Aamori glanced over to Celestine briefly when she heard him ask about her letting Sanura meet Kanone. She shook her head very lightly. "It was unavoidable. He was with me the day I came here and I couldn't very well ask him to stay in the back room like I did Zale." She responded quietly, hopefully low enough that Sanura hadn't heard her. For the most part she thought that Kanone had behaved in front of Sanura or at least he didn't misbehave any more than she may have.

Sanura hadn't really heard the conversation between Aamori and Celestine and she didn't particularly care enough to eavesdrop. She smiled at Celestine once more after he had bowed and said that he was pleased to meet her. "It's nice to meet you too, Celestine." She paused. "In case she hadn't said, my name is Sanura." She glanced over at Aamori, intent on answering her question. "Of course, dear." She paused. "...What do you need?" She asked.

Aamori didn't exactly want to tell Sanura that she'd have to make another shirt for Nanashi but the shirt was going to be needed. "....Well, we're going to need a shirt for Kyran. He's the tall thunder dragon you met that same day." She paused and sighed quietly. "Then we also need another shirt for Nanashi... the one that went with the outfight you made him... it's kind of ruined." She told her quietly. "...Oh ...and then I was hoping to get another pair of boots soon..." She added lastly.

Sanura listened quietly to the things that Aamori needed. She kept a pretty straight face which was likely going to surprise Aamori. "Alright, but you do know Hisako already came by and asked me to replace Nanashi's shirt." She said as she looked over at her. "She came by kind of early this morning, so it's already finished." She said and then started to head back towards the counter. She stepped behind it and reached down to a shelf that was there and pulled the folded shirt out and set it towards the end of the counter closer to Aamori.

Celestine wanted to roll his eyes at Aamori's response. He didn't think it would have killed him to wait in the back or something. He just hoped that Kanone hadn't made an idiot of himself to Sanura, he was good at doing that. Once Sanura had introduced herself he nodded slightly. "...Aamori told me," he said in the same quiet tone. He glanced over to Aamori again as she named off all of the things that she needed to have made and then shook his head a little. He glanced back to Sanura again and blinked when she said that Hisako had already come and asked for a new shirt for Nanashi. Well, that was rather surprising, especially since he had gotten the vibe that Hisako wasn't too crazy about Nanashi. "...You made that since this morning?" he asked, almost in awe that she already had it finished in only a few hours. Well, he must have been pretty good at her job to manage that. He half wondered how long it was going to take her exactly to finish up all of those things. After all, it wasn't all that late in the day now, it was probably barely past noon. Depending on how long this would take he was half wondering if Aamori intended to just stay here since she and Sanura seemed to get along pretty well of if they would be returning to the island again. Either way he really didn't mind, so long as he didn't have to put up with Yoichi he didn't really care what he did.

Yotsy 05-25-2009 08:02 PM

Aamori was a little surprised as well to hear that Hisako had already stopped by earlier and requested that Sanura replace Nanashi's shirt. She shook her head slightly. Hisako was an early riser so she could only imagine at what hour she was here waking Sanura up for a mere shirt. It was a little obvious that Sanura had other things to be working on as well so she assumed that she must have put aside another persons request just to finish that shirt so quickly. She smiled a little at Sanura after eying the shirt. "Thank you, for making that." She told her. "...You don't need to drop everything you're doing to work on the shirt for Kyran. We should be here for a little while longer so you don't have to rush it." She said quietly. Both LaRae and Nanashi were still resting and it could be a day or two, or longer before they were up and moving well again. Not to mention Hikari was probably still tuckered out. So they were going to be here for a little while by the looks of it. "Oh... and for boots... until those are finished can I borrow a pair from upstairs?" She didn't really want to be wearing Celestine's shoes everywhere and Sanura did have that closet with clothes in it for her along with shoes.

Sanura glanced over to Celestine for a moment after he had asked what he had. She smiled and nodded her head. "Shirts are relatively simple and duplicating them is a faster process then making one for the first time." She responded and then looked over at Aamori. She nodded her head after hearing that she had some time to work on the other shirt. "Alright, I should have it finished by tomorrow night at the latest but you can come by whenever to see if I've finished." She couldn't help but smile again after hearing Aamori's request about shoes. "I'm still going to make you a new pair of boots to go with that dress but for now I have finished another outfit with the boots intact. Hisako requested awhile back, I think when you all first got here that I make you something to wear for when you leave again. It's finished and upstairs on the sewing mannequin with the boots beside it, you're more than welcome to the outfit now if you want it." She told her. "...Aside from that, is there anything else you think you're going to need?"

Cyndel 05-25-2009 10:16 PM

Celestine just stood there quietly while he listened to Sanura and then nodded his head slightly in acknowledgment that it was easy to make a shirt after making one before it. He couldn't really sew so he had no real idea hard or easy any of that was. He glanced over to Aamori again when she continued to speak and then looked at Sanura curiously when she said that Hisako had requested that she make her something else to wear before they left and that it was finished. He tilted his head a little, almost curious to see what in the world Aamori was going to be wandering around in now. Finally after a few moments he caved and sat Kyiri on the floor since she was wiggling around wanting down. He watched her go wandering right back over to Sanura again and start rubbing around her ankles before he shook his head a little and finally moved out of the corner to look around a little more. He absently wandered over to the area where she kept her fabrics and looked them over. He spotted the black material that he was used to seeing Aamori wear and reached out to touch it before he noticed several other materials that appeared to be just like it only in different colors. He spotted one that was off white and reached out to feel a corner just to make sure it was the same thing. He was kind of intrigued by the fabric, mostly because the stuff that Aamori had always seemed to dry relatively quickly and he had noticed that water just seemed to roll off of it. Frankly with as many times as he had gotten drenched since this trip started he would about love to just be coated in that stuff so he wouldn't be water logged for three hours afterward. Of course he didn't say anything as he had no intention of asking Sanura to make him anything. He wouldn't even know what to ask for really, beside she already had plenty to do from the sounds of it. He was more or less just looking around to kill time.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 12:57 AM

