"Oh well Grrr to you three too!" Nero teased and chuckled as he continued to pull on the rope gently so that he wouldn't hurt their teeth or anything. "You guys really are active aren't you?" he commented and smirked, his hair fell like a curtain around his face every time they managed to tug him forward.

"Yeah try walking them all at the same time." Mela smirked as she watched Weasel fall back before grabbing a hold of the rope again all of them growling as they tried to either pull Nero down or pull the rope away from him.

"I have no idea hos you do that Mela, it must be very difficult huh?" Nero asked before feeling the rope slip from his hand. "Darn, you three win!" he said and pet them all gently. "Congratulations on beating this 'mad man' at tug of war!" he announced and laughed before scratching them behind their ears.

"HA! Well you did look like a mad man yesterday." Mela laughed happily before moving over and hugging Nero lovingly and felt as though she should tell him how she felt... but she was scared he didn't feel the same...

Nero only laughed and shook his head. "We really should have taking a photo of that! I bet I looked hilarious if it makes you laugh." he said and fought back the urge to cough as he hugged her back tightly and protectively, turning his face away from her so that her hair didn't touch his face since he needed to clean up.

Mela laughed a little before pulling away and standing up. "Maybe you should get cleaned up before your piercings get infected." she said softly as she offered him her hand with a smile.

Nero smiled and stood as he nodded. "Yeah I should really go clean up." he agreed and coughed softly. "Mela...can I ask you something?" he asked her quietly as he took her hand in his.

"Of course Nero anything." Mela smiled softly but was a bit worried about him since he kept coughing and his question kinda confused her.

"I'm fine really." he said seeing the worried look on her face. "I was just wondering what it was like living here all your life. In a house full of people that love you, it must have been nice right?" he asked and smiled softly.

Mela paused but nodded. "Yes it was nice... it is nice... but even with everyone here that loves me I missed you so much when you were gone... but Nero... the people that are here now... you know they care allot about you right?" she asked softly before blushing some. "And I... care allot about you." she said softly still blushing quite a bit now.

Nero listened and smiled. "Well I'm happy for you. I'm happy to know that you live surrounded by people who love you." he started and blushed at what she said, blushing a dark red at her last comment. "I care a lot about you too you know..." he whispered and looked away nervously. "I'm glad someone does care about me...l-let's go inside then." he said and quickly walked inside with her before quickly walking to his room, trying to hide his blushing face.

Mela smiled happily and sat on his bed once they were in his room and waited for him to clean out his piercings as she thought. She wanted to tell him how she felt... before he ended up vanishing again... but she was scared he didn't feel the same way... but what if he did? What exactly would that mean for them then? She thought and blushed a bit at the thought that he might actually like her as well.

Noticing that she was there, he looked at her and smiled before looking at himself in the mirror as he began to remove all his piercings, even his tongue, belly button and chest piercing. "Might as well disinfect them all." he said and grabbed a hair tie as he put his hair up in a ponytail to keep the hair out of his face as he walked to the bathroom and began to wash his face thoroughly. When he was done, He went back to the bedroom and began to disinfect and clean his piercings carefully. Yes it was a lot of work to keep the piercings clean but it was worth it.

"When did you get your nipples pierced?" Mela asked curiously since she had known that he had his tongue and belly button pierced but had no idea he had his nipples pierced.

Nero almost died when she said that and he looked at her. "Oh my Gosh! No! That is never happening!" he said and placed his hands on his shirt over them and shook his head. "It's interesting but I'm not going to do that." he said and pointed to his upper chest, right below where the collar bone ended. "I got a piercing here Mela." he said and chuckled as he began to dry off the piercings before slowly putting them back on.

Mela looked a little closer then blushed and started laughing. "Oh! I'm sorry Nero, you know I can't see well." she laughed a bit but stayed sitting on his bed easily waiting for him to get done. |

Nero chuckled and shook his head. "It's okay Mela, we all make mistakes." he replied and soon was finished putting his piercings back on. "Would you like to go back outside? Or should we just relax inside?" he asked her gently. |
"We can go and relax in the garden if you like, or stay inside, whatever you want to do." Mela smiled easily before hugging Nero with a bright smile glad that he was now clean so she could hug him.

Nero smiled and hugged her back, forgetting that his hair was still up in a ponytail. "Well I don't care where we go or what we do really, as long as we're not apart anymore." he answered and blushed slightly as he continued to hug her happily.

Mela smiled as she lead Nero out to the garden and they sat in one of the plush porch swings that was under a cherry blossom tree. "Hey Nero... I know this is a kinda odd question but... what do you think of me?" she asked her curiosity finally boiling over, she had to know if he really liked her or not.

Nero silently followed her out of the castle and sat beside her on the swing, making him swing slowly and relax. Listening to her sudden question, he blinked and looked at her for a while before looking looking down at his grey nails. "What do I think of you?" he repeated and smiled. "Well, I think you're a sweet person who deserves to be happy. I think you're a great friend, the best friend I could ever ask for. I like spending time with you because you're very easy to talk to and get along with, I care about you a lot. I think you're just an overall amazing person who I am very glad to have met." he answered and smiled. "Now that I answered it...why don't you answer it? What do you think of me?" he asked her.

"Well... that's... not exactly what I meant... I meant... do you... like me?" Mela asked blushing even brighter though then thought some. "I think you are the nicest person I have ever met... my best friend in the whole world.... and... I think I would die if you ever left or vanished or if I was taken away from you again." she said softly looking up at the treetops a bit as she spoke the blush never leaving her cheeks.

"Ohhh, well....yeah I do like you." he admitted and blushed as he avoided looking at her. "I think you're really sweet..and...well...you're pretty." he added and played around with his fingernails nervously. "I promise you...that I'll always be right here with you...we won't be apart again. I won't allow it." he assured and finally looked at her. "Mela...do you like me as much as I like you?" he asked her nervously.

Mela blushed even brighter and looked at Nero with a slight bit of surprise then smiled and nodded. "I like you allot... you always make me smile when I'm around you... and it makes me feel like I want to cry whenever I see you... but in a good way... like whenever I see you I feel so happy that I feel like crying." she admitted her face still blood red from embarrassment.

Nero blushed even more when she looked at him too and listened to what she was saying. Mela likes me? Mela likes me a lot?! he thought happily to himself as he continued to listen to her. "Oh Mela...I don't like seeing you cry, and I'm sorry I make you cry every time you see me, even if they are tears of joy. I don't want to make you cry Mela that's not good." he replied and smiled sadly before poking her blushing cheeks. "You look like a cute tomato right now." he teased and chuckled.
