"Caspain... that's what you said your name was right?.... please... leave this place... please... she will hurt you all..." the girls soft voice came again once she recovered from hitting the ground and stood seeming to struggle to keep her weapons down but soon a glowing red scythe appeared in her hands and she was forced to charge at the two lifting the scythe ready to swing and do some damage even though she didn't seem to be doing any of this willingly.... the strings were clearly being tugged harshly to force her to move.

Aura leaned against Damien her eyes closed as she had passed out in his arms just leaning closely to him but seemed okay now.

Kayo was surprised at this and got up quickly leaving his house and headed for the house that he had met the dolls at and hoped that everything was okay and that he could help however he could.

Zaylic said nothing as he leaped forward his body changing as a red and black aura appeared around him. He grabbed the edge of her blade his eyes glowing with power as he simply just laughed. His appearance changed slightly as he stood there cracks forming in the blade of her scythe. He said nothing as he took his orders from his own lady. Aria closed her eyes as she slowly moved froward not seeing to be fazed by this display. " I will let him Kill her, Puppet Master. I feel your presence. Show yourself your not hidden to anyone. Your doll isn't that powerful. I assure you I will win with my puppet. " She said as she allowed Zaylic's aura to grow again giving him more power. Aria had a bad feeling she knew this new presence. It was familiar to her. She wondered if this was a test again to see if she was indeed truly read for her own power. The poor doll was but a tool at this point and that was easy to see. Aria shifted her eyes to Damien as a red aura appeared around him and Aura.


Damien watched as he looked back to Aura what was the point of this he wondered. "Aria....what are you doing? Zay-Zaylic what is happening? " He said as he saw that Zaylic seemed to be under Aria's control. However he was changing even Aria seemed different she seemed darker than he had ever image she could be. She was still beautiful but her power seemed to have a dark touch to it. He watched as a shield was put around him and Aura knowing that they where stuck there now. He wondered how long Aria and Zaylic had been like this. The two where linked as he saw the red rose's glowing. Aria was controlling him with her will she as the master but how and why? Damien had thought only the witch had that power he had never seen Aria like this. She reminded him of the witch at this point. He sat there as he tried to remember if he had every seen any sign of this bond between Zaylic and Aria. He knew that Zaylic only went so far with Aria and had a strange need to protect her but he had never image that Aria was his Puppet Master as it would seem or Master.

"Go ahead, break the little doll, she has outlived her usefulness, I already have what i needed from her, she wasn't worth trying to save." a new voice came and tears fell from the puppets hallow looking eyes and you could see even more cracks forming when her scythe broke all coming from where her heart should be. She jumped back as the strings pulled her and a strong glowing sword appeared in her hands as she was forced to charge back at Zaylic. 'please... help me...' a soft cry came from the doll as she was forced to attack Zaylic even as the tears fell from her almost soulless looking eyes.

Aura whimpered as she started to come to hearing the painful silent cries of the girl and looked over to the three. "Aria...? Zaylic...?" she whispered confused then saw the girl and felt her heart ache a bit. "Oh.... she's in so much pain..." she said quietly as she tried to move her weak and pained body a bit but whimpered a little as she ached from where the arrow had hit her. she just wanted to help the girl.. she looked like she was in so much pain... but how could she be of any help how she was now?

"Stop interfering Aria, she's not worthy to hold that book, only you and i have the powers to control it." a voice came again but the woman still hadn't revealed herself not wanting to get in the middle of this fight until she had to.

