Thomas's eyes burned with anger,liek ,to teh point if he was darth vader,Deuce would be dead."funny mut",he said his best trying to stay calm."shes a wolf Deuce, A WOLF!",he growled."And of course she came back to help you, i ahve never seen ehr grow so attached to someone before....so to have rhe nerve to call someone who cares so much about you,that they would risk their own life to make sure you were okay,foolish....",he took a deep breath.Clearly trying to calm down."she ran to the forest,but all this rain washed her scent away",he said softly."Im going to try and find her,and when i do,if she's still alive...you stay the heck away from her!",he said with a deep glare."rest up , then ou better hope i don't see your face again anytime soon",he paused."and for teh record,I knew you didn't do anything wrong...i could smell the other wolf on her....she has no idea what happend to her....and is running out there scared",he frowned."i know that feeling,and frankly so should you",he then left slamming the door agin,,but this time with enough fourse that it fell off its hinges.

Deuce was surprised with Thomas' reaction. Had he really done something wrong? Deuce frowned, he wasn't going to go near any of them anymore, this was why he remained in his house, to prevent these things from happening.

~~ A week Later ~~

Deuce left the hospital feeling terrible still but the doctors said that as long as he took care of himself he would be fine. He wanted to see her, he wanted to see if she was okay but maybe she didn't even want to see him. This was for her own good, he was nothing but trouble.

As he headed home there were posters all around town,asking if anyone had seen Lna,that she had been missing for a week.

Thomas sighed as he sat in the diner with Emily.They had been combing the entire town for Luna,and at night,Thomas had n=been searching the woods,but could not find her.Yes he went to far getting mad at Deuce,but he as mad at the time,worried about his friend.He growled a little."where could she be",he said softly holding Emilys hand

"M-maybe we didn't really cover all the grounds?" Emily said. "Maybe Deuce knows where she is? He was with her right? So perhaps he knows where she could be? Or...m-maybe she's just at home and doesn't want to see anyone right now?" Emily suggested.

Deuce stared at himself in the mirror as he removed his shirt and stared at the scars left behind on his body after the attack. He had seen the posters and was determined to help. He'd deal with the bloodsucker later but right now he was more worried about Luna.

"Maybe",Thomas said sadly and kissed the back of her hands."I just hope shes okay,shes never dne this before..."

Luna sighed as she stubeled in the woods.She had woken up two days ago,wet,col and felt like crap to say the leats.Her eyes had become sad and harden.he light that had made her so friendly to eveyone.Her watch had seind it had been a week.A week,no one,as far as she new.Was looking for her.Deuce,did he die? If not then why wasn't he there?why hadn't he found her?Tears came to her eyes.She was a wold now,and she couldnt tell anyone.She flunched hearing thunder.More rain? Looking around she fond a small cave and sat just inside of it ,she was so tierd,hung thirsty.Yet her stomach was huling.So she laid down and closed her eyes,passing out aginan,she just felt so weak....sleeping was the only thing she wanted to do

"Please don't be sad Thomas. I'm sure she's okay." Emily started and stood up. "Come on, let's go look for her again. We will go to her house and hope she answers." Emily said sweetly. She was worried to but she was trying to stay positive.

Buttoning up his shirt, Deuce walked out of his house and started looking around for her. Where could she have gone? He checked the art museum but she wasn't there and she wasn't at the lake either.

Thomas smiled a bit and nodded."alright lets go",he said getting up.

As Deuce searched a white bird started to fly around him,trying to get his attention.

Emily smiled and started walking out of there with him and towards Luna's house. Hopefully she would open this time.

Deuce continued walking through the woods now and looked up at the white bird. He was already exhausted. "Hey...what is it?" he asked the bird and watched it closely.

The white bird was chirping at him and flew to a targe tree beside the CaveLuna had gone into .The bird chirpe franticly as it flwe to the mouth of the cave

Thomas sighed softly."Wh-what if something bad did happen to her?",Thomas asked sadly."I don't like thinking baout it,but we may have to",he said as the walked along.

Deuce followed it curiously and stopped at the mouth of the cave. He was confused as to why the bird brought him here but at least he could rest for a bit. Deuce walked inside and gasped when he saw her. "Luna!" he said and forced himself to run over to her. "Luna are you okay?" he asked and noticed she was sleeping. She looked to be fine though, he had to take her back to Thomas now though.

"If something happened to her I think we would have found out by now, don't you think?" Emily asked, looking at him as they walked.

Thomas nodded."yeah....",he said softly then looked up and blinekd seeing a bird flijng aroundthem then headed for the forest."come on",he said holdmg her hand tightly and ran after the bird.

Luna was shivering as she slept,though in her sleep she called out to Deuce

Emily was surprised when he started running but ran with him, trying to keep up. The forest again? Hadn't they already searched here before?

