::I pull my hand from his and back away "Kane... please... just stop this... this is just a fantasy, a little fairy tale to you... Its my life.... I can't risk having you in it..." I walk into her room and place the flowers on the side of her bed and come back out. Theres a little card that reads:
"Get well Soon, Im sorry. Love Risa" I look to him "Please, dont follow me, its better this way... ill stop by every now and again... just dont worry.." his words echoed in my head "Kane, this is what i wish..." I turn around swiftly and make my way down the hallway, my face red from trying not to cry so hard. It was hard to admit, but I loved him. i just couldnt stand to see him suffer because of me... I had to leave him.. for his safety and mine...:: [my latop is about to die, im freaking out XD if i take long to respond, you know why] |
"Is that all that love is?" He asked himself as Risa walked inside. He slumped into the hallway and felt as though he was empty.
When she emerged out of the room he turned a blank face to her. Her wish cut him to the core and he nodded. Then watched her...it was all he could do...he watched her leave and whispered: "If you order it...so it shall be Risa." |
:I reached the end of the hallway and looked back at him, he was so devastated.... i wish I could tell him how I felt and I stopped in my tracks and looks down the hall at him. My face was bright red and shrouded in tears. I was at a loss of what to do, If I should bring him with me or not.... I didnt want to be alone.... But I didnt want him alone either. I just stood and stared at him, crying and at a total loss of words; my mind was racing. I didnt want to lose him.... I lied when I said I didnt need him... I lied too much to him...::

Kane slammed his fist on the ground.
"If you're going go!! Don't stand there and look back at me like that! You told me not to follow...even though it's going to kill me!" He couldn't help it...yet again, his tears fell like rain onto the tile floor...once again he was bearing his heart out to the one person he felt needed him...and once again...he was helpless....he hated that feeling, and if Risa didn't run now...he was going to follow her...wherever she lead him...even to Hell itself. |
::I walk back to him slowly, still sobbing and i bury my face in his chest "can we go somewhere alone..? I think we need to talk..." I took a tight grip on the back of his shirt and cried into his chest. "Please..."::

Kane was numb, but he nodded, wrapping his arms around Risa and nodded.
"Yeah..we....we can...roof.." He stood with her and headed to the nearest stairwell and headed upwards...it seemed like the roof was the only place he felt safe anymore. He was sure that they wouldn't be bothered there. |
::I followed him up to the roof then sat my back against a nearby wall and looked at the sky, so many thoughts running though my head. I didnt know where to begin. I tried not to look at him, I felt he was so angry with me I didnt want to bother with him. I sigh deeply "Kane... I...Im sorry... I dont know what I can do to make it up to you..." I brought my knees to my chest and buried my face in my lap and sobbed::

He flopped beside her and sighed.
"Risa..." He jerked his head away and simply placed his arms around her shoulders. "You can start by not running....I told you didn't I? Stop running from everything....espcially me...if anything run to me...I don't know what I'd do without you." He smiled and swiped her tears. "Now...if you want..care to tell me what you meant by being caged?" |
::I lean against him and sigh, trying to calm myself down "im not used to depending on other people other than myself..."
I looked over at him "In my old school, i was discovered. I was in the girls locker room and the girls stripped me and locked me in the girls showers.. I was in there for a whole weekend... It was so dark... and cold... and I just dont like to be caged... i dont want to be caged..." i held the sides of my head and gritted my teeth "I cant fight, ill kill... All I can do is run... so I dont hurt anyone... I dont want to hurt anyone...especially you... thats why I keep pushing you away... i just care about you too much to have you be with me... I dont want to hurt you in any way..."[/i] |
"No one does..." He held onto her shoulders and ran his hand through her hair.
"Relax...no one's asking you to fight." He smirked. "But I'm to stubborn to take a hint huh? Well, good." Kane sighed. "I'm not going to let you go out there on your own, you're so worried about everyone else all the time..try worrying about yourself! I know you're scared of hurting people...but to not take a chance on them at all...you've brought me too far for that." |
::I look deep inot his eyes "im sorry.. I shouldn't have.. fallen.... for you... or let you get so close..." I sigh deeply "Why does this feeling i have for you linger always? Its always there, even when I'm not thinking of you... but when I do think of you, my heart races... I cant.. let you go...." I fold my hand in his and lean my head on his shoulder "I need you... but if you get hurt while with me, Ill never forgive myself... I just dont know what to do. Do you think i should face the police and tell them the truth, or hide? I could be discovered... I cant let it happen again..."::

