Jade chuckled when she saw him eyeing his coffee and drinking it. It sort of reminded her of how she was with sugar, you couldn't' live without it. Following him out the door, she instantly felt bad as she looked at the jeep. The reason they had to take the jeep was because she had broken the door when she was trying to get away from Mrs. Loueann. Placing a hand on her bandaged elbow, she just stared at the jeep for a while as if she did it would turn into the truck. But that was just a dream.

Climbing into the car after him, she buckled up and looked around. She didn't remember being in the car much last night. Her mind had been rather warped and twisted after everything that had happened. Now that she sat in there she found it smelled like Mrs. Loureann and instantly hated it. What ever reminded her of that old bat she knew she would hate. Rolling down the window a little bit, she just stared out and wondered what this place would hold for her today. Hopefully it would be better then last night.

Jasper looked at his coffee once more as Jade climbed in. "Parting is such sweet sorrows my dear love. " He said putting the cup of coffee down in the cup holder. He had took time from his coffee to notice Jade's reaction to seeing the jeep. " I'm sure I'll get my truck back soon. If it would make you feel better we can see if Bo would let us borrow one of his vehicles. We have to go there today any how. " He said as he started the car, putting it into gear before backing out. He was amazed with how windy it was today. He was thankful he had short hair, or it would be a bad hair day for him.

He drove taking the left road instead of the straight one he normally took from his house. The straight one lead to Mrs.Loueann house. He followed the road in for a couple of miles as he beautiful scenery turned into a beach residents of shorts. You had palm trees on every street corner. Houses built on stilts along with most businesses. Some where elaborate others just looked like little shacks. Here you could see the beach where ever you turned. He drover to the middle of town, to the shopping district. He manged to park the jeep at the entrance of Monarch. He removed his seat belt turning the car off and hopping out. He didn't bother to lock it everyone knew one another besides he was in Mrs.Louanns car.

He walked over and open the door for Jade as he smiled at her. "You weren't expecting a 5star building here were you." He said looking at the shopping district. "This is Sweet pea's . She designs her own furniture and clothes. She manufacturers her items around the world. I just try to not be her muse. I hate having to pose for her adds here. " He said as he saw the 7foot picture of him in one of the window displays along with Bo. They where showing off her new collection for me. He just shook his head as he blushed slightly. His froze when he heard the large glass doors of Monarch open, and the should of stilettos hitting the pavement. A woman in ripped blue jeans. She worse a gray long sleeved, shirt that had pink wrote on it in a faded pink. Her blue jeans where rolled up past her ankles reveling her black stilettos. She wore a white belt that played pick a boo as she walked. Her hair was down and free looking like she had just steeped of run way. She wore a assortment of silver bracelets on her left wrist. Her over sized sunglasses finishing off the look. "There you are my handsome Jasper!" The woman said in a warm and friendly voice. She just beamed seeing him as she reached him, giving him a hug. Her eyes then shifted to Jade. " And who do we have here? I didn't know you had a guest? So what else are you keeping from me tall and handsome." The woman said in a playful way. She pulled out a new smartphone as she turned it to silent. "Sorry I had to turn it off. If not I couldn't enjoy my time with you guys. My team in Paris is going nuts with my new looks. Thank to you and my handsome Bo. " She said smiling at Jasper. "Please tell me that we can go shopping with your new friend. " She begged looking at Jade. "You are so pretty. "She said meaning it you could tell from the woman's voice. "I'm SweetPea by the way." She said to Jade as she smiled.

Jade chuckled when she heard Jasper and wondered if he loved coffee more then she loved sugar. Either way, she still liked how odd he was. Though when she heard him she simply shook her head, "don't worry about it, if I am going to meet her again I will have to get use to the idea." she said as she continued to look out the window and took in everything. She did have to admit that he island was more beautiful then anything she had ever seen before even though she hadn't seen much of the outside world. Her hair dark red hair whipped around her as they drove but she didn't care much. She would just tie it back once they got into town. For now she just closed her eyes and took in the smell of the island and enjoyed the breeze.

When they got into town she slowly slid out of the car and chuckled, "wasn't sure what I was expecting, so I would say this lives up to what I think was going to be here." she said as she looked at all the houses and shops. it wasn't much but it was nice her her opinion. When she saw the huge poster of Jasper and another guy, Bo. She couldn't' help but chuckle slightly, "you look like you don't want to be photographed." but she did have to admit that he looked good. It was no wonder this Sweatpea wanted to use him as a model since she bet he sold her clothing easily.

