Nanashi actually jumped a little when Kyran touched his shoulder and then glanced over to him, offering a weak smile. He let out his breath as he sat down and did try to relax a little, though he was still sitting up about as straight as he possibly could. He mimicked the others when he was introduced and when Akito had been introduced, though he remained perfectly silent. He started to say something to the effect that it was a pleasure, but he knew if he tried to speak his words would catch in his throat, and besides...he probably shouldn't say anything anyway. Thankfully, he noticed that Celestine and Kanone opted for remaining silent as well and giving a polite smile and nod of agreement to Kyran and Aamori's statements.

Akito nodded a little in acknowledgment to their names as well as the to the two who spoke. "Yes, it is a pleasure to have you," he responded to them politely. "So...how long do you intend to stay?" he asked conversationally to whomever decided to answer.
Selenity spoke up first. "We will probably only be here a few days, we still have other things to do and places to go."
"Is that so. You might have informed me that you were leaving in the first place, he told her accusingly. "I was not even aware that you were gone until Ishta told me that you would not be returning for a while."
Selenity smiled innocently. "Well would you have let me go if I had asked?" she asked sweetly, though upon receiving a disapproving look from her father she shook her head a little. "I didn't think so."
Akito sighed heavily and shook his head a little with one of those 'what am I going to do with you?' expressions on his face.
Ellior couldn't help a small smile and chuckle at the princess's response to her father, though he silenced himself after a sharp, disapproving glare from his mother and glanced away entirely.

Soon enough the food was being brought in by several maids, pretty much one for each person. They started over the to the table, Firra easily standing out in the line of pink with her deep purple dress, though she simply made her way to Selenity to place her plate in front of her. As the plates were served the maids backed away pretty much silently and then started to leave, though there was probably another familiar face among the group. The small maid that had tripped all over herself upstairs somehow wound up with a round silver tray of drinks like the ones that were taken upstairs. There was another in front of her who had a tray as well, though she took the far side of the table and started to set drinks along the side where Keren and Ellior were siting.

The smaller, nervous looking maid set a drink by the kings plate and then moved quickly around to the right side of Sri's chair and sat one by her before scurrying around again to the right of Seleinty's chair to repeat the motion since she didn't wantt o reach across their plates to serve them. Unfortunately, then she went to turn around to go around Kyran's chair her foot caught the edge of Selenity's and she started falling. "Ahh! Oh No!" she cried out when she cried out when she knew she was going down and about to drop the tray in the floor. She jerked it up quickly to try and save it if not herself but completely overcompensated and the three remaining glasses went flying up into the air and over her head, spilling their contents as they went. She crashed to the floor, the tray rattling loudly on the hard surface as the glasses shattered on the table, littering it with glass shards and staining the table cloth pink.

Ellior was quick to realize what was about to happen, though he couldn't do much about it. He saw one of the glasses flying almost directly for him and instinctively threw his hands up to grab it, though as the contents spilled all over his face he fumbled and missed, causing the glass to ricochet off of his hand, crack off of his plate and roll across the table. Both dishes managed to break a little, but at least the glass didn't hit him in the face like it came close to doing. Now he just sat there with that pink fizzing liquid dripping off of his wheat blond hair and staining it a little. He shook his head a bit and then sighed as his ears flattened out. Well...that was a little humiliating. He shook it off and stood a little to peek over the table and see if the maid was alright since she hadn't gotten up yet.
"Oh good heavens!" Keren exclaimed when the maid tripped and made such a mess. She looked over, horrified as the glass nearly cracked her son in the face, though she seemed just as upset that he had just been covered in juice and it was staining his suit. Miraculously, she escaped the rain of juice, but still managed to look applauded and was soon going into a rant in her own language, though she was speaking so fast it was hard to understand her.
"Mother! Please, it's only juice, I think I will live, it's not like this is the only suit I own," he said as he raised his hand and tried to calm her down.

Selenity's chair turned to the side a little when the maid started falling and she ducked away from the table as the glasses hit and shattered. She felt a little of the juice sprinkle her arms, but for the most part it seemed to have avoided her dress for the most part, not that she really cared. She looked down to the maid quickly and blinked, her mouth handing open a little. Who in their right mind gave Lettie a tray of drinks and turned her lose? She couldn't half believe what had just happened and quickly looked up to Kyran to see if he was alright, totally ignoring the fuss Keren was making about Ellior's clothes.

Kyran would have answered the King’s question had Selenity not gotten to it before him. He sat silently and watched as the two of them spoke and couldn’t help a smiling just a little at Selenity’s response to her father. He continued to sit silently while the maids brought in the dinner plates and watched while they were set down and then as the maids started to leave. He had been to formal dinners, not many, but he had been to some. Even still it was kind of interesting to watch sometimes just because he was so used to informal dinning. He didn’t bother focusing too much on the drinks as they were being brought in and kind of wished he had. He had been a little more curious about the food rather than the maids and the drinks. He had heard the maid and noticed two glasses, the one headed for Ellior and another that had fallen in his line of site. He reacted, along with his speed, fast enough to grab the glass before it hit the table and was damaged but unfortunately he had grabbed the glass upside down and the contents still splashed onto the table. He hadn’t even been thinking there was a third glass so he didn’t realize it until after it had cracked against the top of his head and doused him with the contents. He sat there with his ears pinned back for a moment before he set the glass down that he had in his hand and then started to reach up to wipe his hair from his face. He wasn’t upset or anything but he felt a little silly for not noticing the third glass until it was too late. When he really thought about it, of course there were three glasses… Oh well.

Aamori saw the maid trip and start to go down and just couldn’t believe her eyes when the drinks started to come down. She leaned just a little away from Ellior since a glass was headed for him. After the glasses had all come down and taken their targets she glanced from Kyran to Ellior and couldn’t help staring over at Ellior and then his mother while he mouth ran. She was almost glad she couldn’t understand the woman. She almost right away reached for her napkin and started to hand it to him after he told his mother that it was only juice. It was only juice… but it was still wet and in need of being wiped up a little. “Are you alright?” She asked quietly.

Nanashi couldn't help but jump when he heard the tray clatter on the ground and looked back to the maid for a moment before his eyes caught on Kyran just moments after the glass cracked off of his head and then busted all over the table. Well, that all happened pretty fast. He glanced around long enough to see Kanone and Celestine staring with wide-eyes, and then took a quick note that both Kyran and Selenity's napkins were covered, so he reached for his own since it had been well out of the way of the splash and nudged Kyran's arm gently with his elbow after he had sat the glass down. He handed the napkin to him in dead silence, though he was a little worried about his head. If anything, his eyes alone were asking him if he was alright without him having to say a word, but he was pretty sure that the glass hadn't hurt him too badly, and he heard Selenity posing the question just moments after he had passed off the napkin.
Selenity started to reach for her napkin to clean Kyran up with, but she noticed that it was drenched before she even had time to dray bit. "Oh, Kryan, are you alright?" She had heard the glass hit his head, so she assumed it must have hit relatively hard. At least it hadn't broken on his head, though it completely busted once it hit the table. She glanced over to Ellor for a moment, but she was pretty sure everyone else had him taken care of at the moment.

