there motive for coming may not be a innocent as your invitation."

Not bothering to turn her head to face the taller man behind her, "I will not stray from the Laovian way. I will trust them until they give me reason not to. They should be arriving shortly if their journey was safe. Not enough time or reason to cause a panic with increased guards. "

Following after the Queen into her study he took his place by the door. It was most strategic point of the room. From there he could intersect any who entered through the door while keeping a clear view of her Majesty at her desk and the large window that sat behind her. At the moment she was leafing through old passages from Queens past. It was something she had taken up after the first few poisonings and fires had taken some of the smaller villages located in the forest. She was trying to see if this had happened before, or if some long forgotten enemy had been recorded in the pages of dairies.

Sebastian stared at the council with pure disgust. They were a bunch of old men with no purpose in life but to get on his ever loving nerves. "My lord, do you really find it wise to endager yourself while we're in such grave danger?" One of the elder men asked and Sebastian stood, slamming his hands down on the long oak table. "I am not a fool! I know what I should and should not do. We need allies. What happens if a larger nation attacks us? We're in no place to be distrusting of Laovia." He yelled. He couldn't understand why he even consulted these men. It wasn't like he ever listened to their 'wise' advice. He left the room before his anger could flare anymore. He went to his room and stripped off his flashy royal garments. He obviosuly did not have his people's sypport, so he'd be going alone.

"You really should allow a man his privacy." Sebastian said coldly as he felt a presance. "You already know you can't sneak up on me anyway." He heard a soft chuckle. "Then why did you undress if you knew I was here?" He didn;t anser her and simply pulled on his peasant like clothes. "Are you really going to travel all the way to Laovia? That's a long way for such a fragile and small boy." He snapped and whirled around to face her. "I'm not a little boy anymore Yuna." He said with a bit of a tone. Yuna had been taking care of Sebastian since he was just a boy in his nursery. She'd been there when his father had died and when his mother killed herself sortly after. She'd helped him survive. If there was a person he trusted, it'd have to be her. "Besides. No one seems to want to follow." He snarled. He was annoyed as the elf woman's laughter fuilled the room. "Tsk. Silly child, I'll be with you." He grinned. "What can one old woman do?" He asled, knowing she was young for an elf at only one hundred and two. "Take care of a silly boy like you." She answered and the two set out.

Sebastian yawned as it got extremely dark and he started to tire of walking. They'd already gone miles and all he wanted to do was sleep. "We're almost there my little king." She said and he groaned. "I'm tired." He protested and she sighed, slinging him onto her back. "Sleep. I'll wake you when we've arrived." He took her up on that offer and did go to sleep, enjoying it while the much stronger elf woman carried him towards the castle in the Queendom.

"Wake up sleeping beauty." He whined in protest and then stood to see the huge castle gate. "Who goes there?" Came a yell from the top of said tower. "King Sebastian of Feli." He yelled back and go so response for a moment before he was arrested by a gaurd who took him for a peasant boy. "How dare you! My army will make you pay for this mistake! I have come in peace as invited by your queen!."

Sitting at her vanity blue eyes watched as blond strands of her hair were gathered up and pinned in an intricate bun. The 'strange occurrences', they had no proof that it was an attack and why worry her people needlessly, had been random. First poisoning of the cattle in a small village to the north then an unexplained fire wipes out most of a town in the south. It was troubling to her but more so it left the people unnerved. Elders had been whispering about angry spirits and abandoning the old way.

When her maids stepped away the Queen took a brief glance at their work in the mirror before standing. Most of her long sunlight colored hair was left to flow down her back, turning her face to the left she took in the braids that had been woven into the bun. Her crown would rest easily around it. Normally she wouldn't worry about use extravagant hair styles and the velvet purple dress but the king from another land was to be arriving and she would be his first impression.

"Thank you you are dismissed." The three ladies bowed before collecting her night clothes and heading towards the door. lifting the long silver chain from her vanity that held the crystal that had been passed down from Queen to Queen. It was far more important then any crown. Looking back towards the mirror she let a soft smile grace her face. She looked far more like her farther.

Shortly after the ladies had left a loud pounding on the startled her out of her ponderings. Taking a step back away from the door wide blue eyes stared at the dark wood. Was the council right, was Feli invading? Resting a hand over her heart Megarran mentally berated herself. She was letting others sway her thoughts."Co..Come in." The large door was pushed open to reveal a young palace guard and Arran. The guard bowed low while her personal guard kept eye contact with his Queen. Breaking eye contact she turned back to the soldier. "Yes?"
"A peasant claiming to be the King of Feli's has been arrested my Lady."
" What?" Blue eyes went back to Arran to confirm the news. How was see to take this? Would King Sebastian posing as a peasant for a safe travel or was this some type of Felian insult. "Take me to see him."

With a nod of his head the dark haired man moved to stand out of the door way as his Queen made her way towards him. "You are dismissed." He called back towards the waiting foot solider. "This way my Queen."
