The van parked by the side of the gate and turned off it's headlights. He unbuckled himself and moved to the back of the van pulling up a trap door in the floor. Inside was a tool box filled with all sorts of frightening contraptions. He pulled out a container of darts he had carried with him on Friday and strapped it to his belt with the slot upwards for easy access. Along with this he picked up two hollow metal poles about the length of his arm and shut the box. He slid them through his belt on the opposite side of the dart container and stood up. (Escrimas/poles= left side)

He slid the door to the van open and stepped out checking his surroundings before walking back into the yard, staying on the outer most part. (-of the battleground.. XDXD) He scanned left to right to induce peripheral vision making sure to check for guards or worse.. dogs.

(night night)

"I'm sure you have...oh that reminds me...after that kiss I want that kid's name Risa...the boy from your old school...I have a feeling that he and I have some business that I need to take care of..."
Kane narrowed his eyes.
"We need to get back to the train yard....I don't know if Zahara is still there, but you'll have to stay out of sight. At least until I can spring Juri..." He looked up at her, smiling.
"Aw come on now...you're not that fat." He chuckled and then grew serious.
"Drop me somewhere nearby, I can run the rest of the way...those jerks didn't break my knees so I can stil run."

::i look to him nervously "I dont think that'd be a good idea, you'd have a LONG list of people to beat up" l giggle
"Maybe we should stop back at my house, through my bedroom window, so I can dress your wounds? Youre bleeding really bad.." I lift my hand from his hip, its covered in blood
"...not to mention maybe i should put a shirt on...." i flap harder, trying to keep my altitude and i look to him " I looked at a nearby clock tower... 8:24, we had time.::

He drew swiftly towards the building, trying to stay low and out of sight. I have no idea what to expect inside.. Entering through the roof is out of the question. It's been done and is probably expected by now.. How many are in there? I should look for a window..

He smiled.
"Good make my day a whole lot better." He scowled childishly at her.
"Thanks but no thanks...you're flapping too hard Birdie, just set me down and trust me....I'm only bleeding bad from a cut on my forehead..they look worse than they actually are..." He pointed to an area by a park.
"There, that should do it. You can head back to your place after I'm gone....Get a shirt if that's what you really need and meet me at the front office...I'll have Juri by then and we can get out of there."

::I sigh and nod "but, after you are done with all this youre going to come to my house and let me dress those wounds, got that?" sweat ran down my face and i lifted my wings up high, we plummeted at an astounding speed and before hitting the ground in the empty park i open them up and land, a cloud of dirt filles the air as i land. I release him gently "please be careful.. ill be back as soon as I can..." I look into his eyes "promise me you wont die.."::

He nodded.
"Fine, fine I'll do whatever you say...just do me a favor......feed me once we're there?" His stomach growled loudly as they began their descent.
"I'm starving..." Kane hopped out of her arms and smirked, his eyes already dark and narrow.
"If you order it so it shall be..I told you..I'm not going to die in there..." He gave her a wink and then was racing off through the park heading back, he was going to remind those punks why they hired him in the first place.

::I smile and nod at him "anything you want Kane.." I tuck my hair behind my ear and Jump upwards, catching a draft and flying off to my house. I wave to him from above "be careful" i say under my breath and head on to my house::

He advanced towards the entrance realizing there were guards roaming the outside. Before he could turn back he noticed they were not even looking at him. Figures.. I guess Kane was right about how going unnoticed can be a good thing. He made his way to the door and opened it carefully so that it would not shake or creak as he entered. He closed it behind him and headed down what looked like the a short hall leading to a lobby of an office. He looked at his watch quickly and gritted his teeth in anticipation I have to find her.. or.. someone. Am I doing the right thing? How stupid am I.. I have no goal, just barging in.. AUGH! I'm just like him!! His muscles tensed as he heard a strange noise from a room ahead of him. He gripped one of the metal poles with his right hand and crouched low.

Juri...hang on I'm coming! Kane swept into the shadows as silently as he could and made it to the back door...he knew that these thug's leader would be expecting his own men to come through the front dooe..but if he gave anything away too soon he might as well just stick his gun to his head and pull the trigger himself....he shook his head as he tested the door to find it unlocked.
"What morons...leaving their rear completely unguarded." He slipped inside heading back around to where Juri was...praying that she could keep them stalled.

"Stop that crying girl!!" The leader slammed his fist across Juri's tear stained face when she didn't stop. She fell to the floor and curled into a ball repeating Kane's name over and over as if that alone would save his life.
"You're brother is as good as dead Chick." One said from the corner of the room.
"He bailed and has to pay the piper...you understand..you can hit him when you see each other in the next life."