Though when she saw sweatpea she was sure that she had met a model or something. She looked beautiful. How could jasper not like that type? the type that looked good in just about anything she wore. There was one thing though that turned Jade off, Sweatpea;s mouth seemed to go a miles minute. Before she could even answer one question another one was already starting. "uh hi." she said as she wondered what else to say really, "Im jade, I just washed up last night and I kind of need some clothing. But it is nice to meet you." she said as she gave her a shy smile. She had never met anyone like Sweatpea before and wasn't exactly sure how to talk to her.

Before Jasper could say a word SweetPea cut in. " I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to bombard you with question. Please forgive me. I am just excited. You have to understand we don't get visors here normally." She said as she stood back from Jasper seeing a strange connection between the two. She just smiled as she waited for Jasper to take the lead. She talked rather fast when she was nervous or excited about something. She could tell by Jasper's look she was doing it. She tried to smile hopping it would make up for her rudeness.

Jasper just shook his head as he looked to Jade. He held out his arm to her. "Shall we my dear. " He said hoping she would think it was funny. He wasn't sure really how to break the ice. "Jade lets go in here and see if there are some nice things we can find you for your room. I'll let you and Sweet Pea do clothes next. " He said as he smiled hoping Jade would find some nice things. Lord knows Sweatpea had tons of items. She was their walmat, and local all in one shop for the luxury items here on the island. The building looked like a three story building, that was impressive by it's self. However it was really a seven floor building not counting the eight floor Sweet pea used as her design studio. Most of the floors where hidden underground. It was built that way do to the weather the island had normally.

Jade was thankful for when Sweetpea stopped talking because she was sure that if she continued her head would be spinning in seconds. Already it was just from before. Though she managed to give Sweetpea and smile, "I can understand that and Im sorry, I'm not exactly great with people." she said softly and wondered if everyone else on the island would be as excited to meet her as Sweetpea was. If they were Jade was sure that she would probabley rub everyone the wrong way since talking to other people wasn't one of her strong suits.

Hearing Jasper, she couldn't' help but smile as she took his arm as she chuckled slightly. Yep, Jasper was a goofball. "Lead the way." she said as she followed him towards the store. "Im not exactly sure what I want for my room so maybe Sweetpea can help." she said as she hoped that that would cheer her up. She would rather like to make a few friends on this island while she was here. Even though Sweetpea's mouth ran a mile a minute, she seemed nice enough to get along with, maybe even kind in her own way. She was already kind enough to let them shop in her store and was happy to meet Jade.

Jasper smiled as he lead the way opening the door for both ladies. He smiled as he watched SweatPea lead the way to the back of the first floor. The first floor was full of nothing but furniture. The walked past, desk, couches, and beds." Just about anything you could think was there. Jasper felt out of place as they walked. He knew he had promised Sweat Pea one day he would come in and let her redo his house. He honestly didn't care about such things now days. But he looked to Jade thinking she might.
Sweat Pea lead the goup to the back desk. The sales associate bowed to the group, out of respect for them. Sweat Pea made sure she bowed back before excusing the associate. She touched the touch screen computer behind the desk as a list of menus popped up for everything in the store and in storage from other stores. She turned looking at the pair.
" This is my master list. Feel free to go through and find what you like. It may make it easier. Clothing however we much try on."


Jasper stared at the screen as he shook his head. He hated technology more than anything. He stared at the screen once again as he saw some of the pictures on it. " hummm this looks up Jade's ally defiantly not mine. " He said looking to Jade. "Here this is more of your style. I hope you have fun." He said as he stepped back further so she could have the entire screen to herself.

Jade followed Sweetpea and was amazed at everything in the store. it was packed with everything you could imagine and part of her just wanted to wonder around like a kid. She wanted to sit in every chair and find the most comfortable, she wanted to play around with the desks and drawers. But that was for another day when she didn't actually need to find stuff for her room, but what did she need? As she though, she saw the computer and instantly she felt her fingers twitch as she looked at the keyboard but restrained herself from jumping at it.

She chuckled when she heard Jasper, "hey, computers and fun and easy, just watch and maybe you can learn to love them too." she said and with the reached out. Her fingers flew across the touch screen as everything flashed from screen to screen in seconds, pictures flashed, as did words, yet to most it would seem too hard to take in. You could see every bit of her was concentrating on the screen, her eyes darting in every direction as the screen flashed. Yet the thing that you could see clearly was a smile, she seemed to glow with happiness as she worked on the computer. Even if she wasn't the worlds best hacker she still enjoyed working on them.

After a few minutes, she seemed to remind herself she needed to breath and the screen seemed to slow down. Three pictures were on the screen and she smiled at the others, "I think this is about what i need if you don't mind." she said happily as she pointed to a desk, a chair, and a dresser. None of them matched together but oddly it fit Jade and when you took them all in together they seemed to work somehow. "and see, computers aren't bad. They are very easy to use, fun even." she said happily as she continued to smile at Jasper.