Aria felt chills as she knew that voice and froze. " Mistress? " She said a loud as she looked around feeling the strange power again that came from the lady. "Why? " She said as she felt like a small child. The lady had been with her for years and had vanished. Why was the women back now? She shifted her eyes to Aura hearing what the lady had said about her. "But the book chose her. You said if any was worthy of it to protect them with your life. You told me even from you. There fore I will protect her will all my power. You once told me that love was worth protecting with your last breath. I don't know what happen to my beloved mentor but that is who I will honor not the monster you have become AIMI !!! " She said as she looked to Zaylic . " Do what you must but try to not harm her please." She said meaning the poor doll who was being used like a puppet. Zaylic simply nodded as he took the hit from Sinz knowing those eyes as he remember the girl. " I told you that there where only two people strong enough to enchant robes Sinz." He said as he stared into her eyes trying to hold her off summoning his own sword. " No one deserves this not you Sinz. Forgive me I'm sorry but this is all I know to do to help you for now. I know this is going to hurt." He said as he pushed her from him and leaped in the air as he let his silver magic mix with the magic already coming from him as he sliced the magical threads that seemed to control Sinz. He let his sword fade as he turned and gently caught Sinz holding her close to him as he looked to Aria for answers. She had save him once but at great coast to herself. Aria was the only one who could help Sinz. For most dolls who had a master when the ties where cut it took them quit a while to recover from it. The bonds that tie them run deep and can even kill the doll if the tie is too deep. Zaylic gently held her as he prayed she would be ok. "Little bird please be ok." He whispered to Sinz praying he hadn't hurt her knowing that this wasn't her will or doing.


Damien just watched as he looked to Aura. He felt his anger grow wanting to attack the witch he knew that voice. " You damn Witch!!!!" He screamed knowing she was some where just loving this. He watched the poor doll feeling his anger grow. " How could you say such mean things? Every person has value!!!! We aren't just toys for you to play with and throw away! " He yelled knowing that the crazed women was some where and could hear what he was saying even if she didn't show herself. He was going to protect Aura from the crazed women even if it meant he had to die to do so. He looked to Aria surprised that she didn't defend the Lady. Aria had the strongest bond with the witch yet even she seemed ready to defend the others from her. He had a feeling this was going to tear Aria's heart apart as he kept his eyes on her. He worried for the other black haired doll but Aria had the purest heart he knew besides Aura. For her to have to defy the one she loved the most would injury her deeply. He could see that she didn't take pleasure in being Zaylic's keeper. This explained why Zaylic would protect her over any coast because he had to. This explained why Aria tried her best to give him as much freedom as she could and why she never corrected him to often.
Damien stared at Aria as he thought he saw the real girl for a moment instead of the doll. The girl looked very sad and heartbroken not the calm cool doll exterior that she was cursed with. He had never thought about Aria before now. He looked to Aura as he saw the same kind of heart in her. The two had beautiful hearts however Aria's was full of scares that he had never seen before or known about. Aria had always been kind to him and treated him like a little brother. Just as Zaylic had.

Sinz screamed in pain and sobbed painfully as the strings were cut and she felt her energy draining to a dangerously low level. "T-thank you.... so much" she whispered feeling that she was going to die but for most dolls death almost seemed welcome once they had been cut from the strings that bound them to their masters.

Suddenly a burst of light and darkness came from above the small group as Kayo rammed into a large shield with a massive amount of power shattering it and sending and crimson haired woman rocketing towards a tree but at the last second two crimson wings appeared and stopped her just above a tree branch. "Damn you vile creature! How dare you attack me!" She snapped as she watched Kayo's wings flap a bit as he floated down to stand next to Aria. "Are you okay Aria? i could see her planning something." he asked worriedly before glaring at the witch who just glared back

