"Yes they are, and of course Nancy is invited to the wedding. I would invite little Ellie but that would mean my sister and her husband would have to show up and well...I don't want my family there." Jesse commented. Jesse knew that Nancy was going to be so happy to hear this, they'd have to tell her eventually. Maybe he'd tell her tomorrow before he went to work. "I'll be sure to let Nancy know about this tomorrow before I go to work, I'm sure she's going to be very happy for you guys and we all know she's going to sign herself up to help with the wedding planning as much as she can." Jesse informed. "The pancakes?" he repeated and looked at Radiance. Jeez, was there ever a moment she didn't look beautiful? No, of course not. "I miss working for her, she misses you guys a lot you know. I just go there and help her then we have breakfast together and then I head to work..or hell whatever you want to call it." he answered.

Faida looked down at the ring now on her finger and had the biggest smile on her face. "Oh I love it Lex, it's absolutely beautiful!" she answered and giggled, it was clear to see Lex was still nervous. "Relax Soldier, it's perfect and I don't ever want to change it." she answered softly. Listening to him, Faida nodded and laughed softly."That is true, you did say that before." she agreed. "Oh stop it, you are very handsome and I love you too." she said quietly and kissed him back sweetly.

Radiance looked to Jesse as she smiled and laughed softly. " There is no need for that language. If you want to go back I'm sure Nancy would be happy to have you. Besides I'm glad to know you two are still close. Nancy was one of the best things you had besides the rest of us. I know how close you two are. I can't wait to see her again. But then again I'm just happy to be home. Hey I know it's random but do you think one day we could finish that book and lay in the grass on a warm sunny day. I understand if not. I know your busy. I promise not to bother you if you say no. It just sounds like a perfect day." She said softly as she looked to Faida and Lex at how happy they where. " I guess we'll have to get dress and Tux. " She said softly as she smiled at Jesse. " I never expected you to be as handsome as you are. But then I couldn't image you as anyone else but the Jesse I knew. " She said as she reached over and moved some of his stray hair from his face. She felt herself blush slightly as she smiled softly and looked to Faida and Lex. She looked down at their hands as she saw they where still holding each others hand. It made her blush more as she wasn't sure what to do.

Lex smiled as he kissed Faida again. He beamed as he looked over at Jesse and Radiance. " Look at that." He said at a whisper to Faida seeing Jesse and Radiance holding hands. " Speaking of witch Jesse will be my best man? Radiance isn't wrong you will need a tux. We are going to do this right if we do it. And that means we have to get someone a wedding dress." He said looking to Faida as he hugged her again. " I leave that to you and Princess here. I think you to lovely ladies can handle that without me and Jesse but if we have to go we can. Besides I believe their is only one shop in town that does both. So we might have to go together any how. "

"I can go back, I have a promotion with my name on it, but if I leave you can imagine how my family is going to take it." Jesse pointed out and nodded. "Yeah, we became friends over time and she's like a second mother to me really. She was the only actual friend I had until you guys showed up. I might go back and work for her, lord knows I enjoyed that job a lot more but I really have to think about it." Jesse explained and was caught off guard by her request. "The book?" he repeated and smiled. "Yes, we can do that whenever you want to. Just let me know when and I'll bring the book over. W can go to the park and read it. I just have to find it. It's in my room...somewhere." Jesse answered. He'd have to clean his room if he wanted to find that book. A tux, it wasn't something he'd ever be seen wearing but this was a special occasion so he would make an exception to wear one. Besides if he was to be the best man then he really did have to look his best. Listening to Radiance, he blushed brightly at her comment. "I uhh...w-well..." he wasn't sure how to respond to that but it made him happy to hear her say that. "Radiant, that Jesse he's...he's still there I guess. He just, he's not as noticeable anymore." he answered and sighed mentally. They weren't a couple anymore but it felt as if they never broke up.

Faida smiled and kissed him back before looking over at Jesse and Radiance who were holding hands. "That's right, Radiance will need to get a lovely dress with me and you boys can go get tuxes." Faida agreed. Jesse looked up at them and shook his head. "No, no way you guys. We cannot go together, the groom is not supposed to see the dress before the wedding. That's probably why my parents are so...weird. My dad saw my mom in her dress before the wedding and well yeah that's not a good thing you know. I guess it will be fine though if they have everything in separate rooms or something so that we don't see the ladies." Jesse explained. "Then it is settled, we will all go one day and get started on the arrangements." Faida concluded.

