Kai sighed as he looked down at the address that he had written on the back of his hand. He could have been using the college acceptance letter as his guide, but he had thrown it crumpled into the bag he wore on his back. he preferred looking at the dark ink on his hand instead. Only two weeks ago, he learned that his parents sent in an application to this school and he had been accepted without his even knowing about it. He didn't understand any of this. It wasn't his parents business what he did, even if he never attended college. The stability wasn't well suited for him, and this type of school least of all. The kind of school that would tell him where to live, what to wear. It was cruel punishment for running away from home so many years ago. Now he was pulled back in a way he couldn't run from.

For the first time in three years, Kai walked the streets of his home toward toward the campus that sat there like something from a movie. Outside of the city limits, down a winding road that lead to a valley between two hills. That's where the building sat, surrounded by tall black iron-wrought gates. It was absolutely archaic. He hefted his bag higher on his shoulder and started off down the hill. Classes would start tomorrow and he needed to get situated with his new dreaded living arrangements. At least he was only taking with him what he could carry for now. He didn't own many things that couldn't be carried easily.

Eric Faven also known as Mr. Faven who taught both Strength & Power as well as a Meditation class this year. He wasn't quite new since he started teaching almost two years ago at the campus. Dealing with several different students he knew what to expect. Right now, Mr. Faven was setting up his classroom for the strength and power class thinking he would have to change to his other class afterwards. Thank goodness he could do slight things without having to use any physical strength afterwards.

Mr. Faven was known as a teacher that everyone assumed was a human or warlock, even though he was not like that at all; gld knowing no one knew of his true race, he was able to put that on a test. Those who would get close to what he was would get at least half credit, others who at least tried would get half credit, but, no one ever got the full two points to guess it. That's what made him an interesting teacher and one who kept his students in line during his class hours.