Akito just sat where he was for a long moment, staring in disbelief at the mess that had just been made before he turned to Keren and stared trying to calm her in their own language since she was the one throwing the biggest fit. He apologized and assuring her they would have the suit cleaned and so on so forth...even though Ellior really didn't seem to care. He turned back to the maid as she was finally getting up and just...glared at her. He understood that the maids weren't perfect, but by Arihen how did she even manage that?
Ellior was relieved once the king started speaking to his mother and got her to shut up. Well...at least she would listen to him. He gave her an almost irritated look before he noticed the napkin in front of him and looked back to the water dragon, Aamori. "Oh, thank you," he said with a slight smile as he accepted the napkin and unfolded it to dry his face a bit. He smiled at her again when she asked if he was alright and chuckled softly. "Well, I'm a little sticky, but I don't believe there will be any lasting complications," he responded lightly, "I'm fine." The only thing bothering him a little was his hand where he had smacked the glass away and that wouldn't even leave a bruise, he could just still tell where he had hit.

Lettie already had tears in her eyes by the time she pushed herself up and was brave enough to look back to the table, and she almost immediately started crying once she noticed the mess that she had made and the way that the other maids were staring at her, as well as the glare she was receiving from the king. "I'm sorry! I'll clean it up, I'm sorry!" she bawled before she actually started sobbing. She had a feeling all of the maids were never going to let her live this one down, if she wasn't fired on the spot.
Akito sighed heavily., "I would hope so..." he said stiffly in response to her apologies before he looked over to the others involved in the mess. "...I am terribly sorry about this...."
Ellior blinked when he heard the maid start to apologize and then start sobbing and looked back to the girl with a sympathetic smile. "It's alright, I always wondered what I would look like with pink hair," he said lightly. He couldn't speak for Kyran, but he wasn't upset with her. Sure, he wasn't thrilled about wearing his beverage, but he wasn't angry. Clearly she hadn't done it on purpose. Sadly, as pale blond as his hair was, the juice did make it look a little pink and stained it almost as badly as the white of his coat. He smiled a little when the comment at least earned him a giggle from Sri and seemed to soften Akito's irritated expression a little, though his mother looked like she could have killed him for saying such a thing.

Selenity smiled slightly at Ellior's comment and then turned to Lettie and sighed. "Lettie, come on now, don't cry..." she said gently as she reached over to put a hand on her shoulder. Princess or not, she wasn't beyond being nice to her subjects and servants who deserved the privilege (in other words, ones who weren't like Keren and the boy who had decided to paint Nero white). Lettie was a very sweet girl even if she was a klutz, and she hated seeing her cry. Unfortunately, that seemed to happen quite often. "Are you alright?" she asked her softly since she had hit the floor pretty hard. She nodded her head a little when the girl nodded and then rubbed her back lightly. "Good...go clean up," she told her quietly, "Why don't you take the rest of the day off?" She was pretty sure after that little mishap she was going to be worked up for quite a while and she didn't see her cleaning up this mess without breaking something else if she was upset.
Akito gave Selenity a bit of a look when she suggested letting the girl go for the day, but after catching the look she gave him, which consisted of a fast series of a look to him, the mess, and then a nod toward the maid combined with one of her looks that she gave a person when they had an idea that wasn't going to turn out well in the end, he kind of got the picture. If she was the one cleaning up that mess there would probably be 20 more before she was finished and they may have to find another set of China. "...That is fine...."
Keren looked almost applauded at the idea of letting the maid have the rest of the day off. She looked at Akito as if he was serious about letting her off and then sighed and put up her pleasant face. "You're too kind, your highness," she said, clearly directing it toward Selenity. She would have chewed that maid out right if front of everyone, made her clean up the mess, and then fired her the second it was spotless whether she started throwing a crybaby fit or not.
Selenity gave Keren a very dirty look, easily picking up on what she was hinting at with her 'compliment'. "...We all make mistakes," she responded as pleasantly as possible. She wasn't going to punish Lettie for tripping. Gods only knew how many times she had tripped in her life. "...At any rate, I believe it is safe to say that dinner is postponed...." She started to stand, carefully lifting her dress out of the way of a few splashes on the floor before she stepped around her chair and sighed. "Go on, Lettie," she said as she gave her a little nudge toward the door.

Kyran was prepared to reach for his own napkin to dry himself off a little but noticed as he was being nudged that his napkin wasn’t useable any longer. He glanced over to Nanashi and then reached for the napkin to take it from him while uttering a quiet ‘thank you’. He noticed the way Nanashi had been looking at him and just offered him a smile since he looked so concerned. He unfolded the napkin as he started to glance towards Selenity since he heard her ask if he was alright. He took a moment to press the napkin to his face in a couple spots before answering her. “Yes, I’m alright.” He answered. He was alright minus a slight sore spot where the glass had connected with his head and the fact that he had been bathed in a sparkly pink drink. At the moment he was certainly happy that he hadn’t gone and taken a bath when he had a chance and had decided to look into it later. He was definitely going to need one now and probably sooner rather than later.

He hadn’t been focused too much on what else was or had been going on. He vaguely knew that Ellior had been dealing with a glass himself but other than that he hadn’t looked around a whole lot. Now that he was using the napkin to try and clean up a little he was getting to see the mayhem and sighed softly after seeing most of it. Somehow he wasn’t surprised to see that Keren had pretty much thrown a hissy-fit over this nor was he really that surprised that the King had taken to reprimanding the maid like he did. Well… maybe it wasn’t really reprimanding… but it wasn’t exactly concern for maid’s well being either. He wasn’t mad or even upset for that matter. What happened was an accident and accidents happened. “No harm done.” He added after Ellior had told the King that it was alright. He agreed and really didn’t think it was that big a deal, it wasn’t like they couldn’t wash up and change clothes. He continued to stay seated at least until Selenity finally said that she believed it was safe to say that dinner was postponed. As soon as she started to stand so did he, mostly because etiquette called for it.

Aamori smiled a little when he said thank you and accepted the napkin. She smiled a little more from amusement when he said that he was a little sticky but didn’t believe there were going to be any lasting complications. “That’s good.” She paused and shook her head a little. “…Not the sticky part, I mean.” She tried to amend quietly. She sat quietly through the maid apologizing and the King’s response and his own apology. She felt badly for the maid… she’d tripped quite a bit herself and could imagine how embarrassing that must have felt and then of course the response from the King probably helping make her feel any better. She was at least happy to see Selenity show a little more concern and sympathy for the maid. She would have done the same if in her shoes. She couldn’t help looking over towards Keren when she heard her comment about Selenity being too kind. She knew that wasn’t meant to be a compliment and clearly Selenity picked up on that too when she heard the way she came back at that comment. She was certainly in agreement thus far with some of Selenity’s obvious [to their little group at least] distaste for that woman. She was kind of surprised that woman hadn’t worked herself up into a stroke or something yet.

