Emily looked to Thomas, "Oh that sounds like a good idea. I'm sure they'd be happy to get visitors while they work." she said with a smile and started eating. Deuce ate in silence as he listened. Meet her Aunt and Uncle? Well he had no problem meeting them and he didn't think they'd think anything of him. To them, he was just some other guy who happens to be friends with their niece. |

Aunt and Uncle...did she live with them? What about her parents? Were they dead too? Deuce continued eating as he thought about all this. Seemed like everyone was losing their parents. Emily ate quietly. She was sure her aunt and uncle would be happy to see her and her friends. What would they think of Deuce? Would they like him? |
Thomas smiled as he paused in eating."you had them worried to Luna,they wanted to find you too"

"They'll just be happy to see you're okay. They really missed seeing you." Emily said and looked at Deuce."You don't need to worry. My Auntie and Uncle will love you." she said to him and kept eating. Deuce snapped out of his thoughts when Emily spoke and chuckled. "Oh, I'm not worried at all. It will be fun meeting new people." Deuce said as he took another bite of his food. |

Deuce blinked in surprise at what Thomas said. He wasn't wooing anyone. He didn't think so at least. He did grow to care for Luna, but was that considered wooing? If memory served him correct, wooing someone was more than just caring about each other. Emily blushed brightly at Thomas' words but chuckled softly. "Very funny Thomas." she said to him and finished up her meal. |

Deuce nodded as he finished and looked at Luna who had gone silent. "Is everything alright Luna?" Deuce asked worriedly. When everyone had finished, Emily cleared the dishes and started to wash them. She knew she had to start helping her aunt and uncle again soon since she felt much better now. |

Deuce smiled warmly at Luna. "Good, I was worried you were upset because of something." he admitted. "I'm glad that wasn't the case though." Deuce said softly. Emily giggled and nodded. "I know right? They're so cute together. I wonder if Deuce realizes that Luna has a crush on him." Emily whispered back to Thomas. |

"Well I'm sure it won't be long before he finally realizes it." Emily replied softly and when they had finished, she dried of her hands and looked at both Luna and Deuce. "Ready to go?" she asked them. Deuce smiled back at her, "I'll always worry about you Luna." he said and looked at Emily. "Ah...yes we can leave now if everyone wants to." he answered. |

Deuce nodded and took Luna's hand in his. He then led everyone out of the house and motioned for the others to lead the way. Emily walked outside and started to lead the way to the Cafe. When they arrived, she noticed it was pretty full but everyone was eating and looked happy. Looking around, she found her Aunt cleaning the counter while her Uncle worked on sorting the money in the register. |
Luna blushed a bit and held onto his hand gently and smiled as they followed Thomas and Emily to the diner."wow there busy today",she said softly

Emily smiled and hugged her Aunt and Uncle. Her Aunt looked at Luna and hugged her. "Well look at you! You look so lovely! We've missed you, have you been alright?" she asked and looked at Deuce. "Who's this?" she asked. Deuce looked at the aunt and uncle and then looked at how they treated Luna. They obviously cared about her a lot. Suddenly he felt uncomfortable being here. |
Thomas gave a grin to Duece and smiled at Emilys Aunt and uncle."This is Deuce,the guy we've been telling you about ,you know,the one who's beening wonderful to Luna"

Deuce nodded in agreement to what was said about him. "Hello, it's nice to meet you both. Thank-you for the food it was delicious." he said and smiled. "Oh! You're Emily's new friend she was talking about. It's very nice to meet you. You don't have to be so shy, and we're glad you enjoyed the food." Emily's uncle said. "We're glad to see you're doing so well Luna. We were worried since we didn't see you around anymore." he said. |

"He has?" Emily's aunt said and smiled at Deuce, "You're taking care of little Luna?" she asked and chuckled. "She deserves to be treated nicely you know. If you hurt her, you'll have all of us to talk to." her uncle said jokingly. Deuce smirked and nodded. "I understand completely sir. I assure you though, that I treat Luna like a princess. I care about her very much and she knows that I won't let anyone hurt her." Deuce said seriously as he looked at Luna and smiled. |

Deuce blushed softly and looked at Luna then looked back at Thomas, chuckling. "Stop teasing little Luna." he said and wrapped an arm around Luna's shoulders. "I think you'll make a cute couple. But the choice is up to you two." Emily's aunt said to Deuce and Luna. "We're happy to hear he takes good care of you dear." she said to Luna and looked at Emily. "Were you going to stay here?" her aunt asked. "Could we stay for dessert?" she asked. Her uncle smiled. "If you want to, just grab a table and I'll be right with you." he said. |

Deuce frowned when Luna left to sit at a table, Emily followed her. He looked at Thomas and sighed. "Noticed what? That Luna has a crush on me?" he asked. "No, sorry but I haven't. It's not something I look out for. I know she cares about me though, just as i care about her." Deuce answered softly. Emily sat down across from Luna and smiled softly. "I told you they would be happy to see you. I think they really like Deuce too." she said softly. |