::i fly in through my window and rush in, and i begin to rummage through my shirts "need a tank... ah HA!" i found one and cut slits in the back for my wings to go though-mom never made ones like this for me because she never wanted me in public with my wings exposed. I slipped it on, pushing my wings though, feathers fluttered all over the room; Oreo was in her glory. I looked around for anything I may need- i opened my nightstand and pulled out a pocket knife and tucked it away in my bra, just in case. i hurriedly flew back out the window and back to the train yard.
I land on the roof of the place where Juri was suspected to be and just waited for anything, any sounds or anything that sounded suspicious. I knelt down- the covering of night was all I needed to hide my wings::

Kane.....Kane's really gonna die this time... Juri's face stung as she cried silently. There had been so many times that the family had fallen into hard times and needed money...then Kane would always come through....but if she'd known he was....she clenched her fists.
"I'll kill him if I see him." She muttered.
"But I'll make sure you're there to greet us!!!" She leapt to her feet and slammed her fist into the nearest boy's face sending him flying, she turned on the leader and growled....if nothing else, at least they had that in common.

He approached the door carefully as if a boulder would come rolling after him if he stepped n the wrong linoleum tile. He pressed his back against the wall and pulled the escrima out of the loop of his belt. His fingers were trembling but he clenched his fists and pushed his fears away. My priority is the girl. He breathed in deeply and exhaled slowly to calm himself down. With his free hand he pulled out a dart and pushed it backwards into the hollow escrima. (multitasking melee weapons bwuahaha!) He cracked the door open just enough for the pole to fit in and peered in from above it. He could see two but was not sure if there were others. There was a woman on the ground sobbing and calling the nae Kane. This must be his sister Juri.. He aimed at the man weilding something metal and shiney and puffed quickly through the tube hoping to hit him in the neck.

(agh I have to edit all of that now? >.< -beats sonic over the head with a pillow-)

::I jump down and look in though the window- i see Juri kicking ass and i tighten my fists "Go get 'em Juri!!" There was a tap on my shoulder, I turn around quickly and it was a very large thug, the one that was beating on Kane. I gritted my teeth "crap..."
He blew out a puff of cigarette smoke into my face and smiled evilly "well hello there cutie, I think im gonna take you as a hostage....you and those pretty wings of yours.."
My eyes widen and i pull the knife out of my bra quickly,. i was shaking. he hit my wrist and knocked it out of my hand and grabbed my wrists and put them against the wall "Imma keep you as a hostage for that little man to come out for you boo-hooing" he laughed.::

BAM! With a kick Kane was through the door and by his sister's side in a moment.
"Kane!?" She cried.
"YOU IDIOT!!!! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!!!" She hit him once over the head and he grimaced.
"Ow..is that any way to greet your brother?" Two of Juri's guards fell back against the wall pointing like morons.
"B-Boss you...you said he'd be dead by now!!"
"Tch...how'd you get back here?"
"Oh? Let's say I have a Guardian Angel watching out for my stupid self." Speaking of Angels..he glanced around wondering where Risa was...it shouldn't have taken her this long.

He cracked the door open slightly to see what all the noise was coming from and recognized the red headed bull, his sister and ome dumbfounded thugs. He closed the door and walks out the same way he came in alerting a guard in the front. Before the thug had time to speak or react he swiped the pipe he held by his belt across the man's temple and watched him fall like a ragdoll to the ground. He swiped the blood that sprayed across his face violently and moved on. His eyes were cold and full of hatred. I've wasted enough time on matters that do not concern me He made his way out of the yard and into the van. With the lights still off he programed the van to return to his "home". He threw the tools he had with him in the back of the van and stared off into space as he drove out of the neighborhood.

::Meanwhile on the side of the building, the huge man put his face right into mine "Ya think hel'' be out soon? I flapped my wings rapidly, they hit the wall and bled, i grimaced at the thought of what this man was going to do next. I had hoped Kane would have come out by now, I hoped Juri and him were alright.
I sighed and dug my nails into my fists "Please, stop..." i tried to wriggle away but he just pressed his hands aganst my wrists aganst the wall harder. i let out a scream "STOP!" I hit my wings harder against the building, but it was no use- i just couldn't get away from this brute.::

"It ain't gonna matter if you've got five Angels on your side punk you're mine!" The leader swept his pistol around to fire off a shot at Kane but his hand was kicked into the air, the round going harmlessly into the ceiling before Juri crunched his face with two quick punches to his nose.
"That's for tying me up!" A low blow to his gut.
"That's for trying to kill my brother!" He fell to the ground and she smashed her foot against his groin.
"And that's..." At her emphasis she dug her heel in.
"For trying to kill him in front of me." Kane paled and drew a hand over his belt...Juri was scary.....he grabbed the gun that the man had dropped and drug her out by the wrist...albeit not willingly.
"One more shot at his ribs Kane!! Just one!!" He sighed, and pressed on...he wanted to find Risa..and he did..coming out of the room he heard her scream, how he knew it was her he didn't know but he was sure of it. He let go of Juri's wrist and made his way to where Risa was. He came out and saw her pressed against the wall, the hulking figure of one of his assailants covering hers.
"Get. The. Hell. Off. Her." He threatened seeing what was going on. His eyes burned out of the dark and he clenched his fist around the gun's grip.