Aamori nodded her head in acknowledgment after hearing Sanura say that she should be finished with the other shirt by tomorrow night at the latest. She was happy with the idea of just going upstairs to get a pair of shoes so when she heard Sanura say that there was already a new outfit waiting for her she was pretty surprised. She smiled weakly and then glanced back towards where the stairs were briefly. She kind of wanted to go see what Hisako had Sanura make for her, she just didn't really want to leave Celestine by himself with Sanura since he looked a little uncomfortable. She didn't really have to think about it for too long before she decided she wanted to see what the outfit was. She looked to Sanura and shook her head slightly. "No, that's it I think..." She said quietly. She wasn't really sure that they needed anything else at the moment. She glanced over to Celestine and smiled slightly. "I'll be right back." She told him before she turned and started to head over to the staircase so that she could slip upstairs and see the outfit.

Sanura watched for a moment once Aamori had started to head upstairs. She was going to go right back to work but her attention was snagged by the little cat that Celestine had finally let down on the floor. She glanced down at the cat for a moment since she had come over and started rubbing around her ankles. She kind of wanted to pet the adorable cat but she wasn't exactly liking the idea of bending over that low just to touch her. She smiled down at the cat for a moment and then lifted her eyes so that she could see what Celestine was up to. She noticed he was showing some interest in the fabric. "Find something you like?" She paused. "Is there anything you want made?" She asked. She had work to do but it wasn't anything that couldn't be put on hold for something that one of Aamori's friends wanted.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 01:27 AM

Celestine glanced over to Aamori when she said that she would be back and nodded his head slightly to let her know that he had heard her. He had every intention of just waiting patiently for her to come back and just try to stay out of Sanura's way so she could finish what she was doing. He hadn't even really been thinking about touching the fabrics, or if he was even supposed to be over here in the first place so as soon as she spoke to him his eyes widened and he jerked his hand back away from the fabric like it had just burned him as he straightened up a little and looked back at her like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar. After a couple of seconds he relaxed a little after he realized what Sanura had actually said that then lowered his gaze a little as his cheeks flooded a rosy pink color. He hated being startled like that, he felt like an idiot. "Um...n-no I...I don't think so," he said quietly, "...I was just looking, it's nothing important." He couldn't deny that he was tempted to ask if there was something she could made that would at least keep his wings dry when it rained or something if he couldn't get anywhere so that he couldn't still fly once it stopped, but since she clearly already had things to be doing he didn't want to ask her for something that trivial. He wasn't really the type to ask for much of anything until he really needed it, though honestly as many times as he needed his wings ad couldn't use them since they'd gotten started he half wondered just how much he could use something. He glanced back to the fabric again and then slowly inched away from the area and a little closer to where Sanura was since that's where he spotted Kyiri hovering.

Kyiri of course was just trying to be lovable and wanting attention, so she continued to rub around Sanura's ankles and purr until Celestine got over there. She finally gave up since Sanura wasn't exactly paring her too much mind, or at least not petting her, so she just wandered back over to Celestine and climbed up his tunic like she usually did, careful not to pick it as she climbed and then finally hopped onto his shoulder again and nuzzled against his face before she looked over to Sanura and meowed quietly.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 02:35 AM

Sanura smiled very slightly when she saw how Celestine reacted to her speaking to him. She hadn't meant to startle him in any way but by the looks of it, it wouldn't have been that hard to do regardless of what she said. She quirked a brow slightly once he had answered her questions and said that he didn't think so and that he was just looking. She had gotten the impression that he had been interested in something, at least a little. "Are you sure?" She tired once more as he was inching away from the fabric. She lowered her eyes slightly once she noticed that the cat had stopped rubbing against her and started to make it's way back over to Celestine. She watched momentarily while the cat climbed her way up onto Celestine's shoulder and then shook her head lightly. That looked like it could really hurt if the cat wasn't careful or if you were wearing something tight. She continued to stand where she was until she heard the cat meowing. She smiled a little and moved so that she could reach over to pet the cat on the head a little. She only touched the cat briefly before she pulled her hand back. Since the cat was on Celestine's shoulder she didn't want to keep her hand too close to the boy for that long, especially since she had just met him.

Aamori didn't want to be upstairs for that long so she made quick work of getting into the outfit that Sanura had waiting for her and then started to head back down the stairs. She'd left her other dress folded upstairs, mostly so that Sanura had something to use to make sure she got the right colors for the other pair of boots she had to make. After she got down the stairs she stepped back into the front room and glanced between Sanura and Celestine briefly. It was probably all too obvious that Hisako had helped with the idea for the design because it kind of looked like something that she would wear. She was wearing a different wetsuit this time, it was similar to the one she had on before with the exception that this one had pants rather than shorts. Over top of that was a corset style top that zipped up the side so that it was easy to get in and out of. The top was longer in the back however, it fell down to about her ankles. There was also a fairly simple belt but that was mostly to break up the fact that the top continued down the back in one solid piece of fabric. The boots she had on went to just below her knee and matched in color to the top she was wearing. They also had a small heel on them and zipped on the inside. Finally, there were gloves that went in a triangle from around her middle finger, up her hands and then up to her upper arm, again the fabric that matched her top. The outfit as a whole really did scream Hisako to her but she did kind of like it.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 04:01 AM