Nanashi was at least relieved when Kyran offered him a smile, but he still didn't say anything. For the time being, he would rather just pretend that he was mute. He glanced around for a moment when he noticed that Kyran, Ellior, and the King had all started to stand as soon as Selenity got to her feet and after an awkward delay he did as well, once he noticed that Celestine and Kanone were getting up, too. He sighed softly and laid his ears back a little. This whole thing was so new to him he was half afraid to move. He didn't know what he was supposed to do when or anything like that, so it was rather embarrassing being the last one to move every time.

Ellior was still a little busy trying to get the juice out of his hair, though all he was really accomplishing was turning it into a lightly tousled pink and blond mess. Finally he relented and put the napkin down so that he could stand up and waited a moment before he backed away from the table. He shook his head a little, trying to get his hair to stop sticking to his face and then stood there a little awkwardly, unsure of what to do with himself.
Akito sighed softly once everyone had started getting up and looked between Kyrana nd Ellior. "If feel free to go and lean up a bit, dinner will be held off for a short while," he told the two of them. The whole table was going to have to be stripped, wiped down, dried, recovered, reset...the meals were obviously going to have to be replaced wince there was likely juice and glass shards in about half of the dishes and the others would be cold before they could be eaten...it was going to take a little while. He turned to Kyran and smiled slightly. "Would you like someone to escort you to the wash room?" he asked since he had a feeling that Kyran hadn't ventured that far yet.
Ellior smiled a little, "I believe I can manage that task, your majesty. I need to make the trip myself."
"Very well, if you would not mind," Akito agreed easily, assuming that Ellior's offer meant that he knew where he was going.
"Of course not," he responded lightly as he bowed and started to move around the table. "Come with me," he instructed Kyran, though he knew he probably hadn't needed to say anything. He started to make his way toward the exit, pausing long enough to make sure that Kyran was coming with him, before he started out.

Selenity stood where she was after moving away from the table for a moment and then looked back to the others after Ellior was making his exit and trying to get Kyran to tag along. She noticed that once Kyran was apparently about to leave, Nanashi seemed a little more uptight. "Well, why don't we get out of the way?" she commented lightly as she started to move toward the exit, , though she paused near the edge of the table where Nanashi and LaRae were standing before she looked over to Aamori, Kanone, and Celestine. "Would you like to see the ballroom?" she asked since that was the closest attraction she could think of, and well...it beast standing around in here in the maids' way while they tried to clean up.

Kyran looked to Selenity momentarily after he was on his feet and then glanced around at the others. He noticed that not all of the guys had stood up as quickly as he, Ellior and the King had. He also noted that Nanashi had been the last to get up. He assumed none of the three of them had proper table etiquette drilled into their heads. He leaned just a little closer to Nanashi and hushed his voice a little. “In a setting like this it’s proper for males to stand whenever a female stands up from the table and be seated only after every female has been seated.” He supposed that was the simplest answer should he have had any questions and knowing what to do would probably help keep him from being the last to do anything. He would have liked to have gone into a little more detail and answer any questions Nanashi had but at the moment there wasn’t exactly time. He straightened up and looked to the King when he noticed him address him and Ellior. He bowed his head a little to acknowledge having heard him and then looked to him again when he asked if he would like someone to escort him to the wash room. He was prepared to answer him but looked to Ellior when he heard him chime in that he could manage showing him where to go. Well… he guessed that took care of where he was going and he hadn’t even had to say anything.

He glanced back to Ellior when he instructed for him to come with him and then nodded his head slightly. He turned back towards the King and bowed before excusing himself from the table. He started to follow after Ellior once he was clear of the table though he did glance back briefly. He knew how Nanashi could get really uncomfortable really fast and in this case he felt kind of bad having to leave him there but the others were there and it wasn’t like he was alone… though he guessed Nanashi usually was a little more comfortable sometimes when he was around him. He cast another glance towards Selenity briefly but otherwise continued after Ellior. He was definitely starting to regret only bringing the one set of clothes on his back right about now. It really would’ve been better if he had something else of his to change into. He was sure that the Palace had spare clothes since they had fished some out for both Nanashi and Nero but he was a little taller than the average male dragon, or at least he thought so… so he didn’t exactly see them having anything that would fit him properly. He supposed he could just spot clean his vest and shirt. They were dark colored after all so stains wouldn’t show too badly in them.

Aamori had stood up not too long after Selenity and the boys had started to get to their feet. LaRae hadn’t been too far behind either. She just kind of stood there glancing between everyone until after Ellior and Kyran had started to leave and then looked to Selenity when she commented about getting out of the way. After she asked if they wanted to see the ballroom she nodded her head slightly before bowing slightly herself and stepping away from the table to start heading over towards Selenity. She didn’t really want to stay in here while the maids cleaned up and she didn’t particularly want to be in close enough proximity to Ellior’s mother and be stuck listening to her complain.

LaRae glanced to Selenity when she heard her ask if they wanted to see the ballroom and then nodded her head a little like Aamori had. “Sounds good to me.” She commented quietly before starting to step away from the table herself. Much like Aamori’s unvoiced reasoning for agreeing to want to see the ballroom so easily was partially because she didn’t care to be stuffed up in a room with Keren any longer than she needed to be. She may not have been able to understand the woman half of the time when she spoke but she still wasn’t very fond of her.

Ellior sighed heavily once they were well out of the ear shot of the dining room and then shook his head a little as he moved down the hall. He glanced back and slowed enough to let Kyran catch up with him and then smiled at him. "Quite a mess," he commented with a soft chuckle. "Poor girl, I hope she didn't hurt herself. That had to be humiliating...." He shook his head weakly and then paused as they reached the end of the long hallway and then turned toward the staircase that would lead them back up to where the guest rooms were located. He only knew where the one washroom was in the palace, considering that he hadn't thoroughly explored it, though he was sure that there were others. He turned his attention to Kyran again and smiled,. "So, Ki-ran, is it?" he asked lightly, trying to make sure that he was pronouncing it correctly.

Nanashi glanced over to Kyran when he leaned to explain to him what he was supposed to do in this situation. He let out a breath softly and then looked up to him, nodding in both understanding and appreciation. Knowing that would make life easier for later use when he was stuck in a situation like this, not that he ever thought he would be after he left here, but there would likely be other dinners here. He watched as Kyran left and then glanced back to Selenity when she came over to ask if they wanted to see the ballroom. He smiled meekly and nodded his head a little before he glanced shyly over to the king and Keren. He bowed a little, not as steeply as he had before, and then turned to step away from the table as well, prepared to follow her, wherever they were going.