" Oh that means you get to pick my color of dress and you get to pick a theme for your wedding." She said as she let go of Jesse's hand and clasp her hands together in excitement. Oh I hope I get to be one of your bride maids. And if not I will be Dad's date to the wedding." She said as she looked to Jesse and smiled. " I don't know I think you would look rather handsome in a tux. I'd love to see you dressed up." She said softly as she looked to Faida and Lex smiling. " Jesse has a point it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. Besides it's the brides day and Faida might want to get her dress specialty made. I'm looking forward to this! I hope you are ready to be attacked by my camera sis! I'm so making a scrap book of this!" She said rather excited. She turned as she smiled at Jesse. " Good I would enjoy a day in the park with you and the book. I know Kia is still there. Or at lest I prayed he was. Just as I'm sure you have with me. " She said softly as she smiled. " Besides you where my best friend before anything and I miss my best friend. I have missed my best friend for a while. " She admitted softly to him. " That's what I thought we could be before...." She turned her head as she tried to clam herself feeling tears starting to come. She looked at her sister and smiled. " Oh look at this you two are finally going to get married. I guess we'll have to start with the preparations tomorrow sis if your up to it. " She said as she smiled. She was determined not to cry anymore and to keep appearing happy.

" Oh it's just a superstition. But I'm sure the shop will have it split any how. Besides it will depend on our work schedules anyhow. " He said as he smiled and looked over at Faida." This is true you get to pick a cake, dress, and theme. And since your dating me I can pull some strings and ok you to pick any spot around here to get married at if you choose to do it some where in the mountains or woods. Besides I'm sure if you ask nicely or just hug Radiance she'll be more than willing to help you find any fabric you want and help you find your dream dress. " He said softly and smiled.

"Well it has to be a color that we both like. The first thing would be a theme and I am thinking Spring theme. We need to send out invitations once we figure out a date and then start planning the decorations and food and well...everything else. I will need all the help that I can get." Faida explained. "Sister, you can be the maid of honor!" she added. Faida laughed, she was happy to see how excited her sister was about this whole thing. "I am looking forward to the scrapbook. I know it will turn out lovely, Oh we have to tell daddy the news! He might want to have a chat with you about marrying me but I'm sure he'll approve." Faida said as she looked to Lex and kissed his cheek sweetly. Looking back to her sister, Faida nodded and handed her a napkin. "Please don't cry Radiance." she said and hugged her sister softly. "Of course we can start tomorrow! Jesse, do you think we can get Nancy to help us tomorrow too?" she asked him.

"It's not a superstition Lex, it's real bad luck man. You don't want to have bad luck on your wedding." Jesse insisted. He looked at Radiance and chuckled, "Well maybe. I'm just not used to wearing something so...fancy." he answered with a shrug of his shoulders. "He's there, but he went to sleep ten years ago, he might wake up any day now though." he started and frowned when he saw that she wanted to cry. Hearing what Faida asked, Jesse smiled and called up Nancy. "I missed you too Radiant." he whispered before Nancy picked up. "Hey it's me. I just wanted to call you because guess who's getting married?" he asked and frowned. "W-well no not me. Lex and Faida are." he said and held the phone away from his ear as Nancy could be heard cheering. Jesse put her on speaker and smirked. "Oh my goodness congratulations you two! I expect you all to visit me someday. I haven't seen any of you in so long with the exception of Jesse who is as faithful as ever." Nancy said.

"Well I try. We were wondering if you could help us plan out the wedding? The girls want to start planning tomorrow." Jesse explained. "Tomorrow? Yes I can help you tomorrow dearies. Just let me know where and I'll be there after closing hours." she answered. "Alright then Nancy, thank-you! I will text you the address right away." Jesse said. "Alright then, I'll see you girls tomorrow, congrats again you two Bye!" Nancy said before hanging up. "Well there you go, you have Nancy's help. I knew it wasn't going to be hard to get her on board." Jesse said.

Radiance used the tissues and smiled at Faida. " Oh thank you sis. She smiled as she heard Nancy's voice once again. It was so nice to hear her voice. She smiled as she looked at Jesse. He was different from the old Jesse but in many ways it was good changes. She was glad to see he had no issue calling people and just talking to people now. She liked that he did stand up for himself. She looked down as her stomach let out a loud growl making her blush from embarrassment. " Oh dear, I'm so sorry. " She said as she looked at the plate of food. She closed her eyes and said a quick prayer then picked up her fork and started eating. She ate slow and made sure she was careful not to inhale the food. " Faida this is amazing! " She said enjoying how delicious the spaghetti was. " If you cook like this I'll marry you." She said of course playing. "Thank you I can't wait to start! Spring that leaves many options." She said as she smiled in between bites. She enjoyed the food and company.

