"They might be.... and I'm surprised that you like baths at all with how you love to sit in that nasty pond." Vixen pointed out with a laugh as they walked and it seemed that she was already feeling better... she had just been missing spending time with him doing something they both liked.

"It's not nasty love, it's very relaxing...much more relaxing than a bath to be honest." he replied with a smirk. "Of course I like baths, I like being clean...and even if I didn't like baths I'd still take them just to be clean." Valefar added with a slight chuckle. It felt nice to finally walk around again, and he was happy to see that Vixen seemed to be enjoying herself.

"Well I'm sorry I find mud nasty... that includes swamp water with algae." Vixen laughed some before lightly leaning her head against Valefar as they walked but was careful not to put too much weight on him so they could walk straight.

"Algae is only disgusting if it gets in your hair. Yes, you should be very sorry you find mud nasty." he teased and chuckled before lifting her hand to his lips and kissing it softly. "I suppose mud is nasty, but then you can always take a bath and it will come off...so it's okay to get messy." he commented as he continued to walk through the kingdom with her. "Is there anywhere you'd like to go?" he asked her, wondering if she wanted to get a few things while they were here.

"I actually wouldn't mind if we could get Nero a welcome home present, what do you think?" Vixen smiled softly wondering what he thought of that. She thought it would be nice to get him something after the years he had been gone and they hadn't been able to be there for him.

"Well love, what exactly should we get him?" Valefar asked, liking the idea. "I do like the idea though love, I think Nero would be happy to get a gift." he added softly. Though, he wondered what Nero would actually like. Nero had piercings, a tattoo, and dressed rather casually...no fancy clothing whatsoever despite him being a pure bred demon.

"Hm... we could get him some nice new piercings, I don't think he really has many I think he only uses the ones that he wears all the time... he would probably like to have some that he could change out don't you think?" Vixen pointed out as she thought a bit.

Hearing this, Valefar laughed and nodded. "Love, Nero would absolutely love that I'm sure." he answered and chuckled. "Come along then, let's go get him his gift shall we?" he said and smiled as he looked at her before leading her off to a shop he knew would have what they were looking for.

Vixen smiled and nodded as they went to the shop and she was soon looking at the pure metals they had wanting to get Nero something nice that would last and would be easy to clean.

Valefar looked over at the metals and wondered which Nero would like the best. "Well love, which should we get?" he asked and looked over all the metals carefully. He figured it would be easier if Nero were here with them, but then it wouldn't be a surprise and that would be no good.

"Why not something nice like white gold with black gems?" Vixen suggested as she pointed out a set that looked like Nero might like it.

"Sounds expensive..." answered Valefar in a fake whine before laughing. "I think he'd love that." he said and grinned as he looked over at the set Vixen was pointing at. "We can give it to him once he wakes up." said Valefar as he got the set she pointed at and examined it. "He'll wear it right away I'm sure." he added and chuckled.

That looks like something he would like right?" Vixen said though thought it did so asked the woman behind the counter to get it out for them.

"Like I said love, He'll run up to his room and put them on right away. He'll be like a kid at the candy store." he answered and laughed lightly as he watched the lady go get it out for them.

Vixen smiled happily and hugged Valefar lovingly as she waited for the woman to ring them up and then handed them the box after they gave her the amount the set would cost. "So anywhere else we should go before we go home?" she asked with a smile as she stayed close to Valefar and looked up at him lovingly

Valefar hugged her back and kissed her cheek before thinking. "The candy store, I'm sure Eofe would like some coconut flavored chocolates. We can always get our Little Mela some candy too if you'd like." he answered and walked out of there with Vixen as he headed over to the candy store.

Vixen smiled and nodded as she looked around in the candy store and grabbed some candies she knew her daughter would like and actually spotted something she wasn't expecting... a special candy from the angel kingdom... one of her favorites. She walked over and picked up the box that the mini candy covered apples without seeds were in then looked over to see if Valefar was about done and wondered if he wanted to try these since she knew they were wonderful.

Valefar got Eofe a large box of the chocolates that were Eofe's favorites and looked over at Vixen from where he stood at the counter. "Love did you find everything?" he asked her as he waited for her to place her things on the counter so that he could pay.

"Yeah, I'm sure everyone will like these." Vixen smiled since she was planning on sharing so Mela could taste something that they normally couldn't find here... and it wasn't really angels food, it was just special apples grown in the angelic kingdom or in no mans land that had no core but tasted delicious.

"I'm sure they will." he answered and payed for everything before motioning at Vixen to follow him. "Let's go back home now. I'm sure mother will be surprised and happy to receive these chocolates." he stated and glanced over at Vixen before continuing to walk home.

Vixen nodded with a smile as she walked with Valefar and seemed really happy to be spending this time with him. Before long they were back on castle grounds and found that Mela and Nero were no longer outside and had probably went inside for lunch or something.

Valefar opened up the door for Vixen and then closed it behind them before looking around. "I'm going to go look for Eofe now, you can go give Nero his gift. I wonder where he and Mela are." he said and kissed Vixen quickly before going over to look for Eofe to give her the chocolates he bought her. Nero had made himself a sandwich for lunch and ate it happily. Yeah it wasn't nothing fancy but he still loved the simple things.

Mela smiled as she sat at the table with a bowel of soup and easily chatted with Eofe and Nero as they sat there eating. Vixen smiled as she walked into the dining room and saw Eofe and knew that Valefar would be in there soon. "I have a surprise for you two." she smiled to Mela and Nero before pulling out the wrapped box and sat it beside Nero then got the candied apples and set them on the table so they could each have one.

Nero stared at the box and frowned before staring at Vixen. "What is it?" he asked her curiously. Valefar peaked his head inside and smiled when he saw Eofe. "Mother! I bought you chocolates!" he mused and presented Eofe with the box of Coconut shavings covered chocolates. "Oh? My sweet prince! You didn't have to get me these." she said and chuckled. "I know, but I remember that you loved getting some when we would go on our walks together before." Valefar answered and grinned. "Well thank-you very much dear, it's very much appreciated." Eofe answered.

"Why don't you open it and find out?" Vixen smiled and then looked to Eofe and smiled again glad she liked the gift and hoped that Nero would like his present.
