Lucy smiled and nodded, "Detectives sounds interesting." and kept her hand on his cheek, "if your tired you should get some sleep." She said but then his face looked stunned. Turning she saw Miyus wings were out and smiled, "They use to look a little better but I guess that is what we get for falling." she said and slowly let her own wing comes out. They looked nice but it was clear that feathers were missing from both sides. "at least we still have them." she said as she smiled at Miyu.

Nick just stared at the angels before him and wasn't sure what to say. But all he did know was that Miyu was here and she was a angel, a actual angel. Slowly turning to Alexzander he finally managed to say, "they really are here and they really are angels." he then started to laugh and cry all at the same time. Today was the best day of his life and he wasn't sure what to do now. Miyu was bad, she really was back and even though she couldn't' remember him he still loved her.

Alexzander stared at the girls.He would have went into actual shock if it had not been for Nick speaking up.He could only nod and then the tears came,he sat down and broke down into tears.He couldnt believe it they were back. All those times he had been dreaming of her being there she was...


Miyu blinked when the boys broke out into tears."hey",she frowned and stared.Why did she have the erge to rush over and protect him."heyyy"

Nick continued to cry and when he heard Miyu he just looked up at her, a few tears running down his cheek. "sorry, it is just that. We never expected to see you." he said softly, moved closer to her, "and we are so happy to see you." was all he managed to say as he reached out and cupped her cheek. She was here. Each time he thought that a few more tears ran down his face as he looked down at the girl before him.

Lucy frowned when she saw Alexzander break down cupped both of his cheeks as she brushed his tears away. "are you okay? did we say something wrong? do you need any help? I can still heal a little bit I think.." She said as she looked at him worried. She wasn't sure what to do. She could heal a cut or a bruise but they were bleeding, just leaking tears. How did you fix that in a human? she wasn't sure but all she knew was that she wanted to make sure that he was okay. She really didn't like the idea of losing him. Could crying mean death? She didn't know but she didn't want to find out.

Miyu stared at him.Locking eyes with him.She gently and carefully took his hand that as on her cheek,and held it."your eyes",she said softly. She had seen them somewhere before,she knew that now. Maybe that is why he was acting so strange.And that would explain some other things. "We have no memory ...of our lives before ...memories get ,locked up deep down,as to not interfere with our new ones",she said softly."But it doesn't stop feelings",she said softly."so tell me why, I feel like im suppose to be with you?".she said useing her free hand to wipe his tears away."Why are you in pain"

Alexzander took he hands ,holding them genty and smiled at yher."you alive",her muttered as he listened to Miyu then smile."im not hurt Lucy ... im so happy,its just hard to explain....."

Nick smiled when she took his hand and frowned when he heard her. Slowly he pulled her close to him, "We were very close when you were here, very very close and I just can't believe that your back." he said softly as he let her wipe away his tears. "and I am not in pain or anything, I am just incredibly happy to have you back." he said softly as he held her close to him again. He couldn't help it, he felt like if he didn't hold her close she would fly away from him.

Lucy stepped closer as she looked up at him, "well I am as alive as a angel, wish is about the same as a human. So yes I am alive." she said and found she really liked the smile on his face. "well you can try explaining since I doubt I am going anywhere soon." she told him and found she wanted to know why she liked being close to him. Usually at heaven the only person she wanted to be close to was Miyu, so why him?

Alexzander smiled at her,as he overheard Miyu."like Nick and Miyu ....we were so very close",he said softly."You were my world Lucy...i cared so much about you,then one day you were taken from me....",he said and pulled her into a hug as well. "so having yo here like this,is a shock",he said softly and started to cry again.

Miyu stayed in his arms and allowed her wings to return into her back.So she did know him.She hugged him tightly."I wont go anywhere",she said softly."Im sorry that I cant remember",she said softly.

Lucy looked up at him and wished that she could remember, she wanted too. Yet there was that lock on her memories so that she couldn't. Wrapping her arms around him her wings slowly retreated as she listened to him cry. "Everything is better now though and I promise not to leave you again." she said as she looked up at him. Reaching up she wiped away his tears and smiled, "see, not going anywhere."