Celestine's cheeks turned a slightly darker shade of pink when she asked if he was sure and then shook his head slightly. Maybe he should have just flat said no before. "...Yes, I'm sure," he said quietly, "...I just...thought I remembered Aamori telling me that was water proof...or water resistant or...something.... I don't really need anything, I was just thinking about something. It's nothing you need to spend time on." He tried to assure her again. He knew he'd already sounded a little interested so he didn't want to contradict himself, but he didn't want her to take time away from the things she had already been asked to do. He glanced over to Kyiri and smiled slightly as she nuzzled him and then watched as Sanura reached over to pet her. He leaned his head away from her hand a little but otherwise he didn't really move. She wasn't bothering him petting Kyiri at all. He smiled weakly when she lowered her hand. "...Kyiri likes attention..." he said softly. He glanced past Sanura when he saw Aamori come back downstairs. He blinked and stared at her for a moment before he blushed slightly and glanced away quickly. He thought about saying something, but he kept his comments to himself, mostly since Sanura was presence. He really liked her new outfit, which was probably a little obvious since he'd blushed again after a few seconds of looking at her.

Kyiri purred again and pushed her head up into Sanura's hand before she gave her fingers a little lick. Once Sanura started to pull her hand back she meowed again and reached out with her paw like she was reaching for her to continue petting her. Apparently a few seconds worth wasn't a good enough deal for her.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 04:54 AM

Sanura nodded her head slightly after he had said that he was sure and then nodded her head again after he had brought up Aamori telling him about the fabric. "She was right, it is water proof. It repels the water quite nicely." She told him and then sighed quietly after he was finished saying that he didn't really need anything. "...Just let me know if you change your mind. I don't mind taking on other requests." She said with a slight nod. She smiled a little after hearing him say that Kyiri liked attention. "Most cats do." She commented as she looked at Kyiri. She would have gladly given her more attention but she didn't really want to violate Celestine's personal space in order to do that. She turned slightly to look towards the where the stairs were when she noticed Celestine staring over there for a moment. She smiled when she saw Aamori and was glad that it looked like the outfit did fit her well. She'd made a lot of clothing for her so of course it fit, but it was always nice to see her work on the person it was intended for. "I'm glad it fits." She told her. "It looks very nice on you." She added.

Aamori smiled slightly after she noticed Celestine look away like he had. She couldn't deny it, she had kind of been looking forward to hearing his opinion on the outfit and so far it seemed she wasn't going to hear anything. She glanced over to Sanura when she heard her speak up and smiled. "Thank you." She responded. "I'm really glad that you were able to make me something... I was going to need a new outfit." She told her and then started to step a little closer to the two of them. She glanced back over at Celestine. "...You ready to go?" She asked. She had already gotten to ask Sanura to make the shirts for Nanashi and Kyran and she had been given a whole new outfit so there wasn't exactly much of a reason to stay here unless Celestine had needed anything.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 05:39 AM

Celestine smiled slightly at her when she said that she didn't mind taking on other requests. "...Thank you, but...I really wouldn't know what to request." He shifted one of his wings a little just to open it enough to make it obvious that his wings were covered in feathers rather than like most dragons. His hair usually covered most of his wings and made them hard to see so unless he opened them it was sometimes hard to tell what kind of wings that he had. "...I was just interested in the material...since I can't fly whenever my wings get wet, but...well I don't think I could fly with anything on my wings either." He folded his wing back again and then sighed, I've just gotten soaked more times than I can count since I've been here...I've been grounded more than I like..." Clearly he was only interested in water proofing his wings, but he didn't know how to do that since he couldn't really fly with something like waterproof material on his wings. He glanced back to Aamori when she asked him if he was ready to go and then nodded his head slightly. "Yes, I....um...where did you put my moccasins?" He asked when he realized that she was no longer wearing them and hadn't noticed her holding them either. He didn't really need to wear them, but he didn't want to lose them since his grandfather had given them to him.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 06:32 AM

Sanura glanced over to Celestine's wings after he had pointed out that they weren't the same as most dragons. She hadn't really noticed, or well, she hadn't been paying enough attention to think he may have problems with them at times. She could understand now that he had pointed it out that the wet weather and water must be difficult for him since his wings were feathered. She stood where she was and tried to think of something that she could make with the material that might help with his problem. Honestly that seemed like a tall order, but if he didn't mind not flying while protecting his wings, it would be a lot easier to make him something. She smiled a little and gave him a once over before looking at him. "With a little time I'll think of something and if you like it you can keep it." She told him with a slight nod. "Oh, but if you come up with an idea yourself before the day is out feel free to come and let me know." She added.

Aamori glanced down at her hands briefly and saw that she wasn't carrying anything. She was honestly embarrassed since Celestine had asked about his moccasins and she hadn't had them with her. She turned slightly so that she was half facing towards the stairs. "...I left them upstairs..." She admitted quietly. "I'll be right back.." She added and then hurried back over to the stairs and up them only long enough to snatch the moccasins from the floor in the room she'd changed in. She hurried back down the stairs and almost tripped and fell once she reached the bottom of the staircase. She steadied herself and then walked back over to Celestine and held the moccasins out to him. "I'm sorry, I just completely forgot about them..." She said quietly. She was still pretty embarrassed that she had forgotten about them and it was most likely evident on her face because there was a considerable amount of color there still. "...We can go now ...unless I forgot anything else..." She mumbled lastly.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 06:56 AM