Zaylic felt his heart breaking as he heard Sinz if he could have cried he would have as he held her close to him. He looked around as he heard the commotion as he saw Kayo attack the women. He would have smiled if he could and it was under better circumstances. However he was more worried about Sinz as he held her. He let his power be shared with her trying to keep her alive as he came to the final conclusion of how to save her. He was going to ask Aria for help when a bright red light blinded him. As it faded he found himself outside of their magical house along with the others. He looked to Aria knowing this was going to cause her great pain but she was the only one who could do it. " Aria please save her. You did it for me. " He said as he saw the pain reflect in her eyes. "Zaylic if I do that she wont be free and she'll be bound to me. I don't want to do it again please." Aria said as she looked to Kayo. "I am fine thank you. I don't know how you saw her." She said as she looked to Sinz. "I have no choice do I? Why is this my fate? " She said softly as she walked over to where Zaylic sat sharing his own power and aura with Sinz trying to keep her alive. " Sinz I promise I will never activate my bond with you and use you as she did. This is the only way I know to save you for now. I promise that I will do my best to figure out how to free you and Zaylic from my bonds." She said as she looked to Aura. "Forgive me Aura I need to borrow the book from you for now. " She said as she held out her hand the book appearing almost instantly. The book changed colors and appearance almost instantly as she touched it. A burst of power could be felt as Aria turned staring at Sinz. Aria open the book as she held out her hand towards Sinz as she started the spell. When it was finished a rose mark appeared on Sinz as it glowed a bright red making her as Aria's property. Aria let out a scream as black magic attacked her from Sinz's body the mark from the witch punishing Aria for removing it. Aria hit the ground as she was knocked out. The book quickly returned to Aura as black electricity seemed to dance about Aria's body causing more pain or trying to before it finally faded. Zaylic watched as he held onto Sinz hanging his head feeling for Aria knowing that she was going to be hurt for removing the witches bond to form her own with Sinz. He gently looked to Sinz as he softly moved her long black hair from her beautiful face with tenderness and care. " Little Bird you will be safe for now. I promise I will do my best to help you. Why don't we get you inside and let you get some rest." He said softly to her as his rough and tough exterior seemed to melt away as he looked more like a teddy bear in that moments.

Damien watched as he looked to Aura. He wasn't sure what to do though he had a feeling that everyone needed rest. He looked to Aura as he gently rose with her still in his arms. He looked to Kayo, " Would you be kind enough to look after Aria? I will look after Aura. I think we all could use some rest tonight and maybe we will try and figure out things in the morning." He said as he shifted his eyes to Zaylic seeing how careful he was with Sinz. He then looked to Aura as he smiled softly heading inside of the house and took her to her room gently placing her in her bed as he softly kissed her forehead. " I think the other girl will be good for Zaylic. " He said to Aura as he joined her in her bed gently holding her.

Sinz whimpered painfully as the broken and bleeding heart shaped mark on her neck was replaced with a rose and she could feel the dark magic moving away from her and towards Aria. She then looked up at Zaylic softly as she listened to him and nodded. "What's your real name" she asked softly since she was sure the name he had told her before wasn't right.

kayo nodded and picked up Aria softly before offering his hand to Zaylic "do you need help up?" he asked softly smiling a bit at how kind he was being towards the young woman he was holding close to him.

Aura was surprised as she saw Aria summon the book then again as she saw the rose marking and Aria getting attacked by dark magic. She then looked up to Damien and smiled a little as he took her to her room and cuddled closely to him. "You guys never seise to amaze me... I hope that Aria and Zaylic will be okay... and that girl too" she said softly and a bit worriedly at the end.

Zaylic looked up hearing Kayo as he just chucked. " Thank you but I have it." He said as he slowly rose holding Sinz close to him still as he looked to Aria in Kayo's arms. " Maybe I was wrong about you after all Bat. Takes guts to attack someone like the witch. However if you hurt Aria or break her heart I'll kill you." He said meaning it as he looked back to Sinz before heading in the house himself with her still in his arms. He took Sinz to his room as he gently placed her in his bed kneeling beside her on the floor being respectful to her. " My name is Zaylic." He said to Sinz as he looked into her beautiful eyes. " You are safe for now Little Bird." He said with fondness happy to just be. He felt a kind of peace near her.

Damien smiled as he felt Aura cuddle close to him. He softly kissed her forehead as he held her. He laughed hearing her. "You amaze us as well Aura. I am sure they will be. I didn't know that part of them. However I think they wanted to just protect me. Just as they want to protect you." He said as he peered down at her. He gently lifted her chin as he gazed into her beautiful eyes. "Lets give you some emotions to help feed your power." He said softly before leaning down and kissing her passionately for the first time on the lips. He blushed slightly but didn't regret finally finding the courage to kiss her the way he wanted to.