Nick just held her close and was glad when she hugged him back. It felt right, like he was whole again. "I am just glad your back, if you can't remember it just means we have to make some more memories together." he said softly as he started to stroke her head and without thinking hissed her head. He couldn't' believe that she was here but he loved it.

Alexzander grinned softly and held her tightly.The love of his life was back,and he feared anyone that would dare try to take her from him."Good",he finally said softly and held her there,refusing to let her go. He then blinked hearing the door bell."The Pizza here",he said softly. He couldnt move.He actually dabated on weather or not to just ket the pizza man leave.

Miyu stayed close lissening his heart beat.Then she felt his lips gently pressing against her head.And she saw a flash,she saw him,and her, theye were somwhere dancing and he had kissed ehr in the same place. She let out a small gahsp and ,oved away slightly blinking.So it was true she stared to him."d-did we ever go -",she stoped and was cut off by the door bell

Lucy smiled as she stayed close and loved being close to him like this. Though when she heard the bell ring she looked up at him, "uh the door." she said softly but found she didn't really wanted to pull away from him. Yet she felt bad for leaving the man out there. Gently she pulled away from him but kept her hand in his. Walking over to the door with him, she opened it and the man smiled at them, "uh your pizza." he said and Lucy took it and waited for Alexzander to pay.

Nick was surprised when she pulled away form him and looked down at her, slightly worried. When she doorbell cut her off he looked at the door and then watched at Lucy and Alexzander answered it. Looking back down at her, he smiled, "what were you asking?" he asked as he pulled her close to him again since he couldn't didn't want to be away form her for a second.

Alexzander smiled paying and took the four boxes on for each of them."thanks",he said letting the man have a big tip,then shut the door.He was glad that Lucy had stayed so close to her.Though he worried about the pizza guy,since he had been thoer regular delivery guy for years...even after Luce and Miyu had died.

Miyu stared to him."did ,we go danceing somwhere?",she asked softly

Lucy smiled and followed him to the kitchen were he placed the pizza's down. She didn't even see the look of shock on the delivery boys face when they had closed the door. She then looked up at Alexzander and smiled, "so which pizza is which?" she asked as she looked at him. She felt like they had ordered pizza many times before and wondered if she had.

Nick smiled when he heard her, "When you were still with me we went to my brothers wedding and we had danced all night long. It was wonderful since I had everyone i cared about around me." he said as he looked down at her, "It was also the best day of my life since once the slow dance was done I has asked you to marry me." he said as he looked into her eyes lovingly. It had been a wonderful time since after the dance he took her outside to a beautiful gazebo and had popped the question.

Miyu starred at him in shock. Blinking she stared at him."you asked me to marry you?",she asked softly. she didn't know what to say. She was engaged at once upon a time she closed her eyes and wanted to remember so bad,but she sighed sadly not being able to see past them dancing. She smiled though, the flash was a start. She smiled to him sweetly.Maybe, there was a key to unlocking memories that the higher ups had locked away.

Kyoto went to the table placing the pizza's down and handed ehr her box."this was the one you use to order all the tim",he said grinning."the pizza place use to have our orders memorized...lets just say its been a long time since that guy has delivered for pizzas here"

Nick wonders if he should have told her about that or if he should have held back. But it was too late now, she knew. He then nodded as he looked at her, "yes, I asked you since I found no other person I wanted to be with more then you." he said softly and loved the sweet smile that was on her face. It was the one she use to give him and he missed it so much. He then smelled pizza and looked down at Miyu, "you hungry?" he asked

Lucy smiled as she looked down at the box and quickly opened it. Inside was pizza that looked like it had hot sauce and papers on it and in truth, it looked delicious to her. Taking a piece she took a bit and instantly paused. She saw them eating this together and fighting over the last piece which landed on the floor. Then they were laughing. Looking over at Alexzander, "did we fight over pizza a lot?" she asked and wondered if that was why he had ordered her her own pizza.

Alexzander grinned happily he nodded."oh yeah all the time",he said looking her over."you remember that,anything else?",he said hopefully. He smiled.'one time it got so bad that the last peace went flying onto the floor",he said grinning happily.