Celestine blinked when Sanura said that she could come up with something with a little time and held up his hands quickly. "Oh no I...that's...it's alright," he said quietly. He looked embarrassed all over again as he lowered his hands. Well, he couldn't deny that having something to keep his wings dry would be really nice, but like he has said before he had no real idea what to ask for. He finally nodded slightly in understanding when she said that he could come back with an idea if he had one. He then shook his head a little as Aamori headed back up the stairs. "...I...really don't know.... Just...so long as I could keep my wings covered...if we were caught in the rain or something... It's really alright, you don't have to worry about it...I mean, you have enough to do already, it isn't something I really need, so...I mean you don't have to go to the trouble." He thought he would at least try to tell her again. He felt bad asking her for anything, especially when she already had things to be working on. He glanced back to Aamori again whens he came back with his moccasins and then nodded reached out to take then and dropped them to the floor before he slipped his feet back into them again. He glanced over to Aamori again when she said that the could go now unless she had forgotten anything else. "...Your head perhaps..." he said jokingly as he shook his head a little. He looked back to Sanura and bowed to her again, though he raised one hand to hold Kyiri in place as he did so. "Thank you," he told her since she was even entertaining the idea of making him something, and making the others something as well. He straightened up again and then glanced back to Aamori before he gave Kyiri's fur another gently stroke since he had his hand on her.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 08:04 AM

Sanura watched Aamori for a moment and shook her head lightly once the girl had run back upstairs to get Celestine's shoes. Her eyes trailed back over to him once he had started to go on about how she didn't need to go to the trouble of making him anything. She shook her head again lightly. "I wouldn't have bothered to ask, or offer if I didn't think I had the time to work on something for you too." She paused. "So you don't need to worry about it. It isn't any trouble at all, I assure you." She did have other work to be done but as a favor to a friend of Aamori's she really didn't mind sliding him into her schedule of things to make. She already had to make a shirt for Aamori's other friend so it really wasn't that big a deal.

Aamori stared at Celestine for a moment after he had made his little joke and then stuck her tongue out at him. She was at least a little happy that Celestine seemed to be in a little bit better of a mood. He had to be feeling somewhat better if he was able to crack jokes at her expense. She sighed quietly and started to head over towards the back door to slip back out. She got the door open and looked over to Sanura. "Thanks again. I'll stop by again soon to see about that shi....rt...." She shook her head heavily and just as embarrassed as before stepped away from the door long enough to snatch the folded shirt off the counter. "...Thanks." She repeated as she went back to the door and started into the back room. She had already embarrassed herself enough by forgetting the moccasins upstairs so she hadn't bothered to even look at Celestine once while she retrieved the shirt and made her way into the back room. She didn't skip a beat while she continued across to the door to get outside either. She got that door open and only glanced back long enough to make sure Zale had gotten up and was following before she slipped outside all together.

Sanura couldn't help but smile a little after Aamori had forgotten to grab the shirt for Nanashi. She watched her start to leave and then glanced between her and Celestine for a moment. "You're both welcome." She paused. "Have a good rest of the day, alright and it was nice meeting you Celestine." She paused again. "Oh, and you too Kyiri." She added lastly.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 10:23 AM

Celestine still felt a little bad about giving her one more thing to work one since it wasn't something that he desperately needed, but he would be really glad to have it if they could ever figure out what 'it' was. He nodded his head when she assured him it was no trouble, "...Alright...thank you," he said again quietly. He glanced over to Aamori again when she started to head out and then remembered to get Nanashi's shirt. He shook his head weakly and smiled a little as she disappeared into the back room and then sighed as he looked back to Sanura. "It was nice to meet you, too, ma'am," he said softly as he gave her another small bow, crossing one arm in front of his chest, though this time he didn't quite lean enough that he needed to save Kyiri. Being as shy as he was he did tend to be a little overly respectful to his elders without really thinking about it. He smiled slightly when he heard the little cat meow at the mention of her name and start purring again. "Well...I suppose I may see you again," he said with a slight smile as he started to back away. From the sound of it Aamori was already leaving without him, he had a feeling he had better get a move on. "Goodbye," he called as he reached the door and slipped into the back room again, closing the other door behind him before he moved over to the back door and stepped outside, pulling that door closed behind him as well before he looked over to Aamori. He was tempted to make another teasing comment about her running out of there so fast, but he refrained.

Yotsy 05-26-2009 09:34 PM

Aamori had for all intents and purposes left the building without Celestine and solely because she had embarrassed herself enough that she just wanted to get out of the room. She had at least paused once she was outside since she knew she'd have to wait on Celestine. She glanced down briefly noticing that Zale had followed her out and was standing beside her. She started to glance back briefly when she heard the door close though she hadn't bothered to make eye contact with Celestine. She still couldn't believe on top of forgetting his moccasins upstairs she had also forgotten to grab the shirt off the counter and that had been part of the whole reason that they had even come out here to begin with. She shook her head slightly and then finally started walking since Celestine had been outside now. She kind of wanted to just get back to the other island and forget that she had been so forgetful; it was awfully embarrassing.

LaRae hadn't moved very much at all from where she was sleeping. If Nanashi hadn't moved either than they were both most likely still laying the way they were when they fell asleep. She finally started to wake up, though she was pretty sure she could stand to go back to sleep for awhile longer. She shifted slightly and started wiggle out from Nanashi's grasp carefully, trying not to wake him so that she could sit up. After she was sitting up she glanced down at her wrists and noticed the bruises from the steel cuffs she was stuck wearing yesterday. She lowered her hands to her lap for a moment and then finally started to glance over to Nanashi. It was fairly bright in the room considering the time of day so it would be a lot easier to see him as compared to yesterday when he came in and it was practically pitch black in the room. She got a good look at his face and noticed the bruising all over his face. He hadn't been like that when she left yesterday so of course she was a little panicked. She wanted to know what had happened to him and if he was alright, not to mention if there was anything else wrong with him that she couldn't see. She turned slightly on the bed and reached out to put her arm on his upper arm. She absently applied a little more pressure than she meant to when she grabbed him and then started shaking him to try and wake him up.