Jasper stood there as he felt sick, watching the screen move so fast made him wish he was sky diving to earth. At least then he had a excuse for expelling his food from previous meals. He leaned against the desk behind Jade as he watched. He stared at her after a while seeing how happy she looked. Just watching her made him warm inside and beside himself. He looked up as he saw her choose three pieces to add to her room. He looked to Jade as he smiled then shifted his eyes to Sweet Pea. "She needs more. I don't see a bed, bedding, pictures, candles, and all that crap you ladies have. " He said to her giving her permission to go crazy. "And since she is going to be living with me...." He said as he paused closing his eyes hating to give up his claim on his house to her. " I give you both permission to find furnishing for the rest of the house. Just leave my man cave out of it. " He said as he looked up seeing Sweet Pea beaming.

Sweat Pea just grinned hearing Jasper. She walked to the screen as she simply tapped a button sending the order to the staff. She grinned as she picked up a tablet handing it to Jade. She smiled as she open the entire interface of the store in two quick clicks. " I can tell your like me. Jasper didn't say your where a technology geek. Why don't we walk around and let you look at everything. Use the table to find things you kinda like and we can go look at them. Since now we need to decorate a entire house and get you some clothing. The clothing we can wait till last. We will go to my design studio for that. I'll have clothing brought down to you so you can rest some. We have seven floor to go through so lets get going. The first five are nothing but furniture, and home decor. The other two are clothing. So why don't you lead the way." She said as she pulled out another tablet. She pulled up some ideas sending them to Jade's table on ideas for the house.

For theKitchen she sent over a modern approach she knew Jasper would like. It was full of different wood tones, witch where important to him. The appearance was warm and inviting. It would give him plenty of shelving and look good too. Next she sent the dining table and chairs she thought would fit good with the new kitchen design and feel. She sent two for the living room with two different ideas in mind. The first was for the feeling and the background on the focal wall. She knew Jasper loved the forest and this would be a good way to incorporate it. The first was a modern take of course the wood from the kitchen would extend into the living room. From that pictureshe was thinking of adding just the background image the couch, coffee table,and the modern light. The other picture she would use that background image of the foe glass looking out, the custom made book shelve, and the lighting, the rung. She didn't say a word as she waited to get Jades opinion on them. She sent a quick text to Jade on the tablet. " Don't worry Jasper would approve of any of these. what do you think? Feel free to circle what you like and x what you don't like. The pen is on the side." Sweat Pea just smiled as she shifted her eyes to Jasper. She blushed red as she realized she still had her sun glasses on. She quickly moved them back onto her head using them as a hair accessory for the moment.

Jade was surprised when she heard Jasper say that she needed more. In truth, these three things were just about the only things in her Room when she had been with Boss besides the food cabinets. She had slept in her chair, sat in her chair, and played in her chair back then. So jade had assumed that the same would apply and wouldn't mind it. Yet at the idea of having a bed and everything did seem nice. But when she heard him say they could redecorate everything she wondered if that was going a little bit too extreme. She didn't want to take over his house.

When she heard Sweetpea she smiled and nodded, "computers are my life." she said happily, glad to know that someone else loved technology as much as she did. Though when she handed her the tablet she smiled and without thinking just started playing with it besides going through all the furniture. She nodded as she listened to Sweetpea but seemed lost in the tablet as the walked around almost like a zombie, her fingers move as quick as ever. She went though each design idea that Sweetpea sent her and was thinking as she played around with some of the other functions of the tablet. But when she sent her the text her mind came to her and she realized he had hacked into sweet peas company and was on her way to hack into something else. Quickly exiting out of everything, she forced herself to stay focused on the furniture and hoped that her old habits would die.

I like it but at the same time I think we could tune it down a bit and try to keep a few things from Jaspers house. He likes how everything is, so maybe if we incorporate the old with the new it might be best. She texted Sweetpea back as she started to doodle over the pictures and sent them back. They looked around the same but there were little words everywhere saying to reuse wood from what was there already, to keep the old kitchen table and chairs, just refurbish them a bit and make them look newer. Hopefully Jasper liked it, she didn't want to take over his house after he had been so kind as to let her live there and would let her continue living there. She would just make the house a little bit different and try to keep everything that jasper liked about it.

Sweet Pea smiled as she giggled. She didn't look up from her screen as she walked. She loved the ideas. She walked into the evaluator not bothering to look up from her screen. She pulled up the app that let her control the elevator as she waited for Jade. She pulled up ideas for clothes next as she went through them quickly. She sent some ideas over for Jade letting her know they would just go down to her office and surf there for a while to make sure she got everything she needed.