Kayo chuckled a bit as he heard this "I know I know, don't worry I won't hurt her" he said softly before taking Aria to her room finding it easily with the help of the house. Once inside he sat down in her bed still holding her close as he pulled the covers around them so she could get some rest.

"Zaylic... that's a nice name... but why do you keep calling me 'little bird'?" Sinz finally asked softly still seeming to be using some form of psychic to speak to him since her lips couldn't move thanks to the wires. "Oh... and thank you so much... I... I couldn't tell you before what had been going on... but I honestly didn't know she was a witch... if I had known she was so cold... I would have told you when we first met and you brought her up." she said softly feeling bad that she couldn't have warned him before.

Aura smiled but then turned bright red as she was kissed shocked at the sudden randomness but slowly let her eyes close as she kissed him back. She was surprised as she did feel her powers suddenly jolt from the contact and wondered some if this is how she was supposed to replenish her powers... by being close to and loving someone.

Damien blushes as he felt Aura kiss him back. He gently wrapped his arms around her as he held her enjoying the moment. He was sadden as the kiss ended but could only smile at her lovingly as he held her close. "Aura I love you." He said at a whisper as he kissed her again feeling another spark of power loving the feeling as he did so.


Zaylic just laughed hearing Sinz as he gently played with some of her lovely black hair. He thought about what she said as he looked to her mouth feeling bad still seeing it. " I think it fits you. I'm sorry this happen to you. Why is your mouth that way if you don't mind me asking? " He was honestly afraid to know the answer at this point. The witch really had lost her marbles it appeared as he felt truly sorrow for Sinz.

Aria cuddled up to Kayo as she slowly open her eyes seeing him. She smiled as she felt again knowing she must have shifted into her human from being so close to him. "I see your still here, thank you for your help today. You should get home you have work tomorrow don't you. " She said as she gently snuggled against him closing her eyes as she enjoyed smelling his sent. She felt total peace just laying there so close to him. She had never known that being close to someone could bring such peace or happiness. She hoped that he wouldn't leave but she knew he may not feel the same way as she did. She slowly open her eyes as she peered up at Kayo. " I wish that I could be like this with you forever. " She said softly hoping that he wouldn't pull away from her hearing her answer to the question he had asked her earlier in the day. She had never felt the strong connection she felt with Kayo. She wasn't sure if it was quit love but there was something blooming in her heart for him.

Aura smiled and kissed Damien back smiling happily as she heard him "I love you too, so much" she said softly before kissing him back and just staying close to him

Sinz would have blushed if she could have but then looked down when he mentioned the stitches. "she got really mad at me one day when I tried to use a spell... it blew up and destroyed our backyard... so she sewed my mouth shut so I couldn't use spells anymore and could only work with potions." she said sadly before looking back at Zaylic wondering how he would react.

Kayo smiled and held Aria close feeling her change and felt happy. "Don't worry about that, I want to be here for you." he said softly then smiled even more as he heard what she said next. "I love being close to you too Aria, and no need to thank me, I wasn't going to let that woman or anyone else hurt you" he explained softly as he kissed her head gently.

Zaylic just chucked as he heard what she had said. "Another potion maker? We could open a shop together but you'll you have to be the face. Your the prettier one and the nicer one. Might end up have a brood of potions makers ourselves." He said to her as he looked at her lips and slowly rose as he walked to his dresser fubling around on top of it through some draws he had on it. He came back with a pair of pliers and looked at her. " Let's fix this. You should feel a thing." He said as he went to work. He quickly removed the wires and then looked at her as he held the wires in one hand and the pliers in the other. "There now you are free. Besides Little Bird how is someone suppose to kiss your beautiful lips if they are wired shut?" He said in a playful tone thought with him none could really tell if it was a joke or not.