Lex smiled as he loved the scene before him. " Ok Jess you win. You know Nacy will have fun with all of us. This should be really fun. Yea I need to talk to the Sheriff any how. I think Jesse and I both do. After James little show I want to know what's really going on. It isn't like the Sheriff to play nice with anyone. It's not like him to offer up either of you either. I don't really like it." Lex said as he looked back to Radiance seeing the face she made at him. " What? Oh yea sorry. Tonight is about Faida and the wedding." He said as he laughed and smiled. He then laughed after hearing Radiance stomach. " From that sound someone would think Elise did feed you." He said playing as he watched her eat. He then took his seat as he started to enjoy his own food. " Mmmmm so good!" He said and then almost choked hearing what Radiance had said. " Hey I don't care if you had her first I'm the one who is marrying her. " He said in a playful tone.

Faida smiled, happy to know that Nancy would be helping them plan this wedding. It was going to be a lot of work so she appreciated all the help she would be getting. Hearing Radiance's stomach, Faida giggled and had everyone sit down. "Let's enjoy dinner, seems to me like my sister is very hungry." she said and blushed softly. "Thank-you. I tried my best. I guess I did learn a lot during my stay in Italy. Oh it was beautiful sister! The weather was so nice and the people wereso polite all the time. Oh and the food! The food was to die for and there were so many flowers!" Faida said and said a quick prayer before taking a bite of her food and continuing to tell her sister about her travels.

Jesse smirked, "Well I have my moments." Jesse replied and nodded. "Yes, I don't like this either but James isn't just going to tell us what's up. Although I'm sure the sheriff won't hide anything from us. I hope he doesn't anyway." Jesse agreed. "About the wedding, I'm going to guess it will be a small wedding right? I mean, who do you both want to invite to the wedding?" Jesse asked and took a bite of the food. "Great job on the dinner Faida, thank-you for inviting us." he said to her and continued to eat. He wasn't going to show them, he didn't want to take the spotlight away from the newly engaged couple in front of him.

(OMG lol your killing me with the avi. Man we aren't even trying and we look like a set pair. Awe so loved. Oh man my puppy just scared me. I felt something tickling my foot and went to kick it due to reflex it was my puppy. His hairs where tickling my foot. He almost got kicked in the nose.)


Radiance ate her food and paused as she listened to her sister talk about her travels. She pushed her plate away finished with her meal. There was more than half of it left but she honestly couldn't eat anymore. " Oh I had a idea why not include Italy in your theme. You really loved it and we all know you love their food. I bet Nancy and I could study some of the recipes and duplicate them for your wedding. It's up to you sis but I know you love your pizza and Italy." She said softly as she smiled and looked to Jesse hearing him. " Oh yes where are my manners. Thank you sis for letting me come home. And for being a part of this. Really Lex we have a lot to fix with you. Your suppose to have wine or Champlain for a toast to your engagement. Just because your upset with your family isn't a excuse to forget your social graces and that goes for both of you handsome young men. Besides we might need to brush you up on your social graces before the big day." She said playing. " It's ok I'm just picking on you. Wow Lex I haven't seen you that pale before."


" That's not funny I don't want to be stuffy and stuck with people that would expect me to be that way. Please I'm with Jesse none of our families. Heaven help us if my parents found out. I'd have to start drinking again to mange one hour with them. They would turn it into a who's who of the high class world. Faida would be in the most outlandish dress that money could afford and more than likely couldn't breath or walk in it. They would have Jesse and I acting like well to do gentlemen in stuffy suits. And they would pair us on our social order. My mother would brag about her new daughter in law and sister to all her snooty friends. Faida would be on the cover of some fashion magazine. The entire event would take weeks to finish. It would be the social event of the year. Jesse and I would debate on shooting our selves and you ladies would be ready to kill the next person that tried to shove you into another dress for another photo shoot. Trust me I lived through three with my parents. I know I have done some bad things but I'm begging you do not make me suffer through one of their weddings. I believe I would have to shoot myself. There is a reason I don't give my mother my phone number or my address. That women is better than most intelligent agency's for governments. " He said as he dreaded just thinking about his mother and the weddings he had went to that she had arranged.