Celestine was ready to leave the table as well, so as soon as he got the chance, he bowed a little and started to follow Aamori around the table, practically gluing himself to her. He was just watching her to try to figure out what he was supposed to do, and frankly, he wasn't all that comfortable at the time being. Kanone, he noticed, was practically right behind him as well, though for once, Kanone was being pretty quiet. He glanced up to him and then sighed softly, seeing that he still had that look of being unaffected by what was going on. He sighed softly and then just stood there, pretty much ready to go once everyone else got moving.

Selenity smiled brightly once everyone had agreed and waited for them to come around the table to join her. "Very well, come with me," she said lightly as she turned to start out of the room again. Her reasoning was similar enough to the other girls' as well, she didn't want to spend any longer around Keren than she had to.
"Wait for meee!!!" Sri called after them as she scurried to catch up with them, latching on to Nanashi and LaRae's arms as she caught up with them. She would have gone and clung to Selenity's arm, but she had a little too much dress to worry about stepping on, LaRae's didn't drag too badly, and Nanashi wasn't wearing one, so for now she just settled for latching onto the two of them.
Selenity paused and glanced back to Sri for a moment before she chuckled and shook her head a bit as she exited the dining hall, leaving her father and Keren to do as they pleased with their free time as the maids cleaned up.

Once out in the hallway, she turned to the last set of double doors and pushed them open with a little effort. The doors naturally opened inward to a very large room that could easily have hundreds of people standing inside without being too terribly crowded. The room's floor was like the others on the upper levels and in the foyer, hard and made of that that marble like stone that was dusted with gray-blue. There were several pillars on each side of the room helping to support the high, arched ceiling, which was painted to look like the sky on a cloudy day, where the clouds were apparently sponged on and then stroked over to give them that fluffy appearance. There were traces of gold in the clouds as if the sun was shining on them, and three crystal chandeliers similar to the one int he foyer, though a bit smaller, were placed evenly throughout the center of the room. The pillars were lined with gold as well around each of the decorative ends and there were also small statues at the top of each pillar which appeared to be fairies in multiple poses. In the center of the room there was a slightly wider gap between the pillars where a raised platform was stationed just off to the right as you entered. There were three thrones sitting there, the center gold with deep blue upholstery and the two to either side, silver with a lighter blue upholstery. Mounted on the wall behind the thrones was a large portrait of the royal family, though it was a little outdated, it still held the current generation in it. Akito was easily recognizable and really hadn't appeared to have changed much, though his hair might have been a little shorter. Beside him was a beautiful woman in a rick white satin gown who greatly resembled Selenity, though her eyes were a little more violet than blue, her hair was just as long with the same flowing curls, and she had a very similar gem plastered in the center of her forehead, though the rim around it was shaped a bit differently, as they all were on the girls where as they were nonexistent on the men. Hers happened to have two little ivory curls on either side curling downward with a tiny almost teardrop shape at the base, almost the opposite of Selenity's which almost looked like a scorpion the way the ivory was curled inward at the bottom and over to one side at the top. Selenity was in the portrait as well, standing just in front of her mother, though she appeared to be roughly thirteen or fourteen, her hair was a little shorter, but she was still dressed up fancy with several accessories and had her hair done. Sri was in her mother's arms, dressed in pale blue with a tiny ponytail on her head tied with a blue ribbon. S he barely looked old enough to walk, and her forehead was absent of the gem embedded in it. To the left of Akito was another young man, a little taller and older looking than Selenity. He had straight hair like his father which was cut shorter and half hung in his face. There was a blue gem embedded in his head as well, and like everyone else in the family he had those crystal-like horns protruding from a little above his ears. He was well dressed in one of those overly decorated suits just like his father, and standing behind and to the side of the queen was an elderly woman, though it was hard to tell her age from the picture much like with Kamaria, she simply looked more monochrome than the others, and her white dress hardly helped matters. Otherwise, she bore a striking resemblance to the queen herself. She had a gem embedded in her head as well, though unlike the others it was white and the ivory around it almost looked like a cross. Clearly, that was the grandmother, and their current elder.

At the opposite side of the room from the throne, near the far corner was a white piano and stool, as well a large golden harp, both of which were kept there considering that those were some rather large, hard to transport internments. Beyond the piano at the far back of the room, the wall was almost entirely made of large bay windows, which overlooked the back yard of the castle and opened as doors onto a balcony with stairs to either side that led down into the garden, though there was another landing before getting there, with another balcony that could be stood on. Out of the back, it was easy to see the vast array of multicolored flowers, small trees, and flowering shrubs that were planted all about and the stone walkways that weaved between them. To the left the walkway would eventually lead to a large gazebo that was placed out in the center of the artificial lake that stretched out quite a distance, and beyond the lake was a wall of those strange white trees with the crimson and silver leaves. To the opposite side, the path would lead to a large rose garden filled with benches where one could sit and relic, though there were a few of those stretched along the path as well, the ones in the rose garden were more private as it was hard to see over the bushes and rose-covered archways that lined that path. Finally, if one traveled straight back, they would eventually reach a fairly large hedge maze that almost appeared to be a labyrinth. The hedges were high enough that one would not be able to look over them without the aid of their wings, but thankfully wide enough that opening them was at least possible if you needed to get out of there and didn't actually have time to look for the exit or entrance. Overall...the back yard was practically as showy as the interior of the castle, but a little hard to view from the entryway. She had a feeling that Aamori and LaRae would enjoy the garden more than the ballroom itself, but from their current location this was the fastest way to get there.

Kyran followed silently after Ellior as he lead the way out of the dinning room and down the hall. He looked to Ellior when he heard him speak and then say that he hoped the poor girl hadn't hurt herself and that it had to be humiliating. “It is humiliating.” He paused. “Especially when an accident like that occurs in front of a King and a woman like your mother.” He sighed quietly. “No offense, intended.” Though he could almost say he was lying. So far he hadn't liked what he had heard of the woman or from the woman... but that was no reason to say things he shouldn't. “As for the girl... I'm sure that Selenity will see to it that she's alright, possibly even make an attempt to quell the teasing she may receive from the people she works with.” He was pretty sure that he had a rough idea of where they were headed after reaching the stairs that took them to the guest rooms. He hadn't been to the washroom yet but he had been told about it and given rough directions. Again... he was really glad he hadn't bothered washing up before dinner. That bath would have been such a waste had he taken it earlier. He focused on Ellior once again when he questioned the pronunciation of his name. “Yes, that's right.” He responded.