Aria smiled hearing him as she longed to kiss him and feel his lips on her own. However she wasn't that bold and just smiled at him as she snuggled up to him happy to just have him. " You make me happy Kayo. I hope that we can stay like this." She said as she finally gave into sleep and slept till the next morning.

Sinz gave a soft whimper as she felt the wires being removed actually being able to feel them since they were linked into her magic. She then was surprised at what he said and looked down and you could tell if she was human she would be blushing right now. However with her heart missing even if he were to kiss her... even if she were to be the happiest she had ever been... she wouldn't be able to turn back to human form... not until they got her heart back at least. Gently she moved her hand to where the hole in her chest was and even without being able to make any faces you could see how sad she was that she was missing that part of her.

Kayo smiled and kissed her cheek softly before falling asleep next to her but kept his senses open so the witch wouldn't surprise him if she managed to get near them.

Zaylic looked to Sinz as he watched her touch her chest. "I'm sorry Sinz about your heart. I promise we will do what we can to get it back." He said to her as he slowly got up and headed over to his over stuffed black couch against the left wall. He laid down on it as he knew they should get some sleep. " Little Bird I'm going to sleep here tonight if that is alright with you. Tomorrow we can let the house make you a room if you like." He said as he laid there thinking about the day. His mind mainly thought about Sinz as he couldn't believe how she was treated.

Sinz looked up at Zaylic and nodded some looking kinda happy at that. "Thank you Zaylic... and.... i'm really sorry..... I know it wasn't my choice but I still feel really bad for attacking you and your friend." she said softly before laying back down and curled up in the blankets trying to cover as many of the cracks in her doll form that she could... they tended to make her cold and weak for some reason... like her magic was leaking out from them.

Zaylic turned as he watched her. He finally got up as he walked to the old chest in his room and pulled out a over stuffed blanket as he finally laid on the bed with her covering her with it as he fell asleep there beside her making sure that he wasn't in to deep of a sleep. He wanted to keep guard but had a feeling that Sinz needed him more right now. So for tonight he would stay by her side and make sure she was safe and felt safe.

Sinz murmured a little as she was covered up but turned over wrapping her arms around one of his softly and lovingly burying her face in his neck softly clearly loving the closeness. The next morning Sinz woke up with a yawn but stayed close to Zaylic seeming really tired still. She looked up at him a bit and would have blushed if she could but just felt happy that it wasn't a dream.

Aura slept in late next to Damien having thuroughly enjoyed her night with him.. it was so much better then being with Zaylic, she couldn't understand now why she had let herself sleep with him... but then again she loved Damien so everything would be better with him.

Kayo yawned as he awoke the next morning and smiled down at Aria as he held her close just happy that she was okay and that the witch hadn't tried to come after them, or maybe she just couldn't.

Zaylic slowly open one of his eyes feeling Sinz's moment as he looked down to her. " Awake already Little Bird? If you don't mind I think I'm going to sleep her a little longer with you. You wore me out a little yesterday. " He said as he gently moved wrapping his arm around her as he pulled her even closer to him and closed his eyes not seeming to really be bothered he was holding her so close.

Damien slowly woke as he smiled at Aura and leaned over kissing her lovingly. He blushes slightly thinking of the night they had shared. He looked down as his stomach growled loudly and felt embarrassed hearing how loud it was. "I guess I'm hungry. " He said as he laughed. " How are you feeling?" He said looking to Aura slowly bringing her to his side holding her close to him.

Aria slowly woke as smiled seeing Kayo still there. She laughed as she saw him yawn before she slowly sat up smiling at him. " I should go fix some breakfast or everyone and pack you a lunch. I'm sure you'll need it once you start your day with your boss." She said as she leaned over and gently kissed his cheek as she blushed softly and stood walking to her door opening it. She paused and looked over her shoulder at Kayo. " Be careful I might get use to having you here. I already like having you to snuggle up to." She said as she smiled and turned heading down to the kitchen fixing breakfast for the others. She fixed a spread of pastries and jams. She fixed everything in the garden the smells inviting as she finished and took her own seat.

