Luna sighed softly as she held her side,frowning when she felt blood.She turned over watching in a daze as Deuce and the other wolf fought.Though she was starting to feel a little strange. The wolf snareled ,then the scent of Luna's DNA changeing made him smirk,so when Deuce bit his leg it was his turn to bite his sholder,eh was leaving with the girl one way or another |
Emily blushed and decided on getting a cone. Those have always been her favorite although popsicles were good too. Deuce cried out loudly in pain, it was the same shoulder he had gotten bit when he was younger so the wolf was just reopening old wounds at this point. |
The wolf tried to bite down harder,then used its free arm to dig into Deuce's back
Luna felt tears in her eyes."no....please....stop hurting him",she said softly.Thigs were starting to get blurry amd she just really wanted to sleep Thomas smiled ordering a hocolate and vanilla sweirl.iT WAS ONE OF HIS favorietes |
He couldn't keep this up, Deuce was too weak, but with the last bit of strength he could find, Deuce bit down on the wolf's neck hard and held on tightly. "Thank-you for the ice cream Thomas, it was very sweet of you." Emily thanked and blushed softly. This was so far a lovely first date. |
The wolf then yelped and suddenly wet limp since Deuce had hit a vital spot

Deuce was breathing heavily as he backed away from the other wolf and weakly walked over to Luna. He turned back to his human form and winced in pain. "Hospital..need to go now." he said breathlessly. Emily smiled and nodded as she followed Thomas. |
Luna nodded."okay",she said softly and carefuly fourse her self to sit up."im sorry",she said sadly.
Thomas walked along and then smiled."here we'll use this spot for our sand castle" |
"You were...supposed to remain hidden.." he whispered and held her hand in his. "It's okay, I know...you were trying to help." Deuce added and slowly walked with her to the hospital. Emily smiled and took a bite of her ice cream cone and knelt down on the sand. "This is perfect. Oh this is going to be so much fun!" she said. |
Luna did her best to keep him up rigjt as they walked."I know. But I couldn't just leave you alone to fight "shd felt tears coming into her eyes."I didn't want to loose someone else that I care about"
Thomas smiled at her.:it will be. But first we should finish our ice cream",he said softly. |
"You're not going to lose me that easily." he whispered and walked into the hospital where he requested that they both get medical attention quickly. The nurses quickly took them both to separate rooms to look at the wounds. Emily sat beside Thomas and happily ate her ice cream. |
On of the nurses and doctor quickly began to work on Deuce seeng all the blood onhim.To help with the pain they gave hi a seditive and started to treat him once he was asleep,though,after hearing scraems the nurse peeked out and gashped seeing a larhge wolf tearing through the halls.
Luna sighed as she laied on the bed waiting for the doctor ,glad that ,since Deuce had the more serious of the wounds,was being seen first,she sighed a bit more,she was feeling really hot.Turning over she growned as her body started to hurt more.One of the nurses had come in to make sure she was oaky.Then jumped back as Luna's nails suddenly grew."wh-what on earth",she backed up more as Luna cried out as she rolled onto her stomach.She could feel her insides buring ,she didnt wnat to worry Deuce so she quickly bit a pillowed then ,the next thing she knew the pain had dulled.bLINKEDING SHE BEGAN TO PANIC SEEING PAWS,NOT HANDS,FUR NOT SKIN.hER HEART RACE ,she looked to the nurse who was starring at her terrified.Then the nurse fainted.Not knowing what to do,LUNA RAN ,AKWARDLY OUT OF THE ROOM SLIDING ON THE FLOOR A BIT,SHE SLID INTO THE CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM AND WAS FLINCHING AT ALL THE SCREAMS fianlly seeing the door she ran out and headed back for the forest,not knowing what else to do. Thomas smiled softly then blinked a little.He could smell blood,Luna,and ...wolf.He looked around suddenly worried and froze seeing a wolf terring along the beach ,crashing into beach umbrellas and picknick tables.Thomas pulled eMILY BEHINDE HIM,TRYING TO THINK OF WHAT TO DO |
Deuce's breathing calmed down and his vision became blurry before he knocked out fast asleep. Only then did the nurses and the doctor decide it was safe to work on him. Hearing the screams, a few nurses left to see what was wrong but had to come back to help the doctor with Deuce. Emily noticed the worried look on Thomas' face. "What's wrong?" she asked as she continued eating her ice cream cone. However, her eyes widened when she saw the wolf on the beach. "W-we should go!" she said to Thomas. |
Thomas heat renched,he could smell Luna ,the wolf wa....he would KILL who ever did this to her.He dind't think it was Duse,since there was another wolfs sent...then hearing Emily he nodded."okay,slowly head for the bike...running may draw attention to ourselfs"

