Kirin goes and gets an art book out flipping through the pages. "Is this the one you are talking about?" He shows him the picture of Chronos eating his children.

Uriel just follows after Kirin, looking at the pictures as the other flips through the book. He looks at the one he stops on and nods his head a bit. "Yes! That's the one!" He's smiling a bit.

"Chronos was the father of Zesus and his siblings. Zesus was the youngest of the group. Now Chornos feared his children would rise up against him so as they were born he swallowed them whole. They grew up in Chorons' stomach. Now Gaia, the mother of the children was very unhappy. So when Zesus was born she hid him and wrapped a stone and gave it to Chronos. He ate it thinking it was Zesus. When Zesus got older he killed his father and freed his siblings." Kirin states with a smile.


(I think I got that all right.)

Uriel listens to him, interested in the story with his head tilted a bit as Kirin talks. "I can't blame her. After awhile...I'd have to either stop having children or start trying to hide them....but shouldn't he taste or feel a texture difference?" Uriel thinks he would knows the difference between flesh and stone but that's him.

"He swallowed him hole, and I don't think he was really paying attention either." Kirin says with a smile. "He was just so focused on staying in charge.

"Absolute power corrupts absolutely." It's a quote Uriel heard somewhere, he doesn't know where at the moment. "And I think even not paying attention, a stone would still be a bit noticeable. Though if he was really hungry at the moment..." Maybe not.

"I think he was mad. I mean to start off by thinking your children would kill, it would drive anybody mad. It drove him mad enough to swallow his children whole. Perhaps he was so mad he didn't notice it was a rock at all." Kirin says.

"But...maybe he was mad before that and that's why he thought his children would kill him...and him thinking it caused it to happen. Maybe it wouldn't have if he didn't eat them." Uriel shrugs a bit.

"We'll never know." Kirin says with a smile. "Though it is interesting to think of."

"I'm still going with he caused all his problems." Uriel shrugs a bit. "But you're right, we can't know."

Kirin pulls Uriel close and kisses him fully. "I love you so much." He states as he continues to hold Uriel.

Uriel kisses back, smiling a bit. "I love you too." He says softly, smiling up at the other before nuzzling him a bit.

Kirin purrs. "Oh Uriel... I..." He just is at a loss for words. He pulls Uriel close and just holds him.

Uriel can't help but smile at the purring, but tilts his head a bit at Kirin's unfinished sentence. He then hugs Kirin tightly, nuzzling him a bit.

"I love you so much." Kirin mutters as he rubs Uriel's back. "You make me feel complete."

Uriel smiles. "I love you just as much." He says before leaning up and kissing Kirin. "I want to be with you forever."

"We will be together forever." He says as he slips Uriel's shirt off.

Uriel can be a bit childish at times, including in the way he thinks. Even if it is obvious that they can be together forever, he needs to state that he wants that. Once his shirt is gone, he kisses Kirin.