Jasper just followed as he shook his head. Great now he had two people who would be lost in screens. He walked in to the elevator as he just stood there. He felt like a old man watching both of the girls. He wasn't sure who was worse. He looked up as he saw some of the other locals just laughing seeing him there with the two girls. He just grinned knowing they where doing it out of fun.

Jade followed her but unlike her she dumped into things or brushed against something as she walked, yet her eyes never wandered from the screen. Thankfully she was aware enough to realize that the wall of the elevator was in front of her. She went through the clothing that SweetPea had picked out for her and chose the ones she liked and the ones she didn't. The most she picked out were some pants and shirts, no dresses or anything like that. She had never worn any of that and she didn't plan on changing that anytime soon. Pants were comfortable. She then wondered about money and a spike of fear ran though her. She had none, that was obvious so that meant that Jasper was going to pay. Was she getting too much? Looking up from her screen, she just looked at Jasper and wondered if all of this was alright.

Jasper looked down as he saw Jade peering for from her screen. He noticed that she seemed a little worried. "Hey we should call someone let them know you are aright your face is out of the screen. " He said trying to make her smile. "Don't worry about anything. I'm a big guy I can take care of you."He said flexing some of his muscles obscenely. He was being over dramatic hoping to make her laugh.

Jade felt her lips twitch into a slight smile when she heard him but her worry still churned in her stomach. Was all of this okay to do? Yet before she could voice it he had calmed her worry. Laughing, she nodded, "Okay mr. Big Boy." she said as she smiled at him and then turned back to the computer. Going through more clothing, she picked out the rest of what she liked and found that was the last they had to do. Instead she found herself snooping around the company computer system again, learning about the company inside and out. it was rather interesting and she had to admit that from working from such a small location that Sweetpea had done a wonderful job of making a name for herself.

Breathing again, she looked up and smiled as she looked at the two before her. They were defiantly people on her trust list, her true friend list. The idea of having more friends was rather nice, or at least human friends. If she got a computer she knew she would have to be careful and not to ignore the real world like she did back at the boss's.

Sweat Pea looked up as she grinned watching the pair. She giggled to herself as she felt at home walking into her lab. She smiled seeing all of the clothes already there. She couldn't help but laugh seeing more coming down from up stairs. She had a special system that allowed items from all floors, to end up in her lab. The system worked the other way as well. Sweat Pea walked to her large desk that was honestly a large island. She put the tablet down as she began to fiddle on the computer. "Feel free to get anything you wont. I owe Bo some large favors , and you look really nice." She said as she looked up looking back to Jade. " If you are a friend to Bo then your a friend of mine. I don't charge my friends. So please feel free to honestly get what you wont. I have a surplus here. " She said smiling as she looked to Jasper.

Jasper just smiled as he reached down and gently took the tablet from Jade. He quickly ran off with it, knowing there would be hell to pay for taking it. He couldn't help but grin as he did so running as fast as he could to the island. He just laughed knowing that Jade wasn't going to be happy with him. He wanted to just play with her in hopes it would make her stop worrying. She needed to learn how to relax and have fun even if she didn't want to. He plot himself on the island as he grinned at Sweat Pea who glared at him. He stared at the table as he tried to understand what they found some interesting about them. "I don't get it, why do you two love these things. " He said as he stared at the screen playing with it.

Jade had to admit that Sweetpea had a amazing lab. Everything seemed to flow so smoothy that she found herself thinking that it reminded her of a computer. It worked perfectly together and at the center of it was Sweetpea, the power supply. Turning to her, she nodded, "thank you for everything and I haven't met Bo just yet but we-" before she could say anything else Jasper swiped her Tablet from her. Turning to him, she was shocked and just stood there for a second as he ran off, her brain slowly catching up to what was actually happening.

Once her brain registered everything, she sprinted after him. "Jasper get back here!" she yelled as she ran after him but found herself smiling. She couldn't' remember the last time she had done thing, actually she doubted she had ever done this. When she saw him settle down on the island she slowly made her way towards him, making sure that he wasn't planning on running off again. Once she got closer, she couldn't' help but chuckle, "you do know if you continue to play with it you may do more harm then good." she said as she reached over, touching his hand so that he would stop. Sitting down newt to him, she started to tap a few buttons as she checked to make sure he didn't harm the tablet, "and we love them because they can do so many things that we can't. You can talk to someone across the ocean, you can see things you will never see before, you can even be someone else, with computers the possibilities are endless." she said as she brought up examples. She brought up chat screens where you could see people from africa, then pictures of germany and france, then in seconds the screen was filled with private information of someone else.