Sinz was surprised at this but would have smiled and blushed if she could before nodding some and cuddling up to him closing her eyes as she leaned into him softly and lovingly.

Aura yawned as she awoke to the feeling of Damien moving then laughed a little as she heard his stomach growling. "I'm feeling allot better actually" she smiled softly before grinning some. "Sounds like it's time for breakfast" she laughed easily.

Kayo smiled some and laughed before getting up and then fallowed Aria helping her set up the table and even fixed some tea while she was working on breakfast knowing the others would probably be down soon. "oh yeah I'll get the paperwork today for you to take over the bakery" he smiled easily to her as he took one of the muffins and started to eat it happily.

Aura smiled some before quickly going to take a shower as well and got dressed before heading out to the garden smiling at the others.

"i wouldn't worry about her Damien, if i'm correct... which I hope for her sake I'm not, she doesn't exactly have a heard right now.... i caught a glimpse of her when I offered to help Zaylic up... it looks like she has a hole in her chest where her heart should be... that witch must have stolen it to make her her slave so she could never turn human again..." Kayo explained with a frown then thought some before smiling at Aria "Thank you Aria." he smiled easily before going back to eating and thought a bit on how he could help the others

"so have you guys seen her before? She didn't look anything like the other dolls... even after being in the ground for so long none of the others looked as broken as she did" Aura asked curiously to Aria and Damien wondering if they had met her before or knew how she could stay so damaged.

Damien shook his head as he hadn't seen another doll like Sinz before. Honestly had hadn't seen a lot of the things he had seen lately. He looked up as he saw how quiet Aria had got. He wondered if there was something she wasn't saying. He looked back to his plate as he returned to eating loving the food. He had to admit that the food was one of the better parts of being human.

Aria felt her mood change for a moment as she heard what Aura had to say. " I-I.....excuse me." She said politely as she slowly rose. She walked over to the edge of the table and put the small bag of goodies she had fixed for Kayo near him before turning and vanishing in a bright red light. She reappeared in her bakery as she looked around feeling peace again. She let out a breath knowing that she should have stayed however she didn't want to think about the past right now. She closed her eyes as she said a very powerful protection spell that would only allow those with pure hearts to enter. This meant the witch couldn't enter. Aria walked to the back as she began baking more goodies wanting to be alone for a little while and just enjoy herself without thinking about the past. When she did it always made her sad.

Aura was surprised as Aria went silent and then left looking to Damien worriedly. "did I say something wrong?" she asked worriedly as she looked between the two and Kayo shrugged a bit before going back to eating. "I'll talk to her later and see if she's okay... but I do have work to do so it won't be right away." he explained softly and Aura nodded some before going back to eating soon saying good-bye to Kayo as he took the snacks and left for the town to go to work explaining to his boss what was going on.

Zaylic finally woke up as he looked to where Sinz was. He smiled as he slowly rose and stretched. He walked to his door and open it as he paused and looked where Sinz was. He finally walked to where she was again and picked her up blankets and all heading down to the stairs and out of the house. He held her as he took his seat seeing Damien and Aura. He didn't see anything wrong with what he was doing as he started to fix himself a plate and eating. After a while he looked to Aura and Damien. "How are you doing this morning?" He said as he still held Sinz .

Sinz awoke as Zaylic got up and was about to get up as well when she was suddenly picked up giving a slight yelp looking up at him in shock clearly embarrassed. "Z-Zaylic" she said meekly but then curled closer to him as she saw the other two and feared that they would hate her for what happened the day before.

Aura looked up at Zaylic surprised and confused as she saw him back in human form but holding a bundled up Sinz. "Um... good morning... why do you have her all covered up like that?" She asked curiously and could tell that the girl was shy and probably scared by how she stayed the way Zaylic set her down and peaked over the covers every now and again to look at the other two before tucking her head down and against Zaylic again.
