Temri nodded and left to be with Yukina while Ryan walked with Damen to the other room to wait for someone to show up.

When he caught up with the dctos that were treating Yukina they amade hi wait ina private waiting room, while they did ct scans ,xrays and blood work,then told him what room that she would be brought to when she was done13A

Damen sat with Ryan and was holding him close.'please talk to me Ryan"

"Do you think Yukina is going to be okay?" Ryan asked in a soft voice. "We should have stayed home with her. Maybe then this wouldn't have happened." he added quietly.

Temri waited patiently, he hoped that she would be okay. He walked over to the other room and sighed. "They're doing a lot of tests on her and then they'll move her to a new room. A13." he said and looked at Ryan, "How are you doing?" he asked and looked at both of them worriedly.

Damen frowned hugging him close."Ryan,there was nothing we could have done...we couldnt stay at home forever and she wouldnt want us too",he took a small breath.'I think she will pull though,shes a tough cookie..."He looked up as Temri came in and nodded."good,m sure evything will be fine",he blinked.were okay riht now,just waiting for a doctor...."

"Yeah I hope so." Temri said and heard a doctor approaching. "I'll see you guys later, I'm going to go check on her. She's probably in her new room now." he said and excused himself just as the doctor walked in and shut the door. "I'm told one of you is in shock?" he commented and looked at both Ryan and Damen.

Damen nodded."well be there as soon as we can",he watched him go then lookd ot the doctor."yeah,my boyfriend was held at gun point and hes been silent and just not himself",eh said softly.Damen knew a thing or two about being in shock,when he was yonger..no.Now was not the time to think about it

When Temri entered the room,the dictor was just finishing up,he gave a heavy sigh,Yukina was still uncocnhous,she had a bandage wrapped around her head and arms she had a tiny air tube in her noes and they were monotoring her heart rate,and brain activity.He glanced to Temri and smieldl a bit."good timeing,we just got her setteled in..."

The doctor nodded and write that down then looked at Ryan. "Alright, well why don't you tell me your name and what's on your mind right now?" he asked kindly. Ryan frowned and looked down at the floor. "My name is Ryan.." he answered and sighed softly. "He said he would never hurt me." he added.

"H-how is she doing doctor?" Temri asked quietly as he walked over to her bedside and carefully held her hand in his. She looked like she was hanging on by a thread and that thought scared him. That man was going to pay f he ever saw him outside.

Dawen stayed close to him,holding his hand though tit all.

The doctor looked to him and smiled softly."well,she isn't going anywhere any time soon",he said softly."there was a slight bleed in the brain,but thats healing naturaly,we just have to monotor it....j\cuts,a few broken ribs....",he said softly."she juts has to wake up..."

"Who said that?" The doctor asked. "My boss." Ryan answered. "Was he the one with the gun?" the doctor asked. Ryan nodded and the doctor wrote this down. "So he said he wouldn't hurt you, what else?" The doctor asked. "H-he said he had grown f-fond of me and would never hurt me but he wanted to kill her and I didn't want him to. I knew h-he could have killed me b-but I didn't care." Ryan explained.

Temri nodded in understanding. "Right, I understand." he said and looked at her. "I'm sure she will wake up eventually. She has to." Temri whispered sadly.

Damen gently sqweezed Ryans hand."you were very brave"

The Doctor gave a small smiled."rigt.I'll give you some privacey"

"H-he was staring at me as they t-took him away and I know that he's going to kill me! He's going to kill me when he's free even though he said he'd never hurt me because he grew attached to me I know he's going to kill me whenever he gets the chance. I can't get that look out of my head, it's always there!" he cried. The doctor frowned and wrote this down. "Well Ryan, I think this shocked you a lot more than normal. I think you might need to get some form of therapy counseling. It's not required though if you think you can be okay this way. However if it starts to get any worse I do urge you to get more help." the doctor said to both of them.

"Thank-you." Temri said to the doctor and looked down at Yukina. "What are we going to do? He's gone for a while but what do we do when he comes back Yukina?" he asked her quietly and kissed the back of her hand.

Damen held Ryan tiht.'ill find a way to protect you",he promised.Then looked ot the docto."do you have a card iof a doctor you recomend?",he asked softly.