Jasper arched a brow as he handed the tablet back to her. "Out of my pay rage. Why would I wont to be anyone else? Normally I kill...." He cut off as he realized where he was. He felt a pair of eyes cut to him knowing it was Sweet Pea. "Stupid electronics." He mumbled more to himself as he crossed his arms like a grumpy child. "Why look on a screen when you can live it? Name one person on line you really want to talk to? You see this is why we have hardly no manners or basic morals. What happen to writing a letter. Or having to track down your target. Instead now days you just plug in their name into a social media, and their entire life pops up. It has made us lazy. " He said as he held his head, after being swatted in the back of the head with a rather large book from Sweet Pea.

"Are you done being a pain? Don't make me put you to work! Now let her enjoy the table or so help me I'll take you out. " Sweet Pea said as she cut her eyes to Jasper letting him know she had enough. "Your just jealous my take down averaged for a target is higher than yours. Maybe if you practice more you'd be in my league, and that is with out technology." She said beaming knowing it would get under his skin. She walked to where all the cloths where looking over them. "We have clothing, now we need hair, make up, shoes, and purse. " She said looking to Jade. "Oh, and don't worry computer we will get from Bo. " She said looking at some of the make up she had on the wall.

Jasper just glared at Sweet Pea it was all out of fun. He looked to Jade as he smiled. "See, you'll get your computer I promise. " He said as he looked to Sweet Pea. He just chuckled at the thought of Jade in any makeup. He shifted his eyes back to Jade as he looked her up and down. He admitted he didn't know much about girls, but he knew Jade didn't do makeup. "You know...I think I hear the Jeep calling me." He said not wanting to be around for this fight. Before he could get up Sweet Pea had his ear dragging him along with her. She let go of his ear once she had him in the salon chair the wall off make up on both sides.

Sweet Pea just grinned. "Jade needs to try some make up and see what she likes. I can tell she hasn't been around much. Every girl no matter how beautiful can use make up. It's not for others it's for her. It's to make her feel confident. Since Jade hasn't had much exposure around it, you're going to be our model. Now sit there the Jeep is fine."

Jade chuckled as she watched Sweetpea hit Jasper and shook her head. "well it is easier and more efficient then paper, also you can cover your tracks easier. I mean you use to have to go and look at the guy, risk getting caught as you gather information and everything. But with a computer your risk of getting caught isn't nearly as high and you can get the information faster." she said as she smiled at him and then frowned a little as she though, "honestly, I don't know many people but just knowing I could talk to a stranger if I wanted too was nice. Though, I would agree computers do make people lazy at times." she said as she looked at him and knew it was true. No matter how good technology was, it would always make you lazier if it meant it made something easier.

Though when Jade heard make up she frowned a little bit and wished she could run out of there too the jeep but that may hurt Sweetpea. Smiling at her, she shook her head simply, "uh, Sweetpea, I would rather not wear any make up since I never really liked the stuff if you don't mind." she said as she hoped that she wouldn't mind. "so why don't we move onto something else." she said as she hoped to move on so that Jasper wouldn't have to be tourtured. No matters how good he looked she doubted that he would look good in make up. In truth she wasn't much of a girly girl at times. Out of the last stuff that Sweetpea had mentioned the only things she really wanted were a good pair of sneakers and maybe something with her hair, but that was it. She didn't have the desire to have a purse, never actually understood why she would want to carry around something when she could just stick her stuff in her pockets.

"Maybe we could do hair instead or something." she suggested and hoped that Sweetpea wouldn't mind. She really didn't feel like going through all the different kinds of make up. Becka had tried that once when they tried to make her a field agent once. Though she had tuned her out after about half a hour of going though all the different kinds of lipsticks that you could find. She didn't' remember much of that week, but she remembered feeling like a clown after Becka was done with her each day.

Sweat Pea turned as she looked to Jade. She smiled at her looking to Jasper. "You are saved by the sweet girl today. But tomorrow sir is a different story. " She said as she moved for the chair allowing Jasper to leave. "That is fine, one day you'll want to look at it for something special. " She said knowing that the girl would wont lip gloss, or eyeshadow someday. She didn't believe in piling on the make up like most women. Her normal make up routine was her powered foundation, blush, eyeshadow, and her lips. She knew ladies who did seven different foundations and she wouldn't bother going into the rest.
Her eyes shifted back to Jade as she smiled. "So what are we doing with your hair? If you pull up the app, you can see ever change in the system on you now. The camra at the top of the table allows you to do it real time. You can try different hair do's, cuts, coloring, hair clips. Pretty much you name it and it's yours. " She said as she smiled thinking about the app.