" I didn't know white came in shades until my first wedding my mother started planning. I also didn't know men where decorations willingly or unwillingly. Your hair would be the first thing to go. And you poor girls. Lord the horrors you do. You'll starve to fit in a dress. My mother went around telling girls they where to big and locked the cabinets so the girls couldn't get food. She would leave out tomato juice and veggies. I swear weddings can bring out the demons in women. Please you two are prefect the way you are. And none of my family members. I like the separation. If not there isn't enough alcohol here to keep me sane. " He said meaning it.

"Ugh, sounds like torture. No family please. We already met my brother James and he'd just try to court Radiance which isn't going to go well with me, my sister Sarah would start squealing like a five year old saying things like "Oh you both make such a cute couple I am so happy for you both. Jesse when are you going to marry Radiance? Are you seriously never going to get married? Oh Robert do you remember when we got married?" Jesse said and groaned. "Ugh I can already her her annoying voice. I'd invite little Ellie alone but they are a packaged deal so no luck. My other brother Jonas isn't such a bad guy, he just thinks highly of himself because he's a doctor although he used to be a firefighter." Jesse commented and then thought about his parents. "My mother would behave just like Sarah and I think my father would much rather go out for a smoke." Jesse muttered. "So yeah, no family or else there will be no happy memories of this special event. he added.

Faida enjoyed her food and listened to Radiance's suggestions. An Italy themed wedding sounded very nice, she could even get an Italian style looking wedding dress if that was possible. "That sounds lovely sister!" she said and looked at Lex. "What do you think?" she asked him and chuckled. "Alright then you two, no family allowed." she concluded. "Well, except for daddy, he needs to be at the wedding." she pointed out.

Radiance smiled at Faida as she laughed hearing her. " Of course sister! I'm glad you like the idea. I agree no family except Dad. Because he has to walk Faida down the aisle. And the more you two talk about your families the more I'm glad we have Dad." She said as she smiled and laughed softly looked to Jesse. " awe I would love to see Ellie. Oh Robert wasn't that bad I enjoyed meeting them. I loved your sisters purse collection and her house was beautiful. But that's alright we promise no families unless you two approve. "

"Sarah's house is nice yes, of course look who she's married to. Robert the rich guy and well she's a nurse I think so little Ellie is usually babysat by my mom. But sometimes I babysit and well it's fun I guess. Little Ellie tends to save all her tea parties for me." Jesse commented and continued to eat. He really adored Ellie, he loved children even though he didn't really know how to even hold a child at first and he would freak out whenever Ellie would cry. He still did freak out. "I don't hate Robert, he's actually nice to me. He always has been, he even would get Sarah to stop picking on me when I'd visit or when they'd visit the house. If Sara wasn't so...nosy I'd invite them." Jesse confessed.

"How many siblings do you have Jesse?" Faida asked him. "I have two older brothers and an older sister. The oldest is Jonas, then James, then Sarah and lastly me." Jesse answered once he had finished his drink and meal. "Wow, that's quite a big family. I noticed all your names start with a J except for your sister." Faida pointed out. "My dad did not approve of the name 'Janice' my mom had picked out for my sister so he chose Sarah instead." Jesse answered simply. "Shame because I like that name. I think it would have fit her annoying personality nicely." Jesse said and laughed.

Radiance looked down at her plate as she heard Jesse. She said nothing as she felt a little sad hearing what he had to say. She slowly got up as she took her plate being careful as she sat it on the stove then walked over to her sister and hugged her softly. "Thank you for everything. I'm sorry but I'm really tired. The flight was long and I haven't go much sleep. I need to lay down for a little while." She said weakly. As she looked to Jesse and to Lex. " It was nice to be back with everyone. Please forgive me but I need some rest. " She said as she looked to Faida. " I promise in the morning we'll start the wedding planning." She said giving her sister a wink before slowly making her way to the stairs. It was easy to see she was in pain and not moving as well as she had been earlier. She made it up the stair to her room as she open the door and let out a sigh of relief.

She looked around her room amazed to see it was still the way she had left it. She saw it was clean and was thankful for it. She walked over to her bed as she started unpacking her things. It took her quiet a while to put things away and get use to her surroundings again. She managed to make it to her bathroom happy to see that Faida had added it as she slide into the tub. She soaked for a while letting the warm water help ease the pain she felt.

