Kirin rubs Uriel's arms lost in in thought. "That was wonderful." He says after a moment. "Amazingly wonderful." He smiles and kisses Uriel's forehead.

Uriel shivers a bit, unable to help it, at the touch. He smiles a bit, still blushing lightly. He finally looks up at Kirin, blinking at the kiss on his forehead. But then he smiles more and hugs him, nuzzling into him happily.

Kirin holds him close and strokes his hair. "Let's go out." He says. He needs to do something.

Uriel leans into the touch, kind of making a soft purr like noise. The touch is relaxing to him. "Huh?" He blinks up at Kirin before smiling. "Okay. Let's go." He's always good with going outside, walking or whatever.

Kirin smiles as he teleports them to the park. He puts an arm around his waist as they walk. "I was thinking we could eat lunch out today."

Uriel ends up halfway clinging to Kirin, without thinking, at the teleporting. He still isn't fully used to the idea. He nods a bit, smiling once his brain starts working again. "Sounds good to me." Of course, anything sounds good to him.

Uriel heads to the park first for a walk. He smiles as Buckey scampers off. He does wonder if Bucky will return, though he can't worry about that now. In there walking they come across a carriage giving rides around the park. "Why don't we go for a ride?" He says with a smile.

Uriel watches as the squirrel scampers off. "Be careful!" He calls out after him. Even if he doesn't come back, there are still dangers out there...like various animals. He stays close to Kirin of course, safety matters. His eyes get all shiny like when he sees the horses. "Pretty." Yes, he's acting like a two year old. "Really?" We can?" He's getting excited a bit here.

"Of course." He approaches the carriage. He talks with the driver and hands him some money. He offers his hand to Uriel to help him up into the carriage.

Uriel can't help but be excited. There's nothing like this in heaven, that he knows of at least. He follows after Kirin, just watching the horses. He takes the offered hand and gets in, scooting over for Kirin, beaming. "This is gonna be fun." He says simply.

Kirin smiles and chuckles as he gets in. The carriage starts moving through the park. Kirin puts an arm around Uriel's shoulders. It is amazing to see the world through the young ones eyes.

Uriel just leans into Kirin, smiling as he does watch the world. He knows it isn't perfect, this world can't be, but that doesn't mean it can't be good and nice anyway. "Why don't people travel this way?" It seems a good way, and as long as the horse isn't hurt, you still have a way to get help or keep going.

"Honestly I don't know." He says with a smile. "Though there are faster ways to get around." He kisses the top of his head.

Uriel frowns a bit. "But are they more reliable? Will they be a companion?" But at the kiss, he kind of squeaks and looks up at Kirin, blushing lightly. He ends up hugging Kirin, a bit randomly.

Kirin returns the hug chuckling. "So what should we do after our carriage ride?" He asks nuzzling Uriel. He loves being here with him.

Uriel makes this purr noise, without realizing, at the nuzzling. "Mmmm....you know this place better than I do." He says, a bit softly. What he knows of this place is what Kirin has shown him so far and that's it. But either way, he's happy.

All of a sudden Kirin stiffens. He feels a very powerful force, one that could, if it wanted to, take Uriel away. Kirin teleports them back to the apartment. He then pulls Uriel close. "Forgive me." He whispers. He puts his hand where he had told Uriel the mark would go. Soon Uriel would feel a tingling sensation, like when your foot falls asleep. After a brief moment Kirin lets go. Uriel now bears his mark.

Uriel notices Kirin stiffening and all so he looks around trying to figure out why Kirin is like this. He doesn't realize what's going on, but then he wasn't thinking about anything like that. He kind of squeaks again at the teleporting-he may never get used to that. "Huh?" Is all he can say at Kirin's words. He doesn't know what's going on, he's confused. But when he starts feeling the tingling, he tries to push away a bit. Once he realizes what just happen, his face, it shows how unhappy he is with that, but for now, he says nothing. It could be because he's too angry for his brain to come up with words at the moment. When he's let go he walks away into "his" room, closing the door behind him. He can't leave, but for right now? He's too angry to deal with anything at the moment.

Kirin lets out a sigh of relief, that was to close for comfort. He teleports to a restaurant and gets to go. He puts it in the fridge for later. After that he just sinks to the couch. He puts his hands over face. He has probably just destroyed any hope he had of a relationship with Uriel. It pains him but he knows in the long run he did the right thing. While he was brooding there is a knock on the door. Kirin knows it's the same powerful force he had felt before. He goes and answers it, and seeing who it was made him glad he had marked Uriel. "Alistair." He says to the demon general who is on his door step. "Oh I sense you've marked him, what a shame." He says his voice practically dripping with venom. "Do you share?" "No." Is the only reply Kirin gives. "Such a shame. Kirin I would watch your back if I were you. He may be off limits, but you are not. And when you are gone he will no longer off limits." At this Alistair turns and leaves. Kirin shuts the door shuddering.

Uriel isn't happy to say the least as he kind of broods a bit, or a lot, in his room. His problem with all this is that his choice was taken from him. That's what pretty much infuriates him. It would be different if it was otherwise, but it isn't. He ends up cracking the door open a bit when he hears the knock on the door, he's curious about who it could be. He makes an unhappy noise, almost a growl as he hears the mark thing again. It just makes him angry all over again and he shuts the door again, not fully catching the last part before flopping back down on his bed, just laying there face down before his thought cause him to actually start crying. Though they aren't thoughts about the mark, they're thoughts about before, in heaven.

Kirin is worried about what Alistair had said before leaving. Though he isn't worried for himself, he is worried for Uriel. He stands and goes and knocks on Uriel's door. You can Kirin is stressed just by looking at him.

Uriel isn't in the best of moods and so it's hard for him to worry about himself at the moment. It takes him a bit to open the door, partially because he though of not opening it...and partially because he needed to stop his crying a bit. He glares a bit at Kirin, but it is weak since he was crying. "Yes?"

"I'm sorry that you are angry at what I did. And I do understand why you are angry. I took your choice from you. But I am not sorry I did it. If Alistair had come and you weren't marked, he would have taken you, and he would have done horrible things to you. I needed you to know that." He turns and starts heading to his own room.

Uriel just blinks as Kirin talks and then walks off. That's the only thing he can do. "Still doesn't mean I'm happy with you." He mumbles, though he can't really be as pissed as he was either. So it's a difference at least? He scratches at the mark a bit, unable to help it since he can FEEL it. All the time. It bothers him a bit.

He sees Uriel scratch at the mark. He goes and gets an ointment. He comes back. "This should help with the itching." He says holding out the tube. He would offer to apply it but he is pretty sure Uriel wouldn't want that.