::My eyes widened when I saw him exit "Kane.." The huge man pressed on "What are ya gonna do with that, little man?? Shes enjoying this more than you think" he flashed a dark, toothless smile and ripped away from me, I dropped to the ground "come and get it" he waved his arms at Kane and gritted his teeth"::

((*flails* Gotta listen to Apocolypse for this!! had it all planned out too!!!XDD......... :? well more or less))

Kane's breathing became heavier, he heaved his shoulders up and down his knuckles burning beneath the skin.
"You......YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!" He screamed racing at Risa's attacker.
If you order it...so shall it be.. His new motto was burned into his heart as he rammed his foot into the man's already toothless mouth. Risa hadn't said it persay...but the look in her eyes as she dropped to the ground was order enough. He fell back and Kane rammed his foot against his nose breaking the bone in his face. The thug screamed but he only continued to smash his foot into the man's body, gut, leg, face, neck, anywhere he could reach was fair game.
He finally cocked the gun and pointed it down at him.
"You kidnap my sister, you try to kill me...then you do this? I hope Hell is hot enough for you." Slowly, with the man's screams still in his ears, Kane pulled the trigger...

He glared down at the punk who's eyes were on the smoking hole next to his head in the dirt.
"But I'm not the one to send you there....but you bother my family or friends again and I'll break every bone in your body...twice." Kane grabed Risa, pulling her to him as Juri made it outside, having had her fill of violence on her way.
"Let's go Juri...we've got to take Risa home."

::i took a deep breath, feeling safer in Kanes arms, but knew this guy would be back to haunt me about having wings, i had hoped Kane would actually shoot him, but i stopped Kane from walking "Kane, i cant walk home like this..." i looked into his eyes, hopefully he understood what I meant. My wings were bloody, but i smiled "i think i can fly home...and remember my promise, im going to fix you up. If you want, you can assist Juri home and i can fly overhead of you"
I looked to Juri "I hope youre not wounded at all, im gonna run out of first aid stuff fast" i gave her a goofy smile, trying to lighten the mood a tad::

Kane smiled and hefted her into his arms like when he'd 'walked' her home from school, and turned back to the punk who was getting off the ground. His eyes narrowed even further and he gritted his teeth.
"Hey, you mention just one thing about my Guardian Angel and I'll be back.....with the cops bucko." The man just shhok his head furiously and ran back inside.
"YOU aren't going anywhere..not with your back all beat up...we can take the back road to your place and--"
"Kane..." Juri was staring at Risa...at her back more precisely.
"What...who is this?"
Kane smiled at his sister, and headed for home.
"This is Risa....girl that was on our roof the other night, she's in most of my classes that I never go to and she's also.." He smiled down.
"As I've said countless times...My Guardian Angel." He looked back to his sister as she stood there.
"I'll explain everything, but right now, there are somethings that need tending to...like my stomach...its been empty since lunch Juri and it needs FOOD."

:I blush as im hoisted into the air, i was kinda worried about his wounds and he was using what little strength he has left to carry me home "Kane, this is unnecessary, i can fly..." i smile at him and put my arm around his neck for support and sigh, just letting him do as he pleases, i think he had an urge to make me feel like i was safe.
i smile at Juri "Hello, sorry about the other night, I hope you can understand why I left so abruptly. Im Risa, and I cook Kanes lunch. im also the one that lived at the home you took alot of photos of" i smiled at her as we neared Kane's house::

Kane stopped in front of his gate and ushered his sister inside his foot on her rear.
"Waita--"
"Go on stupid, I can walk her home from here...I'll just be a few.....hours." He grinned as Juri looked the two over...what a pair....a fighting moron and a Saintly girl..she sighed and waved them on promising not to call the police...after all she had to watch out for Kane...and his new friend, God only knows what would happen if Risa's secret got out.

"Risa..." Kane said as he ducked into an alley heading around the back to her home.
"Wasn't there something I was going to do? I forgot..but it feels like I'm missing something.." There was a glint in his eye as he lied. He slowed the pace, wondering how badly her mother was going to kill him for letting her daughter nearly get killed and involved with dangerous gang members.