Deuce frowned and carefully pulled her into his arms, wincing in pain. "I'm here Luna...I'm right here." he answered and sniffed the air. The bloodsucker was coming. Good, now he could hand her over to him and he would disappear once again.

Thomas kept his eye n the bird,it was taking him down a hidden tarial,the blinked.Deuce,why wa steh bird leading him for Deuce.
Luna shuttered."Deuce?" ,Luna's voice came softly from his arm."...your oaky....good"

"Yes I'm fine..." Deuce said and looked down at her. He didn't know what to say, all he could to do was hold her in his arms and hope that Thomas arrived here soon.

Yukina smiled a bit."I'm glad....I was really worried....you kept your promise...your hear...thank you",she sighed as her eyes were becoming so heavy agin."don't leave okay?",she said softly

Deuce frowned as he held Luna close in his arms. "I won't go anywhere...I promise to stay by your side Luna." Deuce promised and sniffed the air. What was taking the vampire so long to get here?

Luna smiled softly."good",she said softly and then sighed as consciousnesses left her again.He head flopped against his chest.

Thomas sighed as he watched the bird fly over to a cave chirping,then blinked,he could smell Deuce ,and Luna!Still hilding Emilys hand he rushed to the cave his eyes filled with relief."Deuce you found her!",he said smilng beyond happy.He would appologoze to Duce once they got Luna some help

Deuce narrowed his eyes at Thomas and growled. "Yes I did." he said plainly. "Listen, I'm not going to waste my time and fight with you. What you said to me during your hospital visit was as clear as ice. This is the reason I stay home and once Luna feels better, I'll be going back home and staying there. None of you will have to worry about seeing me again okay?" he said and looked over at Emily but said nothing. He didn't want to hear anything Thomas had to say, he was only here to take care of Luna.

Emily was relieved to see Luna was okay. Sure she wasn't perfectly fine but she was safe and that made her a bit happy. She wasn't sure why Deuce was being mean to Thomas but apparently he was in the hospital and Thomas had said something. Looking at Thomas, Emily raised an eyebrow. "What happened? Deuce was in the hospital?! Why?" she asked.

Thomas blinked."Deuce",he siaghed and looked to Emily."long story",he said softly"I'll explain later",he promised and looked to Duece."Look,I'm sorry with what I said,i was out of line.Luna means a lot to us. And I was blinded by my nager.Luna would be heart broken if you leave",he said softly.

Deuce narrowed his eyes, "Luna knows where to find me if she ever wants to talk." he started and continued to hold her in his arms. "Yes she means a lot to you I know that! Do you think that she doesn't mean anything to me?! Did you not once stop and think that maybe I hated myself? That I was mad because while she was out here scared and confused, that I couldn't be there with her. I couldn't do anything because I was stuck in bed with stitches on my body?!" he hissed. "When I found out that she was gone, I wanted to leave but I couldn't without popping the stitches. I had to stay and even though I was drugged up and looked totally fine, I was not. I was worried sick!" Deuce said seriously. "If she didn't mean anything to me I would have let her gotten hurt back there and I would have walked away." he muttered.

"Just stop it, both of you. Luna is safe and right now she needs all of us to take care of her so put your anger aside for once and just pretend to be friends, for her sake." Emily commented seriously.

Damen growled a little,not at Deuce,but at himself."your right im sorry",he said softly then looked to Emily and nodded."sorry,your right",he said softly then looked to Deuce.Since he was a wolf,he may know what to to do that would be best for Luna."where do we take her?",he asked.

"Luna needs to rest. Being a wolf is tiresome and painful." Deuce answered. "We need to take her anywhere where she can get some sleep and when she wakes up she'll probably be very hungry so we need a lot of food, preferably meat of course." he explained and winced as he stood up with her in his arms. "I guess we go to my place." he said and looked at the sky. "Anyone know if there's a fullmoon tonight?" he asked.

Thomas blinekd as Deuce spoke about her being a wold and mentaky swore at him.He hadnt gotten a chance to tell Emily abut anything yet.But nodded."Do you want me to carrie her it may be less painful for yuo",he asked worried then blinked."I hink there =s one tonigt,or tomorrow night....its on my clanader..."

Deuce shook his head, "I'll be fine, thanks." he muttered and frowned. "If it's tonight, you two need to leave okay?" he ordered and sighed as he started walking back to his house. "You know, you can't keep the truth from your little friend here forever, she needs to find out eventually." Deuce said to Thomas.

Emily frowned, she was confused with all that Deuce was saying. What surprised her was when he said that Luna was a wolf. So then the wolf at the beach, that was Luna?! She could have gotten seriously hurt! Thankfully though, she seemed to be just fine.