Jasper smiled hearing Jade. "I like the old ways before all this..." He cut short as he watched Sweat Pea going nuts with the tablet. She was giggling from playing with the tablet, using him as her model. He could tell she was in another app getting him ready for her next show. His eyes cut to Jade. "See this is why you ladies shouldn't have these things. You go into crazy mode. But we wouldn't have you ladies any other way." He said smiling as he meant it. He slowly got up as he walked over to where Jade was. He sat beside her as he looked to the tablet. "You are beautiful just the way you. You don't need rainbow hair or fancy clothing to look good. He said meaning it hoping she wouldn't feel like everyone was trying to change her. She was beautiful just the way she was, he only wanted her to change if she wonted it.

Jade smiled at Jasper when she heard Sweetpea and was glad that she could give her friend a break. Make up was nice but she knew it wasn't for everyone. Though when she heard Sweetpea mention stuff about the app she quickly pulled it up and started to play around with her hair on the screen. She had always had the same hair since her father had said her hair looked best when it was long. She had kept it long just so that she could remember this words each time she look din the mirror. Though as she played with the app she changed her hair, cut it all off, and soon she found herself just playing around with the different colors and making herself looked a little crazy.

"I am glad you like us this way because I doubt we would change." she said when Jasper sat down next to her and continued to play. Yet her fingers froze whens he heard him, her face becoming beet red. She had never in her life been complimented like that before. Holding the tablet close to her face, she made sure that Jasper couldn't' see her face. She knew that she should respond but wasn't sure what would come out if she did. Quickly she just sent a text over to Sweetpea, how about if we move onto Sneakers was all she managed to type with how close the tablet was but she didn't' dare move it. She didn't need him to see her face so red if he did she would be embarrassed, more embarrassed then she had ever been before.

Sweat Pea looked up as she got the message. She smiled as she saw the pair. "Oh look Jade here are shoes!!!" She said excited, gently going to where Jade was and taking her hand. "Come on we need to go through the different shoes here." She said as a panel in the wall open to a massive were house space full of nothing but shoes. She looked to Jasper thinking on her feet. "Go get Bo and you guys go reserve us a table at Runaway. Jade and I will join you once we are done here. You know us girls and shoes. We haven't even made it to the purses yet." She said as she grinned at Jasper hoping he would buy it.

Jasper looked at her as he let out a sigh. "I'm out, you ladies will be in that one room for the rest of the day. Promise to take care of her." Jasper said as he looked to Sweat Pea. "Oh don't worry Jade and I will be safe. " Sweat Pea said as she smiled hoping he would leave. Jasper got up as he handed the key to his house to Sweat Pea. "Jade and I are going to stay out tonight so you can fish everything. I wont it done by the morning please. " He looked to Jade hoping she would be ok with him leaving. He looked to Sweat Pea giving her a look, letting her know to protect Jade with her life. Sweat Pea pulled out her phone handing it to Jasper. "I will Jade her own phone so she can call you. I have phones here too. Don't worry Jasper the phone will pick up a call." She took the phone from him as she began fooling with it. She then handed it back to him. "There now I have the information I need so when we get Jade's phone my phone will only pick up her number. I will get you a phone too!" She said happily.

Jasper smiled as he looked to Jade honestly not wanting to leave her. "I'll be just down the block." He said as he turned leaving them there. He hung his head as he made his way to the first floor and headed out the door. He turned walking left down the street heading up into the middle of town. He smiled as he saw the modern exterior of Runaway resonant. He had been there many of times. It was one of the best places to get food. You could get just about anything even Mt. Dew he thought, smiling thinking of Jade. He headed in as he saw Mrs. Maybell already at work hosting and seating people. He just grinned as the elderly Asian woman, saw him running over to him as she hugged him. "Ah, there is my other favorite Son. You have not been by to see me. This not good, you make momma Maybell worry. My Bo is here come with Momma let me get you table." The beautiful woman said as she took his hand leading him to the reserved section away from prying eyes. The area was out of view, it was in the back of the resonant. It was done like a Chinese garden with bamboo making different paths through the area. They stopped near a large pond that was in the middle. There where many koi fish in the bond playing . There was even a large waterfall at one end. The table was a large wooden one with ornate details on it. There were large plus outdoor couches around it giving the area plenty of comfort. There was large standing pillars with fire coming from the top of them around the area. It was a sight to see. Lanterns where handing from the ceiling and some where on the table and on end tables near the couches, making it feel warm and inviting.

