"Nice... well I'm glad you finally made a move on her though, she's so shy hse would have just waited until it was too late." Sinz grinned some then sighed. "the cell seems to be heavily guarded and I believe the king ordered the guards not to open the cell... how are we supposed to get her out of there? I don't think I can unlock the locks on her hands and on the cell... they look very complicated." she said softly trying to be as quiet as she could though made sure Valefar could still hear her.

"Too late huh? When would it have been too late?" he asked and looked back at Sinz. "Well look Sinz, the guards have the key. We just need to find a way to distract them so that Skylar can take the key from them." explained Valefar as he stopped a few feet away from Vixen's cell and stared at the guard. "How are we going to do this?" he asked quietly.

"When your parents would have decided to mary you off." Sinz murmured then thought some. "I have an idea... if I send Seta out to distract the guard that might give us time to get Vixen out of there." She explained softly hoping that would wwork since Charlie could easily get the key while Seta distracted the guard.

"Ohhhh...well yeah I suppose you're right." he said before looking at her and listening to her idea. "I like it. I was thinking of having Charlie take the key all along, glad to know that the dragons are good for something." he muttered and looked at Charlie. "Okay Charlie, you know the plan...just be careful and be quiet okay?" he whispered. Charlie crooned quietly and tilted his heat to the side waiting to be told to leave.

"Okay Setta let's go, just be careful and don't get caught okay?" Souls said softly before Setta nodded and flew off then started to screech loudly and fly around easily drawing the guards attention and had him chase her while Charlie went to grab the keys and few back to Valefar.

Valefar pet Charlie and looked at the key. "Okay so I have the key, now to get Vixen out of there." he said and quietly walked over to Vixen's cell and stuck the key in the lock, Unlocking the door. Looking at her, me placed a finger to his lips in a way to tell Vixen to stay silent as he began to unlock her from the chains.

Vixen looked up when Valefar came over to her cell then smiled at him as she watched him unlock the cuffs then hugged him a bit before seeing Sinz and Souls waving hurriedly for them to come on out and leave the dungeon.
(what if the demon princess had like just arrived when they got out of the dungeon or something? I could be her X3 ) |
Valefar blinked in surprise at the hug and took her hand in his as he ran out of the dungeon with her. Occasionally he looked back to see if they were being followed but he saw nothing. "I guess we're safe for now.." he whispered.

Vixen sighed in relief when Valefar said that he thought they were safe and then felt Setta land on her shoulder. She smiled at the little dragon then looked at Valefar. "What are we to do now though? If your father sees us together or me out of the dungeon he's going to kill me." Vixen said softly though then heard a slightly dark sounding light laugh.
"Oh so your father wasn't lying! How cute and disgusting! Why would you settle for a little girl like her when you could have a fully developed demon princess?" A woman said as she walked up to the four and snapped her fingers making a new collar appear on Vixen's neck that shocked her right away and knocked her to the ground. "See she can't even stand up on her own two feet." Setsudan said with a smirk as she walked up to Valefar and smiled at him seductively. "I'm Setsudan, princess of the demon kingdom in the east." she grinned ignoring the two other women as they tried to help Vixen calm down but every time she tried to get up she would get shocked. "Well, you'll just stay in your room and-" but he was cut off by the sound of someone talking. Turning quickly he stared at the woman approaching them and glared, letting out a hiss. "Maybe because I don't want a demon Princess?" he replied and looked over at Vixen as she fell to the floor from the shock. "What is it you want, and maybe if I shocked you, you'd probably fall onto your knees too!" he snapped and looked at her. "So you're the demon princess nightmare my father was talking about. I suppose it's nice to meet you; and I'm Valefar demon prince of this kingdom...big deal." he said and rolled his eyes at her. "Why don't you just leave us alone now?!" he asked.

"Oh well I just wanted to meet my husband to be. After all we will be wed in a week if I'm correct... and I have been shocked before, it doesn't really hurt, I find it quite pleasant actually." Setsudan smiled eariely and it seemed to grow slightly when she heard Vixen crying from the pain that also made her wings come out. "I don't see why you would want to be with such a wimp, that collar isn't even on medium and she's already in tears. Well... ignoring the wimp, why don't we get to know eachother hm? We only have a week unless your father moves up the wedding." she grinned some still ignoring Vixen.
Vixen kept trying to get up, to get over to Valefar again, to say something, but every time she tried she was met with a harsh shock that just kept coming and kept hurting her. "V-Valefar." she whimpered painfully as Sinz and Souls tried to calm her but it didn't seem that she could be calmed as her wings came out and started to flex from the shocks that jolted her bones and made it hard for her to breathe. |
Valefar really wasn't in the mood to talk, especially when he could hear Vixen cry in pain. Looking at Setsudan, he growled and walked over to her until their faces where inches apart. "Let it be known right now that I am not going to marry filth and scum like you! I would rather marry a dead corpse before I would even think about being married to you!" he spat and grabbed her hair in his hand tightly. "If I am forced to marry you and I somehow do, I'll make sure that before that same day ends, we're divorced." he hissed before throwing her away from him. "Now leave us alone..." he ordered and turned his attention to Vixen. "Vixen don't speak...just try to relax okay?" he said softly and knelt down in front of her.

