The principal nodded."If I tell you,it may help with understanding why people treat her a certen way,I know its not right and I do what I can but.....",he saighed. "About three years ago,Luna,watched her parents being killed infront of her....recorda say somone broke in,and killed them,when they questioned her on who it was,she kept saying it was a monster ,the police couldnt get a streight answerform her other then that,so the case has been cold ever since,son roomer spread about her snapping and being the one who actually committed the crime ,no one but her friends would issen,eventually she just stopped talking all together,only certen people she'll speak to,even then its rare",he sighed."and being so silent ,has made it hard for her to make friends"

tHOMAS NODDED AND SMILED.'GREAT",HE GAVE A POLITE BOW AND WENTU P TO CHECK ON eMILY.

Deuce frowned as he listened to the story. "Wow..." he whispered and wondered who or what it was that killed her parents right in front of her. "That still doesn't give anybody the right to call her a freak. You change after witnessing a traumatic event but that doesn't make you a freak." Deuce answered seriously.

Emily had started to wake up and heard talking down in the kitchen. She looked around and noticed Thomas had left which meant that her Aunt and Uncle were home. Carefully, she stood up and then noticed Thomas was back in her room. "Thomas? W-what are you doing here? I thought you left." she said quietly.

The principal nodded."i know,and i do what I can ,but student aremean and not so understanding......a lot of them are dead set that the rumr of her killing her own parents to be true....its sad"

Thomas smiled."nope,i just told you aunt and uncle what happend and they said I could stay",he said grinning softly

Deuce sighed softly and wondered if she would ever tell anyone what the monster looked like. He'd ask but he decided he'd let her talk when she felt comfortable.

Emily blushed and smiled, walking over to him and wrapping her arms around him in a loving hug. "Thank-you." she whispered and looked up at him, trying to calm down her blush.

Thomas blinked wathing her and blushed deeply himself."your welcome",he said carefully huggging her bac

he principal sighed and looked at the time."Why dn't you an Yukina head out,its almsot the end of the day,we had an early dismissal for visitors day....would you like to attend the school?",he asked softly

Luna frowned at how long it was taking and looked to the other student who had been watching her grinning the whole time

"We were never able to discuss our date." Emily whispered and yawned softly. She still felt light headed but she would be okay especially if Thomas was here looking after her.

"Sign me up sir." Deuce said with a grin that showed off his sharp canines. Some of the students were going to be a pain to deal with but he was ready to take them on so he knew this wasn't the last time he'd see the principle.

Thomas smiled."go lay down and we can talk about what we want to do",he said softly

The pricipal smiled."good",he the filled out the forms he needed and printed off the class schedual."same classes as Yuna,hope thats okay",he said and stood,leading Deuce out of the room and siled a bit to Luna."alright Luna ou and Deuce are free to go,its early dismissal,so go get some lunch"

Emily nodded and walked back to her bed where she lay down and yawned cutely.

"That's perfect." Deuce said softly and took the schedule then followed the principle out. "Will do, thank-you sir." he said and looked at Luna. "Come along Luna, I'm sure you're hungry." he said and took her hand, leading her out of there.

The pricipal smiled a bit watching them go then his eye trned to daggers at the student he still hd to deal with."come on",h said going in.

Luna blinked a bit a bit confused and was blushing wen Deuce took her hand abd lead her out of the office,she smiled at thier hands and then blinked a pit spotting the class schedual in hs hand and looked up to him cutely.

Thomas smiled at her."so we know for sure you want a ride on my bike,so why don't we go for a nature walk and have a picnic",he said softly

Emily smiled, "That sounds lovely." she said and smiled. "I just hope I'll be better by then. I'll just have to be careful on your bike." she explained.

Deuce smiled at her and noticed the look on her face. "It's my schedule. You're looking at your new classmate." he said happily as he walked with her to get some lunch.

Thomas smiled."i'll make sure your all better,and that your absolutely careful on my bike",he said grinning.