Cyndel 05-26-2009 11:53 PM

Celestine sighed softly and shook his head a little when Aamori just started to walk away and didn't even speak to him. He just stared after her, catching up to her rather easily before he reached down to rub the top of Zale's head again since. Celestine wasn't always the most playful person, but an animal could always get affection out of him. He finally remembered the blades that Aamori had uncovered before and looked over to her for a moment, intent on asking about them but he just kept his mouth shut. He guessed they'd find out when they got back if Zale even noticed them. He wasn't even entirely sure if Aamori had ever even touched them again after Nobu took them off her hands. He just pushed the thoughts aside for now and reached over to take Aamori's hand gently. "...You...look really nice,' He said quietly. It was a little easier to compliment her new attire when no one was around, though as soon as the words left his lips he averted his gaze and dropped his hand back to Zale's head again.

Nanashi haven't really moved throughout the night other than to curl up a little more than he had been before he went to sleep. After everything that had happened yesterday the relief of seeing LaRae had worn off through the night, and as usual his dreams weren't the most pleasant. He was just lying there curled in on himself a little with his eyes shut tightly. He was in a deeper sleep than he had been when Kyran woke him last night, and LaRae's slightly more siolent attempt at waking him startled him out of sleep even faster that what Kyran had done had managed. He felt something run through him when he opened his eyes, and for a moment he felt so hot that it almost made him ill though before that had much time to register as he gasped and opened his eyes wide. At first his panic was due to not knowing what was going on, but a split second later he was panicked at the sight of something else. He couldn't even see LaRae since she was sitting up and not directly in his line of vision, but the pillow case that LaRae had been using burst into flames just as he opened his eyes for not apparent reason. He yelped from the heat that was so close to his face and bolted up, jerking away from the flames quickly. "LaRae!" he yelped, panicking again since he didn't know where she was until he was already tumbling off the side of the bed backwards. He spotted her as he was going over the side. Well that was a wonderful way to wake up, having the person that you expect to see in front of you replaced by a spontaneously combustible pillow. He yelped again as his head smacked off of the hard wood floor, but at least he hadn't hit his nose again. He didn't even try to get up, honestly he was almost in too much pain to move, but on top of that he was scared half to death so all he could bring himself to do was lay there and gasp as he stared wide-eyed at the ceiling. How in the hell did that pillow catch on fire like that and why? That had never happened before anywhere near him—ever—and quite frankly he wasn't all that fond of fire himself, he had been burned plenty enough times by his clan to make him never want to be close to it.

Aamori continued to walk quietly and barely even looked over to Celestine once he had caught up to her. She did however finally stop walking and look at him fully after he had taken hold of her hand and said what he had. She had kind of assumed he wasn't going to say anything to her about the way she looked since he hadn't said anything before when he had first seen her. Her cheeks had of course tinted a rosy color thanks to his compliment though she hadn't really bothered to look away like he had after dropping his hand. She smiled and moved a little so that she was facing him. She leaned forward and pretty quickly pressed her lips to his cheek. "Thank you." She told him quietly as she pulled away and then started to walk again. She wasn't really all that concerned with showing affection in public, not that it really mattered at the moment. She wasn't wearing anything that depicted her as an elder in training and not everyone in the town could recognize her without that dress on. The attention she'd get dressed like this was almost a complete one-eighty as compared to the attention when she was wearing her elder clothing. Not that she would've really cared even if she was wearing her other dress. So long as her brother and Hisako weren't with her she kind of did whatever she wanted.

LaRae was if anything a little relieved to see that Nanashi woke up easily enough but that mattered very little at the present moment. She startled violently once the pillow had caught on fire from what seemed like no where at all. She barely paid any attention to Nanashi once that pillow was on fire and she honestly froze for a moment, at least until it finally dawned on her that the pillow wasn't really that far from her. It may have been a little delayed but she did finally let out an frightened raspy scream before she started to scoot back and wound up slipping right off the side of the bed and hit the floor with a thud. Unlike Nanashi she didn't bother just laying there on the floor even though she was sore. She practically scurried across the floor over to the wall as far away from the bed as she could get. Controlled fire didn't scare her that badly, or being aware that there was going to be fire but this... it was totally unexpected and was so close to her that it almost scared the life right out of her. She sat herself up a little once she reached the wall and curled in on herself with her head buried between her knees while trying desperately to keep herself from shaking noticeably.

Celestine blinked and stopped in mid-step when he felt Aamori's lips on his cheek. Well, that was enough to turn his entire face red in an instant. He just stood there for a moment after she continued walking and then practically scurried after her when he realized that he was standing red-faced int he middle of the street. He kept his eyes on the ground as he caught up with her and looked at her feet as he followed behind her. Well, that was certainly awkward. He felt strange enough being the only wind dragon in a sea of water dragons, though that didn't really bother him until something happened to draw more attention to him, and he was pretty sure him standing there with a cherry red face was probably a good way to get unwanted attention.