Faida blinked and looked at Radiance. "Oh..okay then. W-well goodnight, sleep well." she said and watched her sister leave before finishing up her food and grabbing the dishes to wash them easily. She understood her sister was tired, she just hoped it wasn't anything else that caused her to get up and leave. Still, today had been a success despite the bumps here and there. "So do you not get along with your family at all?" Faida asked after drying off her hands and sitting at her spot again.

"Well, my relationship with my family isn't the best. Lately I've been getting along with my mom though but that's it. I still don't like to tell them anything though because they can never keep quiet. Like when I told them what I did they wouldn't leave me alone about it for months. It was annoying." Jesse muttered. He was glad that Radiance was going to get some sleep, she really needed it. "I still can't believe you two are getting married. It's about time you did. It seems like it was just yesterday when Lex was a nervous wreck around you Faida." Jesse reminded with a smirk.

"Hey, hey ,hey we aren't picking on Lex." Lex said as he looked to Jesse. " Besides what man doesn't get nervous around a beautiful girl? I remember someone else nervous too." He said as he grinned looking at Jesse. " Besides I wanted Faida to enjoy her life and get to travel. But I already told her she was going to be Mrs. Lex. I made that promise to her years ago. I couldn't be without my Queen. She is the best thing in my life other than you though sometimes that fact scares me." He said in a playing tone to Jesse. " I'm just glad she said yes. " He said as he laughed looking to Faida. " I wonder if Radiance was serious when she said she would fix your brother if he got to annoying. Sadly I could see her using treats laced with different things to fix someone. I'm glad to see she hasn't changed that much. I had a feeling she'd figure out a way back to the hospital before to long. Besides she is the one that built that place up and made it what it is today. I think one of us should make sure she get to her appointments there without harassment from Sir Prick. I really don't like him or how he treated either of our lovely ladies. The only one escorting my Queen is me and you if she makes me let you. I'm her solider and I don't like any other man thinking it's alright to hit on my girl or escort her. She has a man already. He said a little upset still at what James had said.

Radiance finished her bath as she got out and dried off putting on her tank top and pajama shorts. She managed to hobble to her bed then fell into it as she sighed happy to have a nice bed to sleep in. For the first time she looked forward to sleep. within moments she was in a deep sleep it was easy to see she wasn't going to wake anytime soon. She wished that Jesse was here it was the only thing that could make this moment perfect. She wanted to just curl up with him and stay in his arms for hours. She knew she would sleep so peacefully and wouldn't have to worry about the nightmares that came. Or if they did they wouldn't' stay long to haunt her with him there to keep them at bay.

"Oh come on, you've always picked on me when it came to Radiance. I thought I would return the favor a bit." Jesse answered. "Well she's obviously very happy, you always have treated her like a queen." he added and couldn't help but laugh at what Lex said next. He quickly shut up though since he didn't want to wake up Radiance. "Well why would she say no? I mean, you never gave her reason to hate you I don't think. As for my brother, don't worry about him too much. My mom is going to talk to him and so am I next time I see him. I don't care if I get hurt, it will only make things worse for him really." Jesse said with a smirk. Lex had a point, someone had to make sure that she went to her appointments and he knew why Lex was saying this. Jesse had to do it. "I can take her to her appointments. You two will be busy wedding planning and all I'll be doing is working but I can get out early if I have to and make it up by working overtime the next day. She just needs to call me and let me know when her appointment is." Jesse answered.

Lex grinned as he looked at Jesse. " Thank you for volunteering so willingly. I thought I was going to need Faida to beg you for a moment there. I'm glad I don't though. Well Faida and I could have dinner made for you two before the appointments. Because I'm sure she can get her appointments changed to after you get off as long as it isn't to late. Or you could always go see Nancy for Dinner. I'm sure Nancy would adore it." He said smiling as he looked to Faida. " Besides if you do it that means you can have me do something for you. Think of it as a I owe you. Because however many she needs and you take her two I'll owe you a favor that you can cash in at any time. So it's a win win for you."

Jesse smiled and shook his head, "It's really no trouble. Besides, it will be nice to be able to spend some time with her again. I just hope I don't mess it up...like I always did." Jesse said and frowned for a moment. "But we're not going to talk about me, I'm not interesting. Today is about you guys, Tomorrow you have a wedding to plan and expect Nancy here tomorrow after she's done with work." he said as he quickly texted Nancy the address to Faida's house. "Dinner would be great, but I'm sure for some appointments she'll be instructed not to eat. I guess it all depends on the appointment type." Jesse added.