LaRae started after Selenity once she had started out of the room, though she did wait to make sure that Nanashi was with her first. She started to glance back briefly when she heard Sri call after them. She startled very faintly at the little girl latching onto her arm as soon as she caught up with them and then glanced to Nanashi momentarily since she had simultaneously grabbed his arm as well. She just hoped that a random grab like that didn't make him jump out of his skin. He may have seemed pretty good with the girl earlier but that didn't mean being randomly grabbed a hold of wouldn't startle him. She couldn't help but smile down at Sri for a moment. She didn't mind the girl holding onto her so she was in no rush to shake her loose. So long as Sri nor Nanashi put up much of a fight she continued to follow after Selenity as she took them to the ball room. Once Selenity had gotten the doors open and they could get a decent look at the inside she just kind of stared in awe of the room. It was large and the ceiling only made it look more spacious. The room was a little unbelievable and she wasn't to sure what to look at first so her eyes were kind of darting from one thing to the next while she mouthed a completely silent 'wow'.

Aamori started after Selenity as well and was so very aware of just how close Celestine was to her and then how close Kanone was to him. She wasn't sure she could blame either of them for sticking so close, especially since she probably had the most experience aside from Selenity herself with these types of settings. She wished she had thought about it sooner but she wouldn't have minded going over basic etiquette with everyone who didn't know it. She was pretty sure that Kyran had been thinking the same thing since he had leaned over to give Nanashi a mini lesson. Neither Celestine or Kanone were that bad, they seemed to pick up on what to do just by watching others but as it was now... Celestine was probably a little stuck playing the role of a girl because he sat down when he did before and unless he planned to make a stink about his gender in front of the King he was probably going to remain a 'girl' for the time being. She wasn't quite as awestruck as some of the others may have been by the ballroom. She had seen some before so she knew how gaudy and decorated they could be... though she had to admit that this ballroom was pretty nice, possibly even one of the nicest that she had been in in a long while. Once inside the room and with the chance to really look around her eyes were drawn to the portrait on the wall. It wasn't that hard to pick out Selenity and her father, as well as Sri... though the girl had grown a bit since the picture. She wasn't sure who the boy was, or the elder woman. She assumed the older woman who Selenity resembled was her mother and she wanted to say the elder woman was maybe her grandmother but she'd want to assured of that before she said anything. She would also say that the boy was likely her brother... but Selenity hadn't really mentioned having a brother... then again... she hadn't really mentioned having a little sister either until they arrived here. “Who're the other people in the portrait?” She asked as she glanced over to Selenity. She figured that was a simple enough question that would answer what she was curious about and she might even get a little more information out of it. If everyone in the picture was family then she wondered why the dinning table was missing a couple people. Of course she was aware that Selenity's mother had passed away so that didn't really need to be brought up but she was curious about the young man and the elder woman.

Ellior smiled weakly when Kyran added that there was no offense intended when he spoke about his mother and shook his head a little. "None taken," he said softly, "She seems to have no trouble offending others." He knew that his mother was...well...a bitch, but he couldn't really say too much about it himself. She was still his mother, and he likely wouldn't appreciate anyone really insulting her, but...well mild comments he could simply agree with. He smiled again when he said that he was sure Selenity would take care of her. "...Yes, I suppose she would,' he said quietly, "She seems kind enough." He sighed softly and glanced away for a moment. He thought that the princess was very beautiful and she seemed very kind, but he still wasn't so sure about how things were going to go once she had the news delivered to her that their parents expected them to be married. He still wasn't entirely sure how that came about...well then again, maybe he did. He didn't particularly want to be married to the princess, he didn't even know her, but he was willing to try to get to know her at least if it would keep trouble down. Somehow...he didn't know if she would feel the same way. He smiled again slightly when Kyran confirmed h is name and then nodded before he reached out to pull the bathroom door open once they reached it. He motioned inside and then waited for Kyran to enter before he stepped in after him.

Nanashi did startle a little when Sri grabbed onto him, but not enough to jerk away from her. He looked down once she had a hold of him and smiled at her before closing his fingers around her hand since she had grabbed his. He was a little surprised that she had decided to grab onto him and LaRae when her sister was just ahead of them, but he didn't mind. Once they had gotten into the ballroom, his mouth practically fell open as he stared around the room, his eyes trailing from the ceiling to the multitude of little fairy statues around the pillars. He looked over toward the throne and looked at the portrait for a moment before his eyes found their way to the back window and the piano. That was a...really nice looking piano, and probably about the most interesting thing in the room to him, but he didn't make any motion to get closer to it for now since he still has Sri hanging off of his arm, and he also wasn't sure if it would be bad to touch it, anyway.

Selenity smiled slightly as she glanced back and saw LaRae and Nanashi's gaping expressions, and then noticed that Celestine and Kanone didn't look much differently. Her eyes wandered back to Aamori when she asked about the photo and then looked back to the portrait. "Oh," he said quietly, "Well, the woman holding Sri is Roshanara...our mother. The boy next to my father is Finnbar, my brother. He was killed in a hunting incident a couple of years back.... The woman in the back, that is our elder, Lesedi...my mother's mother." She smiled slightly at her and then tilted her head a little, "I think you and LaRae might be a little more interested in what's outside than anything in here." She motioned toward the large windows and then turned and started to walk in that direction so that she could show them what was out back.

Sri giggled and then tugged on LaRae and Nanashi's arms as she started in front of them, trying to pull them along faster so she could show them the garden, even though Selenity was already working on that. "Come on! Come on!"

Celestine was a little dumbstruck by the size of the room and everything in it, though he listened when Selenity started to explain about the portrait and looked over at it for a moment. once she had explained who everyone way and started toward the window he started to edge in that direction himself so that he could see what was out back that was so interesting, though he had a feeling that he may already know. He could just barely see around there from the balcony in the bedroom, though it was hard to see much more than roses. Again, Kanone was right on his heels when he started walking, but he glanced back to see what he thought of the place as well. Apparently he must have been impressed...he didn't think his cousin's eyes could get much bigger than they were now.

Kyran nodded his head slightly when Ellior said that his mother seemed to have no trouble offending others. He agreed with that but Ellior would know better than he would. He just wished that some people could show restraint when in places like this... just because you thought you were better than someone didn't mean you needed to go insulting them or hurting their feelings or something when in a place like this. He just shook his head a little. That woman was bound to be an even bigger pain if and when she got around to knowing about Reyes and Nero... and he didn't see Nero taking any flack from someone like that. He nodded his head again a little when Ellior commented that Selenity seemed kind enough. “She is really sweet to people, especially when no one else would be.” He said quietly. “Surprisingly enough I even think she has managed to successfully befriend the dark dragon in our group, though he would deny that in a heart beat.” He said with a quiet chuckle. He knew Nero would never openly admit he liked the Princess unless he had to but he was pretty sure that Nero considered her a friend of some sort. He continued following after Ellior and paused when they reached the bathroom door and he pulled the door open then motioned him inside. He bowed his head very slightly and then slipped inside while uttering a quiet 'Thank you'. After he stepped inside he moved away from the door so that he wasn't in the way and glanced around at the lavatory a little. He had some idea of what to expect even with this room but even still, it was a pretty impressive looking bathroom.