Luna blinked but smiled brightly looking very happy.She then looked thoughtful and gently pulled him towards a diner for some lunch

"Oh so you're going to be like my doctor?" Emily asked and chuckled. "Well I promise to follow all of your instructions Doctor Thomas." she said and smiled warmly at him. "Sweeties! Dinner is ready!" her aunt called out from the kitchen.

"That's right, we have the same classes so you're not getting rid of me so easily missy." he said to her and chuckled as he followed her into the diner. The smells were overwhelming and it was somewhat noisy.

Thomas gave a grin."yes im going to be your doctor",eh smiled hearin her aunt."do you want to eat down stairs",he said softly

Luna blinked but smiled happily eve more,clearly gald that he would be with her for the rest of the school year.

Emily laughed softly. "Well that's good to know." she said and heard her stomach growl softly. "Y-yes. I think I can handle eating there." she said and carefully got out of bed and started walking down the stairs to the kitchen.

"What are you going to be eating?" he asked her as he looked through the options that he had to choose from. He didn't want to eat too much since he wasn't really starving.

Thomas smiled and nodded as they headed down stairs."good"

Luna looked to him and smiled shwing him a spot on the menu saying 'Chicken Alfredo'

"There you are you two. I hope you're both hungry!" her Aunt said as she started to serve them all their food and setting the plates down on the table. "What would you each like to drink?" her uncle asked everyone. "I'll be fine with water." her Aunt answered. Emily smiled and took her seat. "Apple juice please if we have any." she answered.

When the waiter asked what it was they wanted, Deuce looked at what Luna wanted. "Two Chicken Alfredos please." he said and watched as the waiter nodded and left. "Tell me Luna, do you like school?" he asked curiously.

Luna smiled greatfuly at Deuce for ordering though blinked a bit.She gave a small nod,she liekd it,but at the same time there were other schools were aroundd

"School, you love and hate it don't you?" he asked and smiled. "I'll let you in on a little secret. I haven't been to a school in a long time. So this is going to be interesting I can already see that some students are going to give me trouble but I'll make sure they never pick on you Luna okay? They can pick on me, that's fine but I'll keep them away from you." Deuce said softly.

Thomas smiled at her."soda if you have it please,if not water"

Luna blinked a bit.She was so curious as to why he was being so kind to her.

Emily's uncle served everyone the drinks they asked for and set the glasses in front of them before taking his seat. "Enjoy!" her aunt said happily before starting to eat her food. Emily thanked them and stared at her food for a while before taking a bite of it happily.

Deuce looked at Luna and raised an eyebrow. "What? Am I making you uncomfortable?" he asked, confused as to why she looked confused.

Yuna blinked blushed softly she shook her head.

Thomas gave a bright smiled."thank you",he said before diging in happily

"Now you're blushing, what's up?" he asked and handed her a pencil and a napkin to write on.

"How are you feeling dear?" her uncle asked. Emily looked at him, "I'm feeling okay. A little light headed and dizzy but nothing else." she answered and continued eating. "We're glad it wasn't anything too serious. Some children still seem to be up to no good it seems." her aunt commented.

Thomas nodded."yeah,glad i was raised different",he said softly but blinked at a though."I hope Deuce tok care of Luna",he said softly.

Luna blushe a bit as she wrote down, 'Wh are you being so kind to me?'

"Is that his name? The guy that's with Luna?" Emily asked and smiled. "He seems like a good person, I'm sure he is taking good care of her right now. We can check on them tomorrow bu I'm sure they're fine." Emily answered as she continued to eat happily.

Deuce read her question and smiled. "Well good question Luna." he said and thanked the waiter when their food arrived. The waiter smiled at them and handed them each their meal before retreating. "I'm kind to you because I have no real reason not to be kind to you, do I?" he asked.

Thomas nodded then smiled replaxing a little."your right",he lausghed."I sound like an over protective brother"