"I think this is a good way for you both to start out fresh, if you choose to that is." Faida started and held Lex's hand. "A favor?" she repeated and smiled at him then looked back at Jesse. "I'm really thankful that you were able to get Nancy to help with the wedding planning Jesse. I appreciate it very much. We have a lot to do tomorrow and I know we won't get everything done but we'll get done as much as we can." she said softly. Faida was really excited and wondered how she would want her dress to look like, how much would it cost and how long would it take? What if Lex didn't like the dress she picked out?

Lex smiled as he listed to Jesse and Faida. " Hey don't worry my Queen remember Radiance has given you money for your wedding. If it started from ten years ago I would say you have more than enough to cover anything you could want my Queen. Besides even she said that all she did was make money and save it. So I wouldn't worry about a thing. Besides I'll help pay for what you want as well." He said meaning it as he smiled at her. He smiled very happy that she had said yet to him. He felt the weight of the world off this shoulders and felt a little bad for how he had treated Jesse earlier. He had been nervous having planned to ask her tonight. It's why he had had planned on doing it when Radiance came home. That way Faida would have her sister and Jesse there. They where the most important people to her he felt other than her dad. The man had been hounding Lex to pop the question already.

Faida nodded, "I know. It was very kind of her to do that." Faida said quietly. They had so much work to do tomorrow, a date was the most important thing though since they needed a deadline. It would make getting things done much easier, well when it came to the dress it would anyway. Faida wasn't experienced with this sort of thing, but she thought that maybe the people making the dress would ask for a wedding date, maybe she'd have to ask her sister tomorrow and maybe even Nancy would have an answer if Radiance didn't know. Looking at Lex, Faida blushed. "You've already done so much Soldier." she whispered sweetly.

"I should leave you two love birds alone. I have a room to clean at home anyway." Jesse started as he stood. "I don't know when I'll be back, but I'll try my best to visit whenever I get the chance okay?" he said and looked at Lex, frowning a bit remembering how he was yelled at earlier. "Besides, you two have a lot to talk about. I'd say bye to Radiance but she's probably sleeping now. Thanks again for the invite you guys, let's hope we can do this again soon." Jesse said and started heading for the front door. Today had been one crazy day.

Lex got up as he followed after Jesse reaching out for his shoulder and stopped him. " Hey before you run off I need to apologizes to you. I was wrong for yelling at you and I'm sorry for doing so. You have always been my friend and I shouldn't have treated you as I did. You have to be a friend to have a friend. Thanks for coming through. I just want you to know I'm sorry and thank you. Hey you know if you just want to get away for a while you can go camping in the woods or back to the beach. I know you have had it rough and I know you don't like talking to others. But I know today was hard for you. So just let me know how I can help."

While Lex went to speak to Jesse, Faida decided to clean up around the kitchen and around the house. Jesse was right, she and Lex had a lot to talk about and she didn't even know where to start. Looking down at the envelopes, Faida sat at the table once more and knew she was going to have to tell her father about all this. He would want to know and he was probably going to want to talk to Lex to make sure that Lex took care of her properly.

Jesse flinched and pulled away from his hand. "It's fine Lex. I ticked you off and you only reacted the normal way." Jesse said with a shrug of his shoulders. "I'm used to being yelled at so it's okay. I was only surprised to see how mad you got at me. I was expecting you to hurt me because I could tell you really wanted to hurt me and yet, you didn't." he commented and smirked. "Well thanks for the invite, I'll visit again eventually. As for getting away, if I get away I'm the bad guy Lex. I'm sick and tired of it. So thanks but no thanks, if I want to get away I'll just lock myself up in this room. You're right, I don't like talking to others and today was hard. Yesterday was hard. Ten years ago that day was hard...every single day is hard for me Lex, but I just distract myself with work and sometimes that makes me just a little bit happier. Thanks for your concern but I'll be fine." Jesse said with a frown before walking to his car and getting on. He had the windows rolled up and the music on as he drove back to his house. He needed some coffee and a great distraction.

Lex sighed as Jesse left. " I can't win." He said as turned and walked into the kitchen knowing that he needed to talk with Faida. " Ten years and I still lose with him. " He said softly as he helped Faida finish cleaning. " We should probably get to bed ourselves soon. " He said knowing that Faida had a lot on her mind. " Are you wanting to wait up and see if your father comes by so you can tell him the good news?" He said softly wondering what was on Faida's mind. He walked over and took a seat as he saw her looking at the envelopes. " You know we should also talk about a house. With Radiance back she may want to keep this house for herself. After all you bought it together and she is half owner. However I'm sure if you really want it she would give it to you with no hesitation. She really cares for you even to this day. " He said as he smiled thinking about Faida's and Radiance bond.