Jasper smiled as he saw Bo sitting there. He took his seat as he watched Mrs. Maybell head back out. He laughed as he saw Bo on his laptop obviously working on the inventory to help his mom. "You are doing inventory again? I thought you mom hired someone to do that for her?" He said as he watched his friend just grin at him. "You know how it is, have to make sure mom is being taken care of. Old habits die hard. Though I've heard you no longer a stag. Mrs. Loueann has already told my mom about this little Jade you are hiding from everyone. So what is she like? She must be special to have you smitten with her." Bo said as he grinned at his friend seeing the way his friend lit up at the mention of Jade's name. "Oh, see man I told you that one day you'd fine you someone. You picked on me about Sweet Pea and look here you are. And before you ask, Sweat Pea sent me a page letting me know about you and Jade. Man you've got it bad even I notice. Dude did you really give crazy woman the ok to change your house?" He said referring to Sweat Pea. Sweat Pea turned into a decorating monster when she was on a project. "Dude this has to be serious. I tried to get Sweat Pea to take a picture of Jade, girl told me no and to stop being a creep. I wasn't being creepy, but apparently Jade has a new best friend even if she doesn't know it. Sweat Pea has never told me no to anything. She even turned off her phone and her tablet to me. I can't wait to meet this girl. She stole my best friend and my girlfriend and she isn't even trying." He said looking rather serous. He was excited for Jasper though. He had never seen his friend so happy.
Jasper couldn't help but smile as he laughed hearing his friend. "Oh you know it's bad when Sweat Pea is ignoring you. She loves you very much but I'm not surprised. It's a girl thing, and Sweat Pea has never really got along with most of the girls here other than our mothers, though I think she just puts up with them. Oh, I'm telling her what you called her." Jasper said as he laughed knowing Sweat Pea would put Bo in his place calling her Crazy Woman. He just shook his head at his friend. "Well Jade is different, she is like you and Sweat Pea. She love electronics I wont one of your best systems for her. I need some of your new gadgets too. " He said not wanting to tell Jade's story. He hadn't realized that he was slightly smitten for her. It didn't matter though, she needed a friend more than anything else and that's what he would be for her.

Jade was glad when she heard Sweetpeas voice and gladly let her take her hand. Turning her to the shoes, she made sure not to look anywhere near Jasper since she knew her face was still too red. She was sure that she must look so weird with how much attention she was giving the shoes now but when she heard his voice and shoes disappear she crouched to the floor and covered her face, "Oh god, that was the worst thing ever." she said as she stayed crouched on the ground, not sure how she was suppose to react. She had never been complimented like that before and never from a guy.

Once she had calmed down just a bit she looked up at Sweetpea, "you have saved my life, i am eternally grateful." she said as she thought of toy story. Slowly standing up, he breathed deeply as she felt her face slowly start to calm down, "I never expected him to say that kind of stuff, actually i have never had a guy tell me any of that." she said as she thought back to his words, her face growing red again. Shaking her head, she focused onto the shoes as she tried to focus on the shoes but her mind just kept on going back to Jasper. Putting her head into her hands again, she rubbed her eyes as she tried to get her mind off of them but then looked back at Sweetpea, "what does it mean when you can't get someone out of your head no matter how much you try?" she asked, she was even trying to think of computers and almost all the time that worked. This was the first time it wasn't.

Sweat Pea smiled as she heard Jade. "It means you are captivated by them. They are the mouse to your key board." She said as she smiled at her gently hugging her. " Don't worry we'll get through this together, I promise. " She said as she gently moved Jades hair so she could see her. "It's ok to blush at a complement Jade. Jasper is rare he means what he says. Sometimes other say things and don't mean them. Your luck to have someone who means it." She said as she pointed to the perfect pair of sneakers for Jade. " Lets spend some time together and finish up here and then we will go eat. I promise to have your back. You get meet my Bo then. He will be in charge of getting you a computer. If you wont you can stay with me tonight. I have a design crew already at Jasper's and it will take them the whole night. " She said as she looked around the closet. "Here are some purses, sorry all of them are designed by me. I have a message bag you might like. " She said as she pulled it down and presented it to Jade. She was doing her best to try and keep her mind off Jasper, seeing that it bothered Jade slightly.

Jade just stared at Sweet Pea and then hugged her back as she tried to handle the idea of finding her so called mouse. It ws odd but nice at the time time. "thanks, I'm not exactly good with this kind of stuff." she said as she looked at Sweet Pea and was glad to have a friend like her. If Becka was here she would probably just brush it off and tell her to google it or something. Though hearing that she was lucky she nodded, "I am lucky he found me, everything has… changed so much since then." she said and felt like yesterday happened years ago. She had a home, not a room, she had friends next to her, no friends across seas. Everything was so different now and she couldn't' help but enjoy every second of it.