Kane smiled.
"What you shouldn't have done...was talk so much." He cupped her chin, and brushed his lips against hers, fearful of what he might do if he took much more than that. "I can't let you go either...it's just how things are...I would have fell for you either way Risa...Geeze I took a dive for you the first day we met. It was bound to happen sooner or later." He lay his head on hers and took a deep breath. "As for the police....that's out of the question...there's no way that I'm going to allow you to expose yourself like that...they can't know that you're home." |
::I kissed his lips back softly too and sighed deeply as he pulled away. "I dont usually talk to people... But I like talking to you...I dont talk much to anyone.. Mom's never home, and I talk to the cats but they never respond... or they fall asleep...."
His weight on my head felt comforting and soothing. I needed him with me, whether I liked it or not. "But what if they believe me in telling them it was just a fight, a misunderstanding? Do you think Chi will press charges against me? I dont want to go to jail... no cages....." I closed my eyes in fear.:: [sorry if my posts dont seem descriptive or long, im in class trying to do my work and rp at the same time XD |
Kane smiled, he always talked, but he found that he liked listening when it came to Risa.
"Unfourtunately....." Kane nodded. "Chidori might not..but her parents will...that was their daughter that you almost maimed....they're going to have a hard time believeing that this was all just a misunderstanding..." He shook his head. "No, our best bet will be to go somewhere and hide out for a few days, see where things stand after that..." He looked around and then jerked out his cell phone. "Juri? You still have that vacation time coming up? Well...we've got a bird that has to fly the coop....no, no, she's not been seen...at least not yet...no, she came to the Hospital...yeah...the police will be checking the security cameras any minute...yeah...yeah....alright already!! Get off my case!! We'll be home in a few minutes." Kane turned and snapped the cell shut. "Risa...Think you can fly me home? Time is not on our side....those Detectives that questioned me earlier......they're making their rounds through the building." ((That's okay, this is my last post for today, gotta go home, but I'll see you tonight K? See ya!)) |

I twiddle my fingers and look over at him while he talks on the phone. He shut it and i looked into his eyes, a bit calmer now. "Yeah, if you dont mind...carrying my dress..." something told me I should have worn pants on the underneath but I didnt, and how he'd be seeing me in my bra and panties. I grunt, pulling up my dress and over my head and untieing my wings. "You owe me for this one...." My pink polka-dotted panties and matching bra were extremely embarrassing and I look down at him, handing him my dress. "Well, come on, you know the drill.." My face was bright red and I thanked god I had just shaved my legs and bikini area.:: [okies ^.^ see you then!] |
"Doesn't matter..the Police will still have to look into things.." He nodded and took her outer wear, placing a quick kiss on her cheek.
"Done and done." He smiled and tried hard not to stare as he hopped intoher grasp again. "Juri's gonna meet us in my room, the window is open on the side farthest from the road, you can duck in there." ((XD Hezho!)) |

He was never going to get used to those take-offs..he clenched his stomach and held onto her neck, noting the bemused police officers that busted out onto the roof seconds later...they had gained altitude, so they wouldn't be noticed...but three seconds later and....Kane shuddered to think. He smiled and leaned his head against her shoulder...again with that image of the white gown running through his head, and chuckled.