"Lose? What are you talking about Lex?" Faida asked as she laced a hand on his arm and looked at him, worriedly. Something was bothering him and she wanted to know what it was. "Y-yes I want to wait and see if daddy visits but right now I want to know what is bothering you. Did Jesse upset you? Did he do something bad again?" Faida asked with a frown on her face. A house, yes they needed a house because he was right. Radiance was half owner and Faida didn't want to kick her sister out of the house so she wanted her to keep the house instead. She and Lex could look for a house of their own, perhaps one not too far so that she could visit her sister whenever she wanted. The house had to be somewhere that both she and Lex liked.

Jesse had arrived home and was making himself a cup of coffee in hopes to distract himself from all that had happened. Jesse had cleaned up the house, he just needed to clean his room now and that wasn't going to be easy. "The book..." he said to himself and poured himself a cup of coffee and walked back to his room. Books and papers were everywhere, it looked horrible, so unlike him. "The book has to be here.." he said and looked through the bookshelf but he didn't see it which meant it had to be on the floor somewhere. Sighing, he set the coffee on the end table and began to clean his room.

The sheriff knocked on the door and smiled as Lex came to the door and open it for him. The Sheriff walked in as he smiled seeing his Faida. He walked over to her and hugged her looking around wondering where her sister had gone of too. He looked down as he saw something shine looking at Faida's hand. " Well it's about time." The man exclaimed as he smiled looking at his beautiful daughter. " Oh I'm so happy." He said as he hugged his little girl and kissed her fore head. " I thought I was going to need my gun to make this one marry you. Lord knows you two should have been married years ago." The man said as he cut his eyes to Lex narrowing them. " Your going to take care of my little girl aren't you boy?" He said as Lex sighed and grinned nodding in agreement. The man turned back to Faida so happy for her. " I done gave up on grand children from your sister at lest one of you will give me grand children now. I thought it was high time that sister of yours found her a fellow to settle down with. I was afraid I was going to need to do the same for you my little Faida. I'm glad to see however I was wrong. At lest you have kept Lex here. You always where my favorite. That sister of yours has plummeted out of control every since she met Jesse. Those two have never been good for one another. I think it's high time she moved on and found someone more suitable. I expect the two of you will be wanting some alone time. That's why I plan on having that sister of yours to come home with me. I believe it's only fair if you two get to keep the house here. After all you have lived here and made it your home Faida. Besides your sister couldn't get around a house this size on her own yet. I reckon you two love birds are going to set your wedding day for a year from now? I don't know much about such things but I've heard it takes a while to get things ready for it. Besides it would give you time to get the house in order and ready for yourselves. After ten years I don't want to know what you two do in privet and don't care. " He said as he laughed grinning as he saw how Lex blushed.

Radiance had woke from a nightmare of the day she had been shot. She had woke up in pure fear as she poured sweat. She had manage to get halfway down the stairs and had froze as she heard what her father had said. She frowned hearing what he said as she slowly made her way back to her room being as quiet as she could be. She managed to make it out to her balcony on the back of the house as she sat on her cushioned bench and peered out at the flowers she had help plant. She frowned as she started crying not able to stop. Even her father felt she was a failure. She couldn't argue with his points and Faida had always loved this house. She was more than willing to give it to Faida and Lex. However she didn't like the fact that her father felt she was wrong for Jesse. It reminded her of the day he had said she should take the job. She started to cry silently as she felt a cool night breeze blowing.

James walked up the front drive way as he heard someone crying. He walked around to the side of the house as he saw rainbow hair from the side and frowned as he saw there was some vines that started on the side of the house and lead to the back balcony where the crying was coming from. He climbed up the veins not hesitating as he made his way to the back balcony where he saw the rainbow hair. Once he got there he climbed up the balcony rails and then landed on the stone floor of the balcony as he saw Radiance sitting there crying. He felt sad to see her crying like that. He could see that those tears where silent tears now. Those where the ones that people cried when they where hurt the deepest. He slowly walked up to her as he sat down across from her and gently lifted her head and wiped her tears away. He could tell she was surprised as he tried to calm her down. " Shh it's ok I heard someone crying when I was walking up. You really shouldn't cry like this you are far to pretty. Besides it would hurt your sister to see you cry like this. Believe it or not it's hurting me to see you cry this way. " He said as he showed genuine concern for the first time and didn't have his normal attitude.