Deuce was fast asleep still thankfully. "I don't know doctor. He and another patient came in looking this way. Neither of them said what had happened." said a nurse. Emily nodded and slowly walked backwards toward the bike. She wondered what a wolf was doing at the beach. |
Thomas stuck close to Emily watching as teh wolf...as Luna stubeled ,struggelig to run in the sand.Once at the bike he handed Emily the helmet and looked back as animal contorl started to chace her down."oh no",he said softly
Luna was runnning as fast as the for legs would take her she stoped panting trying to calml herslef down,then seeing Thomas and Emily she took a few steps towards them whineing. Then flinched at teh sound of a gun shot,she wasnt hit,it was a warning shot,looking over she saw animal conrtol speeng towrdas her.Now what?whineing she took off up a hill and ran along the sie of the road heading back to the forest.She was gald once she had reached the forest,bt kept running to scared to stop,though she was now soaking wet with the rain that was still pooring in the forest. The doctor sighed."poor guy",he said and finsihed up."okay ,let him rest",he said giving him an IV unil he wke up then went to check on he other girl but blinkedseeing an empy rom a babbeling nurse and claw marks |
Emily strapped on the helmet and looked back when she heard a gunshot. It frightened her but was glad that the wolf hadn't gotten hurt. "Poor thing..." she whispered. Deuce continued sleeping for what felt like hours and he hoped that Luna was okay. |
Thomas looked really botherted by the wld running around ."yeah",he said softly."come on,lets go to teh park,we can come back to the beach after"
Luna had ran for miles the town was far behinde her,she had made her way across a river and on;y stopped when her body yelled at her falling to the ground she huffed softly ,falling alseep,staying in her wolf form |
"Thomas...is something wrong?" Emily asked him. "You have been acting strange ever since we left my house. Are you okay?" she asked him worriedly. Deuce groaned as he woke up, feeling the pain all over. He didn't know where or why he was where he was but then he remembered what happened. "Luna?" he said to no one as he looked around the room. He was alone. |
Thomas shook his head."sorry,i just ...that wolf",he said softly."why was it here,you know>?",he said knowing he culdnt tell her about his world,or what he believed happed to Luna.
The doctor siged ntereing."some peopel",he grumbeled."sorry son i was going to be here sooner,but one of my nurses is convised that she saw the girl you came in with tur into a wolf",he shook his head."tr not to move around so much,you'll pop your stches..." |
"Well, maybe it was lost? I just hope it can get back home safely." Emily answered. "Where's Luna...?" Deuce asked and winced in pain. "Can I get more morphine?" he asked. A wolf? Had Luna been turned and he never noticed? Was she bit? Why didn't she ever tell him? |
"yeah",Thomas sighed a bit."okay so we have ice cream off the list,the wolf if gone...why don't we stay ,he said softly.
The doctor blined at him."if thats the name of the girl who came in with you,shes gone",he looked at the drip and nodded."i'll be back",he said softly and wet to get him more morphine |
Emily removed the helmet and nodded. "Alright then." she said. This date was a little odd but she wasn't going to let the events bug her. Deuce frowned, he knew her friends were going to kill him if they found out he lost Luna and possibly got her hurt as well. He looked at the stitches on his body and sighed. He was going to be here a long time. |
Thomas grinned."good",he said leading her back to teh spot they had been in."ready to make that sand castle",he said softly.He would track Deuce down,and he better pray that he knew what was going on.
Luna huffed as she woke up ,she blinked realizing she was human again,She was also soaking wet,it was still raining,Looking around she shivered realizing she had gotten herself lost.Her body hurt evey mussel yelling at her to stop movieng.She looked down.No one was going to look for her any time soon.Deuce was hurt,and her fiends were busy with their own lives.She laid down where she was tears slipping into her eyes as she made herslef small,and fell asleep again,not knowing where to take shelter from the rasin storm. -- The Doctor soon came back ."here we are a double dose,its going to make you sleepy again,so try and get confortable",he then placed an extra pillow on the bed."here that may help",he said and sqitched out the IV bags |
Emily smiled and nodded. She had always wanted to make a sand castle, it always sounded like a very fun and relaxing thing to do with people. Deuce lay down comfortably, "Thank-you Doctor." he said softly. He was used to this setting, he would end up in the hospital every time he fought another wolf, it was just part of his life. He hoped that Luna was okay, wherever she was. |