::Nearing his home, I come in and hover infront of his window, putting him in gently, and I follow him after, stepping on his dresser and knocking over a stick of deodorant. I blush and hurriedly pick it back up and put it back. I look around "A bit of a mess... huh?" I blush, just realizing, im in his room half naked.
"So, what did we need to come here for again??" I sit down on his unmaid bed and look to him:: [*scrapes Kanes crispy hair samples and runs off to a lab to make a clone of him for later "this'll do XD"]] |
Kane hopped into his window and blushed as he realized that his room was....more than a bit of a mess....more like a disaster area...
"Uhh..welll..." He gathered up as much of his dirty laundry as he could and shoved it into his closet. "J-Juri's....supposed...to..." "SORRY!!!" Juri burst in through the door dragging along a rather large suitcase and a few other bags. "Had to pack in a hurry." She looked from Kane to Risa and then back again. "Jerk, this is no time for that!" Kane flushed red. "I WASN'T THINKING IT MORON!!!" He jerked Risa up and shoved her out to Juri. "Go, find her a change of clothes, I'll take the bags to the car, we don't have time to argue!" He jerked up the bags and hefted them out of his room and down the hall. Out into the back and to the rarely used car..a vehicle just big enough for three people...and their luggage. Juri smiled as he left, quickly taking Risa's hand and leading her to her room. "Kane's right, you can't go out in what the police have you in on video, once we get out of the city...we'll make a special stop just you and me, to find you a better fit than what I have." She showed her the closet and her chest giving her free range of what she wanted to wear. |
::I smile at his fluttering around in cleaning and I pick up a pair of boxers with hearts on them off the bed beside me "these are so cute, I think i may have a matching pair...." I hold them up and smile at him.
I look to them "hey, wait, is she coming? I... It was supposed to be just me, then you, now her??" I didnt mind the company, but I didnt need to get more people involved then there already was. Being dragged me down the hallway, I felt like a cat being forced into a bathtub. She pushes me to the closet and I look around as she scurries about gathering more stuff. I grab a pair of loose-fitting jeans and a rather baggy blue t shirt and tie my wings down, then slip them on. I look at myself in a nearby mirror and laugh "i look like you" I smile at her.:: |
Kane blushed and looked away.
"Of course...can't get anywhere without her." He waved and headed on. "Well that's the point dear." Juri finished in her bathroom and came back out holding only an overnight bag. "Risa..." Juri wrapped her arms around the younger girl and squeezed. "Do us all a favor and don't run off like that again. You had us so worried....when Kane woke up that night you know what the first thing he asked was? He looked at me and asked: 'Is Risa alright?' He didn't know you'd already left." She pulled back and tilted her head. "It's funny....I've barely gotten to know you...and already you're like family." She smiled and grabbed a jacket off her bed. "Well, time to go..Kane is probably already waiting." |
::I smile at her though the mirror "thank you Juri... I dont think I'd know what to do if I were alone..." I look to her "we still need to go to my house for junk, and I should leave my mom with a note... no need to have her worry... Work has her so busy she 'prolly wont even notice..." I yawn and push my hands into my back, cracking it and I follow her to wherever she goes next::

Juri frowned. That wouldn't be a good idea...the police were probably already watching her house...geeze, what a fuss over one girl...she sighed and paused in the doorway, thinking.
"Ah ha!" She ploked her hand in her other and grabbed her camera...completely empty of film. "You'll have five minutes." Outside Risa's home, Juri noted the blue-clad officers that stood next to her door, she gripped her camera and moved forward. "Hello gentlemen." She said simply wiping her hand on her jeans. "I'm here as a freelance for the paper, mind if I go in and have a look around?" One of the officers turned and shook his head. "No can do miss...this place is off limits right now." Juri frowned and adjusted her sweater. "You sure?" She waved her hand behind her back and Kane drug Risa through the bushes to the back of her home. "She always was a good distraction." Kane poked his head out from the bushes and nodded. "You're good, just keep low and they won't see you." |
::I follow the instructions closely and climb in through my livingroom window, and with a FWUMP im in, on the floor. Misty, who was asleep on the couch, puffed up at the random sound and flew into the basement. "Figures.." I said aloud and peeked out the window "Ill be right back.." I dash up the steps and grab a back pack and stuff it with socks, underwear, my hairbrush, deodorant, razor and a framed photo of Oreo and Misty. I also grab my sketchbook and some pencils and sling the packed bag over my back and run down the steps, writing a brief note for my mother, posting it on the fridge and jump out the window, right on top of Kane.
I cover my mouth, I shrieked but caught it and looked down at him, im sitting on his back "hehe.. sorry about that... .should we go then?":: |