Looking at the Sneakers she picked them up and nodded, "I can't wait to meet him, Bo sounds like fun." she said happily and was glad that she could get a computer. Maybe she could start a website or something so that she could bring in some money. Though at the idea of staying here, "Where would jasper stay? with Bo or with the old Bat?" she asked, a little worried about him, "but I would like to stay here with you, if that is alright." she said and realized this would be the first time she had ever had a sleep over. The idea was kind of exciting and when she looked at the messages bags she smiled as she took the one. Looking back at Sweet Pea she smiled, "You know, I like having human friends." Human friends were kind, caring, and nice people, they could comfort her and talk to her. A computer would never be able to do that and she was fine with that.

Sweat Pea smiled as she lessen to Jade. She about feel in the floor from laughing hearing Jade refer to Mrs. Loueann as the "OLD BAT". She looked to Jade as she just laughed tears running down her face from laughing so hard. "OMG, you met Mrs. Loueann didn't you? " She just laughed as she looked to Jade trying to contain her laughter. "That is what I thought the very first time I met the woman. She can be such a pain. Let me guess, your not good enough chases you around beat the snot out of you unless you fight her back... That is normal with her til she gets to know you. If it makes you feel better your the only person Jasper has stood up to her over. Mrs.Maybell heard all about it from the old bat. She dose feel bad because she read you wrong. In her defense she doesn't wont people here put in danger. I'm just happy your ok. If it makes you feel better I knocked her out with a frying pan when I first arrived. If you don't wont to stay with her you are welcome to stay with me anytime. " She said as she walked to a secret panel placing her hand on it.

A room of different phones, Ipods, you name it everything was there. She smiled as she walked in and looked around the phones. " Jasper will stay with us don't worry. Now the most important thing, witch phone do you wont? " She said as she smiled as a evil grin appeared on her lips. "And witch phone to give sir Jasper." She said as she laughed enjoying getting to finally get him a phone. She walked to the back were some of the simple old flip phones where. "Let's give him one of these for now. He is rough with technology and this way he can learn with a basic phone." She said as she turned handing it to Jade to inspect. "I'm glad you are finding friends here. Your the first friend I have made besides Bo, and Jasper. I am use to running always running. But here I don't need to run I am able to be normal if there is such a thing for a person like me. I was taken into the Chinese gangs when I was little. I either worked for them or died on the street. I became a hacker for them and then espionage specialist. " She said as her mood changed to a gloomy one.

"It wasn't my choice unless you ask the Old Bat. We aren't all strong like her. I watched them Kill my Father. He died in my arms when I was only three. My brother is dead from them I found out they killed him last year. I am trying my best to stay off their radar. But hacking dies hard. Bo is like me though he really sucks at hacking. But I can't bring myself to tell him that. He can't even build a simple website. I always do it when he isn't looking. Bo is like Jasper they have the same kind of background. The two of them are the sweeties people even with their past. " She said as she closed her eyes taking in a deep breath. "OK so what phone." She said trying to sound happy and change the subject. She wasn't sure why she was telling Jade all of this. She had never told anyone this other than Jasper and Bo.

Jade smiled when she heard her laugh, "yeah, I met her and wasn't exactly happy about it." she said as she placed a hand where her bandages. "I was just getting use to being here and getting myself together after nearly drowning when she tore me down. I was just about ready to die when she shot me, I was actually surprised that she didn't shoot me in the head. After that I.. I think I was in shock because I only remember a few things, mostly jasper." she said as she remembered crying into him and sticking close to him. No matter how the others talked up Mrs. Loueann she wasn't sure she would ever like her.

Seeing all the phones, she smiled as she went through all the smart phones that were offered. Playing with a few of them she chuckled when she heard her and looked at the one that she gave her. 'this will be perfect for him, simple enough but we can keep in contact." she said and then frowned as she listened to her story. It sounded very similar to her own and she simply looked down at the phone, running her fingers over the buttons as she listened to her. Though when she stopped she walked over to her and simply hugged her close.

Pulling away from her, she looked at Sweet pea, "Your the only friends i have." she said as she smiled a bit, "In truth till a few days ago I never left a room, had a friend, knew that people were kind just because they could be, or knew what it was like to have a place called home. I was actually locked in a room for most of my life and technology is just about the only thing I know. When I came here and after talking with the old bat I thought my use was up and was ready to die. I didn't know that we can change to be something else or choice to be something." She then looked down at the phone and smiled as she thought of Jasper.

"If Jasper hadn't of been there after the old bat I am sure I would probably be dead from shock by now. He told me that people can change and choice to be something useful. I am still trying to figure out what I can be or how I can be useful, but I am happy now. I am happy to be around people so nice and to have friends." she said as she smiled at Sweet pea, "if I had to sum it up, I am glad to find a family of sorts." If she had them as a family she would say Sweet pea was like a sister almost and even though she hated the old bat, she was probably as close to a grandmother or a aunt she would ever get. Looking over at the one smart phone she held it up, "this one is good." she said happily.