"Oh that's the wrong thing to say." Setsudan sneered and as she did Vixen let out a scream of pain as she collar shocked her harshly and it was clear the more ticked the demon princess was the harsher Vixen's pain was. "Valefar she going to kill Vixen if this keeps up! Make her stop! Do something!" Sinz said trying to calm Vixen as she spoke but with such harsh shocks the girl just couldn't be soothed at all.

"STOP IT!" he yelled and frowned. You could tell that this situation was killing him inside. "If...if marrying you is the only way I can protect Vixen...then I'll...marry you..." he said sadly and you could hear the pain in his voice as he said that. "Now please leave me alone with Vixen...I have to make sure my slave is okay..." he said quietly.

Setsudan grinned before walking up to Valefar. "Know that if you run after we're wed I will kill her." she said before forcing Valefar to kiss her then went off to go to the room she would be staying in. As she left the collar stopped shocking Vixen and she was able to calm some. "Valefar..." she whimpered quietly looking up at him through weak and painful looking eyes. She didn't want him to marry the demon princess... but if he didn't then she would end up dead.

After she was gone she spit in response to her kiss and punched a wall. He turned over to Vixen and gently touched her collar. "I need to take this off..." he whispered and looked at her. "I don't want to marry her you know...I-I just don't know what to do at this point." he said to her and sighed. "If I try to run away with you right now...we'd have nowhere to go and you'd be killed if they found us...and I don't want you dead." he whispered.

Vixen whimpered some as Valefar touched the collar and it gave her a small shock. "I... don't think.... you... can remove... it.." she said her voice still weak and raspy just as it had been before but this time there were burns on her hands and on her neck from where she had touched the collar and it had been shocking her. She could tell he didn't want to marry the woman... but what else could they do?

Cursing softly under his breath, Valefar helped Vixen get up to her feet and held her in a loving hug. "I don't know what to do...but don't worry...I do know that I won't ever love that woman." he whispered and gently stroke her hair with his hand. "Come...we must get you to your room where you will rest. There has to be a way for that collar to come off...I guess I'll have to ask Setsudan to take it off you." he said quietly.

Vixen nodded some listening to Valefar though when she tried to stand with him her knees gave out and she herself was starting to black out as well. The amount of shocks that had went through her was almost twice as many as before and lingered longer then before as well, making it impossible for her to pull in her wings and causing her to be even weaker then before.

Valefar gently carried her in his arms and began to walk over to her room. He didn't know what to do but he knew he had to go talk to Setsudan now. "Okay...I'll leave you here while I go talk to her. Sinz, Souls...you two must protect her and if anything happens come find me." he said before leaving her room and looking around for Setsudan. "Where is she?" he asked himself and felt Charlie sit on his shoulder.

"Of course." Sinz and Souls said softly before watching Valefar leave then Souls went to go get ice for Vixen's neck and bandages for her hand along with some ice for her hand.
Setsudan was outside enjoying how lovely the dead garden was and had a feeling Valefar would come looking for her, she didn't care though she didn't feel like taking the collar off of the tainted angel girl... she had gotten too comfortable being buddies with Valefar and that was going to change. |
Walking out to the dead garden he hissed. "I see you're enjoying my mother's garden..." he said trying to stay calm. "I want you to take that collar off of her! Vixen has done nothing wrong for you to do that to her!" he exclaimed. Sighing he looked at Charlie. "Why don't you go play in your pond...I'll call you back later." he explained and watched Charlie fly off. "So the wedding is in a week..." he said to himself.

"Oh but see she has." Setsudan said as she stood and looked at Valefar. "See she is your slave, she is to be quiet and swift in her cleaning, she is not to complain when she is punished and she is to be punished frequently so she doesn't think that she can get away with anything. And she is ESPECIALLY not supposed to have deep feelings for you. See that's one of the laws for slaves, they aren't supposed to love their masters, they can love working for their masters but once they love their masters they start to stray from their duties as slaves. She is not an equal, she isn't even considered a person anymore, she is a slave, a thing to be bought or sold nothing more nothing less." she said and you could tell she had a hatred for angels like Valefar's parents but seemed to think even lower of Vixen then anything else.

"Well see that's where you are wrong. Vixen is my slave so therefore, I can do whatever I want with her. You have no right to punish what is mine!" he said and frowned. "Not only did she fall in love with me, I also fell in love with her because unlike everyone else in this castle she actually cares about me! Vixen is my friend and much more..she is very special to me you know. Besides, the law of what a slave is all depends on the master. If I want her to be my love slave that is what she will be!" he exclaimed. "If you really think that you can come in here and tell me what to do you are surely mistaken because I'm not afraid to fight you Setsudan!" he hissed. "I demand that you remove Vixen's collar at once!" he yelled.

"Well then I guess you're going to have to fight me because I love watching little tainted angels in pain. Oh and did I mention I'm the top warrior in my kingdom?" Setsudan grinned devilishly having a good feeling Valefar wouldn't be able to beat her.