Kanone was still laying in the chair just outside the bedroom doors when LaRae screamed, and that alone was enough to startle him awake, though when he tried to get up he only tripped over to edge of the chair and flipped it over on it's side as he came crashing tot he floor. He bolted up quickly and threw open the door, though the first thing he noticed was the empty bed and the flames on the pillow case. "Holy SHIT!" He ran over to the bed and snatched the pillow up before it could catch anything else and just threw it into the floor before he noticed the glass of water sitting there. Well, that was convenient. He snatched up the glass and turned it upside down over the pillow to put out the flames and then sighed heavily and sat down on the edge of the bed and sat the glass down again before he finally got around to looking around. He didn't even see Nanashi sprawled out on the floor by the bed, he wasn't even really aware he was in here, he just saw LaRae curled up in the floor by the wall. He sighed softly and got up before walking over to her and then knelt down beside her and gently placed his hand on her shoulder. "...Hey...LaRae...it's alright, it's out," he said softly, only able to assume that the random fire was what had caused her to scream like that. "What happened? I didn't even think there was anything flammable in this room..."

Even Hikari was startled awake by LaRae's scream, though she didn't have quite as violent as recreation it as Kanone. She heard the thud from the hallway and also heard the other door open though the sounds barely registered to her. She just threw the covers aside quickly and got up, making a dash for the door before she slipped out into the hallway and then blinked when she saw the chair flipped over on it's side. She sat it back upright just before she came through the door into the other room. "What in the world happened?" she asked quickly as she glanced over to LaRae and Kanone.

Nanashi still hadn't bothered to move even after he heard Kanone bust into the room and Hikari not too far behind him. He did finally close his eyes, mostly because his head was pounding so hard that he could barely stand it after he had hit it yet again. He was still just laying in the same position and still trying to catch his breath and calm himself down. He just barely heard Kanone say that the fire was out, that that as was a relief at least. After a couple of minutes he tried to sit himself up again, but as soon as he lifted his head he felt nauseous so he just laid his head back down again and continued to take a few deep breaths.

Yotsy 05-27-2009 04:07 AM

Aamori glanced back only briefly to see if Celestine was still following her. She hadn't bothered making eye contact, though she couldn't have even if she wanted to because he was looking down. She turned her eyes back ahead of her and continued walking. Navigating through the merchant district was a little easier this time around mostly because a lot of people disappeared for a little while so that they could eat. Once she made it through to the residential district she glanced back again to make sure she hadn't lost anyone along the way.

LaRae hadn't lifted her head at all when Kanone rushed into the room. She'd been too freaked out to even really register that the door had been opened or that Kanone had taken care of the pillow. She continued to sit there against the wall with her head buried, at least until Kanone finally noticed her and came over. She startled again after feeling the hand on her shoulder and jerked her head up. She stared over at Kanone for a long moment before she tried to see that the fire was really out. She slowly brought her eyes back to Kanone, only to glance towards the door a few moments later to see Hikari as well. She was at least relieved that the fire was out, though she was still a bit rattled. It took her a few moments to finally get her thoughts together enough to answer the question that both Hikari and Kanone had asked. "...I ...I tried ...waking N-nana...shi ...then" She paused, her voice was raspy and it hurt a little to even speak and that scream she had before really hadn't helped any. "...the pillow ...it ...caught on fire...." She finished as her ears laid back.

Celestine didn't bother to raise his eyes as he hurried after Aamori, watching her heels to see where she was going more than her back. He couldn't help but wonder what in the world Sanura was thinking giving Aamori shoes with heels on them, but for now he guessed she was getting around alright in them. He didn't say a word as he followed her, not even once they made past the residential district. He did finally raise his eyes though to meed Aamori's gaze for a few moments and then averted his gaze once more.

Kanone sighed softly when LaRae startled at his touch. "Sorry," he said quietly. He glanced back to Hikari for a moment and then turned his gaze back to LaRae again after she said that she was trying to wake Nanashi and the pillow caught on fire. "...Huh?" he asked, apparently not understanding. "...You mean...it just...caught on fire...for no reason?" He then blinked, "Wait, where is Nanashi?" He still hadn't realized that Nanashi was in here, though apparently he must be. He glanced over toward the bed again and then looked up to Hikari as she approached him and LaRae. He had a good feeling he was going to find Nanashi sprawled in the floor on the other side of that bed so he decided to go check and make sure he was alright. Honestly he wondered why he hadn't gotten up off of the floor yet, so he was a little worried. He turned LaRae over to Hikari and then walked over to the bed, not surprised to see Nanashi just laying there in the floor as he came around. He nearly cringed at the bruises along his abdomen and he could almost make out the impression of the toe of a shoe in a few different locations. He knelt down beside him and tilted his head a little. "...Hey...you okay?" he asked simply as he reached down to put a hand on his shoulder. He could feel the guy trembling about as badly as LaRae had been which almost amused him. Why would a fire dragon be afraid of fire? "...Need some help?"

Nanashi didn't even open his eyes when Kanone approached him and absently flinched a little at his touch. He didn't even try to crack his eyes open, he knew it was Kanone, so when he asked if he was alright he just gave a weak nod in response. He finally cracked open his eyes and tried to sit up again but then had to closed them again quickly and lay back once again. "...I...I'm alright...just...leave me here..." he said quietly. It hurt too much to try and sit himself up so he doubted that it would be any better with someone doing it for him. His head was swimming and throbbing painfully enough that it almost made him sick so really all he wanted to do was curl back up and pretend he never woke up.

Hikari moved over to LaRae's side once Kanone hand moved and knelt down beside her, gently placing his arms around her shoulders gently. "...It's alright," she said softly. She could tell that LaRae was upset again, so she just gave her a gentle squeeze. She could already tell that LaRae's throat was apparently sore as well. She pulled back one arm and gently tucked LaRae's hair back behind her ears before she lowered her hand to her arm and gently peeled off the cast while she saw it but for now she just laid it in the floor and then looked back to LaRae again. She gently rubbed her hand along her arm for a moment and then looked down to her wrists and sighed softly as she slid her hand down to rub the one gently. She looked back up to her face and laid her own ears back a little before her hand came to a rest. "...Here...can you get up?" she asked softly, "Let's get you up... I'll get you some water, alright? You sound like you could use it..." She glanced over to the bed for a moment where Kanone was kneeling and then looked back to LaRae again, tiling her head a little. "...Are you sure...Nanashi didn't...sneeze again?" she asked quietly. "...Pillows don't just catch on fire... He must have done something..." After all, fire was Nanashi's element, if anyone was going to catch anything on fire it would likely be him or Kyran with his lightning.