Yukina's hand twitched a bit as she started to come around,her mindreplaying what had happened,her eyes shot open and with a gahsp of terro she sat up almost having a panic attack."DONT HURT THEM1",she yelled teras instadntly flooding her eyes,for a moment she w\belived she was still trying to fend off the man,,not fully realizeing she was safe she screamd a bit trying to pull the wire monotors off ehr,take the air tube out of her nose and rip the IV out of her arm

The doctor nodded and held out a card. "Doctor Reighn is a friendly woman, tell her I sent you and you should be fine. If for whatever reason they don't want to see you, I want you to call me and I will see what I can do to help. Feel free to call me if you have any questions." he said and handed Damen another card with his number on it.

"Yuki! Yuki stop it please!" Temri pleaded and frowned. "You're safe. he's in prison and you're in a hospital. Stop this right now you'll only hurt yourself more, please stop!" Temri explained to her.

Damen gently took the cards."thank you....very much",he said softly seeming realized a bit and kissed the side of Ryans head.

Yukina froze hearing Temris voice. She was breathing heavily as she looked around at the room. Her eyes were still panicked.She looked herself over before looking to Temri tears were streaming down her face. "T-Temri?",she asked softly

"I'm glad I am able to help." The doctor said with a smile. "I'd like to see you again in a month just to see how things are going okay?" he asked and stood up. "Call me if you need anything." he reminded and excused himself before leaving them alone. Ryan stared down at the floor in silence as the doctor left.

Temri nodded and carefully wiped away her tears. "Shhh, you're okay." he whispered and kissed her cheek. "Please calm down." he said to her as he looked at the heart monitor then back at her.

Damen nodded and then Ryans chest."talk to me to...okay?",he asid softly

Temri blinked a bit and looked to the monitor then slowly started to calm herself down,she then buured her face into Temri's chest cryingsoftly intohim,

Ryan nodded and looked at Damen then wrapped his arms around his boyfriend. "He's going to kill me isn't he?" he asked Damen in a soft whisper.

Temri frowned and ran his fingers through her hair. "It's okay Yukina, you're safe now." he assured and let her cry. Crying always made people feel better after letting it all out.

Damen frowned,"i dont think he'll kill you,my fear he has other plans",he said keeping him close and kissed his head.

Yukina shuttered a little and lowly stopped ."d-did anyone else get hurt",she asked worriedly."he said he was going to kill you,Damen and take Ryan"

Ryan's eyes widened, "H-he's going to kill you?!" Ryan asked and frowned. "I won't let him hurt you or Temri or Yukina. I will trade myself for everyone else." he said and started to cry. "He won't g-get out of my head!" he cried.

"No one else is physically hurt but Ryan went into shock. He doesn't talk anymore. He just sits there and stares at the floor. The man had a gun to his face, so I can see why he would be so frightened. Poor kid." Temri answered.

Damen flinched and held tighter."no no no thats not what i ment love",he said softly."i mean,he may have had different plans for you",he sqweezed hi."I will not let him hurt you at allmy love",he said softly.""and he will.it may take time ,but he will"

Yukina frowned a bit.".....poor Ryan",she said softly."maybe i should have never ran away from him,then you guys would have been safe",she said sadly

Ryan was a crying mess, this had to be the most traumatic experience he had ever had. He just wanted to go home and hide but he was afraid to be anywhere alone anymore.

"Hey, don't say that Yuki. I'm glad you ran away from him. You'd be dead right now if you hadn't." Temri explained and kissed her cheek. "We're in this together, the four of us and we're all going to make sure no one gets hurt. We just have to be better prepared." he suggested.

Thoms sqweezed him.'Ryan it'll be okay",he said softly."lissen,i need you to be brave for a bit,were going to check on Yukina,then go home and rest,and well stay there togheter"

"I know you didn't. He told us everything. He said you were scared. I wish I could have been there to protect you." Temri said sadly.

Ryan calmed down and wiped away his tears. "Okay then." he said softly and placed his hand in Damen's. "I hope she's awake right now." he commented.

Damen nodded and kissed him gentyl."me too..."he smiled.'there you go....",he said knowing that a destractio may to him good

"i know,you wish you were there,but ihe had a gun h \e could have killed you,im glad he got me instead of you;,she said and careful;ly touched his cheek,not wnat to tug on the wires too much

Ryan blushed and kissed him back. "Thank-you, that was a nice surprise." he said and walked out of the room with him.

"I know, but I am not going to just stand to the side and let him take you away from me either. You are important to me Yukina, and I want to keep you safe no matter what." he said to her softly.