Miyu smiled softly at him and nodded."yeah starving",she said as her stomach roared for food,she blushed looking down to it."quite you",she said and smiled hearing that Lucy had seen something too

Lucy smiled when she heard him and continued to munch on her pizza. "yeah I remember the pizza falling to the ground." she said as she smiled at him, "but so far that is all I can remember. But I am glad I can remember something." she said as she sat down next to Alexzander.

"then lets go eat." He said as he lead Miyu over to the table. Opening up the pizza's he held out the one to Miyu and smiled, "that is your pizza, I hope you like it." he said as he smiled at her. He then opened his own pizza which was a plan cheese pizza since in his opinion it was the best.

Miyu blinked as hers too was also plain cheese,she smiled softly at it and started to eat it.As she ate she blinked a few times,she saw her and Nick,but they were in another home. To celebrates his promotion to one of the lead detectives she was planning a surprise for him. She had been things set up and pizza ready and then she was waiting,she ate the pizza alone,not knowing why he didnt show up that night. She stared at the pizza and slowly looked to Nick.

"hey, its a start",Alexzander said softly."im happy about that",he said then kissed her forehead instinctively

Nick had finished off a slice of pizza already when he saw Miyu looking at him. A odd look in her eyes. Setting down his pizza he looked at her worried, "Is everything okay? do you not like the pizza?" he hoped that she was okay and that nothing dealing with angels was happening. He had no idea what he would do if she was being called back to heaven or something like that.

Lucy smiled when she heard him and the instant she felt his lips on her forehead she saw them laughing and having fun. But a second later she watched him leave after getting a call. She waited and waited for him to come back. When he finally did he looked worn out and like he had seen a ghost or something. When she went over to him he hugged her close. Looking at Alexzander she wondered if she would ever be able to remember everything. She wanted to remember the good times and bad.

"Hey you okay Lucy?",Alexzander asked."did i do something wrong?",he said looking worried."What if they had to leave after all?he didnt know if he could say good bye again.


"you were late",Miyu said softly."for a party,you didn't show up.....there was our pizza...and a banner,and then you weren't there,i was waiting",she said rubbing her head.Okay remembering things was starting to hurt,though she was starting to realize something. If she did certain things ,she would unlock something . Maybe that's all she had to do.

Lucy nodded and looked up at him, "just remember that you were really sad the one day after work and you came back looking like you had all the energy sucked out of you." she said softly and moved closer. "is being a detective really hard?" she asked as she remembered that haunted look on his face. Hopefully his job was easier now then in the past.

Nick frowned when he heard her and knew exactly the day he she was talking about. Pulling her close to him, he held her, "That was a very bad day. I was working on a case when someone shot me. It was bad enough to get me sent to the hospital and every time I told them to call you they seemed to ignore me. They finally listened when I was all patched up." He said softly as he held her close remembering how worried she had been when she finally got the call.

Miyu stayed close to him and closed her eye and started to focus on that memory. Ignoring the pounding in her head.Then she was it. She was sitting in their home. It was late at night. The phone rang.She nearly dive bombed the phone and then when she heard at what had happened she sped over. Alexzander had been in the waiting room. Seeing her he updated her and told her he would be okay,then once the door opened she pushed past the doctor ,ignoring his questions,and ran to Nick,kissing him as she cried.She tried to see more of the memory but the pounding in her head became to much."ow",she mumbled rubbing the side of her head."I was worried",she said softly."i was home waiting",she then blinked looking to him."this isn't our home",she said looking around Alexznder's living room.

Alexzander smiled softly at her."It can be",he said softly."that night, Nick had gotten hurt ,he'd been shot when we tried to hunt down this guy. I saw my best friend get shot",he said softly. "I had gone to the hospital, and tried to get word if he was okay,no one was telling me. I didn't even want to call Miyu or you ....until I had more information. By the time I did,Miyu had showed up to the hospital and was in with nick",he said continuing. "After I was sure he was okay,I headed home, and all the adrenalin had warn off by then.I thought my friend had been taken form me for half the night then knowing he would be okay...then getting home i was so glad I had you there"

Nick held her close as she seemed to get a really bad headache and wondered if that was part of remembering. Though when he heard her, he kissed her head gently, "I know you were, you stayed at my side till they let me out of the hospital." He remembered that day clearly because she had felt like he was going to leave her any second. "I promise I won't leave you. I will always be at your side." He said and then couldn't help but chuckle, "Yeah, our home is down the street. I kept it clean and the way you left it when you.. left." he said since dying didn't seem like the right word to use.