Yotsy 05-27-2009 07:39 AM

LaRae stared at Kanone for a moment after he didn't seem to understand what she had said. Honestly, she guessed it was a little hard to believe. Pillows didn't just catch on fire like that, if they did no one would use them while they were sleeping. She hadn't been paying too close of attention to Nanashi once she noticed the fire but she assumed he was on the floor. He had fallen off the bed the last she knew. She started to lift her hand a little to point towards the floor past the bed but dropped her hand since it seemed Kanone would find him a lot faster than she could even get the words or the motion out. She lowered her eyes slightly once Kanone had moved away from though it didn't take long for her to look to Hikari. She didn't startle even in the slightest once Hikari had put her arms around her. Kanone had already managed to get that little motion out of her. She glanced briefly to her arm once Hikari hard moved to peel the cast off. She had kind of forgotten about that, at least to some extent and apparently Hikari had too because she was supposed to return last night to remove it. She stared at Hikari briefly after she had asked her if she could get up. She nodded her head weakly. She may have been sore and been scared half to death but she could still get to her feet, or at least she thought she could. She had matching bruises on her ankles, just like her wrists. It was probably all too obvious that she put up a decent struggle once she'd been chained up, especially by the size and colors of the bruising. She shifted slightly and started to climb to her feet with the aid of the wall. She steadied herself with her hand to the wall once she started to get upright. She flinched ever so slightly every time she put an uncomfortable amount of pressure on her wrist and on top of that her ankles didn't exactly feel that well either. She gave a heavy sigh, or at least as well of one as she could manage without coughing thanks to the scratchy throat she had. She glanced over to Hikari and nodded her head again weakly. "...I-I'm ...sure..." She said quietly, in hopes of keeping the strain on her throat to a minimum. She glanced down slightly only now half way noticing that she was still in that large shirt from yesterday. She was still rattled so it didn't really even dawn on her to check the shirt, maybe smooth it out a little. It wasn't incredibly long and without watching it she could probably very easily be showing off more leg then she would want. She started to step away from the wall and almost immediately wobbled a little. Given the state her ankles looked to be in she probably shouldn't be on her feet for too long, not that it would be a problem. She would likely fall down before it got too unbearable.

Cyndel 05-27-2009 10:59 AM

Hikari realized what shape LaRae's ankles again after she looked down at them, but she thought it would be easier for her to help her to the bed than to just try to carry her. Besides it may be good for her to try walking a little bit. She just stayed close beside LaRae as she got herself up and then glanced down at the shirt that she was in, rather subtly reaching down to pull it out straight for her since there were two boys in the room. She half wondered where LaRae's usual clothes were but for now she guessed that didn't matter too much. She nodded slightly in understanding when LaRae said that she was sure Nanashi hadn't sneezed. "...Alright..." she said softly. She didn't sound entirely convinced, but she didn't sound disbelieving either, it was pretty clear that she was just as confused as she was as to how it happened, but she definitely had her suspicions on the source. Once LaRae had moved away from the wall she moved closer and wrapped her arm around her waist gently before she started forward toward the bed. She paused once they reached it and pulled back the covers quickly, mostly just because LaRae's lover half was so exposed. "Go on..." she said gently as she tried to help her ease herself down. She looked over to Kanone, just barely able to see Nanashi from where she stood. "...Is he alright?"

Kanone just stared at Nanashi for a moment and then looked back to Hikari. "...I have no idea..." he said honestly, "Ask him."

Nanashi groaned softly when Kanone told Hikari to ask him. "...I'm...I'm fine...I just...just...leave me alone....for a while..." he said in a near whisper, "...please..." He really didn't want to move and all he was doing right now was trying to keep his cookies down.

Kanone sighed softly and patted Nanashi's shoulder gently. "...You don't really sound alright, buddy..." he said quietly, "...Come on...lets' at least get you back int he bed...I know this isn't comfortable," he said softly. He could tell that Nanashi wasn't too pleased with the idea, but he nodded in agreement anyway so he reached down and took a hold of his arms, carefully pulling him up t a sitting position. He lowered his ears a little when he heard a muffled whimper. "Almost there..." he assured him quietly as he wrapped his arm around his back and then slid the other under his legs. Kanone wasn't quite as strong as Kyran and Nero, but he was still strong enough to lift Nanashi's dead weight. The guy wasn't all that heavy. Once he had him he stood up and gently placed him on the bed on his back again. "...Do you...need some ice or something?" It was painfully obvious that Nanashi's head was apparently giving him a lot of grief. Even with his eyes closed his brows were knitted up like was in pain.

Nanashi couldn't help but whimper as he was lifted, it really hurt to even move his head right now. He let Kanone move him however he needed, though as soon as Kanone had released him to lay on the bed he rolled onto his side, facing LaRae's side of the bed again and curled up in a tiny ball on top of the covers as he tried to bury his head against the pillow and wrapped his arms around his stomach. '...No..." he responded weakly when Kanone asked him about ice. "...maybe....I don't know...just..." he didn't really care about that right now. He was too ill right this minute to care about much else, though he still opened his eyes and looked at LaRae. "...Are...are you alright...?" he asked weakly. He hoped that she hadn't been burned. He still didn't understand how that even happened.

