"A few of the maids but I think our mothers are talking in the garden and your father is still in his study." Vixen said softly with a smile as she plopped down on the bed next to Valefar and kissed his cheek softly before taking her book and opened it but waited to see if he had anything to say before she started to read.

"Like father, like son." he muttered and chuckled before coughing slightly and starting to read silently to himself. His father was always in his study it seemed. Valefar himself had never stepped inside the study...mostly because he knew he wasn't allowed to be in there. He continued reading silently and would sometimes stop reading to stare at the window which had the curtains drawn.

Vixen smiled before she started to read and leaned against Valefar softly and lovingly but not enough to bother him.

Valefar looked over at her and peaked at the book she was reading. "What are you reading?" he asked her in a soft whisper. He had been reading about demons and their love for dragons. Although, some demons didn't allow dragons in their household, others preferred that there be at least one dragon in the household, it was considered good luck in the demonic beliefs.

"Ah it's just one of my favorite books that I've read like a hundred times." Vixen said with a slight laugh. "It's about a cat that somehow gets turned into a human and ends up falling in love with one of the very animal catchers he had been avoiding... it's a sweet romance." she smiled as she looked at Valefar and kissed him cheek softly and lovingly

"A.....cat?" he repeated slightly confused. "A cat....falls in love with a human he's been avoiding?" he repeated and blinked before looking at his book. "That's quite interesting." he said and shivered slightly before pulling the blanket closer around him. "So you read that book many times? You don't get tired of it?" he asked her curiously.

"Yeah I know it sounds odd but it's a really cute book." Vixen admitted before smiling and nodding. "Yeah I never get bored of it really." she smiled slightly before cuddling closer to Valefar lovingly.

Valefar put his book down and just rubbed his head. He was getting slightly dizzy, so he put his book to the side before lying down and lying down again. "Getting a little dizzy..." he said softly before running his hand through his hair gently. "I am surprised to know that the cat fell in love with the person he was avoiding though." he commented and chuckled.

"Kinda like the two of us." Vixen grinned lightly before putting her book away as well and curled up to Valefar's side and smiled at him softly and lovingly. "I love you so much Valefar." she said softly before kissing his cheek lovingly.

"Well...I'm not a cat that turned into a human." he started. "I was never really avoiding you...I just didn't want to be your friend because I was so used to not having any, that I felt I never needed one. Although, Charlie has always been my best friend." he explained and smiled tiredly. "I know you do, and guess what?" he whispered as he looked at her, "I love you too Vixen." he whispered as he pulled her closer.

"No but for awhile I was avoiding you." Vixen said before smiling and cuddling closer to Valefar lightly laying her head against his chest as she hugged him lovingly.

"You were avoiding me, only because I scared you...yet you still wanted to be my friend." he reminded and gently brushed away some hair from her face. "I'm sorry for scaring you, love." he added softly. His fingers continued to run through her hair soothingly while he reached for the water and took a sip.

"It's okValefarfar you know I already forgave you for that." Vixen smiled as she stayed curled close to him lovingly.

Valefar nodded and yawned. "I know Vixen, but I still want to apologize. I didn't mean to frighten you." he insisted and sighed softly. "It's funny how I hated you...and you were afraid of me...and now we love each other so much, it hurts to be apart for even a second." he commented.

Vixen nodded and then smiled slightly and hugged Valefar lovingly.

"Love...are you hungry?" he asked softly and yawned tiredly as his stomach growled softly. "I think I'm hungry..." he whispered and looked at Vixen before nuzzling her cheek affectionately.

"Yeah I am a bit hungry... I think it's about time for dinner... now that we're on good terms with your parents I think it will be allot nicer to eat with them." Vixe smiled softly as she nuzzled him back and then slowly moved to get up.

Valefar nodded at what she said and sat up in bed before drinking more of his water. "You actually want me to eat at teh dinner table?" he asked with wide eyes before looking out towards the window. "I thought you wanted me to stay in here. I can always eat here you know." he explained and smiled softly. "Make sure that Charlie gets some JuJu berries...I promised him a reward for coming with me to get the ring." he explained.

"Well do you think you'll be able to sit up at the dinner table? So long as you're okay that's all I care about." Vixen smiled softly before blushing a little. "So that's where you went" she said softly and smiled lovingly before kissing his cheek lightly.

"Well I think I can handle eating dinner with my parents...though I might leave early if I start feeling light headed." he explained and blushed. "W-well yes...but I thought you already knew?" he stuttered while smiling. "I'm not going to show you the ring yet...not until I get better. Unless you really want to see it now?" he commented and smirked before he stood up and walked over to Vixen.

"I wasn't sure where you went really." Vixen said then smiled and shook her head. "How about we just go ahead to the dining room?" she said softly as she wrapped her arms around one of his and looked up to him lovingly.

"Okay then, let's go eat dinner." she said and walked with her out of his room and down the stairs to the dining room. Even though he was sick, he wasn't going to let that show. He still walked around the house like the prince he was.

Vixen smiled as they walked and she stayed close to him and then sat down next to him and her mother at the table right as dinner was being served. The whole room felt allot better now that his parents didn't hate her and she was actually looking forward to eating with them... or at least his mother since she still wasn't sure how his father really felt about her.

((Awww, but she'll always be his princess! xD))

Cresil soon walked into the dining room and noticed Valefar and Vixen. "Hello Vixen." he said kindly before looking at Valefar as he sat beside his wife. "Why aren't you in bed?" he asked. Valefar looked at his father, "Father, I think I can handle a family dinner. If I can't I'll excuse myself early." Valefar answered as he looked at his food. "Cresil dear, I believe that Valefar knows his own limits." commented Usha with a smile. Valefar shivered slightly bit didn't make anything of it and looked around. "Charlie?" he asked. Usha looked around and frowned. "Well I don't know, maybe he fell to sleep?" she suggested. Just then, Charlie's screech could be heard as he quickly ran down the stairs and over to Valefar before nuzzling his cheek. Valefar laughed and pet him softly, "I missed you too buddy, now sit and eat like Vixen taught you. If you eat correctly, you'll get your JuJu berries I promised." he whispered.

Vixen smiled as she saw Charlie and then Setta coming down after him and then looked at Cresil and gave him a slight smile along with Usha. "Don't worry I'm making sure that he doesn't push himself too much." Vixen smiled before seeing her sister, mother and guardians coming into the room both Sinz and Souls talking softly while neither looked like they were feeling the best.