Ellior smiled slightly upon hearing that Kyran thought that the princess had befriended the dark dragon in the group, though that statement still managed to confuse him...as did the fact that Kyran seemed to know her so well. "...Has she?" he asked, sounding a little impressed, "That is surprising.... I did not think the lot of you had been here very long. ...Unless......" Something that LaRae had told him downstairs struck him again as he stepped into the bathroom and closed the door. His face suddenly reddened again and he leaned back against the door, hiding his face in his hand. "Oh my lord.... I ran over the princess...." He shook his head a little, looking almost as humiliated as the maid who had been the cause of them making this little trip to the lavatory int he first place. "...Wow...." He sighed heavily and finally managed to make his feet move him away from the door. He moved over to the sink and turned on the water before glancing at himself and sighing when he saw just how much juice he had gotten on himself. He was starting to think he needed to bring a change of clothes everywhere. He pulled up his sleeves and washed his hands off, trying to get all of the sticky juice off of his skin before he cut the water and dried his hands. He looked back to Kyran before he moved over to the cabinet that held the towels and opened it, offering him a slightly smile so he would know that he was showing him where the things were, though after his recent realization he seemed to be having a hard time actually making eye contact.

Kyran glanced over to Ellior when he questioned what he had said about Selenity befriending a dark dragon. He nodded his head a little, of course thinking his statement should have been a little obvious... but then again he hadn't really thought that Ellior didn't Hikari was Selenity too. He tilted his head slightly when he started to say that he hadn't thought they had been here for very long. Of course they hadn't but that didn't matter really. He couldn't help but start laughing quietly when Ellior apparently realized for the first time that he had run over the Princess. He wasn't entirely laughing at him not realizing so much as just how embarrassed he seemed to be by the realization. “I assure you she's not holding it against you.” He said as he sobered himself up. He smiled once Ellior said 'wow' and finally got his feet in gear. “I suppose I forgot that she doesn't look anything like she did.” He commented. He knew she didn't look any different but to him she was still Hikari regardless of the way she looked and that kind of overshadowed everything she could possibly be wearing to make him think otherwise. He watched as Ellior stared over to the sink. He supposed he should see how badly he had been gotten as well though he assumed most of it was probably his hair, face and shoulders since the glass had fallen on his head. When he looked in the mirror he really wasn't surprised at what he saw. Luckily it was just juice and it wasn't like anything was ruined. He started unbuttoning his vest and slipped out of it before sticking it in the sink and turning on the cold water, letting it run over where the vest to at least make an attempt at getting as much juice out of it as possible. He went ahead and stopped up the sink, letting it fill a little with water before shutting it off and then glancing over to Ellior since he was moving. He watched him head over to a cabinet and open it. Once he noticed the towels he started in that direction himself. “Do you think I'll have time to bathe?” He asked since he wasn't entirely sure. He could just wash up in the sink if he had to but he kind of wanted a bath now more than ever.

Ellior couldn't help but laugh weakly when Kyran said that she wasn't holding it against him. "...Yes...though I am sure that was a wonderful first impression.... I got the impression that she would have liked to have set me on fire." He shook his head a little chuckled. He supposed it was natural that she was a good bit different when no one was looking. Even he had to act more proper than he cared to while in the public eye, though he had practically had it beaten into his head since he was young so it came pretty naturally either way. He started to reach up and unfasten the sash on his shirt. He sighed when he saw again how splattered his shirt was. That was going to stain on the pale fabric. He glanced back to Kyran again when he asked if he was going to have time to bathe and then smiled. "With the size of the mess and two perfectionists downstairs, you could likely bathe, change, and dry your hair and still be waiting," he told him as he shook his head a little. He glanced to the door when he heard it opening and then smiled slightly when a man walked in carrying what looked like two sets of folded clothes, similar to the suit that he was wearing.

The young man was one of the guards from downstairs, the one with the silver hair. He glanced around for a moment and then cleared his throat, speaking in a quiet, almost shy voice as he held out the clothes. "Firra asked me to bring these up...," he told them before he glanced to Kyran. "...She said she wasn't sure if she got you the right size, but it should be pretty close...."

Kyran shook his head a little when he heard Ellior say that he got the impression that Hikari would have liked to have set him on fire. He wasn't so sure he could completely disagree but if she did really look that way to him it wasn't because he had run her over. “...From what I hear there is a lot of ...gossip, I suppose is a good enough term... that follows your name.” He paused. “Then of course there is your mother... those together didn't add for a great impression on top of being run over... but she did say she pleasantly surprised to see that you were nothing like your mother.” He told him quietly. He couldn't help a quiet chuckle when he got his answer from Ellior about enough time to bathe. “I am very much used to informal dinning... so even with the mess I would sooner strip the table and eat on it bare than worry about redecorating it just so it can be dirtied again.” That was certainly true enough. He did like informal dinning a lot more than this... he didn't mind getting dressed up or anything or sitting at a nicely set table but this was a little much even in his book. But they were eating with Royalty so he couldn't expect anything different. He went ahead and pulled a body towel from the cabinet along with a wash cloth before moving away from it. He draped them both over his arm and glanced towards the door when he heard it opening. He watched silently as the guard he recognized from earlier at dinner came in carrying... clothes. He looked at the clothing the young man had and then sighed quietly and nodded his head a little. “...Alright, thank you.” He responded. He wasn't too thrilled with the idea of changing clothes... mostly because he was as tall as he was... it was kind of hard sometimes to get just the right size. Though he guessed if worst came to worst he could just wear his own pants since they weren't really that dirty. Well... no... that was a lie... they hadn't been washed he didn't know how long... but at least they weren't wet from dinner, save a couple splashes if the juice even made it that far on him.

Ellior sighed when Kyran mentioned the gossip that followed his name and then went on to mention his mother. "...Yes, I suppose that wouldn't help matters...," he agreed quietly, "...Though I still do not understand what there is to gossip about." Honestly, he was just an actor, and it wasn't as if he was known throughout all of the clans, or even really beyond the theaters of the capital that he knew of. The most recent gossip he knew of was...well, due to his mother running her mouth to someone telling that he was soon to be engaged to the princess. That...had of course turned into he was already engaged, and was going to marry her as soon as she returned and so on as it passed around to whoever cared to listen and repeat. He wasn't even sure he could go through with this yet, though he hoped that it worked out alright. He didn't want to marry the princess particularly because she was the princess, but he wanted to at least try to get to know her and make it work out. At least then hopefully everyone would at least be...content. He smiled a little when he mentioned that the princess was pleasantly surprised that he was not like his mother. "...Well, I am glad that she thinks so," he admitted quietly, "...I try not o be." In all honestly...his mother only got on his nerves most of the time and if he couldn't stand her, she was the last thing he wanted to be like. He chuckled softly when Kyran had mentioned eating on the table bare. "Yes, that would make more sense.... Unless I can eat the table cloth, I hardly see what it matters." After the guard had come inside he moved closer to him and took the clothes, "Thank you," he told him lightly before he backed up again, "Please thank Firra as well."