Yotsy 05-27-2009 06:45 PM

LaRae was at least registering most things though she wasn't really responding to them in a timely manner, or at all for that matter. She felt Hikari pull on the shirt and fix it for her but other than that she just kind of stood there. Her other clothes were here at least, they were in a bag tucked away in the dresser. Since they weren't out in the open it'd most likely be hard to find them. She really wasn't even sure what to say to Hikari about what had happened. It was just as she had said it was. She tried to wake Nanashi up and then the pillow was a blaze. She hadn't seen Nanashi expel fire from anywhere so she didn't think he had sneezed but even with that nothing really made sense. Pillows didn't just catch on fire for no reason. She was a little relieved once Hikari had put her arm around her waist and had been willing to help her towards the bed. Her ankles were hurting and her legs in general felt a little cramped, though that could be blamed on the treatment in prison. She didn't exactly want to go back on the bed right this minute, mostly because just moments ago there had been a flaming pillow on the bed but she did want to be off of her feet and unfortunately there weren't chairs in these rooms. She almost unwillingly lowered herself down onto the bed after Hikari had told her to 'go on'. Once she was sitting on the edge of the bed she turned slightly and in the same motion started to pull her legs up onto the bed. She slid herself back a little so that she was sitting propped up against the headboard since the pillow she'd been using wasn't exactly usable any longer. She glanced over towards Nanashi once Kanone had finished helping him onto the bed and he'd asked if she was alright. She nodded her head weakly in response. The fire was out so she was slowly starting to relax again and as far as she knew she was alright. The fire hadn't touched her so she wasn't burned, she was just a little shaken but that would wear off soon enough.

Cyndel 05-28-2009 01:20 AM

Hikari waited for LaRae to get into the bed and put her legs up before she pulled the blanket up enough to cover her lower body and then glanced down to Nanahsi. She could even tell that his head was hurting just by looking at him and he almost looked sick. "...Nanashi...do...I need to find a bucket or something?" she asked a little hesitantly. She hoped that he wasn't quite that sick, but that was a little herder to tell. She still wondered what in the world had happened but she didn't bother questioning either of them. LaRae clearly didn't feel like talking and Nanashi didn't really sound like he wanted to talk much either. She placed her hand on LaRae's shoulder for a moment and then offered her a weak smile. "I'll be right back with that drink," she said softly before she started to move back to the door again. She just hoped that she would be able to find an ice pack or something for Nanashi's head as well, right now he looked like he could really use one whether he wanted it or not.

Nanashi nodded his head weakly when LaRae responded to him with a nod and then slowly unwrapped one hand from his mid section and reached over to place it on her hand lightly before he looked down to her wrist and cringed a little at the sight of the bruises. He didn't bother to say anything else until Hikari asked him about the bucket. He looked at her for a moment and shook his head weakly. "...No..." he whispered softly. He really didn't feel like being hovered over, but of course he wouldn't say anything about it. It was pretty embarrassing having to be picked up out of the floor again, on top of looking like he was about to hurl. He was still wondering about that little fire as well, though that was another thing he didn't know how to ask about. He was almost certain that everyone was going to think that it was his fault though. It made sense, really, but...he hadn't done anything this time.

Kanone just stood there a little awkwardly and looked down to Nanashi again. He wasn't really too sure what else to do or say, though he honestly wanted to ask about the flaming pillow case. Partially he just wondered why no one had tried to put it out. He sighed softly and finally just placed his hand on Nanashi's arm lightly and patted his shoulder. "...You look like you could stand to go back to sleep for a while..." he said softly. The guy about looked like he needed to sleep for a month or better. He glanced back toward the door again and then looked over to LaRae. He offered her a slight smile and then started to edge toward the door again. "I'll just...clear out now."

Yotsy 05-28-2009 03:51 AM

LaRae looked at Hikari for a moment after she had moved the covers so that her lower half was covered. She tried to at least offer her a smile and managed nothing more than a weak one. She started to glance over towards Nanashi then her hand briefly once he had touched it and then focused on him again after hearing Hikari ask him if she needed to find a bucket or something. He did look a little sick, among other things. She looked back to Hikari after she felt her hand on her shoulder and then nodded her head slightly once she had said that she would be right back with that drink. Considering how raspy her voice was she was seriously thinking a drink would make a world of difference right about now, either that or some ice at the very least. She absently watched Hikari head out of the room for a moment before turning her attention over towards Kanone. She watched him too once it looked like he was heading for the door and then tried to return the slight smile he'd had. "...T-thank ...you." She told him quietly, referring to the fire being put out. She assumed it had been him who did it since he had been the first one into the room and the first to tell her it had been put out.

Aamori had continued walking at a rather leisurely pace on the way back to the other island, mostly because once they got back Celestine would most likely go right back to being on lock down in that room. At least until Marius gave him the okay to be able to wander wherever he pleased. She kind of hesitated once they had made it over the bridge and closer to where the sand started. She'd never walked in heels on sand before and idea of it kind of made her uncomfortable. She had managed not to fall once since she'd left Sanura's and the last thing she wanted to do was fall and or trip and she had a feeling it was bound to happen, especially on terrain she wasn't used to walking on with shoes like this. How Hisako managed to walk around in heels like this all day was beyond her, granted these heels were a little shorter than Hisako's but they were still heels nonetheless. She sighed quietly and started to step out onto the sand and with an obvious wobble no less as she got both feet planted. She was half contemplating just taking the boots off and walking on the sand without them. She took another couple, embarrassingly wobbly steps before she looked back towards Celestine. "...I need to go drop this shirt off at the other house, are you going to come with me or go back to the one you're staying in?"