He sighed softly as he leaned back running his fingers through his hair as he shook his head. " I hope those tears aren't because of my brother. He really is a disgrace sometimes. " James said being himself for once as he turned and looked to her." Don't look so surprised you've been with my brother longer than anyone. You should know our family is full of surprises. I have a heart I just don't like showing it. It's a family trait sadly. I pick on Jesse because he has so much potential that he just squanders away. It really is a shame in all honestly. He is so talented and smart but he refuses to be anything other than....well you know I really don't know what he is. " James said as he sighed looking to the ground. " He's my brother and I really can't say I know anything about him. As a child he was so hard to get alone with that I just stop trying. He resented everything that our parents did or tried to teach him. I couldn't accept how he treated father and finally just gave up trying to understand him. Our family is full of drama and our parents expect perfection. Father wanted Jesse to be like him. However Jesse just refused and ran off. " He said as he looked to Radiance. " Don't get me wrong to his face I'll still be a jerk. It seems to be the only thing he reacts to. Besides I'm still mad at how bad he hurt out father. It's because of him I'm having to take over more than my share of the family business. " He said as he grinned and laughed softly. " Besides he had someone as beautiful as you and he just walked away. He really is a fool you know. I'm sorry if I upset you earlier but I have appearances to keep. I love torturing my little brother because it's the only thing we have. He stopped talking to us and just walked out. I guess that's when my issues with him went to the extremes they are today. We all cared about him and he just walked out on us like we weren't any good for him. All families have their ups and downs and disagreements. However they are still your family. You can't pick your family your born with them. It looks like you've got a pretty good one that loves you. You know your father wasn't trying to be rude he just didn't want you stuck here having to see my little brother and be constantly in pain. Your father was worried that it would send you down another spiral. From your tears I'd say he wasn't wrong for worrying. My brother has a good heart but he has to many issues he needs to work on before he can love anyone. " James said as he looked at her. " He smiled as he saw her look. " Hey don't go telling anyone about this I have a image to keep up. I'm a heartless business mobile. I spite you up and out. " He said as he laughed and slightly frowned. " It's a defense so people don't see how much their words hurt. Father taught it me because business is no filed for those with a heart. Or that's what he told me. Mom felt if we came here and stayed that Jesse would become her little boy again. It's why she is babying him. Mom cried for days on end when Jesse left. Our other brother is angry at Jesse for how he left and how he hurt our parents. I doubt our older brother will show his face. If he does I'm not sure he could play nice with Jesse. It's a shame honestly I had hoped that Jesse would have changed. However it looks like he has only got worse. I'm sorry for earlier. However I find it very hard to be in the room with my little brother. "

Faida smiled when her father hugged her. "I'm happy to see you made it daddy, I was starting to think you wouldn't show up." she admitted and giggled. She loved her father very much, he was always a good man. Faida laughed and shook her head, "Oh dear no you don't ever need to do that daddy. Marriage is a big thing, it's not good to rush into it. I'm happy that Lex was able to take his time with it." she answered and wrapped an arm around Lex's arm. "He will take very good care of me daddy, if he doesn't I'll let you know." Faida said with a smirk and listened to what her father had to say about Radiance. She didn't very much like what he was saying though. "D-daddy..." she said and frowned. "Daddy how could you say that about my sister and Jesse? You cannot have a favorite daughter, you should love us both the same! I...I can't believe you would say those things about my sister especially when she isn't here! My sister cares about Jesse and even though Jesse made mistakes, we all make them, we are all human! Those two still care about each other, I know they do. They...just need time to figure it out." she said and frowned. "Why are you taking my sister away from me? I can take care of her, you don't need to take her away. You just want to take her so that you can boss her around and I won't let you. I think Radiance should be with whoever she wants to be and if she's happy you should be happy for her." Faida said seriously as she let go of Lex.

Hearing his cellphone go off, Jesse looked over at it and picked it up. Seeing it was Sarah, he sighed and answered. "Hello? Oh hey sis...n-no I'm at home right now. Why?" he asked while he continued cleaning and drinking his coffee. "Babysit? When?" Jesse asked and frowned. "I work overtime tomorrow Sarah." he reminded and shook his head. "I can babysit the day after tomorrow. I'm sorry Sarah but how do you want me to babysit and work at the same time?" Jesse asked and laughed. "Jonas isn't going to want to help me babysit...have you even asked him?" Jesse asked.