The guard bowed, crossing his right arm over his chest so that his first was at his left shoulder before he straightened up and looked as if he was about to leave, though he paused for a moment and looked back to Ellior curiously as if he wanted to ask him something.
Ellior titled his head a little when he noticed the guard stop and smiled a little when he caught him looking at him. "Yes?" he asked lightly.
"Uh...um never mind," he said quickly before he bowed again and stepped out of the bathroom, closing the door behind him. He kind of wanted an autograph, though now wasn't really the time to ask and he thought it would probably be weird anyway. He wasn't a crushing fan girl, but he did kind of enjoy Ellior's acting, and he wasn't too used to meeting people like him yet, so it was kind of interesting getting to speak to him. He was a little too shy to say too much though. Once he was back out in the hallway he turned and started back for the stairs.

Ellior smiled slightly when the guard said never mind and took his leave before he shook his head and turned back to Kyran. "Well, since we have a change of clothes, would you be opposed to my joining you?" he asked simply, "I can wait if you would prefer." There were showers in there, he knew, but one still had to be a little exposed on the way there. he knew that not everyone enjoyed public baths, he being one of those who did not, but he could still stand to take one himself and he thought they should at least try to get back downstairs in a timely manner.

Kyran shrugged a little. “I'm not so sure it's gossip... but that's the only word I can think of.” He paused. “She's just heard and seen a lot of girls fawning over you and she expected an ego to match the girls talking of you.” He said. “...or well, I assume that it what she was getting at.” He shook his head a little. “LaRae or Aamori would probably understand a lot better than I would since I'm a guy and don't think like women do.” He commented quietly. He looked back over at the guard again as Ellior took the clothes from him and thanked him. He supposed it was a good thing to have a change of clothes... though he did really prefer the simpler things and so far from what he had seen no one in the light clan knew what subtle meant when it came to clothes. He watched silently as the guard was about to leave but didn't and waited to see what he wanted after Ellior questioned him about it. He shook his head a little when the guard said never mind and started out of the bathroom. Once the guard was gone and Ellior turned back to him asking if he was opposed to him joining him he shook his head a little. “Not at all.” He told him. He didn't mind one way or the other really and he had gotten pretty used to group baths thanks to the training building in Kairava.

Ellior felt his face flush again when Kyran had mentioned the fawning girls. "...Yes...well...I can't...honestly say I have ever been very comfortable wit the whole...fawning fan-club business..." He shook his head a little and sighed, "...I just enjoy acting." Partially because for a while...he got to be someone else, which at times was especially appealing. He chuckled softly when he mentioned that one of the women would understand what Selenity meant better than he did. He shook his head a little at that, but he didn't comment. He would be quite happy to let that subject go.

Once Kyran had said that he didn't mind she smiled a little and nodded before he moved over to the cabinet himself and picked out one of the body towels, though he almost had a little trouble fumbling that along with the stack of clothes considering that the clothes were trying to slide around. He sighed and then looked over to the door beside the counter. "The bath is in there," he told him with a smile, just in case he hadn't figured it out yet...and he was kind of hoping that he would get the door so that he could lay these things down while they were still at least halfway folded properly.

Kyran smiled a little when Ellior said that he had never been very comfortable with the fawning fan-girl business. “I think earlier today proves that just fine.” He said with a quiet chuckle. It was pretty obvious he wasn't crazy about the girls considering they had been chasing him and even managed to rip something from his clothes. If he didn't mind them he wouldn't have been running from them in the first place. “If you didn't, you wouldn't be acting.” He commented when he had said that he just enjoyed acting. It wasn't like acting was a job you could take up if you didn't like. Your role wouldn't be believable if you didn't enjoy what you were doing and the audience would see right through it. He watched as Ellior started back to the cabinet to get himself a towel. Once he noticed that he was having a little trouble balancing he was willing to take one, if not both outfits off his hands but he didn't bother even trying when he heard him tell him where the bath was. He looked towards the door almost immediately and then started over to it, opening it and holding it for him, only closing it after he had managed to get inside. After the door was shut he glanced around a little, noticing that there were showers as well as the one big bath. This room was just as nice looking as the previous though in comparison to the bath in Kairava he had to say he kind of liked the other better. It looked a little more natural with the waterfall and everything but this was still nice. He started towards the area with the screen and set the towel and wash cloth down before he started to kneel down and unlace his boots. He kicked out of them upon standing up and left them off to the side before he started to work out of his shirt. After he had it off he looked down and sighed as he ran his hand over the burn scar on his chest. Hikari always asked to do something about that... he shook his head a little. He never remembered that that was there until times like now... then of course there was a matching one on his back as well. Maybe, maybe one of these days he would let Hikari have her way... but he did still think it was pointless to heal something cosmetic like that.

Ellior laughed weakly when Kyran said that earlier today proved that he wasn't too comfortable with his fans. He nodded with a smile when Kyran pointed out that he wouldn't be acting if he didn't enjoy it. That was true enough, he supposed, though he was sure that some did not enjoy it as much as he did. He smiled at Kyran again when he opened the door for him and held it for him. "Thank you," he told him as he stepped through the door quickly and made his way to the shelf space to lay their clothes on top. He sighed and then laid down his towel as well and started to slip out of his white dress shoes, and then went about trying to unfasten his clothes. He gasped and jerked his hand back after a moment of fiddling under the top and then put his finger to his mouth as a beat of blood started to form there from one of the broaches. "Mm...and they say women's clothing is dangerous...," he muttered under his breath as he resumed unfastening his shirt. He hated those brooches sometimes. They looked nice, but they wee a pain. He fought his way out of the suit's top and then glanced to Kyran for a moment when he noticed him rubbing his chest. His eyes caught for a moment on the scar on his back and he almost immediately cringed. Scars weren't exactly something one saw a lot of around here, so seeing especially large ones on anyone was a little bit of a surprise. They could pretty easily be taken care of...or at least in his world they could. He didn't know so much about the lower classes or in other clans, but he just want' used to seeing things like that. He wanted to ask him how that had happened seeing at it looked pretty recent, but he kept his mouth closed and finally tore his eyes away one he realized that he was staring at it.