Lucy looked up at his face and just leaned against him then as she closed her eyes. She remembered getting everything ready for dinner when she heard him walk in. She was going to go greet him and have him come eat but he looked so tired, almost defeated. When she walked up to him she simply had hugged him and held him for as long as he wanted. "I don't like your job, I don't want you to get hurt or to come home like that again." she said softly and felt like she had said something similar to him before. Even if she did she would say it again, she didn't like it.

Alexzander blinked looking down at Lucy.He smiled."You said the same thing back then too",he said holding her close."And i promised you that I wouldn't get hurt, and that I would never come home like that again",he said softly."I would never want to make you go threw what Miyu had been going threw",his grip o her suddenly tightened. "and I'm still promising you that now",he said softly. In truth ... the worst time he had was the night he came home ,and it was empty,he had just left the hospital,after being told that Lucy had died ...he was filled with such anger that he tore the house apart.

Miyu nodded.She was feeling so tired now,and her head was killing her.She went back to focusing on his heartbeat. Having the feeling that after she had almost lost him,her favorite sound in the world was his heart beat,Even now,she loved his heart beat.It made her so calm."I, want to go home",she muttered before she felt herself slipping into a peaceful sleep.

Lucy smiled as she felt his arms around him and loved how warm she felt there. Learning against him more, she buried her face into his chest as she listened to his words. She hoped that his words were true because she didn't like the idea of him leaving her at all. Feeling him hold her tighter, she nodded against his chest before looking up at him, "you better keep that promise." Looking over at Miyu and Nick she smiled, "Everything seems right in the world." she said softly and found the words to be true. Ever since she went to heaven she felt like she was missing something and she knew what it was now.

Nick held her close since she seemed to be in a little bit of pain and watched as she slowly relaxed. But when he heard her and felt her slump against him he quickly gathered her into his arms. Holding her now, he looked down at her and chuckled, "then home it is." he said softly before looking at Alexzander and Lucy, "I think it is time for us to go. I will see you tomorrow." yet he had a feeling that tomorrow he might call in sick. He didn't really like the idea of leaving Miyu so soon after getting her back. Setting Miyu down for a second on the couch, he gathered his gun, keys, and wallet before picking her up again. He couldn't believe that he was actually going home after avoiding it for so long.

Alexzander smiled to her keeping her where she was. He looked to Nick and smiled at Miyu who had fallen asleep in his arms.Then he nodded."yeah, see you then",he paused."Maybe",he knew how Nick felt.And he did not want to leave Lucy alone,she barely had any memories of this world. What if she wondered away, and got hurt? And everyone at the station had become familiar with the girls,so they couldn't bring them to the station to keep them safe.He smiled widely hearing her."I know exactly what you mean Lucy",he said happily watching Nick go he smiled some. Hoping Nick would really be okay going home after so long.

Lucy watched as Miyu and Nick left and normally she wouldn't' want Miyu to leave. She had been with her for so long that it seemed only right to stay with her. Yet, with Alexzander at her side she didn't' really feel like leaving him or this house. Looking up at Alexzander she found herself yawning a little bit. "should we clean up?" she asked softly since there was pizza still laying around. She tried to ignore the pull of sleep that was tugging at her now and could see why Miyu fell asleep. Her head didn't hurt but her body was tired, after falling and all the excitement of being here her body wanted to shut down.

Nick smiled as he carried Miyu away and found that idea of home both terrifying and exciting. Home had memories he wanted to forget and yet the person he wanted to forget the most was in his arms. When the house came into view he found it looked like it always did, a house that was his. Unlocking it, he headed inside and turned on the lights. Everything was where it had been when she left except a little cleaner maybe. Oddly enough those memories he wanted to forget didn't hurt as he walked to the back bedroom. They were welcoming memories, things he now wanted to cherish like the girl in his arms. Laying her down on the bed he smiled down at her before kissing her cheek. Pulling on his own pi's he crawled into bed besides her and found himself just staring at her till sleep took him.