Kyran glanced over to Ellior momentarily when he heard him gasp and watched as he lifted his finger to his mouth. He just shook his head a little after catching what happened. He didn't see the need for such decorative clothes but the light clan obviously liked them. He had continued on to unbuttoning his pants though he did glance over to Ellior once more before he went any further and noticed that he had been staring at the scar on his back. He sighed softly and wondered if all light dragons who saw him without his shirt were going to look at him that way. Hikari didn't quite look at him the same way but she had some similar look followed by an almost annoyed one when he wouldn't let her heal it. “It's not as bad as it looks.” He commented quietly. “I don't feel it anymore, I even forget they're there.” He said as he reached for his towel and started to wrap it around his waist, holding it in place with one hand and then using the other to finish undoing his pants and letting them drop before tucking in the towel and then reaching down to pick up his dirty clothes and set them off to the side in a neat pile. Considering he had just met Ellior he doubted he wanted to see him completely bare which was why he even bothered covering himself up first with the towel. He reached for the wash cloth and then started to move out from behind the screen to give Ellior more privacy. He thought briefly of getting in the actual bath to bathe but figured a shower would probably be quicker and seeing as they actually had showers he thought he would take advantage of one instead so he made his way over in that direction to lay claim to a shower for the time being.

Ellior felt his cheeks flush when he realized that Kyran had caught him staring and he bowed his head, lowering his eyes when Kyran explained about the scars. "I...I'm sorry," he apologized softly, sounding a little ashamed of himself, "I didn't mean to stare...." He hadn't meant to make Kyran feel uncomfortable and he had a feeling it probably was kind of awkward being gawked at like that...he knew he wouldn't like it. He waited until Kyran had gotten around the screen before he went about removing his pants and slipping out of them. He folded the pants neatly, but he didn't really bother much with the shirt, it was likely going to see the trash once hie mother got her hands on it anyway if the stains didn't come out completely, the only thing he would be able to save would be the brooches and other attachments. He did fold it up, but he didn't let it touch his pants when he laid it out. As soon as everything was situated he grabbed his towel and wrapped it around himself before he started out form behind the screen himself. Unlike Kyran, he felt more like soaking for a minute while he washed his hair, so he headed for the bath itself and stepped in before hanging his towel on the banister by the stairs and sinking down in the water, though he still made his way over to the area where the soaps and shampoos were kept before he ducked himself under the water and shook out his hair before resurfacing and reaching for the nearest shampoo bottle. He poured a bit into his hand and then started scrubbing it into his hair, working it into a thorough lather. With the tub already filled, one could pretty easily get in and out relatively quickly so he wasn't too worried about taking too long.

Kyran steered clear of the bath partially because he had a feeling that once he got in it he wouldn't want to get out... he'd want to soak in it for a good long while, especially since he hadn't seen a bath in a couple days. He sighed softly and unwrapped the towel from his waist before tossing it up over the side of the stall and then reaching over to turn the water on. He started with the hot and then fed in a little of the cold until it was a comfortable enough temperature. He wasted little time dousing his hair with water and running his hands through it trying to break up some of the parts that started sticking together from the juice. After a few moments of that he reached for the shampoo and poured some onto his hand before setting the bottle back and working the shampoo into his hair to break up the rest of the stuck together pieces and get his hair cleaned. After he had lathered it and thought that he had it cleaned he ducked his head under the water and started washing the shampoo out. He repeated the process once more just for good measure before moving onto the soap. He wet and lathered up the washcloth before he started scrubbing himself clean. He didn't spend a whole lot more time in the shower once his hair was taken care of, though he did make sure he did a good job of cleaning his face before he rinsed off for the final time and then started to shut the water off. He reached for the towel and immediately started to dry himself off and lastly wrapped the towel around his waist before he started to head for the screen again so that he could start getting dressed.

Ellior washed his hair out a thoroughly the first time and then sank under the water and scrubbed his head again, trying his best to get everything out of his hair before he resurfaced. He then snagged the soap and started to scrub his face, arms, shoulders, and upper torso since those were the only things that were really in need of being washed immediately. He dunked himself again and shoved his hair back out of his eyes as he resurfaced again and started to get up to make his way back to the stairs. He grabbed his towel and wrapped it around himself before starting back to the screen, though Kyran had beaten him back there. He tried to pay him little mind as he dried himself off and then went for the new change of clothes after wrapping himself back up.

He had to separate the two outfits and look them over before he figured out which one was meant to be his. One was decorated with pale almost pink brooches, and the other with a nice shade of purple. Be it his luck the smaller garment was the one with pink accents. He sighed softly as he took it and then smiled at Kyran before he moved away and started to slip into his pants, turning his back to him as he did so and trying no to drop the towel until he had them up. he fastened them and then looked back to the top before he made a bit of a face at the pink accessories and started to unfasten them carefully. He then snagged his other shirt and started taking the brooches off of it and attaching them to the shirt that he had just gotten in roughly the same order that he took them off in, though he still managed to suck in his breath a few times as he pricked his fingers while trying to fasten them back on again. He may have had pink accents on the interior of his wings, but he didn't really want to outright wear something with pink in it.

Kyran hadn't been sure which set of clothes was meant for who so he hadn't bothered even touching them to try and figure it out himself. He waited on Ellior for that, especially since he would have more experience with the style of clothing anyway. He watched silently once Ellior had come back from the bath and started to separate the two outfits. He didn't care about colors so much really so he didn't care which one was supposed to be his. He did finally start to reach over for the one that was meant to be his after Ellior had his and moved away to start getting dressed. He wasted little time turning away from Ellior himself so that he could start getting into the pants. He made short work of the pants and was pleasantly surprised to see that they seemed to fit alright. They didn't look like they were too short which was something he worried about the most. After he had the pants on he turned back to the shirt and just kind of stared at it a moment before shaking his head a little. These things were so gaudy looking... He glanced over momentarily when he saw that Ellior was removing the broaches and things from his new shirt and then... replacing them and pricking himself in the process. “...Not like the ones it came with?” He asked though he was pretty sure that was reason the guy was even bothering to remove the pink ones and replace them with his own. He looked back down to the shirt he had and just stared at all of the broaches and accents and honestly thought about just removing most of them, if not all of them... but then again they were a shade of purple... so maybe they wouldn't look that bad. He supposed if he wound up wearing something like this again he would just remove the broaches and whatnot. He only had to live through this gaudy thing for the night and then he could get out of it. He sighed quietly and went ahead and just started slipping into the shirt.

Ellior glanced back to Kyran when he asked about the brooches and then laughed weakly. "...I think I have enough feminine features without wearing pink," he said simply. He opened his wings a little so that the lining between the white scaled ribs was more obvious. Much like Selenity's wings were blue fading into yellow, his changed colors from top to bottom, only they went from deep purple to pink, much like a sunset. He folded his wings again and went about fastening the last brooch before he picked up the shirt and started to slip into it, carefully buttoning up the front again. "...Besides...I like these," he said softly as he was buttoning the front of the shirt, "They belonged to my father before me, I don't want to leave them in here." He finished with the buttons and then smiled slightly at Kyran, "...You can leave your clothes in here, someone will probably be by soon to wash them," he told him, just in case he didn't know. He moved back over to his shoes and slipped his feet carefully back into his shoes again so that they could prepare to head back downstairs.
